The police, psychiatrists and all medical practitioners have both a legal and moral responsibility to keep themselves informed about advances in scinece and technology. They appear to be unaware that nanotechnology is being introduced into our bodies by means of vaccinations. This nano technology then fuses and intertwines with our brains and bodies in order to wirelessly tether us to a computerized control and enslavement system where we would then not be able to move our own muscles without permission. We would then be bio-robotized and externally controlled to commit acts of evil against our wills. This is now a scientific capability and this capability is in use today. Please study the current internet of bodies capabilities before you mandate that someone attends for psychiatric evaluation. Please have all technological infrastructure disassembled and banned today. Uninformed police, uninformed psychiatrists and uninformed medical practitioners are helping to disempower and silence those who speak out about their experiences of wirelessly induced remote electronic torture by falsely sending them down the wrong path towards psychiatric evaluation which mostly leads to psychiatric incarceration. Why are you behaving in this way? You are helping to build an enslavement colony for your own children and yourselves?

WHY THE POLICE AND PSYCHIATRISTS THROUGHOUT MOST OF THE WORLD ARE NOW UNDER MICROWAVE MIND CONTROL.

Microwave voice transmission technology involves modulating audio messages onto a microwave carrier wave via frequency modulation and then inducing them inside the human head either above or below the hearing perception capability of the targeted non-consenting human beings.
Emotional signature transmission technology involves modulating emotional signatures onto a microwave carrier wave via frequency modulation and then inducing them inside the head of the non-consenting and mostly unaware human.
Frequency modulation is the encoding of information in a carrier wave by varying the instantaneous frequency of the wave. During microwave voice transmission frequency modulation is widely used.
Electronic stimulation of brains is being used to control memory, feelings and behaviour in vast numbers of human beings without their awareness and against their interests and this is being carried out from unknown remote locations by agents of the Luciferian New World Order Cabal. It is being carried out via microwave transmitters and other ground based and air based infrastructure, all of which can be easily disassembled and rendered inoperable by the people whose interests it does not serve.
WHY THE POLICE ARE UNDER MICROWAVE MIND CONTROL
Many individuals throughout the world are now being forced to hear either the transmitted voices or transmitted simulations of the voices of criminals coming from inside their own heads against their wills and without their permission. This situation is ongoing and unreconsiled because the police throughout most of the world are refusing to validate the statements of this victims of whenever they complain to the police. The police themselves are under microwave mind control and that is why they are unable to understand the situation correctly and to accept and validate statements from the victims of this ongoing crime. Therefore they are helping to cover up criminal activities which are being carried out by criminals who use wireless remote controlled weapons to torture millions of men and women throughout the world.
The police throughout most countries of the world continue to use TETRA communication devices which they carry on their persons throughout each working day. Unbeknownst to most police officers throughout the world those aforementioned TETRA communication devices are being used to wirelessly stimulate the brains of the police officers throughout each day to the extent that the memory, impulses, feelings and behaviour of the police can now be remotely controlled by criminals who work from unknown remote locations. Subliminal direct communications are being transmitted to the brains of most if not all police officers via carrier waves and those police officers who are being communicated with believe that the information which is being subliminally transmitted to them are their own ideas and beliefs.
The victims of wireless remote torture can never return to the police to reiterate their statement that they continue to be tortured by wireless remote means because if they do so they are immediately sent for psychiatric evaluation where the interviewing psychiatric who is also under the influence of microwave mind control will then have the victim incarcerated in a psychiatric hospital. The victim is then forced by mind controlled psychiatrists to ingest toxic chemicals which create further pain and suffering for the victim. The act of forcing a fellow human being to ingest toxic chemicals is a torture technique in itself but because the psychiatrists are under such heavy microwave mind control themselves, this torture technique of forcing their patients to ingest toxic chemicals which cause extremely distressing side effects continues on mindlessly . The psychiatrists believe that they have a moral right to force their fellow men and women to ingest toxic chemicals which the psychiatrists themselves have never ingested themselves and which they have no real knowledge about.

Remote Behavioral Influence Technology Evidence

People discerning remote manipulation by technology capable of such influence have formed protest organizations across the world.1 2 3 4 Educated society is uninformed regarding authentic documentation of the development and existence of these technologies, and unaware of the dangers. Complaint of ‘hearing voices’ and perception of other remote manipulation must receive appropriate scientific and legal investigation with protection. Professional awareness is virtually absent with eminent texts and opinion being presumptuous, without appraisal of the evidence.

Herein is substantiated:

Human wireless internal voice transmission and tracking technologies.

