what a day,it gets worse,sharp pains all over body constant bombardment,no sleep yet again awake all night so i miss my football,blood ridiculous,pain in mouth ,teeth,side of face ,arms ,back,everywhere even in private parts,its in human to do this,i have emailed mi5 not that its going to do much cop,i got strong evidence its  the police and will continue my life exposing them all,just sat in my flat and the torture is unreal but too tired to go out,now they have cut off my money so i wont get nothing,i cant go to work as they wont let me sleep.what do you do???i am a threat to exposing them thats why they want rid,torture is so poweful,i had an accident when i was young and out for 6 months,car accident,you couldnt see skin on my back,that pain is no where near this pain,they are as if they are in the room thats how clear it is,they also pretend to bang doors etc,stupid prix,they must be having a laff,got told if you do suffer pain use heat to stop it,it works 2,only thing is its my whole flippin body unless you go to have a sauna all day then  unless someone can come up with a sensible idea about heating youself,they also use cold aswell,i got loads of sox on and they are turning myfeet to ice,i got heating on and every other part is roasting,how cruel,then ppl ant understand why or  how can u not sleep,the pain like real which it is but like face to face,they turning up the notches,i could very easily sleep as got tons of pills,why should i give in to them bastardsmi took two 800 mg,my dosage is that and if they wont let me sleep on that theres something wrong,i wanna c my mum,shes 74 and a cripple and this twat is laffing,the fecking coventry police are a flipping disgrace,they experiment to see how you react to different things,this prick is torturing me so bad,its like someones put u on a  table strapped up and turning ur legs round and round while you scream,thats how sik they are,thepain to make you cry yourself to sleep,they will ease off this afternoon then wake me up around 4.45pm so i missed my football,cant even watch a film or anything,sslowly but surely they taking the things i love away,sharpest pains yet again designed to kill me,if i die its the coventry city police who murdered me

Bio-electromagnetic weapons can kill, torture, enslave and escape detection at the speed of light

On February 8, 2010, George Noory interviewed Dr. John Hall on his radio show Coast to Coast. Hall, a practicing physician, discussed his work with thousands of victims of electronic harassment, stalking, and mind control and how CIA/NSA technology is being used to track, intimidate, and even read the thoughts of people. The technology, which can create voices in a person’s head, simulates mental illness, leading many to think that victims are delusional, he explained. Yet the stalking component, common in many cases, is a clear sign that the harassment is not just in their head.

There are some methods to deflect attacks from directed energy weapons like particle beams, ultrasound, and laser; but audio harassment, such as communications beamed directly into the head via microwaves, and blanketed low frequency waves are harder to stop, he said. According to his intelligence contacts, the technology to enable these techniques comes from satellites, rather than someone on the ground.

Electronic harassment victims are about 70 percent female, who sometimes suffer from sexual assaults, he reported. In some cases, the victims have gotten on the wrong side of a large law firm, or private investigators are involved, yet Hall believes the harassment cases could be a form of government experimentation. He is calling for a congressional hearing to bring an end to this kind of harassment/experimentation and recommends that victims contact the organization Freedom from Covert Harassment & Surveillance www.freedomfchs.com.

Interestingly, James Walbert recently won a court case in which his former business associate was ordered to stop using “electronic means” to harass him.

The Ultimate Weapon

Electromagnetic weapons operate at the speed of light; they can kill, torture and enslave; but the public is largely unaware that they exist because these weapons operate by stealth and leave no physical evidence. Electromagnetic weapons have been tested on human beings since 1976. By widely dispersing the involuntary human test-subjects, and vehemently attacking their credibility, it has been possible for the United States to proceed with these human experiments unhindered by discussions or criticisms, let alone opposition. This ultimate weapon system is currently being deployed in Iraq. The US Air Force and the Marine Corps refer to it as “active denial technology”, as if it were used purely for defense, but it is not...

Reading Brain Waves and Mind Control

In 1959, Saul B. Sells, a professor of social psychology at a minor US university submitted a proposal to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to build for them the most sophisticated electroencephalography machine that would have an integral computational capacity to analyze and, hopefully, make sense of the brain waves it recorded. In other words, the professor proposed to make a machine that could tell the CIA what a person was thinking, whether or not the person wished to disclose that information.

