"Over the last ten years, Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance (FFCHS) has slowly evolved from a handful of targets to several hundred members. During that time, there were both successes and failures. Recently, the board of directors has engaged in efforts to decentralize the leadership of FFCHS to make the organization more transparent and more efficient. Those efforts led to rewriting the by-laws to make FFCHS more responsive to the targeted community, electing a treasurer for the first time in FFCHS’s history (previously the president had also served as treasurer), and finally removing the past president. The board felt that this action was in the best interest of the organization and the targeted community. 电磁场能“遥控”体内细胞
在很多疗法中，科学家们和医生都会使用强大的磁场来作为治疗手段。例如，名叫经颅磁刺激（TMS）的技术通过诱导大脑内的电流来工作，鉴于其具有一定的疗效，使用该技术治疗抑郁症在美国已经获批。
但是，TMS并非一种十分精确的方法，而且，目前，很多科学家正在研发其他专门使用磁场进行疾病治疗的方式。2005年，加拿大蒙特利尔综合理工大学纳米机器人实验室的西尔万·马特尔就想出了一个点子：使用磁感应细菌来制造“迷你型”的药物递送系统。
马特尔的具体想法是，使用一种名为MC-1的菌株作为小拖船。MC-1会沿着地球磁场的磁力线游动——它们使用嵌入身体内名为磁小体的结构中的氧化铁粒子链来感应地球的磁场。马特尔解释道：“每个磁小体就像一根指南针或者一个纳米导航系统。”

科学家们发现，除了可以使用热来对细胞进行远程控制之外，还有其他方法也能对细胞进行远程控制。美国哈佛医学院的唐·因格伯进行的研究表明，细胞会通过使用自己身体的扭转来相互交流。他的团队发现，他们可以仅仅通过采用特别的方式来拉伸细胞，从而改变细胞内的基因活动的模式甚至触发细胞自杀——也就是所谓的细胞凋亡。
因格伯的研究团队采用的方法是，将具有磁性的纳米小珠依附到整联蛋白上，整联蛋白是一种出现在细胞的外膜内的蛋白质，其会将纳米小珠锚定到细胞的外基质上。打开一个磁场会对塑料小珠施加一种力，这个力会拖动整联蛋白并将细胞拉变形。

因格伯表示，这样通过无线触发方法释放出的组织胺可以更好地控制炎症。组织胺影响血管扩张、肌肉收缩以及肠道内的胃酸分泌。它也能像神经传递素一样影响人的清醒和睡眠状态。而且，这种聚簇效应也能同细胞表面的其他分子结合在一起以制造抗癌药物，例如，制造能触发肿瘤细胞死亡的抗癌药物。
目前，普拉勒打算厘清一个问题，那就是，这种远程加热技术是否能通过激活动物嗅球内特定的神经元（嗅球是大脑内与处理气味有关的组织）来刺激老鼠的触觉。实际上，也就是通过这种方法，让老鼠“闻到”并不存在的物质。去年，他的团队接受了美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）提供的130万美元的资助来研发这项技术。他说：“嗅觉提供了一个大的实验场地，因为嗅球能够从外面送达，因此，递送纳米粒子相对来说也比较容易。”
细胞自身或许就拥有无线机制
要想对细胞进行无线控制，小磁铁可能并非最好的接收器。据《科学美国人》杂志报道，早在2007年，美国加州大学伯克利分校的物理学家亚历克斯·策特尔就已经证明，纳米管完全可以作为无线电接收机来使用：可以被当做一个配备了放大器和谐调器的天线来使用。
为了制造出一个能对无线电波做出反应的纳米管，策特尔团队在该碳纳米管的尖端施加了一个电荷。当出现无线电波时，电荷会在管内制造出振动，这种振动能被转化回来成为一个震动的电磁信号。通过改变碳纳米管的长度可以改变其共振频率——策特尔发现，采用这种办法能让纳米管与特定的无线电频率保持一致。策特尔甚至也证明，他的碳纳米管无线电接收机能够通过播送与披头士乐队齐名的沙滩小子乐队的歌曲《Good Vibrations》来重复产生传送信号。在纳米管接收器的音频输出那儿，很容易看到这种谐调。
策特尔宣称，纳米收音机可以被“轻松嵌入一个活细胞中，届时，科学家们可以制造出一个与大脑或肌肉功能接口的装置，用无线电控制在血管中游动的器件也将不再只是梦想”。

BARELY a millimetre long, Arnd Pralle's nematodes look much like any other worms. Then he switches on a magnetic field. The slithering, wriggling nematodes halt and, after a moment's hesitation, go into reverse. He flicks the field off and on again and the creatures dance to his tune, moving back and forth in synchrony.
These are remote-controlled worms. Pralle and his colleagues at the State University of New York in Buffalo have implanted nano-sized receivers in nerve cells in the nematodes' heads. Whenever the receivers detect the high-frequency magnetic field, the neurons fire and the worms turn.
Pralle's nematodes are just the beginning. Biologists are now targeting other hosts and implanting receivers in ion channels, DNA strands and antibodies. Their aim is to take charge of living cells using little more than radio waves.

X-ray vision is a staple of sci-fi films and comic books and now researchers have turned this concept into a reality. 

