Dear Governor Hickenlooper,
I wanted to make you aware of an emergency situation. Satellite technology is silently connected to millions of people, including children, throughout the world. It provides constant location, sight, sound and thought surveillance. The operators can literally hear what we hear, see what we see and read our thoughts. This technology is also being used as a remote, invisible torture instrument by transmitting inexplicable sounds, voices, images, smells and tastes directly into the brain, creating numerous pains and sensations throughout the body and significantly altering sleep patterns, energy level and emotional states. Many believe the technology has a “kill switch”, capable of causing instantaneous heart failure or a stroke. Everyone is potentially at risk. Imagine Hitler or Stalin with this technology.
Aaron Alexis, the Washington Navy Yard shooter, Miriam Carey, shot fleeing a White House checkpoint in October 2013, Dominic Adesanya, one of the recent White House fence jumpers, and Myron May, the shooter at Florida State University last November, were all targeted and tortured prior to those events. Eddie Ray Routh may have been targeted, tortured and provoked to kill Chris Kyle, the highly decorated Navy SEAL portrayed in American Sniper, and his friend Chad Littlefield. Many other seemingly inexplicable tragedies, including mass shootings going back decades, and an untold number of suicides have been caused by people being tortured past their breaking points. Once exposed, this will be the largest crime in U.S. history.
There are millions of satellite torture victims all over the world. Most do not even know this technology exists. Many are pushed into the mental health system. Over the past decade or so, information has sprung up everywhere – books, articles, websites, blogs, petitions, victim testimonials, support groups, etc. Published by torture victims trying to make sense of something almost impossible to comprehend, the information is understandably all over the board. Search “targeted individuals”, “organized stalking”, “gang stalking”, “electronic harassment” and “technological assault”. One prominent support group, Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance (www.freedomfchs.com), was formed 10 years ago and has members and affiliated support groups across the country and throughout the world.
Since the satellite technology is classified and no information has been released to the public, there are many different theories regarding technological assault. However, any viable theory has to be able to explain how people are targeted on airplanes at 35,000 feet over the middle of the ocean. Satellite is the only technology that can do that.
Many victims of satellite surveillance and torture also experience “organized stalking”. This is stalking, monitoring, harassment and intimidation conducted by a large, organized, well-funded group. Organized stalking is a form of psychological torture which uses tactics similar to those used by corrupt regimes throughout history to manipulate and control their populations. The Germans had a name for the psychological terror inflicted by the Stasi in former communist East Germany – zersetzung or decomposition. American citizens in communities across the United States are being victimized by organized stalking. The size and scope of the organized stalking apparatus suggest government involvement and funding.
I have been a Colorado resident since 1999 and a victim of organized stalking and satellite surveillance and torture for roughly the past decade. I attached a copy of a paper I wrote in May 2014, “End the Torment”. It describes some of my personal experiences. I have reported these crimes to the Denver Police Department, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office and the Summit County Sheriff’s Office. I have also contacted the FBI on numerous occasions. To my knowledge, no investigation has been commenced. The brutal torture continues every second of every day.
Victims across the country have filed reports with local and federal law enforcement. The crimes are not being investigated. It is being dismissed as mental illness. Torture victims are not only being ignored, they are often subjected to defamatory labels. It is NOT mental illness, yet the mental health profession continues to provide cover for these crimes by handing out false diagnoses and prescribing potentially dangerous, mind-altering drugs. The DSM and mental health practices will be completely revamped when this situation is finally exposed. The mental health profession has massive legal exposure, both civil and criminal, to this issue.
This is a state, national and international emergency. A long list of horrific crimes are being committed: unimaginable privacy violations, stalking, assault, torture, murder, domestic terrorism and crimes against humanity. American citizens are under attack, and innocent lives are being destroyed. This situation must be immediately investigated, and organized stalking and satellite technology capable of ending humanity must be exposed and permanently locked down.

