ThanksCitizens That Know seeks to help others to understand the root causes of this social pandemic so that we can effectively address and put an end to it. Those who already know and experience the affects of the disturbed and destructive social systems should protect themselves by emotionally distancing themselves from the crime. The perpetrators act out of pathology and rationalize it afterwards. The 'victim' is not responsible for the actions taken by the criminal or their enablers.

I hope you will read the materials regarding the serious mental health issue that 'bullying' which I have left on my blog and on the Citizens That Know website. This matter cannot be addressed in a significant way without understanding the basics of the social dynamic that is created by the neighborhood or government bully.
I would also not advise anyone to put such sensitive information about their injury, as is asked for by many sites, in the hands of anyone who doesn't have a very specific role and is in clear authority to assist in aiding with this problem. I have already seen misuse of people's information.
However, I will look at the format you suggest to see how it suggests giving structure to presenting information. Thank you for providing it.
