  On a personal note, ... know yourself, and don't dwell on poison remarks. they're caustic regardless of the source.  No one can be manipulitively engineered, life has a way of happening despite the imposed conditions. Even alone in a dark room the brightest spark of light comes from inside you. Strong willed people aren't born, they're conditioned by circumstance and misfortune. The way you see yourself should be accentuated by your experiences, making you stronger with each new event. not to mention more colourful. If the only person who approves of me is myself,...I'm comfortable enough in my own skin to be okay with that.   The worst demons are the ones we create, people can be monsters but their frailty is their narcicism and their insecurities. Look at your situation from as many different angles as you can try to gauge perspective, time is your friend. think things through and you'll find what ever it is you're looking for. starting to feel like a creepy anne landers.

  also this might be helpful,...the undersecretary for defense's name is  Dr. stanley, clifford l. He is in charge of preparedness and policy for all civilian subcontractors working for the military and also for military personelle. That extends to R&D which of course has outsourced much of it's science and technology jobs to civilians. up from 0 in 2006 to four hundred and something in one year and has probably expanded significantly since. I'll update some stats as I come across them. unfortunately the international criminal court will not prosecute in the us as bush revoked the us signature from the treaty unless of course at some point it is re-ratified. but the president of the ICC is Song Sang-Hyun. Perhaps submit inquiries to these two officials if you believe yourself subject to  human rights abuses.

  Suzy, I don't know your history an am unwilling to speculate unnecessarily. I feel that it is necessary to present the possibility of chemical-electric brain imbalance with the obvious statement that I don't think that is necessarily the case. Your statements are very specific and if you are dealing with voices you need to consider that if you've got any reservations, and you're not absolutely sure you should consult with someone. That doesn't necessarily mean a psychotherapist or a mental health worker, it could be a family member or a close friend, possibly a religious advisor and remember you don't have to share details that make people uncomfortable or upset you to talk about. Conversations can be safely tackled just asking someone who knows you to give you moral support, let them know you're unsure of yourself and ask them to give you feed back. If you collectively decide, again I don't know your living situation or your family situation, that youre shaky and don't feel up to the pressure that's been dumped on you, decide what the best course of action would be. You're own judgement and the judgement of people you trust is very important.
