Do you know that the film "The Matrix" is made upon the ideas of this Mind Control system. In the film, Neo and his companions entered the virtual world by connecting their nervous system to the super computer. It's fairly intuitive.
We are , real victims, connected to this system through satellite via electromagnectic radiation beams.
Washington state is where this all started for me and I will be visiting my sister for the holidays and at the same time creating a video / photo / timeline . Any ideas for me , do's or dont's? Photos and video of houses I was harrassed at including the origianal house of the family who was and is still part of my torture members. Like I have said before , I know the names and physical descriptions of my torturers and even the high school she graduated from, her being Jenna, NSA affiliated through family probably.I am also fairly sure of the house she grew up in and left when this all started. Its been awhile since ive written anything because school has started and im takin on a full load this semester.Im not being allowed to sleep any more than 3-4 hours a night because they want me to fail at school or just give up. They wont keep me up all night because it is too obvious to the ones who know my situation when they torture me full on . my oh my dont they hate when people who are not T.I.s know whats going on.For several nights now since I have started school they have been waking me up at 3 :00 am evry morning with dream / video projection along with thier audio to let me know they are observing. Alot of pornographic video anddrug use and dont they have such a good time laughing thier asses off, most of it if not all of it is staged and is only meant to be menacing, tell you the truth ive been dealing with thier bullshit so long it doesnt have nearly the same effect it used to, and dont they hate that as well.

Targeted Individuals - An Overview
This is an article about "targeted individuals" written with the intent to clarify some of the confusion which is undoubtedly surrounding your very unfortunate circumstances. Let's begin by defining exactly what a targeted individual is. Essentially, a targeted individual has officially been declared an "enemy of the State". Your unrelenting harassment has now entered an entirely new phase. From what was once State and most likely federal law enforcement surveillance (for whatever reason) has now graduated to a little-known CIA / U.S. military psychological harassment & physical torture campaign that is so extensive and seemingly so absurd to the average American citizen, you will almost certainly be labeled as having a mental illness and/or paranoia just for simply describing what has now become your daily reality. The only other people that truly understand the extent of the harassment & torture are fellow targeted individuals who have also been experiencing similar violations of their civil, constitutional and basic human rights.
"I'm being followed everywhere I go", "it seems like they are everywhere", "it's like they can read my mind and know where I'll be"...these are the types of statements, that while actually quite accurate (keep reading), can easily make a targeted individual appear to have lost their mind. In order for it to make more sense, let's once again review who is now orchestrating this abuse against a targeted individual. Our military (essentially our international police force) and our intelligence community are in control. This harassment campaign has reached the highest levels of our government and as such, the resources at their disposable are truly unimaginable. Is it just the military perpetrating this harassment campaign? Of course NOT! They have simply been handed control. What this means for a targeted individual is that EVERY law enforcement tool available from your local community watch, community organizations (ie Freemasons) and "concerned citizen" types all the way up through Homeland Security including the U.S. military have placed YOU in their crosshairs. If you are a targeted individual your conversations are being monitored (whether inside your home, your car, your office, and obviously your telephone), your movements and actions are constantly being monitored (whether inside your home or out in public), your electronic correspondence is being monitored (email, websites you visit, letters you write on your computer, etc) - you are being WATCHED! 24/7/365. Again, this isn't your local Sheriff sitting in an "unmarked" patrolcar eating his donut on a stakeout. A targeted individual has every known (AND classified) technology being deployed, and most likely TESTED, against them. Understand it and deal with it in a logical and sensible manner. I don't mean to alarm you, but this is the unfortunate reality that any targeted individual now finds themself in. Maybe it's a little clearer now HOW "they" can be everywhere you go and seem to be able to "read your mind". Targeted individuals are not crazy - but be very careful...the perception of mental illness is one of the many traps a program like this was designed to create. If not the actual illness itself.
So, besides an absolute abomination of a targeted individuals right to privacy, what other tactics are being deployed against a targeted individual. The hardest to prove and the most criminal tactic used (especially when a target has 3 young & developing children in the home such as myself) is a continuous poisoning and torture of the target by invisible directed electromagnetic radiation. If this is a new topic to you, it may be unclear exactly what electromagnetic radiation (EMR) is. After all, it's not exactly the kind of topic an average American is thinking about. Well, to name a few examples, electromagnetic radiation ranges from radio frequency waves (RF) to the more destructive & potentially deadly ionizing forms of x-rays and gamma rays. In the lower to mid spectrum there are also radar waves, microwaves, ultraviolet and infrared light waves.
What I noticed when this harassment campaign began for myself toward the end of 2005 was the continuous jet plane(s) that suddenly began flying "holding patterns" for extended periods of time above & around my home. My theory is that these planes are equipped with sophisticated radar imaging technology. Possibly very high powered infrared imaging cameras as well. Rather than using these electromagnetic radiation devices to "search" for something, in the case of a targeted individual these devices are used to slowly poison and "overload" the targeted individual with continuous high doses of directed electromagnetic radiation. Once a targeted individuals body has been properly overexposed over a period of time (months), other portable devices may then be used to keep a target in a constant state of agitation and dis-ease. And for the more fragile among us, maybe even death! This tactic can be the premier form of making a target seem crazy by forcing them to report what appear to be insane accusations against neighbors, the people "following them everywhere", planes over their home and the government. Another obvious reason for deploying this invisible & silent torture tactic is to provoke a targeted individual to lash out in sheer frustration and anger against the closest person (who most likely has absolutely nothing to do with the ongoing abuse). Essentially, this is the ultimate version of entrapment. And may even be the ultimate, basically unprovable form of a state-sanctioned murder!

