The following list of articles summarise what is known of System X.  System X is a generic title for microwave-based interfacing with humans from satellites and is not specific to any one nation.  System X is an interface to the human brain/body and the source of claims behind v2k, RNM (Remote Neural Monitoring), Synethetic telepathy.  Claims of torture, harassment, etc., are from the effects of this system and its efforts to remotely control humans.

I have been investigating these reports of V2K, RNM, Synthetic telephathy, etc, for about the last decade.  My investigations have taken me across the world, from the UK to Australia.  I have been able to confirm that all these events are attributable to one or more satellite constellations in orbit, firing needle-like microwave beams at humans enabling both the reading and writing to the human brain.  Further, as an extension of this, this system is learning how to control tissue throughout the body for the purposes of remote control.  The system(s) is backed by Artificial General Intelligence with the goal of being able to rapidly impersonate humans, deploy troops and infiltrate gov/military and other groups anywhere in the world.

These events appear to be connected with the fairly recent attacks on US CIA and diplomatic staff in both Cuba and China.

A much shorter answer is that it is a satellite constallation which operates two main platforms:

RNM OpenMind

RNM Nobody

The platforms have operational uses, but those complaining of torture are more interested in the development side of things.

RNM OpenMind is a brain computer interface which augments the human brain with a supercomputer-based artificial general intelligence.  This is the voice(s) and all the stuff that goes on in the mind.  The specifics of this is irrelvent, its just methodologies employed in experiments into control, manipulation and large scale social engineering.

RNM Nobody is the body computer interface.  This physically moves muscle tissue.  The goal of this program is to both impersonate and augment humans.  A supercomputer artificial general intelligence is learning how to move the body properly so that it can take over humans at a whim.

Who runs this?

Apparently, a consortium of interests between the major powers and top brass are involved in some capacity, either direct support or indirect.

This is a very interesting support group that you guys have here, but I do get the impression that this is a CIA front operation designed to sedate those that are being attacked.  This talk of stalkers, TIs, perps and harassment is CIA language used to downplay the seriousness of the situation and feed into neural damage caused by integration with an AI over radio. 

What's with all the pink and flowers???  It feels like a mental hospital.
