(INTERESTING NEW BOOK TOPIC) Gang-Stalking and Mind-Control: The Destruction of Society Through Community Spying Networks

I survived only to a worse fate by getting other security services involved. There's a city in an asian country where everything is monitored to the tee. That seems wise, but our government doesn't want to spend the money on the technology. I dont' understand why they can't setup computer programs to spy and predict us. What seems to be happening with human involvement is that they're all trying to succeed past their measures. They develop a lot of angst and take it out on bystanders. We are not morally corrupt. We are ants with jobs. They also create mountains of disability.
