Stiamo iniziando a ottenere risultati. Più risultati otteniamo, più si apre per noi possibilità contro questi crimini. Ci sono un sacco di cose buone in corso in questo momento. Vi preghiamo di continuare i vostri sforzi con tutti i mezzi e di cogliere questa occasione. Anche un piccolo sforzo può produrre grandi risultati.
Qui ci sono le istruzioni impartite a me per quanto riguarda il modulo da compilare per avere Juan Mendez, il corrispondente speciale sulla tortura incaricato dalle Nazioni Unite, vvocato per nostro conto.
Poiché il modulo è progettato per "l'hands-on"* di scenari di tortura piuttosto che tortura a distanza, vi presento le seguenti raccomandazioni per alcune risposte che ci sono venute durante il nostro "Call to Action Committee Meeting" lunedì scorso di notte:

II. Circostanze tortura

A. Data e luogo dell'arresto o "stopping" e successive torture
Suggerimento: la data approssimativa e il luogo in cui ti senti di esser diventato un individuo mirato cioè un T.I. (Targeted Individual).
Risposta come esempio: il mio "targeting" è iniziato nel gennaio 2001, durante il lavoro e continua fino ad oggi, 15 agosto 2013.

F. Che cosa credi essere lo scopo della tortura?
Alcuni suggerimenti: sperimentazione non consensuale, programma di spopolamento eugenetico, il controllo della popolazione (o controllo delle masse), la vendetta, la persecuzione, odio criminale.

Il signor Mendez sosterrà le persone in tutti i paesi, tramite il loro Governo. Il modulo da compilare è nella sezione sottostante. Il suo ufficio accetta solo osservazioni di posta elettronica. Anche se è importante fornire quanti più dettagli possibile, la mancanza di una esposizione completa, non deve necessariamente precludere la presentazione di relazioni scritte di propria mano.

I. La visita medica erastata eseguita in modo tale da consentire al medico di individuare i segni di ferite riportate a seguito della tortura? Sono stati rilasciati tutti i rapporti medici o certificati? Se sì, che cosa hanno rivelato ed evidenziano i rapporti?

J. Se la vittima è deceduta in custodia, è stato svolto un esame autoptico o forense e quali sono stati i risultati?

III. Azione di riparazione

Ci sono stati dei ricorsi interni perseguiti dalla vittima o dalla la sua famiglia / o rappresentanti e chi ne fa le veci (reclami con le forze dell'Ordine, Istituzioni come Magistratura, gli organi politici responsabili, ecc)? Se sì, qual è stato il risultato?

A NOVEMBRE 2013, scade il mandato del sig. Mendez ed io desidero che prima di allora, egli abbia il tempo di leggere il mio questionario con calma.

Chi invece preferisce continuare a "raccontarsela" da una bacheca all'altra di facebook, faccia pure, tuttavia se passa di qui qualche italiano, può tranquillamente prendersi questa traduzione e compilarselo anche se dubito che oltre a Margherita, altri difficilmente si daranno da fare entro novembre e resteranno solo sulle bacheche facebook a "raccontarsela" e a continuare ad appendere link come delle macchinette.

Il mio "targeting" è iniziato nel novembre 2007, e continua fino ad oggi non-stop 24/7.

B. Identità di forza, dove si è svolta la detenzione iniziale e/o la tortura (polizia, servizi segreti, forze armate, paramilitari, i funzionari della prigione, altri)?

Io non accuso la CIA, NSA, il ROS italiano del Generale Giampaolo Ganzer, oppure il MOSSAD, o M16, oppure altri servizi segreti europei, americani o di altri Stati. Io accuso il MILAB (Military Abduction) spiegato dal Dr. Helmut Lammer e i MIB (Men in Black) che più volte si sono presentati per intimorirmi, intimidirmi e per “neuralizzarmi”. Io sostengo che il “neuralizzatore” è un arma che esiste e l'hanno usata su di me due volte in due differenti aggressioni e ricordo cosa provoca oltre ad uno stato di "missing time". Sono molto coordinati, abili, veloci, fulminei. Sono abili come una task-force militare e probabilmente molto più forti perchè sanno sfruttare "il tempo quantico". Esistono correlazioni tra il “Programma abdction” e il “progetto mind kontrol” rispettabile Consiglio Europeo, come sostiene la teoria del Dr Helmut Lammer (Germany)? Io penso che sia una domanda molto intelligente per Lei, rispettabilissimo Corrispondente ONU.

