It is said that Hitler thought he was going to conquer the world. Saddam was no doubt over-focused on Kuwait. Saddam was stopped early, Hitler's armies ended up all over Europe. Those who invade people's minds can be just as foolish. In cases where they are clearly abusing power, where they are primarily led by profit, they should be stopped. When one looks up voices, visions, dreams, and history on the internet, it becomes apparent that some of the mental technology may not be man-made. The very word 'vision', as in 'a man saw a vision', suggests that the technology may be old. It would be something of a coincidence given the similarities to induced hallucinations. The descriptions of tormenting spirits from the 1800's are remarkably similar to modern technology abuse. If one reads the bible you will find many statements concerning voices and visions. The heaven's are above, and much larger than the earth. There are a sextillion stars in the universe, which is a 1 followed by 23 zero's, according to modern astronomers. It leads to people wondering which Gods have access to the best alien technology, which species demons and angels belong to. Conquerors and abusers of power typically don't make it very far. Are perps/tormenting spirits going to make it in the universe? No probably not. Who would want the risk if one is capable of stopping it?
Canada has a fertility rate of 1.68 children per woman, and a good record for peacekeeping. It has taken no force or threats of force for the majority of Canadians to decide to keep our fertility rate low. This is an argument towards the majority of Canadians being non-malicious towards animals. Even if some animal rights activists are aware of the danger, most Canadians are not. It is animal rights where power could most be abused where humans are concerned. Fertility rates are dropping world wide as well. It becomes dangerous to attack moral souls, for simple fear of being seen as an abuser of power, who might advance technologically and become a danger to an observer capable of stopping the abuser.
Where souls have a conscience, our instinct is to join the moral side, it is not fear that pushes us this way.
