Mental Health and the Targeted Individual

When talking about the realities faced by a Targeted Individual, we must face the truth that the perpetrators will accomplish their objective of making your life, and your mind insane. Prolonged torture, both psychological and physical, cause lasting mental and physical conditions that may need treatment of some sort. Whether it be a prescription painkiller to treat the physical assault, or it be a prescription to help balance the offset of chemicals that the mind uses due to ongoing psychological onslaught many of us face, we have to decide to weigh the pros and cons in order to make those decisions.

Now imagine that you were born with a disability—a mental or psychological diagnosis. Having the challenge of facing life with impairment would be difficult at times. Now imagine that as a person you, without your knowledge or consent, have had some unethical--often illegal—and defiantly dangerous treatment administered to you or your children. AS a TI you may say that you understand what mistreatment is like, but for someone who already has a mental or psychological diagnosis, the difficulties to face in life multiply. We at times hear of those who give in to despair because the strain of both is just too much to take.

There are many of us who face this dual challenge directly due to the fact that we have a psychological or mental diagnosis--we are chosen because of it. Below are a few examples of human experimentation and torture on those who have a mental or psychological diagnosis by organizations and agencies that wield power of one form or another. These examples reflect the attitudes of the perpetrators of these crimes and they also provide a model for the mindset of those who attack Targeted Individuals.

The prevelance of diagnosed targets indicates that we need to address the challenges faced by those with these dual diagnosis situations as a group. Please read and comment on the following;

A reply from the European Parliament to Mr Paul Baird


Dear Fellow Campaigners,

                                      I've used the recent Snowden / NSA revelations to prod the European Parliament and UNIDIR about their previous calls to ban all weapons for human manipulation. In so doing I pointed out that mass electronic surveillance is primarily used to locate targets for those criminals running protection for the major corrupt players on the world stage. In other words, I told them this is not about protecting the population from terrorists but concerns locating and oppressing whistleblowers, writers and activists who challenge criminal operations at the highest levels.

                                     Every member of the EP's Human Rights, Civil Liberties and Foreign Affairs Committees was contacted individually and asked what they've done since the 1999 resolution A4-0005/99, which the media and US gov't totally ignored at the time. 

                                    The letter below was received from their enquiry service in response to the email sent to Martin Schulz, the EP President. It is not remarkable in any way but at least there was a reply and it's contents point to links that may inspire you if you read them. That is the purpose of sending this to you...Perhaps one or more of you may also care to approach the EP and/or the relevant committee members (esp. the Civil Liberties Committee which is looking into US spying programmes right now). I hope you have more success than I did as I think they could prove to be valuable allies...esp. as European businesses and innovators must be sick and tired of the US stealing every idea, silencing every opponent and so forth.

In this regard, the EP adopted a resolutionon 4 July which was approved by 483 votes to 98 with 65 abstentions. According to the press releaseon 8 July, the resolution instructs the EP's Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs(LIBE) to conduct an "in-depth" enquiry into the US surveillance programmes, including the bugging of EU institutions and other spying allegations. The President of the EP, as well as political group leaders, formally confirmed the launch of the enquiry.

As I said I've lived in this neighborhood all my life (I'm 24)

Today I went out to do errands. There were groups and individuals that were stalking. They never approach you, never start a conversation with you -- they just follow you around, watch you and think of you. It's really disturbing. Additionally, there are dozens of people around that watch what is happening. They look at the stalkers  and show sympathy and concern for the people that are being stalked. Non-Verbal Communication takes up 80% of our communication (Body language, expressions, clothing, cars you drive, etc.) Stalkers are rather easy to identify. Especially if they start using manipulative language. You can easily tell if someone is manipulative or stalking when you have a stalker and a normal person standing side by side.

I can't say how much I appreciate the innocent, hard working people that don't engage in stalking or manipulation! Who would have thought how precious a normal, polite, compassionate, sensible, kind person could be! They are like angels while living in purgatory. These days make me appreciate the old days when I wasn't being stalked. These days make me appreciate areas and locations where other normal people are.