C. C'era la possibilità di una persona, come un avvocato, parenti o amici, e relativo permesso di vedere la vittima durante la detenzione? Se sì, quanto tempo dopo l'arresto?

Non necessito risposta perchè io sono incensurato.

Metodi:

Sono stato rapito più volte in maniera fulminea e sempre con l'inganno e di sorpresa. Hanno usato droghe, ipnosi e non sò che altro ancora per prelevarmi e poi lasciarmi in uno stato di "missing time". Mi hanno infilato siringhe in varie parti del corpo. Allego link con alcune fotografie in RAW, che mi sono fatto scattare più volte, in diversi periodi in differenti anni. Ho diversi CD-ROM delle foto che sono stati masterizzati dal fotografo e ne ho pubblicate pochissime perchè sono sufficienti per avere alcune impressioni, tuttavia andrebbero visionate tutte con una equipe seria e motivata. In totale le fotografie sono almeno 100 e tutte in RAW e che recano l'anno dello scatto. Io le ho fatte scattare da un fotografo nel suo Studio fotografico. Gli originali in RAW. Esse con tale formato dimostrano : chi è il possessore e intestatario della macchina fotografica, tramite GPS dove sono state scattate le foto, la data corretta e altri dati inoppugnabili. Io ho le ricevute fiscali di ogni servizio fotografico. Esse dimostrano che sulla mia testa sono tutt'ora presenti cicatrici che io rammento come sono state prodotte, tuttavia io non posso parlare liberamente con il personale medico e nemmeno con la Polizia, perchè mettono sempre tutto in dubbio. Io non penso che queste cicatricine io me le sono prodotte da solo “cadendo dalle scale” (come si usa il gergo poliziesco), tuttavia tutti liquidano velocemente il mio caso. Sono riferito a Polizia e Sanità italiana.

Lesioni:

Ho il cuoio cappelluto rovinato ed ancora ci sono cicatrici millimetriche sul cranio e in altre parti del corpo da iniezione o prelievo, Da attenta analisi si nota che alcune sono concave, mentre altre sono convesse. Io ho tutti i denti rovinati. ****

F. Che cosa credi essere lo scopo della tortura?

Nel mio caso si tratta di puro feticismo. Dal 2010, io scrivo sui miei spazi web, che mi sembra di vivere come Natasha Kampush, oppure come Elisabeth Fritz. Il sig. Joseph Fritz di Amsttetten (Austria) era un ottimo ingegnere. Egli non era sciocco e/o ignorante. Io nei confronti dei miei “padroni” ho tracciato un “profiling offender” simile. Alla Vostra domanda, io rispondo con una domanda che da la risposta. Perchè l'ingegner Frizt ha costruito un enorme labirinto sotto casa sua? Per vendetta? per soldi? Per una sperimentazione che viola il Trattato di Norimberga oppure perchè voleva una schiava, un oggetto, un giocattolo? Solamente per estrema perversione, feticismo e per capriccio. Io sono solo un oggetto e per “i miei padroni” è un gioco intrigante perchè tutto si svolge nell'ombra, grazie a radiofrequenze individuali che mirano solo me e non famigliari e/o amici. Un gioco saffico, perverso e intrigante che per chi infligge genera un sottile piacere di possedere una persona di nascosto come il sig. Fritz oppure il recente Ariel Castro.

Per loro è un gioco perverso perchè gli altri non possono effettuare misurazioni e test con strumenti, per esempio in una cammera anecoica, con frequenziometro e/o altri strumenti di rilevazione ed eccitante per loro.