I'm currently in Tirana, the capital city of Albania. I met Petrit Demo, who had the ultrasound scan to taking out many objects from his bodies. I saw some of his surgical scars including the ones behind his ears.
On this Monday, I went to the hospital with Petrit and he helped me to talk with the doctor who was working at the ultrasound machine. I paid about 45€ and had 4 body areas scanned. 3 places he found very tiny objects about .10cm to .23cm. These areas are the side of my face between the right eye to the right earlobe, the back of my left leg under the knee, chin, and the back near the right waist (negative)

On Thursday, I went to see the doctor again to check my left leg. I forgot to try the front side which has a scar and a small bump. I don't know when I got the bump, but the scar was there when I woke up in a morning. It was in 2006 and I was still living in San Jose and attending SJSU. It happened during spring semester to the summer break. One night, I slept well after drinking wine for the nightcap and got a good sleep. I saw the scar was there and it was quite deep. Despite of it's size, there was no blood on the bed sheet. I only saw some blood left on the edge of the bed frame a bit. That was on the edge of the foot of the bed frame. I wanted to do the x-ray, but the doctor told me to visit another place. I ended up in the general surgery section. I found a female doctor who speaks English very well. She suggested me to take the x-ray and the result showed that there are three foreign objects shown in the x-ray picture. The first one is the bump on the front and the last two are in the back of my foot. I think one of them is detected with the ultrasonic device. Here is my leg pic and the x-ray one. I sometimes get the pushing sensation on the back of my left leg for the electronic harassment effect. It's not a pain but just to make me uncomfortable when I'm walking or standing.
I'm planning to get RF scanner examination of my body in next month with a help of a TI in Belgium.

I was reading an article on brain waves and came across a reference to mu-metal.http://engineering.mit.edu/live/news/1785-can-brain-waves-interfere-with-radio-waves It blocks ELf waves. Faraday cages block waves over 100 hertz, but nor ELF ULF waves. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mu-metal That takes mu-metal. If we could find a room lined with it, we could see if we still get symptoms inside. If we still get symptoms, we are either scizzo, or ELF waves is not how they are doing it. On the other hand, If we are free of symptoms, then the ELF waves are the culprit! and we would then know how to block them. I think it is well worth the effort to find a room lined with mu-metal we could answer a few more questions, and at the very least, we could cross off one more item on the 'process of elimination' list.

Abstract
All light is not equal: blue wavelengths are the most potent portion of the visible electromagnetic spectrum for circadian regulation. Therefore, blocking blue light could create a form of physiologic darkness. Because the timing and quantity of light and darkness both affect sleep, evening use of amber lenses to block blue light might affect sleep quality. Mood is also affected by light and sleep; therefore, mood might be affected by blue light blockade. In this study, 20 adult volunteers were randomized to wear either blue-blocking (amber) or yellow-tinted (blocking ultraviolet only) safety glasses for 3 h prior to sleep. Participants completed sleep diaries during a one-week baseline assessment and two weeks' use of glasses. Outcome measures were subjective: change in overall sleep quality and positive/negative affect. Results demonstrated that sleep quality at study outset was poorer in the amber lens than the control group. Two- by three-way ANOVA revealed significant (p < .001) interaction between quality of sleep over the three weeks and experimental condition. At the end of the study, the amber lens group experienced significant (p < .001) improvement in sleep quality relative to the control group and positive affect (p = .005). Mood also improved significantly relative to controls. A replication with more detailed data on the subjects' circadian baseline and objective outcome measures is warranted.

We need your humanitarian and advocacy support urgently.
This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.
As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.
In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)
In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psychological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.
Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.
Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.
These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.
We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.
Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.
We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-
A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.
B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.
C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.
Later these records should become an information source - such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.
As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. We will be showing their monstrous Doublespeak Doublethink Doubledo ignorance, stupidity and/or hypocrisy.
It is no exaggeration to say our cases are as horrendous and urgent as people fleeing Nazi or Pol Pot concentration camps – specifically Dr Mengele-type torturers and butchers.
