Music

I am sure many of you, if not all have realized what a relief music can be. I listen to music, or talk radio (which honestly, works even better for me) to help me fall asleep. As many of us are experiencing v2k where they listen to your thoughts and then feed off of your responses, I make them work for it...

If they hear my thoughts, then they hear everything I process. Ex: If I am listening to a song I know by heart, that is distracting, but if I listen to talk radio, I don't know what is going to be said, and thus my brain has to process it...in other words, if I have to process the new information, they too have to process it. Listening to talk radio at night is basically making them sift through information to get to your thoughts. 

I make playlists so that talk radio is playing as I fall asleep, and then it keeps playing all night. It makes it harder for them to induce dreams, wake you up, and so on. I would encourage giving it a shot if you have trouble sleeping. I can't even describe how brutal the nights used to be, and I can't remember even remember the last time I didn't get at least a few hours of sleep...

(I listen to something in the background no matter what I am doing, unless I am with other people)...But if I am alone, I have music or radio, or TV playing, my perp will never get the silence that he desires. I make him work for my responses...Even if WE can't tell a difference and are still responding, it is 100% logical what they "receive" from us isn't as clear as they would prefer. 

Think about it...if someone is listening to your thoughts and you are in a silent room, they have a much easier time getting the information, than they would with talk radio, or music playing.

MAKE THEM WORK FOR IT.