Si, mi sono rivolto all'Ospedale della mia città,ma mi hanno negato gli accertamenti sanitari che chiedevo. Solamente il 29 gennaio 2010, in un'altra città d'Italia, io ho iniziato a scovare i “”corpi estranei” grazie a ecografia, TAC etc. Il 1° corpo estraneo ipersonico, dello spessore di 1,2 millimetri, di natura non biologica, è stato rilevato con ecografia il 29 gennaio 2010. Questo è un documento originale in cui io affermo le stesse cose in data 21 febbraio 2010. Io ho il maglione europeo e io inizio a parlare al minuto 7:00. Io spiego al pubblico di questa conferenze, le stesse cose che io sto scrivendo in questo questionario, Nessuno ha mai terminato il mio caso e nel frattempo, sono arrivate altre richieste d'aiuto da altri italiani. Nessuno ha mai iniziato il mio caso e portato fino al termine. L'Italia funziona così. Ogni volta ricominciare a scrivere di nuovo daccapo. A Cascadian man, Jerry Rose, is suing Wal-Mart, Microsoft, Telus, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and others for $2-billion over allegations of mind-control, satanic rituals, and witchcraft:

B.C. judge Fraser Wilson bravely broke with his Federalist handlers and refused the defendants' call to have the case summarily thrown out, citing CIA-sponsored experiments at the McGill University hospital in Montreal in the 1950-60s -- in which people were given LSD without their consent in an attempt to wipe out their sense of "self" and rebuild their identities to CIA specifications -- as reason to give Rose's claims a fair hearing.

STOP ORGANISED STALKING - ANOTHER TERRIBLE FORM OF TORTURE AND DEGRADATION

IN COUNTRIES ALL OVER THE WORLD. PEOPLE ARE BEING GANG STALKED (STALKING BY ORGANIZED GANGS OF PEOPLE) AND COVERTLY TARGETED WITH ELECTRONIC AND SURVEILLANCE WEAPONS:-

What is it?
Gang Stalking is a well-organized form of covert harassment used against an individual. It is done by large groups of people who systematically & repeatedly harass individuals. The people who participate are usually under the impression that they need to keep an eye on a targeted person or drive them out of town for wrongdoings. It often encompasses the use of Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) such as Microwave harassment. This can be a for-hire organized harassment service. These groups operate throughout the world – especially North America & Europe, & exhibit cult-like characteristics. They usually have local numbers ranging in the hundreds. This has also been called Cause Stalking, Gang Stalking, Community-based Harassment, Organized Vigilante Stalking, Vengeance Stalking, Terrorist Stalking, Revenge Stalking, Covert Action, State-Sponsored Harassment, Microwave Harassment, Microwave Mind-Control.

Gang Vigilante Stalking is an occult form of terrorism/mind-control used against an individual, in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a person's life so they will have a nervous breakdown, become incarcerated/institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional or physical pain, become homeless, &/or commit suicide. It is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror, DEWs, & general harassment. It is a ganging up by members of the community who follow an organizer & participate in a systematic, & ritualistic persecution of an individual. Organized Stalking is a destructive criminal program built on deception that exists to serve the intentions of a few who are aware of its true agenda.

Gang Stalking (also called "group stalking" "organised stalking") is a total assault paradigm. It is carried out by criminal secret societies. The OS paradigm includes (but is not limited to):