Using a wireless transmitter fitted behind a wall, computer scientists have developed a device that can map a nearby room in 3D while scanning for human bodies.

Using the signals that bounce and reflect off these people, the device creates an accurate silhouette and can even use this silhouette to identify who that person is.

The device is called RF Capture and it was developed by researchers at MIT's Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab (CSAIL). 

It has long been thought that wireless signals, such as Wi-Fi, can be used to see things that are invisible to the naked eye. 

With this in mind the researchers have been developing technologies that use wireless signals to track human motion since 2013.

As part of its latest research, the team has shown that these technologies can detect gestures and body movements as subtle as the rise and fall of a person's chest from the other side of a house. 

This could allow a mother to monitor a baby's breathing, for example, or help a firefighter determine if there are survivors inside a burning building.  

The RF Capture device transmits wireless signals that travel through a wall and reflect off a person's body back to the device.

It begins by scanning the 3D space to capture wireless reflections of objects in the room, including any human bodies.

Since only a small number of body parts reflect the signal back at any given point in time, the device monitors how these reflections vary as someone moves and walks.

It can then intelligently stitch the person's reflections across time to reconstruct their silhouette into a single image.

Once captured, these reflections are analysed.

To differentiate between people, the team repeatedly tested and trained the device on different subjects, using metrics such as height and shape to create concrete 'silhouette fingerprints' for each person.

During tests, the device was able to trace a person's hand as he wrote in mid-air, and could even distinguish between 15 different people through a wall with nearly 90 per cent accuracy.

In other words, from the opposite side of a building RF Capture can determine where that person is, who they are, and even which hand they are moving.

The researchers said the technology could have major implications for everything from gaming and film-making to emergency-response and elder-care.

'The data you get back from these reflections is very minimal,' said researcher Dina Katabi, director of Wireless@MIT.

'However, we can extract meaningful signals through a series of algorithms we developed that minimize the random noise produced by the reflections.

'We're working to turn this technology into an in-home device that can call 911 if it detects that a family member has fallen unconscious.

'You could also imagine it being used to operate your lights and TVs, or to adjust your heating by monitoring where you are in the house.'

'The possibilities are vast,' added PhD student Fadel Adib.

'We're just at the beginning of thinking about the different ways to use these technologies.'

The results are published in the paper, Capturing the Human Figure Through a Wall, which has been accepted to the SIGGRAPH Asia conference taking place next month. 

Other co-authors include MIT professor Frédo Durand, PhD student Chen-Yu Hsu and undergraduate intern Hongzi Mao.

For months the number five has been spinning through my mind, then I had this weird feeling that maybe five countries joined forces and was up to something.

 I have been racking my brains since trying to come  up with the answer of which are the countries that made up this mysterious five and for what reason?  Then I started thinking that of course the uk and usa is part of this.  I had my suspicions about australia as lots of uk prisoners were sent there as punishment centuries ago.  Then there was this conversation that I had with someone and I found out that new zealand is next to australia and use to be controlled by the british.  Funny enough I was thinking that it could be new zealand before we had that bizzare conversation because I was suspicious about a certain artists from that country as I firmly believed that the artists along with other uk singers are working as perpetrators,  befriending certain singers and stirring up things between people from different cultures and countries.   Then I watched the anonymous video posted on here by deca and it confirmed all my suspicions about five countries involvement with the secret service.  Damn it's really true, the more they mess with your brain the more psychic you become.

The "Five Eyes", often abbreviated as "FVEY", refer to an intelligence alliance comprising Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. These countries are bound by the multilateral UKUSA Agreement, a treaty for joint cooperation in signals intelligence.

The origins of the FVEY can be traced back to World War II, when the Atlantic Charter was issued by the Allies to lay out their goals for a post-war world. During the course of the Cold War, the ECHELON surveillance system was initially developed by the FVEY to monitor the communications of the former Soviet Union and the Eastern Bloc, although it allegedly was later used to monitor billions of private communications worldwide.

In the late 1990s, the existence of ECHELON was disclosed to the public, triggering a major debate in the European Parliament and, to a lesser extent, the United States Congress. As part of efforts in the ongoing War on Terror since 2001, the FVEY further expanded their surveillance capabilities, with much emphasis placed on monitoring the World Wide Web. The former NSA contractor Edward Snowden described the Five Eyes as a "supra-national intelligence organisation that doesn't answer to the known laws of its own countries". Documents leaked by Snowden in 2013 revealed that the FVEY have been spying on one another's citizens and sharing the collected information with each other in order to circumvent restrictive domestic regulations on surveillance of citizens.

Despite the impact of Snowden's disclosures, some experts in the intelligence community believe that no amount of global concern or outrage will affect the Five Eyes relationship, which to this day remains one of the most comprehensive known espionage alliances in history.

Security agencies could be given a 'dizzying' range of powers with laws aiming to give them the right to take control of phones and computers for surveillance. 

MI5, MI6 and GCHQ would be granted a range of electronic surveillance capabilities under the Government's Investigatory Powers Bill, allowing them to legally hack phones, tablets and laptops.

