中国贫富差距大的社会现象：工资集体协商试行办法等法规
这十年来，中国出现了贫富差距大的社会现象。这其中很重要的原因是：中国的法庭和行政部门没有严格地用《中华人民共和国劳动法》、《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》、工资集体协商试行办法、工资支付暂行规定等法规，监管中华人民共和国境内企业的工资发放。现在，劳动争议的案件越来越多。可是，中国的法官审理这种案件的经验少、意识差。这种情况下，法官很容易被脑控武器欺骗，有错误的思想，判错案子。
工资分配应当遵守“按劳分配”的原则，实行同工同酬。企业和劳动职工按照工资集体协商试行办法等法规，依法平等协商，发工资。