I have been working alone for quite some time, and haven't had time to see or meet new friends; so I'm actually a vulnerable target. Because stalkers and harassers always make sure their targets are isolated, with minimal contact or support or communication with other people or organizations. But by being around other innocent and normal people, its very easy to regain your strength and sanity.

Even right now, I'm pretty sure someone is watching or thinking of me. Because usually I have a very logical and easy-following thought process. And when they stalk me, its disruptive. It isn't torture. It is just stalking. People don't use any electronic weapons on me that I know of. I feel normal and happy most of the time!

Part of it, I suppose, is just accepting that these stalkers haven't been caught yet. And the way I found to deal with it,is to completely ignore them. Because when someone stalks you, they put all their energy and time and effort into following you and watching you. But they are human too. So if you have someone stalking you and you just ignore them, they are left, ignored, isolated, and just being a dumb, boring, unproductive, useless stalker! The best way to fight these stalkers is to let them isolate and degrade theirselves! They are nothing but criminals. And what usually happens to criminals? The graveyard or jail. So that is their destiny they make, unless they choose to stop and redo their wrongs.

It's very interesting because my professional life is affected, however while working for security and the police force, there are ample resources, teamwork, networks, methods of communicating incidences, and the ability to expose these criminals for what they are. If people started stalking a security guard, the security guard would be documenting it in their reports. These people are bound to fail in the long run.

Anyways, I'm a very optimistic person, and I'm going to continually work on maintaining my health, my positivity, and a supporting social and professional network. And I shall continue to have liasons with the federal and municipal police.

Cooperation with police is critical, in my opinion, in any case. Discrimination, uncooperation, reputation, corruption, stereotyping are all examples of things that have gotten in the way between communication what is happening in a community and the criminal or dangerous acitivties that go on. To blame the police or blame the government is to blame an organization that protects us from the crimes that happen around us. There are corrupt police officers. But not all are corrupt. They are just like regular people. Some people are trustworthy, hard working, compassionate, innocent and good --  some police are the same way. Some people/police are corrupt. There is no reason to discriminate or turn against services that are there to help us. As Dr. Phil said in one episode of stalking "There is a system in place for a reason -- Use it!"

Early this morning I was having a dream of a beautiful woman ( not sexually) but she then wanted to dance with me. I declined because in reality I am not a good dancer , she became very angry at me not wanting to dance and then I woke up. What had actually happaned was that a female perp ( shes mexican ) and yes I have seen her on a few occasions as well was manipulating my dream and was pissed off when I wouldnt comply , man did she get pissed! In 1972 Roger Tolces invented the word electronic harassment. He’s a private investigator.

In 1992 Julianne McKinney started the anti-psychotronics movement. She had worked 40 years as a Military Intelligence Officer.

In 1993 Norma Cross and Eleanor White invented the word gang stalking. Eleanor White is a retired electronics engineer who used to work for the U.S. Army.

Incredible. Today no tinnitus, nothing V2K, no noise in the ether.

Today I awoke to my backyard neighbors playing around with their lawn mowers. They turned them on and off; I could sense them watching and stalking me. Something I'm used to by now.

And my mother constantly uses illogical coversations to create forms of conversation that are manipulating and embarassing.

My next door neighbors are normal, regular people, it seems. We all feel haunted by these people who decide to stalk us.

What is their motive? They cannot bring us down because we stick together, work together and support eachother. So why do they continue to stalk and try to manipulate us? Do they work for an organization that gives them orders or missions or purpose? Or are they just mean and abusive people?

I have pages and pages of diary entries of proof of what I've been through, saw and experienced. And I just continue to report what I see. I worked as a security guard, and that is what they do. So I don't understand how they think they'll get away with anything... 

Hope Justice comes swiftly, to put and end to this.
