The text of the petition is as follows-
Below is the information proving that you are probably not informed about the existence of mind control technologies in NATO countries. I hope you will realize that there is no law in the European Union countries prohibiting individuals, organizations and governments from the use of such technologies. The absence of such a law is rather proving the continuing experimentation with those technologies by the governents of the European Union countries on unwitting citizens. For sure enactment of such a law would also mean that the law should contain provisions establishing the teams which would be equiped with a technology capable to verify the complaints of victims of such experiments through detection of the existence of „psychoactive“ physical fields penetrating into their brains.

I would like to register my support of EUROPEAN PETITION NUMBER 0392/2012.
I am an EU citizen and have been a victim of these attacks and technologies since 2004.
This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.
We are a group of our over 1300 electronic torture, abuse and experimentation victims – please assist us
Please help us to get this electronic torture, abuse and experimentation stopped.
Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psychological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.
Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.
Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.
These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.
We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.
Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.
We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-
A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.
B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.
C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.
Later these records should become an information source - such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.
As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. We will be showing their monstrous Doublespeak Doublethink Doubledo ignorance, stupidity and/or hypocrisy.
It is no exaggeration to say our cases are as horrendous and urgent as people fleeing Nazi or Pol Pot concentration camps – specifically Dr Mengele-type torturers and butchers.

Il testo della petizione è il seguente -
Di seguito le informazioni dimostrano che probabilmente non siete informati circa l'esistenza di tecnologie di controllo mentale nei paesi della NATO. Spero che vi renderete conto che non c'è nessuna legge nei paesi dell'Unione Europea che vieta ad individui, organizzazioni e governi l'uso di tali tecnologie. L'assenza di una tale legge è di dimostrare la sperimentazione continua con queste tecnologie da parte dei governanti dei paesi dell'Unione Europea su cittadini inconsapevoli. Per la promulgazione sicuro di una tale legge significherebbe anche che la legge dovrebbe contenere disposizioni che definiscono le squadre che sarebbero attrezzate con una tecnologia in grado di verificare le denunce delle di vittime di tali esperimenti attraverso la rilevazione dell'esistenza di "psicoattive" nei campi fisici che penetrano nella loro cervello.

Vorrei registrare il mio sostegno NUMERO alla petizione europea 0392/2012.
Sono un cittadino dell'UE e sono stato vittima di questi attacchi tecnologici dal 2004.
Questa lettera, serve per chiedere il vostro aiuto per me e per le tante vittime che vengono attaccate con Armi psitotroniche (o Mind Control, elettronica, energia diretta, neurologiche, armi non letali).
Siamo un gruppo di oltre 1300 vittime elettroniche torture, abusate da sperimentazione. Si prega di aiutarci
Vi preghiamo di aiutarci per ottenere ciò, contro le torture elettroniche, gli abusi e che le sperimentazioni si fermino.
Alcune delle nostre tortue elettromiche, maltrattamenti e casi in sperimentazione, danno dettagli delle violazioni più estreme e totalitarie dei diritti umani nella storia umana, comprese quelle psicologiche più e le orrende torture, stupri, abusi sessuali, aggressioni fisiche, mutilazioni chirurgiche, 'controllo mentale', e altre di tipo mentale oltre a mutilazioni fisiche.
Tra l'altro, gli autori di questi crimini possibili, posizionare il soggetto umano sotto la sorveglianza continua, non importa dove lui / lei è, ma sono in grado di monitorare il cervello umano, compresi i pensieri, reazioni, comandi motori, eventi uditivi e le immagini visive e possono continuamente alterare la coscienza , introdurre voci, rumori, altri disturbi, i comandi, le immagini e "sogni" nel cervello, e possono direttamente abusare, corpi tortura , tra cui l'esecuzione avanzate di procedure mediche da postazioni remote. Questi sono crimini estremi e mostruosi CONTRO L'UMANITA ' - indescrivibilmente terribile in se stessi - accoppiati con la segretezza orwelliana e la negazione di qualsiasi sostegno a tutti che stiamo vivendo e che li rende ancora più orrendi e mostruosi.
Abbiamo contattato la maggior parte dei governi, sicurezza / intelligence/ Agenzie, Organizzazioni religiose, Organizzazioni internazionali, organizzazioni dei diritti umani, università, istituti scientifici e di altro tipo, ei media internazionali in tutto il mondo, più e più e più volte - e hanno avuto i nostri appelli per la assistenza, protezione e / o di pubblicità e quasi completamente sempre ignorato o soppresso.
Alcune persone coinvolte hanno cercato di ottenere assistenza, protezione e/o pubblicità su questi crimini in quanto dal 1990 - e ancor prima - questo si estende lontano nella storia del illegalità scientifica e medica e alla sua sperimentazione come MKULTRA, COINTELPRO e la ORFANI Duplessis e oltre.
Stiamo ancora raccogliendo RIASSUNTI SUI CASES da persone coinvolte in tutto il mondo, e abbiamo anche consigliato loro di inviare a voi - "I testimoni selezionati" - essere presente, reegistrazioni con il contrasto in modo che: -
A. Possiamo essere sicuri che quante più persone possibile di conoscere questi crimini orrendi.

