Leur tactique ultime, basée sur la menace et la discrédibilité, est d’emballer la police et la justice, pour faire passer la victime pour une folle et irresponsable de ses actes. Dans la peur et la souffrance, la victime dépose des plaintes à répétition. La répétition de plaintes en diminue la gravité et elles deviennent peu crédibles pour la police. Nous savons tous qu’une personne, vue comme dangereuse et menaçante par les autorités judiciaires, est facile à écarter de la société. Ces pervers narcissiques de la Défense Française se donnent toujours le beau rôle d’être bons et dévoués pour les gens. Leur uniforme, synonyme de protecteur de la France, induit une croyance fausse qui convainc l’autre. Ces mensonges, sous le couvert du « secret défense », importent peu pour ces tortionnaires et harceleurs par ondes nocives et intelligentes. En utilisant des ondes militaires, ils usent de la santé de leur victime, à répétition, pour la faire sombrer dans l’angoisse, la dépression et la leucémie. Ils ne cesseront pas de semer le doute sur l’honnêteté de la victime, jusqu’à sa mort. Ces agents de la DGSE/DST sont de véritables caméléons, aptes à miner la vie privée de leur victime dans l’ombre, par leurs connaissances militaires et surtout par l’utilisation d’armes hautement technologiques...

   I have just moved into my own apartment and they are still monitoring me inside of my own home. They arent the brightest stars in the sky , and I always know that they are here. I've been an involuntary implant victim for 14 years. My perp Marty alias "The Dumb Ass" omaha, ne usa. has subjected me to torture every day and night. i am sick to death of him. I have piece by piece understood what this is about. He has basically told me why he is doing this. He has a unit that transmits to my implant from the security of his home. Says he is an independent contractor who gets paid for everything he does to me to change me into a different person.

Example: Smoking-he burned my lungs for months and gave me pnuemonia 3 times. I had to quit smoking. Then he gets paid for THAT. At what cost to me.

Drugs and booze I quit on my own no credit to him. Once again he got paid to do this. I've been clean and sober for 13 months! Once again he was paid for this- weeks.

He actually told me that he will be PAID $3000 to get rid of my sexuality. Says he has no choice but to keep on with the torture at what harm and danger to me. He only prolonged and increased the addiction so I had to be hospitalized for 5 weeks  and pain and harm physically and mentally. I cannot change my sexuality even if i wanted to. 

It will be over my dead body before he gets $3000. If necessary I would pay for sex before he got paid. I am 55 yrs old and do not need him to take care of me. To stop me from having risk of AIDS he has tortured me. I know how to protect myself. i am HIV negative and always will be. He caused serious harm to me for THIS?

TO SECRETARY GENERAL THORBJØRN JAGLAND AND THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE

This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.”  (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psychological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.

Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.

Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.

These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.

We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.

Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.

We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-

A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.

B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.

C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.

Later these records should become an information source - such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.

As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. We will be showing their monstrous Doublespeak Doublethink Doubledo ignorance, stupidity and/or hypocrisy.

It is no exaggeration to say our cases are as horrendous and urgent as people fleeing Nazi or Pol Pot concentration camps – specifically Dr Mengele-type torturers and butchers.

Sono T. M. nato a Rovereto in data 27/01/1977 e dopo denuncia cautelativa e preventiva per pagella scolastica smarrita e nessuna risposta ricevuta dal giorno 21 agosto 2012 dal Centro Studi Trento,  si informa il Comando Carabinieri che il sig. T. – da anni –  desidera denunciare o almeno esporre dei fatti e identificare delle persone che più volte gli si sono avvicinate con intenti non certo amichevoli e che la sua supposizione non cambia dichiarando nuovamente che tali persone possono esser implicate negli sfregi delle cinque Chiese vandalizzate e chiedo all’esimio Comandante Le chiedo umilmente di avere pazienza e di comprendere perché codesta postilla è necessaria in quanto Le ho consegnato un documento scritto di mio pugno nell’anno 2006 che merita un ESPOSTO ed esposizione dello stesso da me firmato in tale anno dalla brillante, zelante, meticolosa, arguta, attenta e pure molto attraente GERMANIA.

Ritrovate le statue rubate e trafugate da Bedollo (TN) sulla bancarella dell'antiquariato a Venezia. Recuperate e ritrovate dopo ben 34 anni dal furto cioè il giorno 30 settembre del 1978.