Privacy campaigners have warned against increasing surveillance powers, but the Government and senior intelligence services say they are more important than ever because of electronic crime and the threat from Islamist extremists.

The new laws would give security agencies the power to hack devices, with permission from the Home Secretary, rather than simply intercepting them, which is becoming increasingly difficult.

Online criminals and terrorist can encrypt their communications, which means that when they are intercepted, they may be impossible to interpret.

However, hacking a device allows the hacker to access everything in it, usually via a security flaw in the software.

The difference is that is would allow the hacker to take control of the device, using parts of it such as the speaker or microphone, and accessing data from the source before it is encrypted.

Peter Sommer, a digital evidence expert, told The Times: 'Increasingly, (intelligence agents) can't read communications sent over the internet because of encryption, so their ability to get information from interception is diminishing.

Hacking is different from interception because it allows hackers to take control of the device, using it for surveillance and accessing data from the source, rather than simply  

'The best way around this is to get inside someone's computer.'

It comes after US whistleblower Edward Snowden claimed British spies had the ability to turn people's mobile phones off and on and switch on the microphone to listen to what is happening around them. 

In February, the Government admitted for the first time that it was using the Intelligence Services Act 1994 to hack people's computers and use them for surveillance

But critics argued the act did not give them the legal right to do access phones and computers, making the intrusion unlawful.

In June, David Anderson QC, the independent reviewer of terrorism legislation, recommended the government introduce a bill that allows them to legally access people's devices for security.

He said that the technique 'presents a dizzying array of possibilities' to security agencies. 

The Times reported the hacking powers outlined in the new Bill, which could be presented next month, were not included in the Communications Data Bill, which was dubbed the 'snoopers' charter' and blocked by the Liberal Democrats in coalition.

The bill was heavily opposed by civil liberties campaigners who raised concerns over spies being allowed to take control of electronic devices, but the new legislation seeks to enshrine that ability as a right in law. 

The Home Secretary this week confirmed a form of the Wilson Doctrine, which prevents the interception of politicians' communications except for national security reasons, will also be included in the Bill after a court ruled it had no legal basis.

Any new laws will need to be in place by December 2016 when temporary surveillance powers passed by the coalition government expire, Theresa May told MPs in June.

This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.”  (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.

Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.

These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.

We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.

Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.

We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-

A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.

B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.

C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.

I would like to draw your attention to some extreme and horrendous criminality being conducted by United States Government-related Agencies and the complicity and/or acquiescence of many other Governments and Security Agencies.

There is massive ignorance and secrecy regarding this, and victims such as I are being subjected to uncontrolled and unacknowledged torture and mental and physical destruction. This has remained completely unreported and undiscussed publicly.

Please find a summary of my situation and plight below.

There are MANY, MANY others, all over the world, who are being subjected to similar torture and abuse.

Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psycho-physiological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.

MY CASE SUMMARY:-

I sent a series of human rights activist emails to public authorities and forums beginning in 2003 up to 2006. I came to the attention of an extremist US security organisation in 2004 for this exercising of my democratic right to free speech and since then I've had my human rights, liberty and privacy COMPLETELY VIOLATED and ALL aspects and degrees of my human freedom, individuality and mental and physical integrity and health savagely attacked, tortured, mauled and deformed.

THESE CRIMINALS HAVE THE ABILITY TO :-

a. place a human subject under ceaseless satellite surveillance - no matter where he/she is

b. ceaselessly monitor a human brain by satellite - including thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event and visual image reading - ‘Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM)
 
c. ceaselessly attack directly into a human brain by satellite with voices, noises, other disturbances, images and ‘virtual-reality scenarios’; and the ability to override, control, and alter consciousness - ‘Electronic Brain Link (EBL)’

d. directly abuse, torture, assault, and interfere with bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - by satellite

e. directly interfere with electronics, alter, insert etc. data, files, communications and legal evidence even during transmission - by satellite

f. make live TV and radio, and other screens and monitors, two-way - for surveillance, invasion of privacy, deception, traumatisation etc. - ‘2-Way TV/RADIO and the Orwellian Media (2WTV)’

g. control the flow of information and orchestrate the media worldwide

BY THESE MEANS I HAVE BEEN :-

1. Since 2004 I’ve been under ceaseless Orwellian surveillance - 24 hours a day 7 days a week - everywhere I go. Since 2004 my brain, body, physical space and privacy have been ceaselessly monitored - including thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event and visual image reading. I have been under this extremely traumatising Orwellian surveillance and interference - and then extremely brutally and hard-core - tortured and deformed since 2004 – and during all this time my psychological, mental, intellectual and physical states, actions, thinking, imaginations and words have been exploited and publicly exhibited via internet, TV and radio.