The CIA approved the project in 1960, adding some library research with five objectives. The fifth objective of the research was, “Techniques for Activating the Human Organism by Remote Electronic Means”. The entire assignment was thereafter known as MKULTRA subproject 119, MKULTRA being the CIA’s notorious mind control program. It was based on the erroneous notion that the Soviets already possessed the means to control minds and the US had to catch up as rapidly as possible.

The documents pertaining to MKULTRA subproject 119 are now held in the National Security Archives (a non-governmental organization) at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.1 John Marks, author of The Search for the Manchurian Candidate: The CIA and Mind Control, (Times Books, New York, 1979) donated the MKULTRA documents; his book was republished by W.W. Norton & Company, Inc., New York, 1991 and is still in print.

Project Bizarre followed MK-ULTRA subproject 119 in 1965. The purpose of Bizarre was to record and analyze the complex microwave signal allegedly being beamed at the American Embassy in Moscow by the Soviets from a building across the street. The interesting thing about Project Bizarre is that while the United States has denied to this very day that there could be adverse health effects from microwave radiation, it immediately suspected that “the Moscow signal” was producing a variety of health effects in Embassy personnel, particularly in the successive ambassadors at whose office it was claimed the signal was being beamed. At the same time that the State Department was testing embassy personnel for DNA breaks produced by the Moscow signal, it felt constrained from complaining to the Soviets because the power of their signal was a tiny fraction of what the U.S. said was a safe, human exposure level. Journalist Barton Reppert has written the most authoritative account of the Moscow signal.2 (Editor’s note: DNA breaks from exposure to mobile phones have been confirmed in recent lab research.)

Converting Sound to Microwaves

In 1973, Joseph C. Sharp, an experimental psychologist at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research performed an experiment that was pivotal to the development of the torture equipment being shipped to Iraq today. He had James Lin set up equipment in his laboratory which converted the shape of sound waves into microwave radiation that enabled him to hear himself vocalize the names of the numbers from one to ten in his head, by-passing the mechanism of his own ears. This particular experiment was never published but is mentioned in Lin’s book, Microwave Auditory Effects and Applications, published in 1978.5

The experiment has been confirmed in US Patent 6 587 729, “Apparatus for Audibly Communicating Speech Using the Radio Frequency Hearing Effect”.6 This patent is for an improved version of the apparatus used in the 1973 laboratory experiment, issued on July 1, 2003 and assigned to the Secretary of the Air Force. It provides scientific evidence that it is possible to hear threatening voices in one’s head without suffering from paranoid schizophrenia.

Why has this patent been published openly at a time when the U.S. Government is practicing a degree of secrecy that rivals Stalin’s Kremlin? I have no satisfactory answer, except to say that the apparatus in the patent has already been superseded by equipment that achieves the same effect by far more sophisticated means. It blocks the normal processes of memory and thought by remote electronic means, while at the same time supplying false, distorted and/or unpleasant memories and suggestions by means of a process called “synthetic telepathy”. The equipment that produces synthetic telepathy is sometimes referred to as “influence technology”.

While voices and visions, daydreams and nightmares are the most astonishing manifestations of this weapon system, it is also capable of crippling the human subject by limiting his/her normal range of movement, causing acute painthat is the equivalent of major organ failure or even death, and interfering with normal functioning of any of the human senses. In other words, any of the torture methods with which the words Guantanamo Bay have become synonymous can be achieved by remote, electronic means.

Instruments of Torture

Influence technology is also capable of persuading the subjects that their mind is being read, that their intellectual property is being plundered, and can even motivate suicide or the murder of family, friends, and co-workers. During the years of the so-called “War on Drugs” (which preceded the “War on Terrorism”), letters that the involuntary human subjects had written or were about to receive regularly vanished from the mail, as though the government had a huge covert operation through post offices across the country. When George Herbert Walker Bush became president (1989), the incidence of co-worker killings in the post offices became so great that the expression “going postal” began to replace the commonly used expression of “going crazy”. The killing of co-workers in other workplaces began to command more media attention, too.7

I estimate that the cost of imprisoning a human being in his/her own body and applying unremitting torture is US$5,000,000 to $10,000,000 a year.

