We have told you several times by all possible means, " Torturers, you have nowhere to hide and nowhere to run."

We are targeted but the life is going on never stopping-sunset follows sunrise,

seasons change each other, people born and die... we do not notice the life,

we are closed in our pain like a turtle in its shell, there is no outer world for us,

and we don't need it at all. And that is the main trap that perps have made for us-

to destroy the outer space. And there're loneless and desperation in our

man-made prison, but that is a chance for our souls and may be the only one.

Examining this forum i have a sensation that we are alike and resembling

each other like in a mirror. We are knoking at every possible door, bombing

this outer world with out pain- 'here we are, look at us, we do exist!' The

world pays no attention, it has his own dids and trobles, it doesn't deny,

doesn't mock at us, it just doesn't notice us. And we have a chance to

search inside our jail... and there's nothing inside but out souls. And this souls are

out of rich for they perps. It can't be neither destroyd nor harmed. All we should do

is to find it inside our prisons and awaken. Take it not as a sermon or as a advice...

This is just an opinion of my suffering soul.

Yeap. The Scarborough Hospital of Toronto got involved in torture cases. Toronto police induced The Scarborough Hospital to intervene without my "informed consent" after I reported to Toronto Police the first gang stalker with my family doctor's advice. The Scarborough Hospital conducted mental status exam in my home without my informed consent. After that, I made a request for access to my entire medical record regarding this MSE. However, TSH denied my request and I found that TSH fabricated and falsified my medical record. Pls see TSH's statement in its letter to me and my response to them.

(4) The person seeking to introduce an electronic record has the burden of proving its authenticity by evidence capable of supporting a finding that the  electronic record is what the person claims it to be

Derailing fucking Hellbound Trains.

 Before we move on, we got to understand what " torture", " abuse", and "Crimes Against Humanity" really mean. And how did ICC, UN define them from the legal point of view? And why did Human Rights Watch and AI conclud " only can public inquiry deal with torture case"? And what can we do if the perps' governments refuse to investigate into our cases?

I ask victims suffering sleep deprivation share their experiences. I myself sleep only

2 or 3 hours a day though taking sleeping pills, and sometimes wake up at night. It's

very hard torture and sometimes i feel nodding but can't sleep nevetheless. My mom

says that it is God who waken me, but that's nonsense if God would do such terrible things.

This condition lasts since January 2000 and God knows when it wll end if end at all.

Elements of Crime as contained in the finalised draft prepared by the fifth session of the Preparatory Commission for the International Court held in New York from June 12 to 30 2000:[1]

Article 7 (1) (f) Crime against humanity of torture[2]

Elements

1.      The perpetrator inflicted severe physical or mental pain or suffering upon one or more persons.

2.      Such person or persons were in the custody or under the control of the perpetrator.

3.      Such pain or suffering did not arise only from, and was not inherent in or incidental to, lawful sanctions.

4.      The conduct was committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against a civilian population.

5.      The perpetrator knew that the conduct was part of or intended the conduct to be part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against a civilian population.

Article 8 War crimes

            Introduction

   The elements for war crimes under article 8, paragraph 2 (c) and (e), are subject to the limitations addressed in article 8, paragraph 2 (d) and (f), which are not elements of crimes.

   The elements for war crimes under article 8, paragraph 2, of the Statute shall be interpreted within the established framework of the international law of armed conflict including, as appropriate, the international law of armed conflict applicable to armed conflict at sea.

   With respect to the last two elements listed for each crime:

   There is no requirement for a legal evaluation by the perpetrator as to the existence of an armed conflict or its character as international or non-international;

   In that context there is no requirement for awareness by the perpetrator of the facts that established the character of the conflict as international or non-international;

   There is only a requirement for the awareness of the factual circumstances that established the existence of an armed conflict that is implicit in the terms “took place in the context of and was associated with”.

Article 8 (2) (a) (ii)-1 War crime of torture

Elements[3]

1.      The perpetrator inflicted severe physical or mental pain or suffering upon one or more persons.

2.      The perpetrator inflicted the pain or suffering for such purposes as: obtaining information or a confession, punishment, intimidation or coercion or for any reason based on discrimination of any kind.

3.      Such person or persons were protected under one or more of the Geneva Conventions of 1949.

4.      The perpetrator was aware of the factual circumstances that established that protected status.

5.      The conduct took place in the context of and was associated with an international armed conflict.

6.      The perpetrator was aware of factual circumstances that established the existence of an armed conflict.

Article 8 (2) (a) (ii)-2 War crime of inhuman treatment

Elements

1.      The perpetrator inflicted severe physical or mental pain or suffering upon one or more persons.

2.      Such person or persons were protected under one or more of the Geneva Conventions of 1949.

3.      The perpetrator was aware of the factual circumstances that established that protected status.

4.      The conduct took place in the context of and was associated with an international armed conflict.

Article 8 (2) (c) (i)-3 War crime of cruel treatment

            Elements

1. The perpetrator inflicted severe physical or mental pain or suffering upon one or more persons.

3. The perpetrator was aware of the factual circumstances that established this status.

6.      The perpetrator was aware of factual circumstances that established the existence of an armed conflict.

4. The perpetrator was aware of the factual circumstances that established this status.

5. The conduct took place in the context of and was associated with an armed conflict not of an international character.

It amazes me that whoever gets to decide the Most Popular or Favorite postings lists (2) posts by Greg whose every other word is trashy and a lot of ti's do not trust him and another is a reminder about the upcoming Bioethics Committee Hearing wherein the post even neglects to mention the Committee 'topic' nor does it include names, phone #'s, addresses, etc.  If this is the best; I'd hate to see the worst.

We need someone with good common sense to be manning the fort and pointing the way.  I no longer have a computer at home so was not able to sign on when Soleilmavis was looking for people to help out.... Another article listed as a favorite is probably the worst New York Times article I've ever read with that 'psych' joker sitting on a park bench with his arm outstretched and who gives a God damned what he has to say... For God's sake, all he had to do was mention Columbia U - Columbia U is one of the top universities that houses a major criminal biomedical engineering lab where the professor was an understudy at the Stanford Research Institute and worked with the Intelligence Community in D.C.  His laboratory is all about the cerebral cortex and man - machine coupling.

What I put together in my latest FLYER appears to be of concern of Americans and, I believe, has them contacting their State officials.  This is such a good thing and the FBI may be scheduling an appointment with me at long last because they don't like the publicity.  People are able to relate and understand the content of this FLYER; and that is why.  The organized gang stalking and EH flyers of yesteryear didn't do a thing to help me make any headway  with our horrible situation because people could not relate to it.   Maybe this will help shed some light on the rest of what's going on with us and these dreadful weapons.  

The technician at the controls has applied many tactics to keep the FLYER under wraps such as making it difficult for me to walk and at night after I get home and intend to go back out and distribute them throughout the neighborhood, I am made to be exhausted and weak.  Regardless, I will continue to get them out.

VOWELS ARE SUBCONCIOUS REFLEXES,A LETTER BETWEEN BREATHS

as there are vowel tones within the air these connect with the linear broadcast which is a string of constonants

example:wrrwgngtdyfrdnnrhwsthwthrotthrmyfrnd-these streams of constonants go unoticed to the human ear but when you are paranoid you search for answers which ever they may be and you eventualy become mentaly unstable,your search of paranoia picks out the vowel tone conversions which are sprayed everywhere and you start making sense of the stream of constonants which will go unheard by anybody else no matter how close they are to you as they do not know which vowel you have picked to form your thought projection.