The gruesome reality of chemical experiments carried out by the Ministry of Defence at a controversial 'military science park' over the course of 50 years has been revealed.
Teenager soldiers and servicemen unwittingly volunteered to be human 'guinea pigs' for a series of experiments at Porton Down, in Wiltshire, in the hope of a bit of extra cash.
But the unsuspecting volunteers were exposed to Sarin gas, anthrax and even the Black Death, a new book has revealed.
One victim was left convulsing with ‘terrible stuff coming out of his mouth like frogspawn’; another teenage serviceman believed he had a four-hour conversation with a school-friend who had died years before, after being injected with a brain-incapacitating drug.
Incredibly, thousands of members of the British public were also unknowingly exposed by government scientists who released spores of a 'plague-like' bacteria on the London Underground in 1963.

Although considered harmless at the time Bacillus globigii - or BG to use its military moniker - can in fact cause food poisoning, eye infections, and even potentially deadly septicaemia.
But none of the London commuters were ever told of the experiment.
Scientists at Porton Down assured their thousands of military volunteers that they were 'totally safe' before exposing them to a series of dangerous experiments.
Despite being turned into ‘guinea pigs’ by their own government, 21,000 servicemen between 1939 and 1989 were only offered token payments, a day off, or even just a free bus pass.
Decades later, in 2008, the government finally apologised for the atrocities that had been carried out on human ‘guinea pigs’ and paid compensation to 670 of the victims.
Historian Ulf Schmidt, a leading academic of modern history at the University of Kent, has revealed exactly what the shocking experiments entailed and the horrific effects they had on their ‘participants’.
The historian, who acted as an expert witness in the Porton Down investigation, has revealed his findings in a new book 'Secret Science: A Century of Poison Warfare and Human Experiments.
Here are some of the most disturbing case studies he has revealed.
Many thousands of Londoners were put at considerable risk by the Ministry of Defence experimentation.
On July 26, 1963, a harmful virus was unleashed on the London Underground.

Scientists were trying to discover whether ‘long distance travel of aerosols’ on London’s transport network ‘was due to transportation within trains’ or through the air ventilation systems.
The virus, although considered harmless at the time, has since been proved to cause food poisoning, eye infections and even potentially-deadly septicaemia.
But none of the commuters dusted with the spores were ever warned or contacted afterwards.
Government officials decided that in order to maintain national security, the trial should be kept under wraps.

Ronald Maddison, an RAF engineer from Co Durham, was just 20 when he signed up for one of the hundreds of experiments carried out at the ‘military science park’ of Porton Down, in May 1953.
Assured that he was in no danger, he was guided into a gas chamber with five other test subjects, dressed in oversized overalls, woollen hats and respirators for protection.
Scientists applied twenty drops of liquid to two layers of cloth used in uniforms, serge and flannel, which had been taped to the inside of his forearm.
Just hours later the hapless volunteer was dead, the victim of the most severe case of nerve gas poisoning ever recorded in the western world.
He had been exposed to Sarin, a deadly nerve agent that is now classified by the UN as a weapon of mass destruction.
Ambulance driver Alfred Thornhill, who was 19 years old at the time of Maddison’s death, spoke as an eyewitness at the inquest into his death.
‘I had never seen anyone die before and what that lad went through was absolutely horrific,’ he told the inquest.
‘It was like he was being electrocuted, his whole body was convulsing.
‘The skin was vibrating and there was all this terrible stuff coming out of his mouth…it looked like frogspawn.’
He added: ‘I saw his leg rise up from the bed and I saw his skin begin turning blue. It started from the ankle and started spreading up his leg.
‘It was like watching somebody pouring a blue liquid into a glass, it just began filling up.
‘It was like watching something from outer space and then one of the doctors produced the biggest needle I had ever seen.
‘The sister saw me gawping and told me to get out.’
In payment for the trial that killed him, Maddison was offered 15 shillings and three-day leave pass. He had planned to use the money to buy an engagement ring for his girlfriend.
The British government finally consented to an inquest into his death, half a century after the event.
In 2004 the inquest decided that he had been ‘unlawfully killed’ by his own government, and two years later his family received £100,000 in compensation.

