Subvocalization, or silent speech, is defined as the internal speech made when reading a word, thus allowing the reader to imagine the sound of the word as it is read.[1] This is a natural process when reading and helps to reduce cognitive load, and it helps the mind to access meanings to enable it to comprehend and remember what is read.[2] Although some people associate subvocalization with moving one's lips, the actual term refers primarily to the movement of muscles associated with speaking, not the literal moving of lips. Most subvocalization is undetectable (without the aid of machines) even by the person doing the subvocalizing[2].
Subvocalization or silent speech can be read via sensors and processors. This is a way of silently communicating with the world around you. Subvocalization sensing and processing allows an individual to directly utilize the minute neurological signals from the brain which control the vocal cords to communicate silently. It is similar to voice recognition except it is silent subvocalization being detected. It is a new technology being researched and developed at NASA's Ames Research Laboratory in Mountain View, California, under the supervision of Charles Jorgensen.
THE KEY TO VOICE TO SKULL MANIPULATION IS COORDINATED MUSCLE CONTROL. THE SUBVOCALIZATION MUSCLES CAN BE STIMULATED THEREBY CHANGING MENTAL VOICE AND MANINUPULATING THE COGNATIVE MIND. The subvocalization process can be slowed down. It also can be stopped. The voice to skull criminals slow the process down to slow the mental voice down for several reasons. It can make it more difficult to read and think. Slowing down the sub vocal muscles can make it possible for sophisticated computers and human operators to synchronize human’s muscles for direct remote control of an individual. In addition the cochlear nerve and auditory nerve in the ear or receptors in the brain can be stimulated to mask the subvocalization manipulation. This type of manipulation can be examined forensically in the victim’s subvocalization motor process nerves, and larynx vocal cords. My very life is being threatened to prevent this release of information.