Non è mai troppo tardi per risolvere un caso a quanto pare e anche se sono passati 34 anni,è bastata un po’ di arguzia,di esperienza e colpo d’occhio per appurare da dove provenivano quelle statue veneziane che erano state trafugate dalla regione Trentino ben 34 anni prima. Spero che questo articolo attinto dal quotidiano possa dare interesse,forza d’animo alle truppe e voglia di districare la matassa perché è assai ingarbugliata ed anche io, come altri, ingiustamente trattato per ignoranza e superbia da bigotti,ottusi e frettolosi che non comprendono, che da novembre 2007 io soffro pure di un ACUFENE nel condotto uditivo destro - che misurato da Dott. Bertolini nel suo studio Privato e Centro Audiometrico a Mori in data 13 maggio 2013 alle  ore 18:00 circa dopo un’ora di test di vario tipo -   giunge a  picchi di 8.500 herz interni che altri non odono,ma io si. Il medico privato ha usato uno strumento partendo da 55db (decibell) se ben ricordo per ottenere dopo espressione matematica quanto può misura questo Tinnitus davanti ai suoi occhi e grazie a strumenti come software specifici per la misurazione e giungere alla conclusione degli 8.500 herz che sono indicativi.

A novembre 2007 ho avuto quattro bruttissimi episodi e il 1° risale al giorno 11/11/2007. I data 11/11/2007 il sig. MAZONE CARLO me lo trovavo in Chiesa durante la funzione del patrono di Pilcante che è SAN MARTINO con tanto di telecamera e cavalletto per videoregistrare la funzione e guarda caso vi entrava dopo pochi minuti che ero entrato io ed avevo preso posizione ed egli era in compagnia un altro tizio ed entrambi – col senno di poi – ricalcano sempre nella mia persona come due autentici sospetti. Troppe volte ho incontrato quel personaggio in compagnia di altri.

 Ho ben capito perché ho anche un Tinnitus molto sospetto che inizia (documentazione alla mano) proprio a novembre 2007 cioè dopo l’ultimo di quei quattro episodi (ed ho già sintetizzato e stringato il 1°) e perché da allora è diventato un Calvario proprio come spiega l’esimio e amico Ingegner Andrea Giotti nel suo personale caso, in cui invece narra che per lui il Calvario è iniziato il 5 gennaio 2010,ma con aneddotti e regolare ESPOSTO presentato alla Questura di PISTOIA in data 12 ottobre 2005 e quindi antecedentemente al suo 5 gennaio 2010. Anche egli si è recato da ipnologo per cercare di far chiarezza e mi ha dato pieno assenso nella visione del suo ESPOSTO e al telefono mi ha dato assenso anche a presentarvelo se lo desiderate e successivamente, ritengo di avere assenso,perfino per farlo presente alla stessa sua Questura in quanto, assieme, abbiamo notato analogie alla mia personale vicenda ed alla sua e fino al 2010 non ci conoscevamo.

Praticamente,se io stavo zitto e non scrivevo neppure alla Dia di Padova quella lettera tutta da riveredere nel dicembre 2005, era molto meglio, ed era meglio non effettuare sedute di ipnosi regressiva dal  dott. Benemeglio Stefano nell’anno 2006 e volere andare a fondo di ciò che non si può sedare ma che anzi, con i giusti criminologi forensi bisogna affrontare, perché altrimenti il trauma si continua a ripresentare, tuttavia tutta questa compagnia di banditi non lasciarono messaggi così espliciti alla mia persona come invece fecero questi sprovveduti sottostanti,  lasciando una lettera con scritto : ”PENSA AL BENE ALLA TUA FAMIGLIA”.

L’unica cosa molto tangibile che qualcuno mi/ci ha lasciato è questo sottostante ed è tutt’ora un altro caso irrisolto ed ho anche gli altri articoli.

Sulla rivista clericale vitatrentina sovrastante,c'è un errore grossolano che mi ha tratto in inganno. Essi asseriscono allo sfregio avvenuto a parer loro nel novembre 2007,ma esso è accaduto nell'aprile del 2007 a Pilcante Town.è accaduto altro nel novembre 2007 esimi inquirenti? Non è colpa del personale della Bibioteca fin troppo attento, cortese e gentile. Li hanno lasciati con un computer che monta Windows 98, meno di un giga di Hard Disk e una ram minima. Se voi dei quotidiani e delle sedi roveretane, vorreste gentilmente provare a scendere di sotto e scansionare voi stessi per capacitarVi che se spendessero due miseri soldini in più, avremmo archivi a colori e fenomenali e tutti in bibioteca e non occorrebbe tornar da voi. Tuttavia è rimasto tutto in stallo, e nel frattempo c’è un altro caso irrisolto ed è il seguente.