Airman Richard Skinner, a 19-year-old from Aberdeenshire, arrived at Porton in mid-1972 in the hope of earning some extra cash.
He volunteered himself for what was then described as a ‘mild dose of anaesthetic’.
He was actually injected with the new drug T3436, which had been designed as a means to incapacitate the human brain.
At a hearing, 30 years later, he described how his only hazy recollection of the experiment was a long conversation with a dead school-friend.
In video footage of the experiment, the young Skinner can be seen talking to a fire extinguisher for more than four hours.
He is, to this day, convinced that the mind-altering experiment fundamentally changed his personality.
Thousands of servicemen were locked into gas chambers pumped full of potentially lethal toxins, in a series of experiments designed to test protective clothing carried out over the decades.
In one of these life-threatening experiments, in March 1943, six servicemen were exposed to nitrogen vapour for an hour a day for up to five consecutive days.
But all six volunteers had to be removed from the test, after suffering agonising chemical burns to their armpits, scrotums and scalps.
A 20-year-old corporal, Harry Hogg, was one of those exposed to the poisonous gas.
He later spoke out about his experience in the chamber.

‘It seemed like an eternity. They opened the door and we all piled out on hands and knees, groaning and moaning and crying… one man was just like an animal.
‘He was trying to eat grass. He was out of his mind. What we went through was horrendous.’
In 1944, a Porton Down report insisted that most of those involved in the experiment enjoyed their experience.
In February 1995, Labour politician Rachel Squire demanded that the Ministry of Defence investigate Harry Hogg’s case specifically, as Porton Down bosses tried to deny that he was ever there.
Anthrax was also a key feature of Porton Down experiments, as scientists investigated its capabilities for biological warfare, along with venereal diseases and the bubonic plague.
Porton Down scientists launched Operation Cauldron in 1952, to test the potential of the bubonic plague as a weapon.
The trial took place in the Outer Hebrides, aboard the HMS Ben Lomond.

But in an unexpected twist the trawler Carella, with 18 people aboard, strayed into the test area.
Rather than warn or offer treatment to those aboard, researchers were ordered to track the trawler as it continued on its course to Iceland, to monitor what happened.
Incredibly, the crew were even allowed to dock for a few days at Blackpool, with no regard for public safety.
If any of the crew members became sick, medical officers had been instructed to diagnose pneumonia.
Luckily, no crew members or members of the public reported any illness, and those involved in the operation were ordered to burn all records of their communications.

This follow-up article in the Guardian says that the APA has now banned US psychologists from being involved in Bush-era type torture, as well as "present-day non-coercive techniques". It has taken them 10 years to achieve this, with all the cover-up and bullying.
Dr Steven Reisner said they hope to ban them from abetting "domestic cruelty" in the USA as well.

