This letter is to reply to your recent response  email letter about "consistent patterns of gross and reliably attested violations of all human rights and fundamental freedoms occurring in any part of the world and under any circumstances..."  

About  6 years ago, The International Criminal Court contacted me too. In fact, I can't remember how many times UN, International Human Rights Community (  Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch...) , International Criminal Court directly and indirectly" persuade" Canadian Government to stop their ongoing brutality and evil. Conversely, they are hacking all who contact me ; hacking everything I am using.

2. Both Canadian Security Intelligence Service and one professor of University of  California, San Diego state regarding Microwave, Radio Frequency... Non Lethal Weapons , Weapons of Mass Destruction.

From my recent letter to you all , and our  emails of years  ago  between UN Human Rights and me, you will  understand why  I must  launch international (legal  ) proceedings against them for breaking international law, not only for myself.

Fight  for my life being  threatened ; fight against ongoing (psychological ) torture, terror, poison, death threats and attempted murder by every possible means and with all possible Non-Lethal Weapons. I am not alone and I need your help.