2. subjected to sleep deprivation, sensory overload, and "mind-*uck" torture.
Under intensive neurological ‘mind-control’ this included :-
A. a witnessing of the suicide of the ‘King of Thailand’ and a cutting off of my friends brother’s legs
B. a saving of many women’s ‘souls’ from death, and many countries from nuclear attack
C. a ‘ritual abuse wedding’ participated in by the ‘Queens of Norway and Sweden’
D. a fictitious relationship with ‘Princesses of Norway and Thailand’ and some other illusory women
E. a ‘road trip’ escaping ‘USA army killers and blackmailers’, ‘Asian mafia/dragon killers’ among others; and participating in fake psychoanalysis and personality analysis sessions; and doing Q & A-type interviews on diverse socio-political subjects.  (2005-2006)

3. ceaselessly perpetrators’and other voices are forced directly into my brain and they very aggressively and relentlessly psychologically attack, denigrate, interrogate, undermine, mob and bait me. These voice attacks are forced directly into my butchered and mangled brain. This takes the form of a running attack with a personally codified system of comments and responses to my thoughts, activities, social and psychological state, and biorhythms - both straightforwardly and with many different disorienting, infuriating and distorting effects. This sensory and mental torture and attack directly into my brain has varied from extreme causing near-complete mental breakdown and desperation, to loud, intensive and continuous, to milder, and has included numerous mock-executions. It is all completely and totally unignorable and inescapable. The ‘circuits’ are always open – my brain, body and physical space are ceaselessly brutally violated, monitored and interfered with - and forced into reaction and response - 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It’s a brutal, technological, inescapable ‘Iago-bullshit-hell-machine’. I literally haven’t had a single minutes mental rest, relaxation or privacy since 2005 – not a single minute.

4. ceaselessly subjected to multiple nightly neurological experiments and interventions. Whilst ‘sleeping’ artificial ‘virtual-reality scenarios’ (like little ‘You-Tube’ videos or cartoons or slideshows) are forced into my brain and therein processed/experienced. Night after night after night – every single night since 2005 - 3,4,5,6,7 or more times per night. I have been on this sleep and brain control regime and I haven't had a natural, uncontrolled nights sleep since 2005. Often my brain processing/experiencing these “virtual-reality scenarios” is transmitted and exhibited by these Mengeles butchers pretending to do “science”. Their ability to do this required extensive and very brutal neutralisation and engineering of my normal, healthy brain – in order to effect a kind of ‘tabula-rasa’ to use as a ‘player’ – for them to be able to force in their ‘codes’ and ‘play’ their ‘virtual-reality scenarios’. This has resulted in mentally and psycho-physiologically exhausting, degrading and deforming me.

5. relentlessly subjected to deep, hardcore and other neurological attacks on my brain creating a lasting lobotomised effect – very often similar to being sledge-hammered, repeatedly stabbed, roasted, fan-forced microwaved, blow-torched, axed, bombed etc. in and across the brain. Almost every single night since 2005, mostly multiple times, and sometimes for hours and hours at a time – all night, all afternoon etc.. My whole creativity, ‘raw material’, senses, sensibility, feelings, thought, speech, intelligence, imagination, emotions and organic health, range, depth and potential have been completely degraded, butchered, mangled, wasted and/or destroyed (‘Fahrenheit 451-ed’and/or ‘Year 0-ed’). Repeatedly subjected to multiple other experiments and interventions on other areas of my brain.

6. repeatedly and relentlessly – every single day and night - subjected to electrical abuse and torture on the genitals, crotch, reproductive system, glands and lymph system. Electric currents are applied to my genitals, crotch and reproductive system at different intensities and positions, often continuously for extended periods of time. This ranges from mildly disturbing to extremely torturous. The cumulative affect is sickening and constant mental and physical tension and aggravation. This electrical abuse and torture on the genitals, crotch and reproductive system is applied at any time of the day or night. I am often woken up by the application of electric currents to my genitals, crotch and reproductive system - night after night after night. Often I am given erections in coordination with the brain butchery, and occasionally voided of semen (my sperm production has been stopped). I AM BEING USED, EXPERIMENTED UPON AND BUTCHERED LIKE A LAB RAT. My genitals have been liposuctioned, collagened, vasectomied, and my scrotum subjected to repeated reductions and enlargements. I have also been anally raped and interfered with numerous times.

7. My stomach, glands, abdomen, intestines, lymph system and other internal organs are also being continuously, repeatedly and intensively heated and electrocuted i.e. cooked/burnt-out. Often similar to being stabbed, roasted, microwaved, blow-torched etc.. Hour upon hour or all night and/or much of the day.My heart, chest, neck, lower back, back, diaphragm and all over my body. My torso, face and buttocks have been liposuctioned 2 or 3 times. My nipples are often electrocuted. Also in an extremely painful operation they put my spine out of alignment and did extensive nerve reconfiguration work in my spine and lower back throwing my whole body out of alignment – lower back, pelvis, hips, muscles, limbs, balance etc. – and, I think, they are trying to ‘engineer’ my brain to ‘fit’ this misalignment.

Huge - 10,000s of hours - amounts of electricity have been pumped through my body and brain by these nazi butchers. (2005-present)

I believe all of this is an attempted ‘reengineering’ or ‘rendering’ of my brain and body, and it has very seriously degraded my senses, sensibility and mental, psychological and physical strength, range, quality and depth. My brain has been reduced in power, quality and function by at least 70%. All my 'raw materials', psycho-physiological powers, energy, amorphous, undeveloped and latent thoughts, memories, emotions, passions, and feelings degraded, burnt-out and/or destroyed. My chest has been sunken, my lungs collapsed, my heart and muscles atrophied, my circulation and metabolism slowed, my stomach expanded and deformed, my genitals mutilated and deformed, and my body-shape completely altered and deformed. As one would expect being a lab-rat in a concentration camp since 2004 it has caused these most profound mental and physical ill-effects and degradation, and profound organic impairments and deformities.