By “unremitting torture” I mean exactly that. Because there is no visible evidence left by this new torture equipment such as damage to the skin, it is possible to torture the involuntary human subjects for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This can be done and is being done even on Christmas and Easter.8

I arrived at my estimate on the cost of testing/using electromagnetic weapons on a human subject by visiting a cable TV channel that specializes in the sale of goods over the air 24 hours a day. I questioned the number of technical staff required, their working hours and salary range; also the number of back-up personnel required to prepare the programming for broadcast. I did not inquire about the cost of electronics and the schedule by which it is depreciated. I have estimated a cost for depreciation that is included in my estimate of the cost of torturing one involuntary human subject for one year.

Torture is a labor-intensive business. What objective would justify this investment? Could it be something as insane as to rule the world by enslaving the democratic governments of the more populous countries? This objective is certainly consistent with the United States’ disdain for, and hostility toward, the United Nations, the international conventions and covenants it has ratified in the past and customary international law.9

On March 1, 2001, the Marine Corps announced a new non-lethal weapon, “active denial technology”. It produces enormous pain by allegedly boiling the molecules of water in the human skin without damaging the skin itself. As described in an article published in New Scientist, it employs pulsed electromagnetic radiation at a frequency of 95 GHz with a range of about 600 meters.10 There have been several new reports in the magazine in 2005, including one published in July,11 describing volunteers taking part in tests to determine how safe the Active Denial System (ADS) weapon would be if used in real crowd-control. The ADS weapon’s beam was reported to cause pain within 2 to 3 seconds, and becomes “intolerable after less than 5 seconds.”

Active denial technology is the cornerstone of the system employed to torture 2,000 persons in the privacy of their own homes, not only in the United States but around the world, wherever countries have signed Status of Forces Agreements with the United States.12 Allegations of torture were first received from countries with which the United States has a special intelligence-sharing relationship i.e. the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Then reports began to arrive from the conquered countries where the United States still has large numbers of troops stationed, i.e. Germany and Japan. When France rejoined the military arm of NATO in the late 90s, we began to receive allegations of torture in France. Very recently we have begun to receive allegations of torture from India, where American companies have begun to outsource, not only help lines, but also programming.13

And then there is the case of Russia, where the involuntary, human subjects of torture experiments appear to be both numerous and well-organized. I have been told reliably that every Russian scientist who could speak English has now found a home in an American university or government laboratory. This is plausible, considering the frequently voiced American worry that Soviet era experts in nuclear weaponry and biological warfare might find employment in Iran. It is a fact that at the end of World War II the U.S. Army swept through Germany in an operation called Project Paperclip, recruiting, in particular, Nazi rocket scientists and experts in aerospace medicine. Some other scientists were recruited simply to deprive the Soviet Union of this resource. So what has become of the Soviet scientists who didn’t speak English? In time we will find out for certain, but for now it is a safe guess that at least some of them have been employed to study the Russian value system and decision making processes by torturing other Russians with American “influence technology.”14

Two interesting and important articles on bioelectromagnetic weapons have recently appeared in the New Scientist: “Maximum pain is aim of new U.S. weapon” and “Police toy with ‘less lethal’ weapons”, both written by David Hambling15. See also U.S. Patent 6,536,440 of March 25, 2003.16 Since completing this article in mid-June 2005, it has come to my attention that the Israelis are deploying a device called “The Scream” which sends out bursts of audible but not loud sound at intervals of about 10 seconds. A photographer at the scene of a demonstration said that he continued to hear the sound ringing in his head even after he covered his ears. This suggests to me that the active agent is electromagnetic rather than acoustic. In other words, the Israelis have come up with a device that is far cleverer than our “active denial technology.” It not only deters rioters, but also issues an audible warning that it has been turned on, which the U.S. device does not, leaving it entirely to the enlisted men operating it to determine how much burning pain their adversaries receive. The margin for error with the U.S. device is unconscionable. It may as well be called a lethal weapon because in practice it very frequently will be.