Reports of electroencephalographic (EEG) thought reading capacity, evidence of covert development, and remote EEG capture technology.

References to the use of these, or similar technologies against humans.

MICROWAVE HEARING

The first Americanc 5 to publish on the microwave hearing effect was Allan H. Frey in 1962,6 yet radar technicians had anecdotes of microwave perception in World War II.7 Deaf and normal subjects, even with earplugs, can hear appropriately pulsed microwaves at least up to thousands of feet from the transmitter.8 Transmitter parameters above those producing the effect result in a severe buffeting of the head with dizziness and nausea, while parameters below the effect induce a pins and needles sensation. Peak power is the major determinant of loudness, though there is some dependence on pulse width. Pulse modulation appears to influence pitch and timbre. The effect “is the most easily and reliably replicated of low power density (microwave) illumination.” 9 Review of human and animal microwave hearing confirmation by independent investigators of the effect establishes validity.10 11 12 13 14 Designs for scaring birds away from aircraft or other hazards by microwave hearing15 and induction of vertigo16 exist.17 18

While working for the Advanced Research Projects Agency at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Sharp and Grove discovered “receiverless” and “wireless” voice transmission. 19 Their method was simple: the negative deflections of voiceprints from recorded spoken numbers were caused to trigger microwave pulses. Upon illumination by such verbally modulated energy, the words were understood remotely. The discovery’s applications are “obviously not limited to therapeutic medicine” according to James C. Lin in Microwave Auditory Effects and Applications.20

A Defense Intelligence Agency review of Communist literature affirmed microwave sound and indicated voice transmission. The report states, “Sounds and possibly even words which appear to be originating intracranially (within the head) can be induced by signal modulation at very low average power densities.” 21 Among microwave weapon implications are “great potential for development into a system for disorientating or disrupting the behavior patterns of military or diplomatic personnel.” An Army Mobility Equipment Research and Development Command report affirms microwave speech transmission with applications of “camouflage, decoy, and deception operations.” 22 “One decoy and deception concept presently being considered is to remotely create noise in the heads of personnel by exposing them to low power, pulsed microwaves . . . By proper choice of pulse characteristics, intelligible speech may be created” quotes the report.

The Brunkan Patent # 4877027 “Hearing system” is a device capable of verbal microwave hearing. 23 The invention converts speech for remote introduction into the head by parabolic antenna with indication of direct microwave influence on neural activity. The microwave spectrum granted is broad: 100-10,000 MHz (0.1-10 GHz.) Pulse characteristics are essential to perception. Bursts of narrowly grouped, evenly spaced pulses determine sound intensity by their amount per unit time. Although a wide spectrum is patented, with ranges of pulse and burst duration, preferred operation has burst duration at 2 microseconds, and pulse duration at 100 nanoseconds. Operation is at 1000 MHz, which is the frequency of optimal tissue penetration.24 Another patent application based on microwave bursts is “designed in such a way that the burst frequencies are at least virtually equal to the sound frequencies of the sounds picked up by the microphone,” though the transducer here is not remote.25

Stocklin Patent # 4858612 “Hearing device” 7 affirms the microwave hearing effect. Stocklin gives exposition to the concept that a microwave component is part of neurophysiology and electroencephalogram (EEG) potentials.26 Microwaves are considered both emitted and absorbed by nerve cell membrane proteins. Microwaves generally excite the brain27 perhaps by influencing calcium,28 a central ion in nerve firing.29 Stocklin represents the auditory cortex as normally producing microwave energy, which the device simulates, thus eliciting sound sensation. Each acoustic tone is weighted for several microwave frequencies by a formula called the mode matrix, which is used to calculate best perception requirements. Observation of EEG desynchronization, delta waves, and brain wave amplitudes helps calibrate the device.30 The lowest frequency for hearing is estimated by the cephalic index. Microwave speech transmission in this patent is unremote with the antenna over and sized for the auditory cortex. Other patents have non-remote transducers of radiowave elicited hearing. 31 32

Descriptions in the above patents attribute microwave hearing to direct neural influence. However, the most accepted mechanism in review is by thermoelastic expansion,12 most likely inducing bone conducted hearing. The cochlea does appear to be involved, but not the middle ear.14 This divergence of mechanism illustrates the non-thermal/thermal controversy. US exposure standards are based on thermal effects, yet there are effects very difficult to explain by thermodynamics.13 33 All accept thermal effects at some level, yet the thermal only school is rather dogmatic related to liability issues of commercial34 and national security concern.35 It must be said that the open literature regarding microwave hearing indicates a thermo-acoustic mechanism.