• many of the attacks are synchronized      to happen precisely as the target does something, e.g. leave his/her      residence, goes to the shops etc.
• "street theater": staged skits      designed to frighten and upset the target
• the same harassment happens every day,      day after day, year after year
• a large group of stalkers, each of whom does      a portion of the stalking-attacks
• 24 hour surveillance, every day. Among      other things, the stalkers, working in shifts, sit in their      vehicles parked around the target's residence.
• "slander campaign": the      foundation of OS. The stalkers go to everyone the target interacts with      (family members, coworkers, neighbors, etc) and spread lies: that the      target is a homosexual or a criminal of some type. This is an      effective tactic because most people can't even imagine that a      stranger would lie to them.
• the stalkers present themselves as      members of a "civic organization" which works with law      enforcement and monitors terrorists or other criminals. The stalkers      may use fake badges or fake "official files" to convince people      that the target is a criminal.
• "noise campaign": very frequent      sounds (sirens, car alarms, beeping sounds, loud engine accelerations,      loud booming sounds [from vehicles], etc) which follow the target      everywhere.
• the stalkers target homosexuals (or      people thought to be), members of "left-wing" (e.g. peace, civil      rights, environmental) organizations, whistleblowers,  people      who live "alternative lifestyles", and anyone else the stalkers      see as not conforming with their version of "normality."
• persistence: the stalkers follow the      target as he/she moves to other cities or states.
• the stalkers use lies, money, and      intimidation to get nongroup members to attack the target.
• the stalkers commit crimes and blame them      on the target 
• targets are harassed while driving, and      vehicles are sabotaged     - pets      are killed     - physical assault
• derogatory name calling      - mail is stolen or damaged         - harassing emails and phone      calls
• residences and vehicles are vandalized           -  law enforcement and firefighter      participation

 Some Important Points:

• The primary targets of all these tactics are the      group members, not the target. The group members are the ones who are      programmed. Group leaders define reality for their members, so it doesn't      matter if tactics do not work on a target.
• Group members are sensitized      to all the tactics they employ.
• Stalking various targets is      only part of the activity of these groups. Members are trained to perform      a variety of activities without question. They do not know the      objectives of their leaders.

Those targeted for harassment will have no problem concluding that someone is after them, but most never know who it is.

What other tactics are used?

Face-to-face tactics:

• Following a target on foot wherever he goes  
• Standing around a target while he is paying for a purchase in a      store.
• Swarming the target – i.e. totally surrounding a target so he      cannot move.
• Physically intimidating a target by standing very close  -      
• When a target sits anywhere in public, group members will attempt      to sit behind him in order to create noise, by whatever means, including      tapping their feet on the target's chair.
• Walking by a target and doing strange things to attract his      attention, such as:
  • Blinking their eyes   -       Reading the time from an imaginary watch on their wrist   - Making faces

Noise Campaigns:

• Generating noise around the clock.
• Interfering with sleep patterns (i.e. through excessive noise).      Trying to wake up the target at night as many times as they can.
• Noise campaigns include:
  • People yelling and screaming outside the person’s residence.
  • Numerous different vehicles, squealing their tires, honking their       horns and hanging around a certain area.
• Apartment noise campaigns will include:
  • Tapping on the walls in the middle of the night      - Taps running      - Hammering
  • Noises coming from the upper and/or lower apartments, and possibly       the apartments on both sides
• Ideally, noises are timed to activities of the target, such      as:
  • When a target goes outside       - When a target flushes the toilet 
  • When a target turns on a water faucet       - When a target walks near a window.

Vehicle-related tactics:

• Numerous different vehicles hanging around a certain area.
• Traveling in convoys with highbeams on   - Drivers in convoys waving at one      another.
• Attempting to intercept the target’s vehicle at intersections.
• Trying to force the target’s vehicle off the road.
• Vandalizing the target's vehicle, including:
  • Slashing tires           - Scratching paint         - Stealing license plates
  • Draining the oil or antifreeze over a period of time in the hopes       of destroying the engine.
  • They do not usually cut brake lines or commit other acts of       sabotage which would leave evidence.

