my point was about TI`s reporting "blighten" seing cars with flashing headlights
if I recall he made some statements that we should of did this measurement or that ....again which was not the purpose of the phase iii as it was to show that TI`s emitted RF that's it ,which was successfully and on the strength of that ICAACT is building its own faraday cage so it can do more testing