8. subjected to various other mental, physical and social tortures, degradations and dirty tricks. This includes having my privacy invaded by, and being extensively publicly exhibited via, internet, TV and Radio.

Since 2004 whenever I turn on the TV or Radio - if it's live, I am linked to the broadcasting source. It happens any time I see or hear a live broadcast, no matter where I am. It completely ruins live TV and radio - as you are actually like being in a video-conference - so it's hard to remain impassive or unaffected – especially whilst being tortured. This invasion of my privacy and my torture and abuse have thus been witnessed by, and I have protested and appealed to, many newscasters in Australia and overseas, and by anyone who appears live on the news - politicians, celebrities, newscasters and many others. Initially tolerable and even amusing, this came to be extremely traumatising – especially when combined with the relentless hardcore torture, abuse and mutilated ‘brain-broadcasting’ – and no one even reporting it!

Also the thoughts and images from my deformed, mutilated brain and and lab-rat life have been ‘brain-broadcasted’ to the journalists etc. on TV and Radio – and often presented to them as if it was the workings of my normal brain/mind – also a lot of disinformation and misrepresentation has been ‘fed’ to them. This has often resulted in some of them – both advertently and inadvertently – actually actively participating in the torture and aggravation. Some, I believe, have actually been encouraged to elicit responses from my lab-rat brain and thereby to assist in and facilitate the butchering of my brain and senses to fit these nazi technologies and horrendous violations.

The media has also been flooded with dehumanising and ridiculous ‘Psychological-Operations’, parodies and caricatures of me, my family and life – as at the same time they are parasiting, torturing and organically destroying me, they are constructing a fiction about ‘me’ and ceaselessly, idiotically, making what they pretend to be valid psychological and social observations about ‘me’, my life and family.

10. Since 2005 colleagues, acquaintances, friends or simply anyone I come into contact with on a day-to-day basis have been neurologically attacked/surgically mutilated, and/or anally raped using these DIRECTED ENERGY AND NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS – causing them profound mental and physical ill-effects and degradation, and profound organic impairment and disruption. Literally over 200 people. (from 2005-2009)

11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. This consists of an intense and highly organized persecution of an individual with the purpose of harass her/him constantly and boycott all the activities, professional and of leisure that the person develops, in order to isolate to take control of the victims life, manipulate the victims mind and ultimately conduct him/her to a helpless situation. This conduct carried out by a group of apparently "normal" citizens is a barbaric form of torture. People are purposely engaged to aggravate me, and to impede and violate my physical and psychological spaces, privacy and freedom. This is extremely psychologically and physically oppressive and suffocating. This happens everywhere I go, anytime, no matter what I do. My whole neighbourhood has been infiltrated. Often these people are neurologically controlled like ‘neuro-puppets’ to maximise the aggravation through the linking of their actions and movements to mine. Other times they are misguided and/or misinformed ‘Jones-Town’ type idiots/victims. This is being done to me everywhere I go – including in Russia and Turkey.

Come proteggere chi copia articoli o immagini inocongrafiche?

Ci sono persone che stanno tre ore a scrivere un post o un articolo, poi arriva il furbo di turno, lo copia tutto e lo ripubblica sul suo blog o spazio web come fosse opera sua senza aggiungere in calce l'URL e la fonte. In taluni casi si tratta di ingenuità, di persone che si sono avvicinate al web da poco, ma spesso c'è anche malafede. (-_-)

Perchè moltissimi ricopiano le notizie? Perchè più volte è accaduto che gli articoli venissero reindirizzati oppure soppressi per i più svariati motivi e trovandoli interessantissimi, i più creano una copia di sicurezza su di un loro spazio web. Quante volte è accaduto nel corso degli anni che riempiendo il browser di links, successivamente ne trovo una marea che sono scomparsi, o reindirizzati, oppure il sito web è stato chiuso oppure mi compare errore 404 e ho perso una marea di fonti del sapere? Cosa bisogna fare se ti ricopi una notizia per dimostrare di non essere in malafede? Aggiungere sempre l'URL visibile, l'autore (se si è identificato) e citare la legge n. 62/2001, oltre a ciò elargire una email box, o comunque la possibilità di mediazione, qualora chi volesse rivendicarne la paternità, volesse comunicare direttamente con chi ha effettuato questa sorta di "backup online"della notizia o immagine, documentario o TG in modo da avere una mediazione diretta e cercare una soluzione onesta adottanto la "legge del buon senso".

