hi year right, you say the light some times glows green, is my belief that these kind of lights change spectrum and can go from (R G B I V) i haven seen the one outside my house change this way. and i know from a book i have on biological psychology by James Kalat that to stimulate parts of the brain you need 3 colors red for high yellow with spots if red for medium and blue for low
This light and many like it have cameras installed on them. It is to "protect" us from terrorism. They used this technology on me before I was introduced to the cointelpro satellite program.
hi Lou, i am not sure what they are i just dont think theyn should be there, some of our lights here in katanning west Australia have the same thing even the shape of the light itself is the same, we also have a branch of the west power company formally Transfield now Tenix Corp going around tapping little plastic things into the bottom of our power polls?
