Targeted victims/innocent civilians/human rights activists have been targeted and subjected to violation of their human rights and crimes against humanity by negative technologies through Directed Energy Weapons (DEW)/non-lethal weapons, remote neural-monitoring harassment, ECHELON spying system, neurophone harassment, electronic mind control/mind programming technology harassment, Voice to Skull Technology (V2K), negative remote electromagnetic energies and forces technology harassment, tortures and abuse, invasive remote electromagnetic technologies, and other forms of electronic/electromagnetic abuse and enslavement whether for the purpose of research or invasive biological or neuro/mind electromagnetic experimentation, or destruction to innocent targeted individuals or group of people or population, or for the purpose of control and power by the responsible governments and its counterpart allies in the absence of war or armed conflict to gain absolute power and control and attain supremacy over humanity and the whole world, which are inhumane and violation of UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and crimes against humanity under the Rome Statute of International Criminal Court (ICC).
Targeted victims/innocent civilians/human rights activists do not have the negative technologies or electronic mind control technology to use and hijack their destructive negative technology programs or the wealthy powerful governments and its counterpart allies and associates that invented and developed these destructive negative technologies being subjected to or used against targeted victims/innocent civilians/human rights activists all over the world.
We proclaim, declare, and decree that we stand up and fight for these violations of human rights and crimes against humanity being subjected to innocent victims/mankind all over the world by petitions, prayers, and God's Divine Intervention. We claim and use the Holy Mighty and Powerful Name of Jesus Christ, His Most Precious Powerful Blood and Sacred Wounds, and the Power of His Holy Cross to stand up against these violations of our human rights and crimes against humanity by wicked evil principalities and powers, and rulers of this world and its counterpart allies and associates responsible for these evil works. Our struggles are not of flesh and blood, but of the wicked evil powers of principalities and rulers and negative forces in high places, and the spiritual wickedness of this dark world. Bible Scripture [2 Corinthians 4:4] For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but Divinely Powerful for the destruction of fortresses.
For the reason or purpose of national security alone is not a reasonable and justifiable ground or excuse by the responsible governments in the circumstances to target and subject innocent civilians from different parts of the world to destructive negative technology programs and violate their persons, lives, privacy, and liberty which are inhumane, unjust and unacceptable and still constitute violations of human rights and crimes against humanity of the Rome Statute. It is not a legitimate objective to be achieved. The responsible governments do not seem to have the slightest regard or obedience to international rule of law of this world.