In questo caso,una pagina facebook dà la possibilità di scrivere agli amministratori un messaggio privato che di certo non verrà certo scartato e con i giusti tempi e un pò di pazienza, l'interlocutore riceverà risposta nei più brevi tempi possibili.
Se qualcuno volesse dare un'occhiata agli album di questa pagina, noterà che ogni immagine al suo interno reca l'URL e la parola "source" (sorgente) proprio per rispetto e correttezza di chiunque, tranne alcune e precisamente quelle sono state scansionate o create dagli stessi di questa pagina sociale fb, e sarebbero di proprietà della pagina, che comunque le mette a disposizione di tutti. Qui da noi, si sorgenta tutto,ma proprio tutto per dimostrare di non essere in malafede e da qui in avanti, ad ogni nota o argomento blog, si ricopierà questa parte finale perchè se non lo sapevi, adesso lo sai e sennò basta chiedere perchè chiedere è lecito, rispondere è cortesia.

Grazie a Panorama, abbiamo accertato che in Italia, sono abituati a creare una legge per ogni peto e poi ad incasinarsi uno con l'altro e le mafie ridono. Il Trentino Alto-Adige fino al 1918 apparteneva all'Impero Austroungarico di Francesco Giuseppe e l'imperatrice Elisabetta Amalia Eugenia di Wittelsbach detta Sissi. Gli anziani nonni trentini e altoatesini, spesso affermano che sotto l'impero austroungarico c'erano poche leggi ma giuste.

Questa frase ancora circola e viene tramandata di generazione in generazione.

Dalla statistica e ricerca di Panorama del 2012, noto che la Germania è al secondo posto con 5.500 leggi dopo l'inghilterra che ne mostra 3.000. Quindi se hanno fatto bene i conti, la Germania ha ancora poche leggi a differenza dell'Italia e ci si augura siano ancora poche e giuste. Il mio sospetto è che le RoMafie Capitali abbiano interesse nel creare più leggi possibili articolandosi con paroloni da letterati per rincoglionire il più possibile la popolazione per poi rimbecillirsi perfino tra loro e cercare ogni pelo nell'uovo. Basti pensare che io sono in possesso di una Costituzione cartacea del 1956. Se raffronto la Costituzione di Terracini, Grassi De Nicola e De Gasperi degli anni '50, con quella attuale e moderna, già essa è differente. Ogni anno creano apposta nuove leggi, nuove normative e cambiano regolamenti in Italia. Perfino coloro che si ritengono onesti P.G. a forza di cambiargli i regolamenti non ci capiscono più un cavolino e diventa una partita a scacchi.

I 4 nominati avevano stilato la Costituzione molto semplice affinchè ogni singolo italiano potesse leggerla con semplicità ed interpretarla subito senza rimbecillirsi ad ogni riga con il vocabolario. Un aforisma dice: "La semplicità è la vera forma di grandezza".

Il mio sospetto è che siano tutte manovre politiche filomafiose di coloro che poi vogliono far esibire un saccente dottorato in lex per poi rimbecillire ogni singolo cittadino italiano e rischiare di rimbecillirsi perfino tra loro. La semplicità è la vera forma di grandezza e la gente comune ha altro a cui pensare che alle vostre insulse leggi per tenere in piedi questo Stato sgangherato. Eventualmente prova a raffrontare una vecchia Costituzione con quella nuova e intanto tu continua a creare leggi su leggi per ogni scorreggia (peto). Ogni anno cambia regolamenti normative e usa eziandio parole sempre più astruse per evidenziare il tuo grande dottorato e pavoneggiarti da grande letterato affinchè nessuno ci capisca niente e ti mandi a quel paese appena ti vede.

Mi raccomando inoltre di continuare a giocare con il "legale" e "illegale" e affiancare altri RE ai tre menzionati in questo argomento della sezione blog. Qui c'è una droga legale che frutta triliardi di bisanti di sesterzi e piotte.

Quel cappellone sovversivo e sobillatore nazareno chiamato Gesù Cristo era solito addidare farisei e sadducei definendoli "I maestri della legge". Essi infatti erano studiati come le attuali toghe rosse e toghe nere ed amministravano la legge secondo i loro porci comodi. I farisei - infatti - erano ottimi oratori (come Sant'Agostino di Tagaste) e sapevano spiegare la presunta legge tuttavia Cristo li continuava ad ammonire (moneo-es) ed è per tal motivo che Gesù invitava la gente ad imparare da loro ascoltandoli,ma non di imitare tale loggia, casta, clan, cerchia, camarilla, sodalizio, associazione, lega, comitato,consorzio, setta, partito (sono tutti sinonimi) perchè erano falsi ed ipocriti come Giuda. I tribunali sono gestiti da farisei, sadducei, filistei e un tantino amorrei. Come dico sempre, invece che andare al bar, se ti vuoi ubriacare prova a rerquentare giudici e avvocati e a leggere le loro leggi. Me uscirai talmente 'mbriago,ma talmente 'mbriago che rischierai un coma etilico con tutte le loro insulse e assurde leggi cambiate, ricambiate e ricambiate ancora. Ne uscirai talmente rinco e 'mbriago, che è peggio di andare in un'osteria. Sono più forti un barman nello 'mbriagare le persone semplici e comuni e inoltre sono autistici. Vivono nel loro mondo della legge fariseistica italiana.

Ragionamenti degni di nota mi fanno inoltre riflettere su RoMafia Capitale e convincermi che a creare centra proprio RoMafia Capitale e che Roma sia sotto il dominio dei CasaMonika e di altre cosche.