“Communicating Via the Microwave Auditory Effect.” is the title of a small business contract for the Department of Defense. Communication initial results are: “The feasibility of the concept has been established” using both low and high power systems.36 A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request as to the project’s outcome met with denial on the part of the Air Force, on the grounds that disclosure “could reasonably be expected to cause damage to national security.” 37 Though the Air Force denied the FOIA disclosure, such a contract’s purpose is elaborated by the Air Force’s “New World Vistas” report: “It would also appear possible to create high fidelity speech in the human body, raising the possibility of covert suggestion and psychological direction . . . . If a pulse stream is used, it should be possible to create an internal acoustic field in the 5-15 kilohertz range, which is audible. Thus it may be possible to ‘talk’ to selected adversaries in a fashion that would be most disturbing to them.” 38 Robert Becker, whose eminence was enough to have been twice nominated for the Nobel Prize in biological electromagnetic fields research, is more explicit: “Such a device has obvious applications in covert operations designed to drive a target crazy with “voices” or deliver undetectable instructions to a programmed assassin.” 39

The above Army efforts had results. A microwave voice transmission non-lethal weapon is referenced in the thesaurus of the Center for Army Lessons Learned, which is a military instruction website. 40 The military thesaurus entry lists analogous devices using “silent sound.” d 41

ULTRASOUND TRANSMISSION OF VOICE

Internal voice capability, without discernment by others nearby. is also evident in ultrasound-based technology. Lowrey Patent # 6052336 “Apparatus and method of broadcasting audible sound using ultrasonic sound as a carrier” clearly focuses on non-lethal weapon application against crowds or directed at an individual.42 Communication is understood as an inner voice with loss of the directional quality of sound perception. “Since most cultures attribute inner voices either as a sign of madness, or as messages from spirits or demons, both of which . . . evoke powerful emotional reactions”, quotes the Lowrey patent’s effect on people. Replaying speech, with a delay impedes talking and causes stuttering. Normal brain wave patterns can be changed (or entrained), which “may cause temporary incapacitation, intense feelings of discomfort.” This technique is detailed by Monroe Patent # 5356368 “Method of and apparatus for inducing desired states of consciousness”, with license to Interstate Industries and involves an auditory replication of brainwave patterns to entrain the EEG as desired.43

Norris Patent # 5889870 “Acoustic heterodyne device and method”, directionally produces sound on interference (or heterodyning) of two ultrasound beams.44 The cancellation leaves the carried audible sound perceivable. The effect becomes apparent particularly within cavities such as the ear canal. An individual readily understands communication across a noisy crowed room without nearby discernment. Sound can also be produced from mid-air or as reflecting from any surface.

American Technology Corporation, which licensed this patent, has an acoustic non-lethal weapons technology,45 a cooperative agreement with the Army Research & Development Command,46 and is working with numerous other government agencies.47 The corporation’s Long Range Acoustic Devices (LRADTM) account for 60% of military sales, and have integration into the Navy’s situational awareness & radar surveillance systems48 with deployment on naval vessels and fleet harbors.49 A popular magazine writer describes the device’s inner nature of sound perception.50 From separate references, non-lethal weapons treatments affirm sound localization and individual ultrasound effect limitation51 with obvious lack of nearby discernment;52 the latter by a non-lethal weapons program director. A similar ultrasound method of limiting sound to one person, Audio Spotlight is marketed, with exhibition at Boston’s Museum of Science and the Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum.53 Both the American Technology device and Audio Spotlight are discussed in an article with some history of ultrasound acoustics, which has origins in sonar.54 Other acoustic influence methods may utilize ultrasound.e 55

TARGET TRACKING TECHNOLOGY

The maintenance of effects on people requires obstacle penetration and target tracking. These internal voice capable energy forms penetrate obstruction and can be localized. Sound transmission through enclosures is commonly experienced. An inaudible ultrasound high intensity carrier wave is unnoticed. Solid defect inspection is one use of ultrasound, which is being developed to discern movement through walls.56 Common technology utilizes the microwave hearing spectrum, which partly or completely encompasses cell phone,57 58 TV, and radar frequencies. 59 Commercial signals are not perceived, since the hearing effect requires pulsation within the limits that elicit perception. A variety of antennae localize the structurally penetrating microwave illumination with collimation or focusing.60 61 A patent, “compatible for mobile platforms with DEWs,” (Directed Energy Weapons) includes a modified Luneburg lens emitting parallel rays with over 50 years utilization.62