kept awake for the 2nd night on the trot,been in tears,they destroying me so bad,i cant stand this no more,took strong tablets to sleep,tortured heart and legs and turning the screw even more,saying that its going to get worse and worse,they also playing with eyes that  bad its like been pist feeling,they want me to sit in chair close eyes and just listen to them all day while they torture,they are  sik bastards-  went to bed and the attacks are mindblowing,sharpest pains you ould ever imagine,torturing every part of my body,insanity,they wont let me sleep and i need electric cards which i can only  get from one place,if i dont get them by 2morrow,will be without electric,am soso tired but they just want me to suffer,been in tears even more,they just want me in tears as i read that they do experiment on humans to see what reactions they get,the time when you  feel the worst is because they monitor how you are with different types of attacks,some you might not react to more than others,thats how they learn,then basically once they find your weaknesses,they rip you apart,thats why some people,well all say its not too bad or its very bad,torturing feet and the pain and feelings of torture are out of this world,the more people realize that it can be cults,police,neighbours etc etc,it can be different types of beams,chips etc etc,but you must realize throughtout who you blame its  the goverments who actually are the perps,they fund it and are the ones who that must be brought to justice,crime doesnt pay,nor does the illegal harrassment and torture they all signed up against,its apparently one in every three goverments who do it,tetra is worldwide and its sold off cheaply to countries so they all basically are obeying by doing so,some because of it will lose there countries,the american goverment loves it as they will basically be able to hear the whole world,as the saying goes,i have the whole word in my hands,more n more masts will be put up and the us will conquer  aswell as the uk,the power will be devastating in years to come,freedom,freedom of speech will be no more,there even saying in future generations more n more kids will have more illnesses and disorders all through the technology of today,the future is bleak,weather getting worse and all comes down to greed n power,thats the do all and end all of mankind.

tortured so bad,legs,feet and heart,the pain is soso bad,they want me to take an overdose so i sleep for days at least,how can you sleep with pain thats crippling,pains everywhere,all down the back,they are going full hog and laughing,the sik barstards,they kept me awake last night and now they want me to sleep in the day so i miss everything,thats with a big if aswell,they just want you to keep taking the pills,then more n more,hearts so bloody sore,they dont want me to go out to be kept a slave,isolated,dont know what they are trying to achieve,murder most probably,i aint giving in so the prik can turn up the torture like he is whilst doing this,i want these barstards for myself so i can get on there flippin turntable {figure of speech}i'll gladly mix the flippin pain on  them so the flippin prick suffers for years and so he loses everything he bloody owned then get that much power into his no sense of humour brain and cook the git,and thats been very polite,another night without sleep,trying to brainwash me and everytime i close my eyes they rub my throat so i cant breath,am sososo tired,still torturing legs and throat which my whole body is killing me.they are getting worse and worse and worse

what a day, cooked so bad on legs i screamed for help and was made to cry myself to sleep,they made me take too many pills and slash arm twice,i hope the police are watching,what you have done to me is inhuman,outrageous,they stopped my internet from working and my pc windows were opening right left and center,now the new blokes on as they shift,6-2,2-10,10-6,the bloke on at 10 is the leader,whatever happens between 10 pm and 6 am is what will happen that day,they are cooking my legs again all day and now getting worse to make me scream thta the neighbours will call the police and so they can put me in the mental hospital,am been setup because they dont want me researching to post on the net,the bloke who is doing it is a slaphead and they use computers obviously more hi tech than ours as i have seen the picture which states quote they have the power to put fear into people,the police was watching me as i went to the shop,everytime i go out i am been watched ,hence they cook my legs so bad so i cant have any outside communication with anybody,at least one good thing was i slept alot,obviously that aint a help,but to make someone so so sore to scream and cry there selves to sleep is disgusting,the pain is horrific and have been told today that ,quote,this is the police force and we want you dead,we hate your fucking guts.originally this was intended so i miss the football on saturdays,now they cooking me again so bad,looks like i will scream again,they have warned me if i do any more research they will kill me,this is our beloved police force,COVENTRY police will end up killing me because i sent them and the goverment my research upon which i had a letter from the coventry police and it stated lies,so i sent them stuff as an eye opener,since then they have lets say got it in for me,its that bad i was in a taxi and refused to pay what was alarmingly twice the amount it normally was and the police {coventry little park st}stated at first they couldnt do nothing,then a copper appeared and stated to wipe that fucking smile off my face,i didnt have a smile,i was ordered to pay the taxi upon which he kept the meter running,so basically i was charged for going to the cop station,then ordered to get a different taxi,outrageous,i was even harrassed by them walking home from the pub upon which i was searched and called  a criminal by the fantastic police,they are bloody terroists and i have made sure if anything happens to me that it will be all over the news,they are suppose too serve and protect,here we pay council tax which every house has to pay which includes paying for the police,if you dont pay it u go to prison,i got in touch with the commisson about the harrassment and found out they were ex  police officers,wow i thought as was told they had nothing to do with the police,the police shot a man in london cos a copper was shgging the blokes misses,he died and in uk they had riots because of it,the police have been involved with sex assaults on the public,hilsborough disaster which they could have saved 41 lives but covered it up to blame the liverpool fans for 23 years,they have had a bloke in custody who had mental illness apparently for 6 mths,he died while in there care,people in the uk are been targetted as apparently its against the law to do certain things even posting pictures on ya windows could see you in prison,so where the freedom of speech gone??thepolice are criminals and most people hate there guts,they tried setting up my friend by putting words in his mouth,i was aslo annoyed as the police came into my  local pub and said in front of everybody i could hear voices ,then asked me to have a chat outside??why didnt he say can i have a word with you outside,then they ordered me to go to hospital to see about my sleep,i went for three hours and got three leaflets,the walsgrave said quote,WE DONT HAVE ANY MEDICINES TO HELP WITH INSOMNIA,its a bloody hospital lol,even the  police said they would follow as i said i  wasnt going with them,i went with sister and they said they would follow incase i jumped  out the car,why the  bloody hell would  i do that for?the attacks have got worse as they dont want me on the internet researching,bloody coventry city police are the terroists.walsgrave hospital had put a band on my wrist,it was so itchy,they took it off after a few mins??the band had my name on with velcro like underneath,which is weird as its normally just a band of plastic,go figure yourself! conspiracy?paranoia?threats!

