STOP ORGANISED STALKING - ANOTHER TERRIBLE FORM OF TORTURE AND DEGRADATION

IN COUNTRIES ALL OVER THE WORLD. PEOPLE ARE BEING GANG STALKED (STALKING BY ORGANIZED GANGS OF PEOPLE) AND COVERTLY TARGETED WITH ELECTRONIC AND SURVEILLANCE WEAPONS:-

What is it?
Gang Stalking is a well-organized form of covert harassment used against an individual. It is done by large groups of people who systematically & repeatedly harass individuals. The people who participate are usually under the impression that they need to keep an eye on a targeted person or drive them out of town for wrongdoings. It often encompasses the use of Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) such as Microwave harassment. This can be a for-hire organized harassment service. These groups operate throughout the world – especially North America & Europe, & exhibit cult-like characteristics. They usually have local numbers ranging in the hundreds. This has also been called Cause Stalking, Gang Stalking, Community-based Harassment, Organized Vigilante Stalking, Vengeance Stalking, Terrorist Stalking, Revenge Stalking, Covert Action, State-Sponsored Harassment, Microwave Harassment, Microwave Mind-Control.

Gang Vigilante Stalking is a form of terrorism/mind-control used against an individual, in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a person's life so they will have a nervous breakdown, become incarcerated/institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional or physical pain, become homeless, &/or commit suicide. It is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror, DEWs, & general harassment. It is a ganging up by members of the community who follow an organizer & participate in a systematic, & ritualistic persecution of an individual. Organized Stalking is a destructive criminal program built on deception that exists to serve the intentions of a few who are aware of its true agenda.

Gang Stalking (also called "group stalking" "organised stalking") is a total assault paradigm. It is carried out by criminal secret societies. The OS paradigm includes (but is not limited to):

many of the attacks are synchronized to happen precisely as the target does something, e.g. leave his/her residence, goes to the shops etc.

"street theater": staged skits designed to frighten and upset the target

the same harassment happens every day, day after day, year after year

a large group of stalkers, each of whom does a portion of the stalking-attacks

24 hour surveillance, every day. Among other things, the stalkers, working in shifts, sit in their vehicles parked around the target's residence.

"slander campaign": the foundation of OS. The stalkers go to everyone the target interacts with (family members, coworkers, neighbors, etc) and spread lies: that the target is a homosexual or a criminal of some type. This is an effective tactic because most people can't even imagine that a stranger would lie to them.

the stalkers present themselves as members of a "civic organization" which works with law enforcement and monitors terrorists or other criminals. The stalkers may use fake badges or fake "official files" to convince people that the target is a criminal.

"noise campaign": very frequent sounds (sirens, car alarms, beeping sounds, loud engine accelerations, loud booming sounds [from vehicles], etc) which follow the target everywhere.

the stalkers target homosexuals (or people thought to be), members of "left-wing" (e.g. peace, civil rights, environmental) organizations, whistleblowers, people who live "alternative lifestyles", and anyone else the stalkers see as not conforming with their version of "normality."

persistence: the stalkers follow the target as he/she moves to other cities or states.

the stalkers use lies, money, and intimidation to get nongroup members to attack the target.

the stalkers commit crimes and blame them on the target

targets are harassed while driving, and vehicles are sabotaged - pets are killed - physical assault

derogatory name calling - mail is stolen or damaged - harassing emails and phone calls

residences and vehicles are vandalized - law enforcement and firefighter participation

Some Important Points:

The primary targets of all these tactics are the group members, not the target. The group members are the ones who are programmed. Group leaders define reality for their members, so it doesn't matter if tactics do not work on a target.

Group members are sensitized to all the tactics they employ.

Stalking various targets is only part of the activity of these groups. Members are trained to perform a variety of activities without question. They do not know the objectives of their leaders.

Those targeted for harassment will have no problem concluding that someone is after them, but most never know who it is.

What other tactics are used?

Face-to-face tactics:

Following a target on foot wherever he goes

Standing around a target while he is paying for a purchase in a store.

Swarming the target – i.e. totally surrounding a target so he cannot move.

Physically intimidating a target by standing very close -

When a target sits anywhere in public, group members will attempt to sit behind him in order to create noise, by whatever means, including tapping their feet on the target's chair.