Hablov Patent # 5448501 “Electronic life detection system” is for microwave radar within the hearing spectrum that finds and distinguishes individuals through obstruction.63 Therein is stated: “the modulated component of the reflected microwave signal . . . subjected to frequency analysis . . . forms a type of “electronic fingerprint“ of the living being with characteristic features, which . . . permits a distinction between different living beings.” Though this patent has use in trapped victim rescue, another Hablov et. al. Patent # 5530429 “Electronic surveillance system” detects interlopers with security emphasis.64 Other literature describes the basic method.65

The Hablov et. al. patents discern people thru structures by vital organ motion, but others offer more detailed imaging. Fullerton et. al. Patent # 6400307 “System and method for intrusion detection using a time domain radar array” is such a design,66 and is commercially available as RadarVision by Time Domain. 67 Further designs for imaging within structures include: a portable system determining suspect distance,68 and presentations by the International Society for Optical Engineering.69 70 Software for displaying radar detection on a personal computer is sold.71

Rowan Patent # 4893815 “Interactive transector device commercial and military grade” describes the acquisition, locking onto, and tracking of human targets.72 Stated therein: “Potentially dangerous individuals can be efficiently subdued, apprehended and appropriately detained.” The capability of “isolating suspected terrorists from their hostages . . . or individuals within a group without affecting other members of the group” is stated. Laser, radar, infrared, and acoustic sensor fusion is utilized to identify, seek, and locate targets. Locking illumination upon the target until weapons engagement accomplishes tracking. Among available non-lethal weapons is an incapacitating electromagnetic painful pulse. Another target tracking system is the Manportable Surveillance and Target Acquisition Radar by Systems & Electronics, Inc., which is capable of tracking moving targets including personnel. This system has an auto target track feature, and lists moving target detection as 12 km for a walking man.73

A track initiation processor acquires a target, while a data association filter maintains a tracking lock on the target.74 An original method for target tracking is the Kalman filter. Numerous weapons guidance examples utilize similar processes and illuminate targets for tracking. Laser illumination is also used for non-human targets.75 Other examples utilize microwave beam target recognition and weapons guidance.76 77 Target illumination tracking systems have nanosecond to microsecond response times. Such responses do not require a wide scan area to lock illumination upon persons at achievable speeds. At 90 miles per hour an auto travels less than 1/100 of an inch in a microsecond.

DISCUSSION

Ultrasound voice transmission technology is publicly demonstrated in museum exhibits. The numerous microwave voice transmission citations rest on a considerable foundation of microwave hearing literature. Internal voice non-lethal weapon applications are discussed in many of the citations. There are are examples of either existence or sales of non-lethal weapons based on both technologies. Numerous designs involving human location, identification, and tracking methods, have long demonstrated the feasibility of constructing devices capable of producing internal voice continuously in isolated individuals. To deny such technological capabilities in the face of extensive complaint is willfully to ignore documented development of the relevant technologies and engineering competence for complete integration.

THOUGHT READING CAPACITY

Many people who report experiencing remote behavioral influence also perceive mind reading. Thought reading capacity, or brain wave analysis word recognition, is seriously reported. Publications by a Stanford group support and report recognition of specific words from brain waves,78 79 80 81 with recent enhanced success. 82 Other investigators publish above chance magnetoencephalographic (MEG) word recognition.83 The current publications lack reference to a 1975 US government technical report of prior results from Stanford comparable to the recent articles,84 and an apparent Russian report of specific EEG word recognition before 1981.85 Electroencephalographic (EEG) instant detection by syllables of “a content of category which the testee wishes to speak” quotes Kiyuna et. al. Patent # 5785653 “System and method for predicting internal condition of live body.” 86 A stated use: “the present invention may be use (sic) to detect the internal condition of surveillance in criminal investigation” by EEG. NEC Corporation licensed this patent. Remote EEG communication with Armed Forces or clandestine application are the cited uses for Mardirossian Patent # 6011991 “Communication system and method including brain wave analysis and/or use of brain activity.” 87 This patent affirms EEG word recognition, proposes transmitter capable skin implants, utilizes neural networks (artificial intelligence), and is licensed by Technology Patents, LLC.

Activation of brain cell assemblies provides a theoretical framework88 for the above word recognition reports, and extensive publications of averaged EEG word category differentiation. These differentiation reports themselves are consistent with specific word recognition, since their basis is by visual analysis of averaged categories, without the use of sophisticated computer programs as are essential for specific word recognition. Based on EEG/MEG responses, words can be differentiated as to length, 89 and visual nouns can be differentiated from action verbs.90 91 92 93 94 Brain wave patterns distinguish proper names from common nouns, 95 animal names from numerals,96 or content from function words.97 98 99 100 Face, arm, or leg action verbs are reported distinguished by brain waves as well.101 102 Concrete versus abstract words,103 and unambiguous versus ambiguous noun/verbs104 have distinctive EEG patterns.

