In short, I know too much.
I can be called by most an inspirational writer of all things good. Except for one sunny afternoon, I returned home with my 8th grade age daughter and the shoe strings on my jogging shoes were tied together and left in a spot in my bedroom where I never kept them. Just a few days later, I went home for lunch and all of my clothes had been removed from my closet and strewn across my bed... still on hangers. Later in the week, a ceramic figurine of a Geisha woman was lying on my bedroom floor and its head was decapitated. I knew something was up then... wouldn't you?
That was over a decade ago and you just would not be able to wrap your head around the dastardly, illegal, and offensive things me and my family and friends have gone through BECAUSE I would not shut up. I kept going to cops for help... and advocates... because this 'stalking' stuff was not normal. Not that stalking is normal... but this was deeper than personal-- it was insidious. And, I also knew this wasn't the work of an aggrieved ex-spouse or boyfriend!
And so I began to do what is normal for me to do and investigate – live in the library researching and reading everything I could get my hands on – asking questions and visiting websites – I even took some paralegal classes—just to learn more about the process of law.
One of these days when I get to know this audience better I will reveal some of the particulars. Until then and by way of introduction, I wanted to share my website with you. I’m a peacemaker and advocate for those who are being oppressed. I care not to dwell too long on Mr. Ugly and all of his/her antics but instead --I prefer to focus on tranquility and learning. I am also my Mother’s caregiver and stay home all day with her. I’d love to know more about you and am intent on getting help for all of us. Let’s talk soon.
Until then, meet G A Z E L L A | Beauty + Grace + Gentleness (my website.)