Walking by a target and doing strange things to attract his attention, such as:

Blinking their eyes - Reading the time from an imaginary watch on their wrist - Making faces

Noise Campaigns:

Generating noise around the clock.

Interfering with sleep patterns (i.e. through excessive noise). Trying to wake up the target at night as many times as they can.

Noise campaigns include:

People yelling and screaming outside the person’s residence.

Numerous different vehicles, squealing their tires, honking their horns and hanging around a certain area.

Apartment noise campaigns will include:

Tapping on the walls in the middle of the night - Taps running - Hammering

Noises coming from the upper and/or lower apartments, and possibly the apartments on both sides

Ideally, noises are timed to activities of the target, such as:

When a target goes outside - When a target flushes the toilet

When a target turns on a water faucet - When a target walks near a window.

Vehicle-related tactics:

Numerous different vehicles hanging around a certain area.

Traveling in convoys with highbeams on - Drivers in convoys waving at one another.

Attempting to intercept the target’s vehicle at intersections.

Trying to force the target’s vehicle off the road.

Vandalizing the target's vehicle, including:

Slashing tires - Scratching paint - Stealing license plates

Draining the oil or antifreeze over a period of time in the hopes of destroying the engine.

They do not usually cut brake lines or commit other acts of sabotage which would leave evidence.

11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. This consists of an intense and highly organized persecution of an individual with the purpose of harass her/him constantly and boycott all the activities, professional and of leisure that the person develops, in order to isolate to take control of the victims life, manipulate the victims mind and ultimately conduct him/her to a helpless situation. This conduct carried out by a group of apparently "normal" citizens is a barbaric form of torture. People are purposely engaged to aggravate me, and to impede and violate my physical and psychological spaces, privacy and freedom. This is extremely psychologically and physically oppressive and suffocating. This happens everywhere I go, anytime, no matter what I do. My whole neighbourhood has been infiltrated. Often these people are neurologically controlled like ‘neuro-puppets’ to maximise the aggravation through the linking of their actions and movements to mine. Other times they are misguided and/or misinformed ‘Jones-Town’ type idiots/victims. This is being done to me everywhere I go – including in Russia and Turkey.

THE PSYCHOLOGICAL TOLL OF THIS HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION IS ALSO HUGE. IMAGINE BEING UNDER CONSTANT SURVEILLANCE AND TORTURED WHEREVER YOU GO. SABOTAGE OF REPUTATION AND BELONGINGS AT HOME, WORK AND AUTOMOBILE WHILE A TARGETED PERSON IS AWAY. FAMILY LIFE IS DESTROYED. WORK PERFORMANCE IS AFFECTED. JOBS AND LIVELIHOOD ARE LOST. SOME HAVE COMMITTED SUICIDE.

We are writing to advise you on our ongoing work and plans for the next meeting of the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues. We appreciate the time that you have taken to engage with us.

We would like to clarify for your information that the Commission is not investigating or reviewing any concerns or complaints concerning claims about targeted individuals. This includes claims concerning: MK-ULTRA; COINTELPRO; electromagnetic torture or attacks; organized stalking; remove influencing; microwave harassment; covert harassment and surveillance; human tracking; psychotronic or psychotropic weapons and radio frequency or military weapons or other claims.

tortured all day since 4 am as they tortured me to wake up after taking shit load of pills to sleep, torturing the fuck out of my legs so bad that i am screaming all day and wont be able to go drs for drs notes tomorrow or pick my pills up as can
hardly stand never mind walk, cant pay house and owe a month as they are torturing me to death so that i would have to get a taxi down the street, thats how fucking sick the police force are, they been torturing left ear all day and telling me to touch my
ear and torturing the fuck out of my feet to take my shoes off as the police are trying and torturing me to death to do as i am told, will lose my job after 18 years this week as cant get a drs note to cover me whilst being off work, thats how fucking sick
the police force are and will just have to stay up all night as got no tablets to help me sleep so all good in that i wont have to take any more pills as i aint walking and being so sore that i cant walk, your fucking joking
torturing the fuck out of my hips and waiste, to make me so sore that i wont be able to walk at all as the torture from weekend has left me crippled this week and the police have upped torture to life threatening this past hour

An Update On My Comment From 5 Years Ago On "Thought Broadcasting"

