I gave and developed 2 free methods for captureing V2K and ways we can come together to be expert, eye witness or character withnesses for each other: that is what is required to win a lawsuit. As far as I know ideology is not inherited with the genes. Maybe tendencies in personality traits. Germany is now a democracy that does not intend to rule the world. The rest of the text about the projects might have some true points and certainly unanswered questions. Maybe there will be a way to restrict and monitor the radiation that makes people sick, on the other hand some are more, others are less sensitive to it. I hope it will not end up as a kind of cold war cyber scenario where people are being hacked, brainwashed, mass hysterias induced, mentalities molded according to the will of the party that had the "best" surveillance means. Why should democracies need a totalitarian big brother? Dürrenmatt would write a novel about how to protect the ordinary population from such agencies, but he died long ago, probably not due to radiation.