11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. This consists of an intense and highly organized persecution of an individual with the purpose of harass her/him constantly and boycott all the activities, professional and of leisure that the person develops, in order to isolate to take control of the victims life, manipulate the victims mind and ultimately conduct him/her to a helpless situation. This conduct carried out by a group of apparently "normal" citizens is a barbaric form of torture. People are purposely engaged to aggravate me, and to impede and violate my physical and psychological spaces, privacy and freedom. This is extremely psychologically and physically oppressive and suffocating. This happens everywhere I go, anytime, no matter what I do. My whole neighbourhood has been infiltrated. Often these people are neurologically controlled like ‘neuro-puppets’ to maximise the aggravation through the linking of their actions and movements to mine. Other times they are misguided and/or misinformed ‘Jones-Town’ type idiots/victims. This is being done to me everywhere I go – including in Russia and Turkey.

THE PSYCHOLOGICAL TOLL OF THIS HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION IS ALSO HUGE. IMAGINE BEING UNDER CONSTANT SURVEILLANCE AND TORTURED WHEREVER YOU GO. SABOTAGE OF REPUTATION AND BELONGINGS AT HOME, WORK AND AUTOMOBILE WHILE A TARGETED PERSON IS AWAY. FAMILY LIFE IS DESTROYED. WORK PERFORMANCE IS AFFECTED. JOBS AND LIVELIHOOD ARE LOST. SOME HAVE COMMITTED SUICIDE.

There is now need for the Government stuff to go unmarked.

They could just hide it in plan sight. Set up a company and run it legit.

Cops use unmarked for various reasons.

Unmarked aircraft would attract more attention. Everyone watches

aircraft airports. Faking N numbers is just as bad you see there 

is always a geek that runs every N number he or she see's to find out

who owns it. Nah it just some jerky perps playing with heads.

Outside rural areas I have seen guy's rebuilding a plane and taking check rides

leaving the old N number on or none. Av gas it tracked and watched.

Unmarked means not much, the aircraft now that is something for a MD 500

helicopter is 500k give or take. Lots of records lots of pictures and lots of

money that can be tracked.  KEEP Watching the SKIES LOL

A ship or aircraft is just like a cool car.  It just takes money and time

TORTURE, ASSAULTS AND CRIMES EFFECTED BY SECRET SATELLITE AND BRAIN WEAPONS

This is a request for help, on a humanitarian and spiritual basis, on behalf of thousands of tortured and assaulted oppressed people around the world.


THE TECHNOLOGIES IN QUESTION:

1. COVERT SATELLITE SURVEILLANCE TECHNOLOGIES:-

EXAMPLES
The Echelon system: the NSA monitoring of ALL telecommunications (worldwide and local); incl. ALL emails, phone calls etc.
Iris satellites and other audio/visual monitoring systems: allowing spying without trespass; leaving targeted persons with no privacy AT ALL.

RELATED OFFENCES
Invasion of privacy, theft of intellectual property, blackmail, criminal harassment, media/mafia surveillance feedback etc.

2. PSYCHOTRONIC SATELLITE WEAPONRY:-

EXAMPLES

Devices based on neurophone technology (U.S. Pat # 3647970, 7/3/72, P. Flanagan): allowing voice (and other) transmissions directly to the targets brain; bypassing normal hearing mechanisms.
Brain wave analysers (U.S. Pat # 6011991, 1/4/00, A. Mardirossian): allowing thoughts to be interpreted remotely.
Conscious altering methods (U.S. Pat # 5289438, 22/2/94, J. Gall): allowing targets to be put to sleep, made angry, happy etc.

RELATED OFFENCES
It’s possible to transmit messages/noise to and from the human brain without the need for either hearing or speech.  This facilitates interrogation, deception, manipulation as well as emotional and psychological violence in the form of mental rape, torture and slavery.  The available weapons also allow mood management and brainwashing techniques to be employed from a great distance (via satellite) from military/agency facilities.

3. DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS
There are numerous laser-facilitated devices (amongst others), which allow various offences to be committed in a remote manner… “Star Wars” satellites and more are already in place.

RELATED OFFENCES
People can be tortured, assaulted, raped, heart attacks, cancers and radiation burns can be caused.  In fact all manner of pain, assaults and injury up to and including death can be caused by these weapons.

