In this Belgian program we see an experiment done by dr. Andrew A. Marino on a subject. This subject's brain-activity was measured while low-energetic electromagnetic waves (like cell phones produce) were sent to her head.He found out that the brain does indeed register these electromagnetic waves, but ignores these signals, but then recognizes them again, and ignores them again.