Se qualcuno lo desidera, c’è il TGR che diligemente ho salvato perché documento audiovisivo preziosissimo e può esser utile per gli inquirenti anche in futuro, in quanto non si sa mai, visto che il caso di Bedollo è stato quasi completamente  risolto dopo 34 anni e manca solo una statua a rapporto,ma è già un brillante e ottimo successo signori e me ne compiaccio.

Non scordo che io lamento da anni auto e divise clonate dei Carabinieri sempre nell’anno 2005 ed esattamente una ALFA ROMEO perfettamente identica alle nostre,  ma con a bordo tre marrani in divisa che dichiaravano pure di “non essere del posto” e uno dei tre, sotto il cappello d’ordinanza da carabiniere, aveva capelli lunghi e lisci. Nessuno dei tre aveva nessun tipo di grado sulle spalline e penso io non debba aggiungere altri particolari oramai, tranne una foto attinta da google map, che mostra la posizione in cui venivo fermato ad ora tarda e giorno feriale. Sa bene che a certe ore e in certi giorni, non c’è in giro un’anima nella “Contea di Ala” esimio Comandante.  Io non posso che esser solidale con il povero camionista tedesco/germanico,  che è stato perfino malmenato da questi falsi finanzieri nel mese di maggio del 2012. Noto che da come descrivono le cose gli articolisti de l’Adige, anche i falsi finanzieri erano assai maldestri come i falsi carabinieri con cui ebbi io a che fare, infatti il giornalista li definisce imbranati perché nemmeno capaci di metter in moto il camion. Immagino la difficoltà del povero camionista, che non parlerà italiano, ed inoltre nessuno degli automobilisti che transitavano si è fermato a soccorrerlo da ciò che descrivono nel TGR.

Il punto dove venivo fatto fermare da falsa pattuglia dei carabinieri e poi subito salivano in auto e si dirigevano velocemente in direzione Sud. Non avrebbero avuto grandi problemi, perché poi in direzione Sud, ci sono le Caserme di Avio e Borghetto. Ad ora tarda anche una Vostra reale pattuglia non avrebbe potuto accorgersene ed infatti la loro mossa di non andare a Nord per me è un ulteriore sospetto. In tale anno MEDIASET era a Rovereto - Città della Pace e della Quercia - per le riprese del film. “La FRECCIA NERA”. Molto interessante la fiction Carabinieri e tutte le loro auto identiche alle Vostre.

Perfino al DEVIL GAMES CAFE’ nessuno “stranamente” rammenta più quei 5 depliants lasciati da una bionda a marzo 2006 sulla mensola/bacheca di tale esercizio pubblico e l’arresto di ANTONIO ANGELO BRUNO un mese dopo ad Aprile 2006 che finì perfino sui teleschermi della RAI.

Sottostante,  un tentativo di ricostruzione con i pochi mezzi a mia disposizione. Tutto ciò è solamente controllo sociale. A nessuno interessa dei miei problemi generati da terzi. Io stesso vengo subito identificato come un problema. La maniera migliore per sbarazzarsi alla svelta del problema (io) e al massimo sedarlo,ma non verrà mai affrontato da quelli giusti e dopo gli scritti daranno ragione a colui che adesso ha solo la 5° elementare. Oppure che e mi smentiscano il VICEQUESTORE RODRIQUEZ GIOVANNI della Polizia Aereoportuale di Treviso se sono competenti in materia, perché a quanto pare vale di più un ipnotista di strada che dimostra che “ipnosi è furto” è un crimine reale e documentato, mentre dottori specializzati in “ipnosi dinamica delle scienze” come il Dr Benemeglio Stefano oppure altro dottore ipnologo come il Dr Bona Angelo non valgono nulla e nemmeno una loro possibile documentazione medica scritta che accerterebbe perfino “comandi ipnotici” inferti alla mia persona sempre nel 2005 e che già BENEMEGLIO aveva individuato nel 2006 a Padova? Significa che un ladro ipnotista vale più di un medico ipnologo? Desidero che Rovereto smentisca pubblicamente il Vice Questore Rodriquez Giovanni se ne è in grado,ma ritengo Rovereto impreparatissimo su tale aspetto e oramai è inutile tentare ogni forma di dialogo con tale branca della medicina, tuttavia sono costretto a frequentare loro Centro e non ho nemmeno firmato loro il Consenso sulla Privacy e tale cavizzo li ingarbuglierebbe perché esistono i DIRITTI CIVILI, i DIRITTI COSTITUZIONALI, i DIRITTI del CITTADINO.

A Rovereto non c’è nessuna competenza in tale direzione ed anzi, nel 2009 sono finiti sul di un quotidiano e essendo l’articolo di giornale troppo stringato e mal redatto urgeva quanto prima da parte mia una replica a tale articolo del TRENTINO CORRIERE DELLE ALPI che non allego perché mi sono dilungato anche troppo.

