In my case I know the police who are investigating me would be the ones who would be doing this shit, Im orderering EMF and microwave meters to prove it. Try to remember who you had trouble with before all this stuff started, did you put complaints, lawsuits, had trouble with the a company you worked for or the police they would be the ones. The police are the first people you have to look at the government has the money to buy all these weopons and hire somebody to use them. A gangbanger or bum on the street wouldnt be able to get his hands on these expensive equipment.

But do they really project it as so you can hear with your eardrums, or isn´t that also a trick they use, so that you would either record it (and find there´s nothing to hear) or tell someone that you heard something, and none else did. They can do it so "lifelike, as it sounds sometimes coming from upperfloor, then next to your ear or outside the window.But for me I think it´s all made in my mind by them. Although I really don´t know how to explain all the coincidences (to many and to real to really be coincidences) by people showing up at strange occasions, but I guess they have their trick.
it is different now. As stated in the video they still atck me with chest pains. But, for instance, my notes from yesterday are perps 'walkign at me' wherever I go...they are trying really ahrd to provoke me so that they can get criminal charges. I had 3 different people do this purposefully yesterday just on a short trip to the grocery store. For some reason all three where black and wearing the same coat. This really emans nothing as to color cause it does change often. (just more psychological operations here) Also phone calls are not returned. For example, FOIA requests to hospitals...other examples. Their amin push is to have me incarcerated and/or committed and have been successful previously. The voices are much less severe and less frequent. I get lots of street theatre...lately this goes on at the courthouse by govt employees. i still get zapped with chest pains. What we need to do is divide into groups at the local level and have one person film while the other acts as the bait.
Hello Steve, As told I also share all your experiences. I wonder about your targeting now, you say it´s different-in what way? Is it lighter now? Do you get any sleep, or do the torture raise when to sleep? There is this constant signal in head for me, and when going to bed it always get more intense with high pitch noises that makes ordinary tinnitus like a "walk in the park"..
yeah i noticed that before that we where identicle. we are not alone. there are more that are exacly like us too.I am still targeted but differently. things didnt really cahnge for me until i started drinking valerian tea...and learned self hypnosis. I recommend the hypnotists handbook by cooke and vogt...but I imagine that you can go online and get started if you search it.