What is it?
Gang Stalking is a well-organized form of covert harassment used against an individual. It is done by large groups of people who systematically & repeatedly harass individuals. The people who participate are usually under the impression that they need to keep an eye on a targeted person or drive them out of town for wrongdoings. It often encompasses the use of Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) such as Microwave harassment. This can be a for-hire organized harassment service. These groups operate throughout the world – especially North America & Europe, & exhibit cult-like characteristics. They usually have local numbers ranging in the hundreds. This has also been called Cause Stalking, Gang Stalking, Community-based Harassment, Organized Vigilante Stalking, Vengeance Stalking, Terrorist Stalking, Revenge Stalking, Covert Action, State-Sponsored Harassment, Microwave Harassment, Microwave Mind-Control.
Gang Vigilante Stalking is a form of terrorism/mind-control used against an individual, in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a person's life so they will have a nervous breakdown, become incarcerated/institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional or physical pain, become homeless, &/or commit suicide. It is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror, DEWs, & general harassment. It is a ganging up by members of the community who follow an organizer & participate in a systematic, & ritualistic persecution of an individual. 11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. This consists of an intense and highly organized persecution of an individual with the purpose of harass her/him constantly and boycott all the activities, professional and of leisure that the person develops, in order to isolate to take control of the victims life, manipulate the victims mind and ultimately conduct him/her to a helpless situation. Other times they are misguided and/or misinformed ‘Jones-Town’ type idiots/victims. This is being done to me everywhere I go – including in Russia and Turkey.
THE PSYCHOLOGICAL TOLL OF THIS HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION IS ALSO HUGE. IMAGINE BEING UNDER CONSTANT SURVEILLANCE AND TORTURED WHEREVER YOU GO. SABOTAGE OF REPUTATION AND BELONGINGS AT HOME, WORK AND AUTOMOBILE WHILE A TARGETED PERSON IS AWAY. FAMILY LIFE IS DESTROYED. WORK PERFORMANCE IS AFFECTED. JOBS AND LIVELIHOOD ARE LOST. This is a heads up for all the targets wondering what is being used to monitor you.
Do not look insane by searching for cameras or microphones, this is what they want.
I found out, unfortunately, that they went so far as to use ocular implants.
It broke my heart because I never thought the people close to me would do this, but they did.
You will be in denial because it is so disgusting...it's unreal. The fact is that if you have cars following you and people showing up exactly when you exit or enter your 'home'....if you have maroon/red cars, which belong to their pawns, if you notice that whenever you get somewhere they show up, then realize that they are literally watching you through your eyes. Accept it and get on with it.
Also, answers to who is doing it. Consider this a theory, if you want but I have so much proof. You will have the proof but the fact of who they are, means that you cannot and should not do anything about it. DO NOT report this stuff. That's what they want. Here's why.
The police, emergency services, government, medical, legal are all connected behind closed doors, deceptively.
The cult that they join is run by those higher up, that then make sure that only their 'own' are chosen for roles such as police enforcement, emt, judges, etc.
Sounds like a movie but it's true. And it's getting more ramped up. The fact that they make people look crazy, is how they keep this under wraps.
You guys should study what these people are about. They are obsessed with numbers. And I mean OBSESSED. If you were born on the wrong date, you're blacklisted. Study their beliefs and understand who they are.
Masonic beliefs encompass hermeticism, magic, numerology, astrology, the secret, law of attraction, etc.
I'll explain more later in another post but basically, there is no point trying to get justice out of their corrupt system. Focus on your own powers of free will and manifestation, prayer, and remember that within the universe, there are certain laws they cannot violate.
WHY?
This is the big question for most targets but really, there are ways to regain your sanity with this.
First off, their reasoning is not yours...Stop caring why, it's wasted time since you won't convince them otherwise.
Secondly, the answer is that someone decided to put you on the 'list'. It could be something major like whistle blowing but then you would know and not be asking why. If you are asking why...it means that one of their lower level pawns, which means someone you personally knew, got an ego trip off ruining your life because you either disagreed with them or they just don't like you.
You have been chosen as a target because they think it's enjoyable. Sorry to say this but you'll notice the evil smirk and excitement they have when harassing you...think about it and remember. The reason they do this, is you have been portrayed as evil and they think this is a fun game. They watch you like a soap opera, or a reality show.
The other main reason they have to look like they are enjoying this is because they KNOW that your handlers are also watching them via YOUR EYES...so being as they don't want to be tortured, they cooperate fully and suck up as much as possible in order to protect themselves from the same fate.
Remember, they have families and pets etc...they do not want to endanger them and they understand the veiled threat of not cooperating....and this is how so many 'gangstalkers' are recruited. They aren't really any street vengeance team, they are just scared humans and unfortunately, they will play along, very few people will stand up. You are one of them, and so you are targeted.
There are really no words of advice I can give but I would like to add my two cents....
When you feel down, remember that anything, ANYTHING, you do takes 100 times more strength than someone in a normal situation. This is supposed to be torture, psychologically break you down.
I noticed that the effect is to paralyze you from even being able to get up, you end up getting constant reminders that life is horrible.
DO WHAT YOU CAN!
-ignore it best you can, try to go out for walks and fresh air, even if they are following you everywhere.
-keep moving, they don't want you to be interested in anything but this sick game...so don't focus on it.
-watch tv, it helps but don't get stuck just watching too long. it does help you tune out of this reality temporarily.
-talk to people and be social, mostly strangers, cuz they have poisoned anyone else around you who you will meet more than once, as you know.
-enjoy some type of exercise, helps destress and detox, BREATHE and try to forget them.
-cleaning takes your mind off of it, also get your to-do's done!
-LOVE YOURSELF...enjoy wearing make-up or dressing up for no reason at all, be in normal situations where there are people, like malls coffee shops, etc.
-work on things you can do at home, research medical facts, read books, try cooking or hobbies.
-study their belief system...i.e. hermeticism, masonic beliefs, thelema so you can better comprehend who they are and what they want.
-on that topic, after studying their beliefs, you realize they will do anything to achieve their means....never trust them, your compassion will always be used against you. They are usually always lying and playing a game when they try to convince you of anything. like political situations, gossip, job opportunities.
-unfortunately, you have to always expect the worst...so you can prepare.
-but also YOUR ULTIMATE CHALLENGE, is to stay positive SOMEHOW while all this is happening. This definitely IS a spiritual end time attack. You have to use your belief, will power, meditation and most importantly MIND CONTROL, your own weapons, in order to SURVIVE.
-REMEMBER, no one can really stop you from being happy. DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY whenever you can...try not to notice them creeping around. Would you hate a mosquito or cockroach..well maybe if there were thousands of them....but remember who they are as well.
-what can help is to KNOW who these people are.
-most of them are lower ranks of a cult...they join this because they get material rewards, job security, and a BIG reason is a lot of them would have absolutely no social life or self esteem without this.
-it provides a sense of family, a BROTHERHOOD, and another big part, POWER....they are addicted to the EGOIC power trip they get from this....they would rather have you suffer than ever be the kid on the yard bullied, sound familiar? We've all lived thru this but this is the grown up version, way worse!
-MOST IMPORTANTLY...this helps get me through everytime i wanna give up....most importantly, remind yourself, after this life is over...do u want to take the chance that you lived on THEIR side or YOURS???
-you may not have any peace here right now but life is (hopefully for us) short.
-you wouldn't want to sell your soul although tempting just to have enough money for food and rent and have a normal social life, well yes you would but at the end of the day (your life) , you wouldn't be at peace.
-get through the day, distract yourself, keep moving, learn study, improve what you can, use your mind to minimize them in your focus and look at what makes you happy.
-FLOOD YOURSELF WITH POSITIVE THINGS TO COUNTERACT THE PAIN THEY INFLICT.