COMMENTARY
This is frightening stuff but it’s not going to go away if we hide from it anymore than the Nazi threat would have.  In fact many of the victims of these technologies are referring to the use of these inhuman methods as “The silent holocaust”; today, a covert culling/silencing of citizens who offend/oppose powerful criminals.  The guilty are syndicate criminals and spies working for the CIA, DIA, MI6, MOSSAD etc.

As further testament to man’s inhumanity to man certain illegal, involuntary human experiments are also being conducted using these technologies.  Studies in how to remotely silence or manipulate people/events are, in fact, at the heart of all of this.  Originally the targets chosen were institutionalised/defenceless people in jails, asylums and nursing homes.  However, today political, ideological and business opponents across the wider worldwide community have been included in far-reaching programs designed to research social/mind influencing methodologies and silence opponents of organised crime.  Many good people have been destroyed or killed by those responsible.  The programs have been called “satellite detention/torture programs”, “electronic POW camps”, “mental slavery” and worse by those campaigning against them.

To fully comprehend the scale of these worldwide programs you’ll need to understand that computers with the ability to process well over 300 trillion calculations per second EACH are being used.  As our human minds can only manage about 5000 calculations per second, each of these computers can process more information than ten times the world’s population so they can easily keep tabs on all of us… but we’re not the ones with something to hide.

Now all of this is, of course, unacceptable and totally indefensible.  If it wasn’t it would be done openly and not in secret.  Those involved clearly belong in prison along with those that cover for them.  However, pending that, something is being done, albeit in a theoretical and non publicised fashion…  It will also help if you understand what has happened (so far) to combat the evil practices in question.

BACKGROUND:
Over the last decade or so I have been researching available information on advanced satellite technologies.  Despite the fact that secrecy orders hide much of it from public scrutiny (supposedly as a matter of genuine National Security) it has become clear that some of these technologies are being accessed illegally by corrupt elements within government agencies (primarily in the U.S.A., UK and Israel).  Further, access is also being granted to the criminal associates of those responsible, including many wealthy Australians.  These sad facts have been confirmed for me by scientists, researchers, spies, journalists, MPs aides and Federal Police.  There are many who know about this but few are willing to act on that knowledge; due to fear, apathy or complicity.  This is fast becoming the Western Worlds equivalent of political imprisonment.

Whilst gathering the relevant information, I have also been fielding literally thousands of pleas for help from victims of the technologies in question; people who have either seen my website (www.surveillanceissues.com) or read my published articles.  On their behalf and on behalf of the countless other victims worldwide (both now and in the future) I am morally obliged to impress upon you the grave importance of these matters and ask for your help. This I do in the hope that you will react with courage, compassion and conviction.  These are matters of basic decency and humanity.  To ignore them would be to abandon the citizenry to the whims of powerful/dangerous criminals who hide behind corruptible authorities.

The major problem is the failure of our laws (both national and international) to keep pace with modern (esp. secret) technology. This neglect has allowed everything we value (including democracy itself) to be placed under real and immediate threat.  The available “secret” technologies could easily be applied to prevent terrorism, war and so on but they are instead being used to wage war on the truth by suppressing basic freedoms which we all take for granted e.g. freedom of speech, freedom of thought, freedom of religious expression and so on as well as the right to personal privacy.  To right the evident imbalance the human rights abuses in question must be stopped as a matter of utmost urgency and major social significance.

Please observe that the concerns about to be detailed are no less important than issues such as gun control, drug abuse, poverty, slavery, terrorism and war itself. In fact, here we have issues that can effectively determine if and how all other issues are dealt with.  This makes these matters crucially important.  I therefore ask you to consider what follows very seriously. 

