After I decided to launch international (legal  ) proceedings against "them" and sent related documents to you all,  what are " they "  doing to my heart , my hearing , my head, and my body? When sleeping in home , my heart rate is as low as 30 ( before is 33); when working , my heart rate is as fast as 188.

Canadian Government and the Supreme Court of Canada can not stop their ongoing terrorism, psychological torture and  MK Ultra, lasting 17 years. All Canadian lawyers refused my request and stated :" You have nowhere to go if you are going to file complaints against Canadian police and doctors."