Piero Marazzo fu Governatore della regione Lazio. Venne incastrato nel giochino di transessuali che poi vennero ammazzati e si additavano i Carabinieri della Trionfale.

Dopo di lui fu Renata Polverini a divenire Governatore Lazio e dopo poco tempo inizio del suo mandato scovò una marea di microspie nei suoi uffici che denunciò. Sono in possesso di un TG1 registrato con schedaTV dove Renata è a dir poco adirata. Alla fine verrà fatta fuori come Piero Marrazzo. Dopo di lei, si avrà com,e sindaco Gianni Alemanno che finirà nei casini con Operazione Mondo di Mezzo tra Buzzi e Carminati. Il suo successore sarà Ignazio Marino che sarà costretto anche lui ad andarsene.

Cerca di tenere una buona cronostoria, aggiungere date di otto cifre ai tuoi argomenti nei tuoi spazi web, a sorgentare e stare alla larga da trolls, flamers (flame informatico), spammers e scammers e tutti quegli utenti negativi che sporcano la rete di monnezza.

 it's been a couple months since I posted. I'm still around, been having the usual DEW attacks lately along with some v2k inspired thoughts. 
 Yesterday I was doing some shopping and was drugged. Either deliberatly or accidentally I don't know. I'm pretty sure I just walked through a cloud past an apartment door where someone was smoking crack. I have been exposed to this second hand smoke before.

 While I was in the supermarket the perps turned up the weaponry and the cloud I was exposed to had even more of an effect on me. It was a terrible walk home.

 If any of you are unfamiliar with drug use and are in the vicinity of any use be careful. They seem to be able to increase very low levels with of any drug, including alcohol I now remember, with their technology.

In an extraordinary step, psychologists James Mitchell and Bruce Jessen now face a federal lawsuit for their role in convincing the CIA to subject terror suspects to mock drowning, painful bodily contortions, sleep and dietary deprivation and other methods long rejected by much of the world as torture.

In practice, CIA torture meant disappearances, mock executions, anal penetration performed under cover of “rehydration” and at least one man who froze to death, according to a landmark Senate report last year. Versions of the techniques migrated from the CIA’s undocumented prisons, known as black sites, to US military usage at Guantánamo Bay, Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan and Abu Ghraib in Iraq.

On behalf of torture survivors Suleiman Abdullah Salim and Mohamed Ahmed Ben Soud, as well as a representative of the estate of Gul Rahman – who froze to death in a CIA black site in Afghanistan – the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed the suit against Mitchell and Jessen on Tuesday in a federal court in Washington state, where the two currently reside. They seek compensatory damages of at least $75,000.

The suit calls the torture program a “joint criminal enterprise” and a “war crime” in which the CIA, Mitchell and Jessen colluded and from which Mitchell and Jessen financially profited.

Although numerous US government investigations have pierced the veneer of secrecy around the torture program, the program’s government architects have faced no legal reprisal. A Justice Department inquiry ended in 2012 without prosecutions. The new lawsuit, aimed not at government officials but the contractors Mitchell and Jessen, aims to break the trend.

“This case is about ensuring that the people behind the torture program are held accountable so history doesn’t repeat itself,” Steven Watt, one of the ACLU attorneys representing the three ex-detainees, told the Guardian.

“Impunity for torture sends the dangerous message to US and foreign officials that there will be no consequences for future abuses.

“This lawsuit is different from past ones because public government documents now provide exhaustive details on the CIA torture program, and they identify the people who were tortured and how it happened. The government has long abused the ‘state secrets’ privilege to prevent accountability for torture but at this stage, any claim that the torture of our clients is a state secret would be absurd.”

One of the litigants reacted to his torture by attempting to kill himself. Another was kept naked for “more than a month”, the suit alleges, and was subjected to “a form of waterboarding”.

Salim, a Tanzanian fisherman, said in a video published by the Guardian that flashbacks from his ordeal in CIA custody are a permanent part of his life. After five years in CIA and then US military custody, Salim’s captors released him unceremoniously from Bagram in August 2008, presenting him with a memo stating that the US determined him not to pose a threat to the US.

“You can’t sleep, you can’t eat, you can’t smell,” said Salim, who says his CIA captors chained his arms and legs to a metal hoop in his cell that forced him into a squatting position so uncomfortable it prevented him from sleeping. Like other detainees, Salim was doused in ice-cold water and then wrapped in a freezing plastic sheet. According to the lawsuit, Salim hid painkillers he was given in order to hoard a dose strong enough for an ultimately unsuccessful suicide attempt.

Ben Soud, who now lives in his native Libya, was taken to a CIA black site in Afghanistan, and for extended periods permitted “sleep only for minutes at a time because of painful stress positions, constant blaring music, and guards banging loudly on the door of his cell every hour or so”, the suit claims. Guards paraded him naked around the black site for “15 minutes every half hour through the night and into the morning”, according to the Senate report.

Although the CIA only acknowledges waterboarding three detainees – Abu Zubaydah, Khalid Shaikh Mohammed and Abdul al-Rahim al-Nashiri – the lawsuit claims the agency subjected Ben Soud to a “form of waterboarding”.

“He was strapped to a wooden board that could spin around 360 degrees,” the suit claims.

