I liked the first part of your book describing voices, and I have no reason to believe that you're a fake like 90% of Peace Pink members. I believe you. And I cannot understand why would they harass you with voices, you're such a good person. The only think I can think of is that they wanted you leave Australia so they don't have to deal with you there, cause 24 hours harassment and controlling someone's life requires a lot of work. Why did they choose you, you don't seem to have a bad bone in your body. The answer might be in your family tree. Although, my story is different you may find some useful tips on my website www.madminster.net especially part "They can take places of parents and put children in a mind control program" as it happened in my case.
Do they still harass you with voices? From my experience it's sometimes hard to tell when the voices are real and when your mind is just playing tricks on you. Me, I just play my stalkers something like this (cause don't be fooled they're looking through our eyes):
