My main surveillance equipment went out, because of all the gang activity that was going on. In other words, I was not prepared for all the activity I was going to face. So this is the closes thing to surveillance I can do (cell phone camera). Notice after focusing the camera on their presence, they leave. They were already sitting there before I sat in this spot. I needed to charge my surveillance equipment
