This guy targets me with his cell phone. These perpetrators are already positioned in a TARGETED area. Notice he is wearing sunglasses, which is one of their trademarks.

TI's should never question another TI's perception as it works against all of us. Anyway, this is typical what I see from the gang stalkers who target me:
white/black earplugs
rim/sun glasses
hood over cap
hood w/o cap
not noticing their surroundings. I walked around this individual two times, you would think that he would have lifted his head up or something.
reaction of guilt. Sometimes the perpetrator's reaction is that of guilt. Generally they will stop targeting you if they know you recognize what they are doing.
These are all my experiences and aware of what you are speaking of. But since my targeting is 24 hours and 7 days a week, it doesn't stop in my home.
And if you read my page, you will know that I was living in my vehicle for the better part of year and a half. Surely you wouldn't think that they would just focus on one area when I'm constantly moving a lot.
This is very documented information. The stalker follows the target where ever they go. Therefore, it make since that they will be positioned in various parts of the subway for the targeting to happening.
The subway is a complex place of tunnels. Because of this, the targeting becomes more difficult by satelite and traditional land base transmissions. This is where interaction happens with the perpetrators the most, beside when I'm driving.
Anyway, you are the group owner. I respect your opinion, but I don't necessarily think it was right for you to challenge my experiences.
I would never do that to a TI, because each one of us experiences something slightly different. I know one TI that I met have people using hand and body gestures. Another one a perpetrator uses talking coded BS. These things don't happen to me, but I'm not going to overwrite their experiences.
We should know that more than anyone else and I think it is sad to see a TI do this to another TI.