Wow, I'm looking at my "John Reed" comments from five years ago. I actually made sense on occasion. I was then experiencing sleep disruption with the current situation showing more clarity but not much progress. I identified the bad guys as quasi-religious (faith based initiatives) along with quasi-Gov. Not too far off.The reason thought broadcasting isn't mentioned on these sites is:1) it is one of the main offshoots of induced prolonged sleep deprivation (for 6-8 months) which, along with sleep disruption and psychic driving are the primary methods of control. IOW, using sound as a weapon and causing total sleeplessness and then disruption. Sound frequencies are invisible and leave no evidence. The perfect brainwashing tool.2) TSD or total sleep deprivation for 6-8 months involves, among other things, inducing or causing "thought broadcasting" as a reflex, hearing your own thoughts seemingly outloud. An auditory hallucination frequently associated with schizophrenia. When it is induced it isn't (except there will never be credible citations anywhere about the induced kind). No one can believe that the thing called "thought broadcasting" can be experienced completely apart from schizophrenia or psychosis or delusion.Why does thought b'casting happen? TSD, total sleep deprivation, overstimulates the verbal centers of the brain which causes you to hear your thoughts as you are thinking them. In addition, in these rare cases, your thoughts are caused to be reflected word for word (subvocally) in the area of the throat right next to the teeth (hmm, that's interesting). Which means your thoughts are reflected also in the chest area, on the breath and possibly where the brain stem almost touches the vocal cords. (This area, in the back of the neck, shows up as overly sensitive in my case). I remember seeing a metallic device that was worn across the chest which was advertised as being able to pick up occassional thoughts and heard as words.I heard and occassionally still hear my thoughts in an electronically disguised e-voice. Pretty insidious. This is the extent of the brainwashing. Your own thoughts heard but not in your own normal voice. When delivering nonsense like, "this is what we're saying to you" it is heard in a disguised e-voice, as if filtering software were being used resulting in a machine-like up and down sing-song pattern which conveniently disguises voice patterns of the person on the recording software or doing live talking. The method of delivery is no longer a complete mystery.The reply I received 4-5 years ago actually made linear sense except the the person replying pretended not to have any knowledge of what I was talking about except to bring up things like thought insertion, a typical complaint of schizophrenics who mistakenly think, in their case, an outside agency is inserting or controlling their thoughts. All of which means it is close to impossible for any person to believe any of the above or anything happening to me. Case closed. Which leaves it up to certain creeps on this site to make false reports about fake or exaggerated court cases. This site is not "infiltrated". Most of the ppl claiming to be targeted are play-acting. It is overrun. Mixed in are ppl experiencing actual delusions. br/>

Hi everyone. Sunnybrook hospital and secret authorities turned me into a robot. I'm still in my body, though. Salvia, Robitussin(DXM), Benadryl, and antipsychotics made it so. My soul is in there but my body is hijacked. At least for now. They put a smile on us and trap us in hell. March 05, 2015. Oh, and cigarettes really did me in, in their own way.

Well, you maybe wondered for years on the Internet trying to find the truth but all you've found is BS and some more BS...

You tried to use logic, you've researched, you've looked on "TI" videos on the YouTube... you heard people say things like: "They are reading my mind, they are listening what I say from the inside, they talk to me from the inside, V2S... I am being gangstalked..." *

The truth is actually very simple, if I can put it only in couple of sentences: You brain and body have been hijacked by psychiatrists. They've put a brain interface powered with one or two batteries in your body, and who knows what else. Witch-hunt rides. Gli Smart Shop sono negozi che vendevano anche la Salvia Divinorum che poi venne ritirata dal commercio e dichiarata allucinogena. Nella foto il K2 che è un parente del CP 47,497, un cannabinoide sintetico sviluppato dalla Pfizer negli anni '80.Ha un effetto analgesico e si comporta come agonista totale sui recettori CB₁, per questa suo azione farmacologica è stato ed è tuttora uno tra i principi attivi più utilizzati insieme al suo omologo il CP 47,497₈, nei cosiddetti herbal blend, delle smart drug usate come sostituti della cannabis in vendita dal 2006 negli Smart shop di tutto il mondo, nonostante alcune limitazioni createsi negli anni a venire, dopo che il fenomeno stava iniziando a manifestare il suo impatto sociale. IF (I say if) I well understand and I think I do, the United States is not covered by the ICC because they only signed but did not RATIFY it. So if I well understand, if you are inside US it's pointless to submit your story to them.
