It's like this. Nano-particles in every thing living in the U.S. Differences are being collected from all that in self-learning computers toward governing. I think we're just (mentally) conversing with a computer most of the time. This system "knows" everything I know, everything I have known - all my life's experiences directly from me. It must be important to countries surviving - they're all doing it (some version anyway) A few, like us were drafted into an intense place in this. There is no out - no appeal to any law enforcement agency or judiciary. That's all. No low is too low for the differences being collected, but it is an effort to encompass all possibilities they can get toward governing to survival of life and its future continuity.