same thing tortured all morning,cant stand up,its like a vibration thats so painful words cannot describe,its 3.06 am in the morning and for the past 2 weeks for some strange reason they have stopped me sleeping full stop bar yesterday,i think they want me to go out and spend money,because if they wanted me to stay in why is the harrassment so bad???they cant do itas much outside,but make it so difficult that i cant go outside,they keep threatening that its going to get worse and they wont stop till i am dead,thats the police,how wonderful considering i have never been in trouble with the police and am pretty much a saint,so why torture a normal hrd working citizen???research is all i can think of,like i said i sent the police information because they lied in a letter,now the police know i am researching and it got worse since i found out about the sussex police station with the microwave been detected by an author who took readings outside the police station and approached them they said quote we have no interest in microwave even if it does cause cancer etc,he had the frequency counter taken off him by the police,also the antenna that is guarded by a fence so the public cannot go anywhere near it,also in brighton police vans stationary for months,using microwave to clear any trouble or citizens around the area,the information also stated if i was to look deep into this or any subject from above then expect things to get worse,which they have,but why???all its done is prove the police are using microwave frequencies,when i do go out they cook my legs as i walk,if i go to see my mates the closer i get to them the more pain they put on my legs,my legs are soso sore i wanna scream,causing anxiety and stress to eventually cause a heart attack,they also hate labour parties and personally i blame margaret thatcher,she was the one who sold off the frequencies hence tetra which is used by the army,the police ambulances and fire brigade,now for some weird reason the police are every where,even been outside my house whilst going to get food,just imagine a new war,world war 3?if they can use mind control and other countries use it,why be so scared a bout nuke missiles etc,they invaded iraq and shouldnt of,they went in and found nothing yet they went on and killed iniscent people,it had nothing to do with what they did or didnt have,it was about oil.britain like america go to war for one purpose themselves,they couldnt give a monkeys how many hundreds of thousands it kills in between,all i know is i will still fight on and live in hope that one day the harrassers  get whats coming to them,we need to do more to unite the sufferers,untill that happens we have  no chance of changing anything!

yet more torture,cooked legs all day,now doing the same all morning,fell asleep for two hours and woken up to horrific pain that drives you insane ,they are pist cos i am on here,another at least person on this forum posted on the main page about the feelings in your feet,exactly what woke me up,they are torturing more so i stop and the police are deffinately hacking into  my pc as sent email and struggled to send it cos they trying to stop me doing things,sharpest pains all the time with now and again the most horrific sharp pains ever,they make me close my eyes and then turn up the torture,am that tired i cant stay awake,what do you do???they trying to give me a heart attack,stressing me up so bad
