I don't just take people on cell phones. I document stalkers who uses these devices against me. There have been many videos that I deleted, because I wasn't sure if they were targeting me. Being a target does give you great insight of who's doing the targeting and who isn't. Watch as she's programing her phone and than after passing me, watch as her hands are both free. It was a sure bet she was a gang stalker and I was right.