ACTION TAKEN
Many human rights campaigners from around the world have spent years working on countless books, videos, websites, rallies and symposiums which highlight these matters.  These include efforts by prominent persons like Dr Nick Begich, Dr Rauni Kilde (ex chief medical officer for Finland) and well known author Gloria Naylor.  To date, all of it has been ignored by the criminally owned/controlled media.  However, most importantly, there has been open condemnation of these methods by major political entities and I ask you to focus on these…
1.  The United Nations – UNIDIR - (The UN Institute for Disarmament Research) officially recognised a range of weapons (both lethal and non-lethal), including the ones previously listed, and recommended that they ALL be banned as weapons of potential mass destruction.  Naturally, the press releases and media guides that they issued on this matter were totally ignored by the mainstream media. This media treachery is the reason the public is unaware of the dangers.
2.  The European Parliament - In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls " for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals."  (Plenary Sessions/ EuroParliament, 1999)
3.  US Federal politician Dennis Kucinich - In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on 'exotic weapons' including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. [the original Bill was called The Space Preservation Act, 2001 (HR 2977) it was  reintroduced as The Space Preservation Act, 2002 (HR 3616 )]. Kucinich’s efforts mirrored similar attempts made some years earlier by ex astronaut, Sen. John Glenn.
4.  US Federal politician Jim Guest - recently wrote to all members of the US legislature asking for help for the countless victims of electronic harassment/torture (agency black operations being secreted from congressional scrutiny thus allowing corrupt officers to frame/torture innocents).  To date, nothing concrete has come of this approach.
5. French National Bioethics Committee - In January 1998, an annual public meeting of the French National Bioethics Committee was held in Paris. Its chairman, Jean-Pierre Changeux, a neuroscientist at the Institut Pasteur in Paris, told the meeting that "advances in cerebral imaging make the scope for invasion of privacy immense. Although the equipment needed is still highly specialized, it will become commonplace and capable of being used at a distance. That will open the way for abuses such as invasion of personal liberty, control of behaviour and brainwashing. These are far from being science-fiction concerns.and constitute "a serious risk to society." ("Nature." Vol 391, 1998)

All of these attempts were admirable but have not achieved the desired result due to a lack of integrity/resolve from other political bodies and the media.  In Australia AFP complaints files are still being marked “politically sensitive”, even by sympathetic/knowledgeable Federal police. That’s clearly inadequate. I’m now approaching local community leaders looking for humanitarians who are prepared to do the right thing on this issue. Economic, military and political rationalizations are not morally/spiritually acceptable excuses for inaction on this matter.  Hopefully Authorities and Leaders will realise that we are ultimately to be held accountable for both our actions and inaction. Most hierarchies, agencies, businesses etc are corruptible.  Their lies must not be accepted on important matters like these.

ACTION REQUESTED
Rather than abandoning future generations to the bleak prospect of satellite tyranny I ask that you now allow your conscience to guide you and look into these matters, preferably with a small group of like-minded colleagues but, if necessary, alone.

When recognition is given to the fact that these issues affect all others and once personal fears and ambitions are put aside for the benefit of the common good then something real and positive can be done about this situation.  All I can do is try to motivate you.  Specifically, I seek a personal reply to this letter and approaches to church, human rights and political bodies on these matters.  It would also help if I had someone on file who was prepared to act as a spiritual counselor to local victims.

N.B I ask you to ignore man-made pressure to acquiesce and hope that you will (instead) respond as Jesus would.  He didn’t pick and choose his fights based on politics, monetary reward etc.  He fearlessly spoke the truth and we’re expected to follow his lead… even if it means carrying a cross.  True believers, who realise that as eternal beings we should fear God not man, will help in whatever way they can.

• You cannot criticize warmongers, drug barons or other oppressors without repercussions.

THE SECRECY

• “National Security” and official secrets legislation protect the perpetrators.
• Media complicity keeps the information out of the public domain e.g. one IBM Blue gene computer can process more information than six times the worlds total population (227 trillion calculations per second).
• Others who know all of this are silenced; through satellite oppression or worse.
• The criminals responsible delude themselves by equating their best interests with those of society in general.  They thereby justify (to themselves) the mistreatment of free thinkers who question their crimes using the technologies listed over the page.  All of those involved belong in prison.
