As all of us know, A lot of victims had died, but no victim had ever won any lawsuit of remote mind control abuses and tortures.
I knew those victims who passed away did wish me to win my lawsuits. My victory will bring them justice too.

I could not be 100% sure for a wining lawsuit, So I don't want to file a group lawsuit.
I filed my own lawsuits, other victims also can file their own lawsuits and learn from others.

The unrelentless abuse and torment will only stop when the people responsible are brought into a public forum and judged by the global public.  When policymakers are made to be accountable to their constituents and legislation is universally passed to prosecute violators of ethical standards across the board will this be resolved. Corruption is rampant and I find it difficult to believe that should these individuals be found guilty of wrong doing that justice will be done. This body of corruption insulates it's own. It's a self perpetuating machine whose only interest is self preservation and ultimately a power grab. The system of checks and balances has been undermined and someone needs to step forward.
'people' are no better than common criminals. They violate the trust placed in their offices and forget their duties.  They entertain themselves at the expense of helpless unfortunate people using their offices and their resources to a malevolent end. Their purpose is nefarious and their intent is anything but benign.

im on my way to alaska this comeing week thats where i have been working since 2004 since my stalkers keep me financially straped so i am always behind on my child support and if you are behind on your child support in california they dont allow you a drivers license as the years go by its harder and harder to find employment with my stalkers defflamating my carector every time i put in a applacation for employment but some how i still find work what im getting at i cant find a attorny to file my case any where ive even filed a commplaint with the citizens complaint office at the federal court house on spring st in los angeles still no avail do you think since i cant get reconition in the U.S. court systems do yopu think the world court  in geniva or the office of the prosicutor in the netherlands will look at my case for humanitarien issues at the very least what are the chances of them reading my letter packege it weighs 3lbs or do i have to write to them and ask them for a complaint form T.I. After i being tortured and brainmanipulatet since 1983 i have tried to file several complains and Courtcases against the Swiss Governement (as the source of my torture), and all have been ignored by the Swiss Justicesystem in a couverup (Swiss General Attorneys, swiss Bundespolizei, Police of Zuerich, Kriminalpolice of Zuerich, The Town of Zuerich and his Agencies, my Familie Aebi/Stamm/Schaetti etc.  I have been denied axcess to the Court and Justicesystem of Switzerland because i have clear evidence agaist them. Since i have startet to fight, i have been so badly tortured with Mindcontroll and Microwaveweappons that i am today a Krippel (control of left side of my body and Hinking etc. etc.)...I living like a vegetable)....

In the beginning of Dec.2010 i have now filed a Courtcase to the European Court for Human Rights in Strasbourg (France) and another Courtcase to the International Criminal Court (as i have been denied to the Swiss Justicesystem) in De Hague (Netherlands)

I have a lot of evidence against the Swiss Governement,the Town of Zuerich and my Familie and their friends

as the Main source (accused) of my torture.
