Advance Corvert Technology ACT phenomena and its impact on Govt and Judicial System

Having studied numerous cases of case filing starting from John St Clair Akwais US court filing, I got an insight in understanding a phenomena of Technology based civilisation which I have started to call as ACT - Advanced Covert Technology - phenomena.Under this phenomena covert group - state or private - develop technologies which are almost half a century ahead of open society technology. The covert group use this of harrassment of thousands of people around the world.Under this phenomena Govt and Judicial system fail to deliver justice to complainer.The line of action which can be tried with court and judicial system is to make them understand that under ACT phenomena Govt and Judicial System will fail to deliver. It is to question these system that half a century later they understand the pheonenon and understand complains of thousands of people all these year...under this situation who is responsible for failure of delivery of justice due to Govt and Justice System being half a century behind. On whom the liability of failure of justice lies. Govt which has the responsibility of governing the land has to take the liability arising as it is expeted that they deliver justice all the time.My suggestion to TI Commmunity filing court cases is to try this line of action and see court response and we can finetune our apporach based on input. The other cases in human history which can be taken to support ACT phenomena is on how humanity transited from being a society treating earth as center of universes and that it is sun which rotates around the earth.We have to be innovative and learn from our failures and try new methods and approaches...the above is an attempt to do this.

NEWS ABOUT OUR COMPLAINT TO THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT - ICC

We had over 100 victims and supporters send petitions, information and/or their torture and abuse case summaries to the ICC.

And that’s just the number who have told me – hopefully many more sent things without telling me about it.

So now we can be sure, at least, that the ICC knows that these crimes are really going on and that there is a problem.

So does The International Committee of the Red Cross – ICRC, The United Nations High Commissioner For Human Rights – OHCHR and The Council of Europe – COE.

The voices have stopped although I live with the memory of them forcing their way into my home and injecting me with a microchip up my nose.

The doctors did not discount the fact that their are targeted individuals but told me they were to report all cases to the FBI.

They then further ran numerous tests looking for a microchip which I believe to be plastic and undetectale by the MRI machine and found nothing. They then diagnosed me with Bi Polar and Schizophrenia and precribed continued therapy and medication.

Finding no relief I sought out the Catholic Church for exorcism. Coming into knowledge of the Spiritual Realm which mirrors the Physical realm. See Wordpress Root of David for more.

They performed exorcisms on me to no avail and concluded I had mental instability.

I continued to contact organizations because they kept threatening me to NOT look for the Knights of Templar and finally found one Grandmaster Graham Fothergill of Hereditary Knights of Templar of Britannia who knew and understood all that I have gone through.

I continued therapy with the pyschiatrist and tried many drugs to block the voices and finally succeeded.

I am not working again yet but attending school and doing okay. No more visits no more voices.