O che possiamo essere sicuri che queste AUTORITÀ E ORGANIZZAZIONI sono complici e/o acquiescenti a questi crimini contro l'umanità e che il Diritto Internazionale e I Diritti Umani non sono più applicabili - in questo caso il nostro compito sarà quello di ottenere la regola e le leggi di queste vecchie leggi che vanno restaurate.
Più tardi questi recordi,documenti e registrazioni, dovrebbero diventare una fonte d'informazione - come l'Ufficio internazionale per il rintracciamento impostato per registrare le sorti e di permanenza degli ebrei (e gli altri?) Dopo la WW11. Le informazioni raccolte possono essere utilizzate dalle persone appropriate per aspetto LEGALE, assistenza medica, le registrazioni ecc Eventi STORICI.

Non è esagerato dire che i nostri casi sono così orrendi e urgenti, come le persone in fuga dai nazisti o campi di concentramento di Pol Pot - in particolare il dottor Mengele cioè da quel tipo torturatori e macellai.

Here recently I have had thoughts about ending my life because of the mind reading and voice to skull. It has become so severe that it feels like an eternity. These people are extremely cold and ruthless. I know Greg is about to send out the filing, but it feels like its taking forever. These assholes are constantly responding to my thoughts and insulting me and calling me derogatory names. I hear the voices everywhere I go. I even hear them through the electric wires connected to the steel poles outside. I don't know how much longer I can deal with and survive this treatment.

it started in 2009 in london and all i can remeber was at the time i was very sad and i prayed to jesus for help. i got all these vibs nice ones and then a week or two later i met or think i met him. he told me not to worry about what people thought and what was going to happen. of course i had no idea what he meant - he(jesus) just seemed to know me in some way. at the time i met him i had no idea who i was. it was going to take me another year to figure out that. that i am in deed a saint or was one back in the 6th century. the voices didnt tell me this - they for the first year or so didnt believe me and neither did I - but ive always for my whole live been able to create this strange vib in my head at will - never thought deep about it until the strange things started - i believe it might be the holy ghost - a very nice feeling unlike theirs. but back to my story, ill expand on that later. After i met this 'man' jesus? looked just like him 6.5" tall very much like the pictures lol. anyway after him a few weeks into may 2009 i started being followed and felt extreeme parnoria and was being followed for about a week outside and at my flat by two blackout heilcopters - top of the range - obviously very high tech. this was the start of the harassment by THEM - the next month i had internet problems like you, extreme pains, breathing problems and a heart attack - very painful but didnt die. I moved away from london to dorset and to my current flat, before that i had the strangest expirence of my life. it was on June 25th 2009 at 2:30am my HEART stopped - beleieve or not and i can remember freaking out big time. i mean i had no heart beat for 5 mins maxium - now the human body loses conciouness after max 2 mins maybe less. then there was this huge bright white light and i felt wonderful but heart suddenly started up again. from then on
they took a big interest in me then. I was ok but then the voices started and at first i thought it was heaven etc - naturally if something like that happens but of course since that date the vibs have continued but the voices have got worse saying rape and using diffferent voices or my own. so not real heaven. but maybe i am the real thing so thats why 'they' are interested in me. I did research to see if what i was being or jesus said was true and seems i might have been a saint in a previous life. (google saint finbarr). everything connected to me - the painting and picture are similar look at the eyes similar level - one on my eyes is slighly higher than the other lol sounds weird but i took the same as i did then, my family history from cork and much more seems to add up so well it cant be just total chance. There is no doubt the other people are evil or not right in the head to say the least especially if the same type are doing what they are doing to you. I feel we maybe in the last days and into the 42 months of satan reign or going to happen soon. If they are connected to him and i am who they say or who i beleieve then i may not have a long time left to live. whitch doesnt scare me at all - i believe in god/jesus and life is just a process but that is still no excess for them doing this to people. as you said god wins in the end even if we are in or coming to the tribulations. I was a roman catheolic in my previous life so maybe they are attacking them aswell as others?

I think they are trying to get me in jail. They are trying to get me to either act out aggresively or get me to breakdown and commit suicide. Today, during my electronic harassment, one of the perps said something harsh about one of my family members through voice to skull. How do I respond to these taunts and mockeries?