“His interrogators spun him around on this board with a hood over his head covering his nose and mouth. While strapped to the board with his head lower than his feet, his interrogators poured buckets of cold water him. While they did not pour water directly over his mouth and nose, they threatened to do so if he didn’t cooperate.”

Ben Soud was also treated with the same frigid-water dousing and plastic-sheet coating that Salim received, only Ben Soud reported the freezing water being treated with a gel-like substance, causing it to stick to his body.

Famously, Jessen and Mitchell, former instructors in the military’s Survival Evasion Resistance Escape (SERE) program to counter torture, revised torture techniques from the SERE training and proposed to use them on CIA detainees.

They faced their first test case in the spring of 2002, after the CIA captured Abu Zubaydah, then thought to be a senior member of al-Qaida, and took him to Thailand. Although Zubaydah spoke openly with his FBI interrogators who sought to establish a rapport with him, Mitchell cabled the CIA’s Counterrorism Center “nearly every day” for permission to torture him.

CIA personnel, with Mitchell overseeing, waterboarded Zubaydah 83 times in the span of a month. Eventually, according to the Senate intelligence committee’s report – which gives Mitchell and Jessen the pseudonyms Grayson Swigert and Hammond Dunbar – Zubaydah would submit to torture after hearing his captors snap their fingers twice. They forced him into “confinement boxes”, one the size of a coffin and the other just two and a half feet square and 21 inches deep.

Now missing an eye, Zubaydah is still detained at Guantánamo Bay, although the CIA no longer believes he is a member of al-Qaida. The Senate intelligence committee concluded the torture techniques did not produce any useful intelligence; the CIA’s official position as of 2014 is that the question is unanswerable. But the 2002 test case convinced the CIA, supported by the Bush White House, of the value of torture.

The torture of Abu Zubaydah, who is not a party to the lawsuit, began weeks before the US Justice Department provided its August 2002 legal blessing, since withdrawn, to the CIA torture program. A Spokane-based company the two founded, Mitchell and Jessen Associates, would secure $75m from the CIA in contracts, in addition to a further $6.1m from the agency for legal expenses in the event of criminal or civil action stemming from the contract. Although Barack Obama banned CIA torture by executive order on the second day of his presidency, the CIA continued to cover the company’s legal bills until 2012. Mitchell and Jessen themselves each received more than $1m from their contracts.

The suit does not claim that Mitchell and Jessen were present during the torture of Salim, Ben Soud and Rahman. But it derives their culpability through the application of the torture techniques – prolonged sleep deprivation, nudity, “stress positions”, cramped confinement – that the two psychologists provided to the CIA, which implemented the techniques.

“Defendants are directly liable,” the suit charges, “because they designed, developed, and implemented a program for the CIA intended to inflict physical and mental pain and suffering on Plaintiffs, and because Plaintiffs were tortured and subjected to cruel, inhuman, and degrading treatment as a consequence of their inclusion in that program.”

Dear Torture Victims & Friends

Please find attached some letters and reports about electronic torture, abuse and experimentation, and organised stalking.

Please read these letters and reports to get a real understanding of how horrific, cruel and bizarre these tortures and experimentations are – many of them continuing 24/7 year-in-year-out.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference and at other conferences and meetings.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.”  (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Please be assured that for years these weapons have been used to terribly torture and abuse victims all over the world.

Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psychological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.

Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.

Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.

These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.

We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.

Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.

We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-

A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.

B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.

C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.

Later these records should become an information source - such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.

As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. We will be showing their monstrous Doublespeak Doublethink Doubledo ignorance, stupidity and/or hypocrisy.

It is no exaggeration to say our cases are as horrendous and urgent as people fleeing Nazi or Pol Pot concentration camps – specifically Dr Mengele-type torturers and butchers.

TARGETED INDIVIDUAL and a member of THE WORLDWIDE CAMPAIGN AGAINST ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION

I have been targeted all my life and still targeted every day. I heard through V2k that I was to be awarded last November and here eleven month's later still waiting on that Award. I have joined several E.H. Lawsuit's that went to court and WON.... If these lawsuit's went to court and won why haven't I been seen as a targeted individual and helped from my state or by the Nebraska FBI? the Judge saw us as targeted individual's and awarded our case! I believe, the Government Informant's have embezzled every Award & Consignment Box that had my name on it! I live in a one bedroom slum utility apartment in the the Metro area in Omaha Nebraska. I have lived here almost six years now. 

 Me and my family have been targeted for eight generation's and all have been attacked with NSA Direct Energy Magnetic Electronic Weapon's...a non lethal weapon that doesn't kill or does it? ....a stroke ....a heart attack  ...kidney failure ....liver problems  ...a anerisum  ....etc and yes, even death! My family has suffered greatly as well, as other families all around the world! I have spent several hours doing my research and We all can agree that this Government Covert Electronic Harassment & Surveillance Program is a problem and is Government funded and Military controlled with a General in charge. Of course our Leader's world-wide need to do some haggling around a large table and DO something about it! Things wont change till We The People stand up for our Human Right's and make a change! I have signed every petition on Human Right's, Civil Right's and Personal Right's and have joined several Lawsuit's.
