I think people really need to focus on criminals who abuse mental technology, rather than the technology itself. It's crucial if any of us are going to manage to get armed and stop mental technology abuse. Perps seem to be trained at turning us against each other.
I'm for accurate convictions, anyone can use the term 'weapon of terror'. No sense pointing fingers at anyone in particular until it can be accurately proven who is responsible.

Individuals from a government do not necessarily represent majority opinion within the country they are from, or even majority opinion within the government they are operating from. Grandiose statements from individuals who do not represent a majority opinion are in extremely poor taste as such individuals will make clear statements concerning how they represent the government and country that they are working for. Where representatives have clearly acted in a manner that is not actually representative of the democracy they claim to represent, then they should be fired.
I've mostly pointed out the public statements on my website, and noted to those about that I don't know how to lie with my soul(I don't try, the logic will match the audio if making a truthful sworn statement). As I have good intentions, hopefully it will be too politically embarrassing to execute me. It sounds like there are some government officials who are finally becoming aware of the problem. From my perspective, they're panicking as they realize how dangerous the technology is as they are coming from a conventional warfare perspective of life. If you are from the government you can Google 'mind control' and 'seduction' if you want to find perps openly advertising mind control with criminal intentions. I've been on the net for a while, obviously spreading information that promotes a security industry, and attempts to ensure money is justly spent(read my publication page on mindcontrolvictims.com). Best I can tell I've still got the best ranked websites on the net where I'm trying to start a security company, and promoting an industry. I've been through hell keeping them online, so it's been frustrating dealing with people who think I'm the problem. I understand that the technology can be seen as a 'weapon of terror' by those horrified by it, but seizing patentable information across a jurisdictional boundary, declaring the inventor to be a terrorist when I'm for security, then stating they want to control and export the technology themselves is in extremely poor taste. Yes I understand that governments want to control dangerous technology, and they have concerns, but they can pay licensing fees on patentable information like everybody else.