In data martedì 6 marzo 2012,verso le 14 : 30 circa mi reco all'internet point FAISAL TEL.  Egli è piuttosto depresso in quanto da diversi giorni,continua a subire degli attacchi mirati per cercare di frodarlo attraverso il famigerato phishingh.
In meno di due minuti chiamavo il 113 spiegando a cosa mi trovavo di fronte. A tempo record giungeva una pantera della Polizia di Stato con a bordo due assistente capo che erano di pattuglia. Discutendo un pò su da farsi,notavamo nell'avviso una marea di errori di sintassi e ortografia (scrivono peggio di me questi lazzaroni e usano i translatori). Sia io che il poliziotto avevamo due miseri videofonini da pochi soldi e dopo mia idea, egli faceva giungere sul posto un terzo poliziotto in borghese per scattare delle foto al monitor con una macchina fotografica digitale e poter così stendere un rapporto dettagliato con l'aggiunta delle prove oggettive. Il poliziotto notava il mio volto molto cupo e scuro e mi chiedeva perchè ero così incazzato per quella che a parer suo non era un crimine di non così grave portata in quanto è abituato a vederne di tutti i colori e comunque dandomi pienamente ragione per averli chiamati.  Quello che mi fa imbufalire sono i LOGHI CLONATI della POLIZIA ed il poliziotto non può capire che io non scordo la genialata dell’auto e divise clonate del mio 2005 e tale aneddotto già presentato alla Caserma di Ala e mai lo capiranno i due assistente capo perché non accenno nulla a loro. Si ringrazia la squadra FOXTROT 8797" (la n°6) e la Polizia di Stato di Rovereto per la tempestività, la collaborazione e la cortesia ricevuta. Non amo i cloni di nessun tipo dall’anno 2005 e a quanto pare clonano loghi, divise, pettorine, tesserini, documenti, bancomat, siti web, account, di tutto e di più.

Allego in successione documenti collegati al FAX e al documento della denuncia di smarrimento della pagella scolastica, perchè giustamente, mi è rimasta almeno la 5a elementare originale.

Vi informo che a quei tempi e cioè 2006/07/08, il reato di stalking non era riconosciuto in Italia infatti esso è un crimine ammesso nel nostro Stato solo dal 2009 ed è inerente all’ART. 612bis; nel giugno 2011 le Consigliere Regionali Giugni e Gabriella Maffioletti hanno creato uno sportello in un ufficio apposito per cercare di sostenere le sempre più numerose vittime che lamentano tale reato e sostenerle a livello giuridico, psicologico ed economico. Se questo crimine è stato accettato,importato e riconosciuto da noi solo nel 2009 e quindi dopo i miei trascorsi al CEPU se investigato attentamente, accertato grazie a serie e mirate indagini, può portare il/i responsabili ad una pena e ad una detenzione che va dai 6 mesi fino ai  4 anni di reclusione ed esso è un termine di conio inglese che io allora non conoscevo ed ecco quindi la mia difficoltà nell'esprimermi in tale periodo.

Per quasi quattro anni ha molestato e minacciato i vicini di casa, marito e moglie, con lettere anonime piene di insulti e minacce e con telefonate mute. Protagonista una giovane donna di Ala che alla fine è stata identificata e denunciata dai carabinieri.

my solicitor will keep all my research and videos and picture just incase i am set up yet again by police as i turn my attentions in making it public and i personally think they have a right to know especially when it involves cancer and heart attacks and that they already have the cures as why they dont use it is because they make too much money

the world is growing with 7.3 billion people and was always said it should never reach a figure and depopulation has already started in pakistan and you check all what i have said is 100% true

V2K weapons fall within a class of weapons, those that “might enable any form of manipulation of human beings”, of which the European Parliament called for a worldwide ban, in 1999. For reasons of so-called “national security”, questions to the UK government remain unanswered, about the availability of such weapons to the public and private sectors nowadays..

The new UK TETRA system for police communications pulses at about 17 Hertz and is generating fears of what this will do to the brains of the officers using these mobile phones. Pulsing the high frequency microwave transmission allows multiple phone calls to be sent like packets on the Internet. 

The basic high frequency drives the electromagnetic radiation deep into the brain while the pulsing of that transmission at the incredibly low rate matches the brain wave frequency which, I suspect, is what results in the ability to hear. 

This could prove to be quite harmful and lethal in many instances. It's not exactly a "Non Lethal Weapon" and is an instrument of torture interrogation with lethal consequences from its usage. It is not being used for just scaring birds