“Narratives exert a powerful influence on human thoughts, emotions and behavior and can be particularly important in security contexts,” DARPA researchers said in a paper published in the Journal of Neuroscience Methods.
They discussed “…conflict resolution and counterterrorism scenarios [and] detecting the neural response underlying empathy induced by stories is of critical importance.”
Mastery of “narratives” could potentially be used to manipulate the perception of a population using platforms of communication like television to subtly and potently make a person think a certain way. Many people know this tactic by a more familiar term: propaganda.
“Governments often use stories to present information, so understanding how we comprehend them is important,” said co-author Eric Schumacher, an associate professor of psychology at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
In addition to narratives, the study focused on fear. Researchers observed a phenomenon of “tunnel vision,” or impaired reasoning, triggered in the brain when suspects processed, for example, a suspenseful moment in a movie.
As the Washington Post summarized,
“When suspense grew, brain activity in viewers’ peripheral vision decreased. Schumacher called it the ‘neural signature of tunnel vision.’ Moments of increasing suspense were also associated with greater interference with a secondary task. In this case, responding by pressing a button when hearing a tone.”
It is likely that predatory actions of war could come out of this particular accumulation of knowledge. The U.S. Military has a long history of funding psychological experiments, some entrenched in human rights violations (like the experiments performed during the Project MKUltra era).
Now we have the Pentagon-funded DARPA program, which pays researchers at colleges and other scientists millions of dollars to enhance and bolster methods of war. Such work places great technological power in the hands of a demonstrably criminal government and military.
DARPA paying geniuses to work for them could be considered an exploitation of intellectual capability to further consolidate government and military power.
This is but a sliver of information in the full timeline of the U.S. Military’s acquisition of propaganda techniques, but even that smallest sliver of information is a necessary piece of the puzzle.
