I've been tortured/brainwashed/experimented on for 4 years and I have never talked to another victim. I was pronounced insane and the local police force tried to institutionalize me while saying some really corrupt sounding things.. I got out quickly. During 2009-2010 They did a variety of things to me from making me think with different brain configurations/routings to physical sensastions. I've really experienced alot. One of the things were raised bumps. It occurs to me if you can speak as the mind does via computer signal to cells to create a bump then you can manipulate cells in other ways. It's not a far off assumption that they could send a signal to a cancer cell to stop growing out of control. Also, they could raise intelligence. If they have decided to hold those things away from the rest of humanity and chose to sell miracles to a new 'controlling' class then they have made alot of enemies. Who wouldn't sue, rally, investigate, even rebel to get the cure for cancer? They mentioned a brain encephalagram and a radio spectrometer as part of their machinery. Those would be traceable.