Some of these word category differentiation reports are consistent with both the specific recognition reports, and/or the differentiation of non-verbal cognition. Based on EEG/MEG responses, words are readily distinguished from non-words,105 106 107 or pictures.108 EEG differentiation of words rated as to affective meaning such as good-bad, strong-weak, or active-passive is reported.109 110

Other literature indicates EEG differentiation of completely non-verbal cognition. Emotion differentiation by EEG is patented, referencing Air Force research.111 Movement anticipation potentials (bereitschaftspotential) and those of actual movement are detectable by EEG.112 113 EEG movement signals have been used to move a cursor left or right,114 and just the imagination of movement is sufficiently distinguished by EEG to control switches,115 or control prosthesis grasp.116 Guiding robots through simulated rooms by EEG detection of imagining the spinning of cubes or arm rising of appropriate direction is reported.117 118 119 Even more complex grasping and reaching robot arm control has been achieved by signals from implanted brain electrodes in monkeys without body arm movement.120 A number of groups have developed procedures to detect deception based on the P300 (positive @ 300 millisec.) event related potential (ERP) from EEG.121 122 123 124 125 126 A commercial system, Brain Fingerprinting,127 which includes analysis of a late negative ERP potential and frequency analysis in addition to the P300, even asserts 100% accuracy over five separate studies.128 129 130 131 132 f

Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) studies also report differentiation of cognitive states. Different fMRI brain activation loci for face, natural and manufactured object recognition are reviewed.133 Neural network differentiation of fMRI response to noun categories for fish, four legged animals, trees, flowers, fruits, vegetables, family members, occupations, tools, kitchen items, dwellings, and building parts is reported.134 Distinguishing truthful from deceptive responses by fMRI is also reported.135 136 137 138 The ability to discern the state of romantic love towards an individual by fMRI has report as well.139

The research arm of agencies with missions to covertly acquire information would certainly develop to operational capability any technologic thought reading potential. Assertions that such development has progressed are multiple, and two are confirmed by details of the 1975 government EEG specific word recognition report, which itself is evidence of development covert to open databases.83 An International Committee of the Red Cross Symposium synopsis states EEG computer mind reading development by Lawrence Pinneo in 1974 at Stanford.140 A letter by the Department of Defense Assistant General Counsel for Manpower, Health, and Public Affairs, Robert L. Gilliat in 1976 affirmed brain wave reading by the Advanced Research Projects Agency.141 “Thought reading or synthetic telepathy” communications technology procurement is considered in a 1993 Jane’sg Special Operations Forces (SOF) article: “One day, SOF commandos may be capable of communicating through thought processes.” 142 Descriptive terms are “mental weaponry and psychic warfare” Although contemplated in future context, the availability of a technology without adaptation to troop level requirements is implied, since anticipation of mobile deployment would have to assume prior development.

In 1976, the Malech Patent # 3951134 “Apparatus and method for remotely monitoring and altering brain waves” was granted.143 Example of operation is at 100 and 210 MHz; frequencies penetrating obstruction. “The individual components of the system for monitoring and controlling brain wave activity may be of conventional type commonly employed in radar”; and “The system permits medical diagnosis of patients, inaccessible to physicians, from remote stations” are quotes indicating remote capacity. License is to Dorne & Margolin Inc., but now protection is expired with public domain. The Malech patent utilizes interference of 210 and 100 MHz frequencies resulting in a 110 MHz return signal, which is demodulated to give EEG waveform.

The capability of remote EEG is predicted by electromagnetic scattering theory using ultrashort pulses, which are not part of the Malech patent.144 Ultrashort pulses are currently defined in the range of 10-12 to 10-15 second. Considering that EEG word elicited potentials are comparatively long (hundreds of milliseconds), indicates that remote radar EEG capture is adequate to word recognition, with ultrashort pulses allowing some 109 or more radar reflections in a millisecond (10-3 sec.)

The possibility of impressing an ‘experience set’ on an individual by ultrashort pulses is also contemplated.143 The above patent can alter brain waves as well as detect them. Microwave non-lethal weapon brain wave disruption145 and behavioral change including unconsciousness146 are known.35

The above EEG telemetry patent and ultrashort pulse method are by active radar probe. Yet a passive field extends as far as 12 feet from man as detected by a cryogenic antenna.147 A technical article maintains this device as entirely adaptable to clandestine applications, and pointedly comments on the disappearance of physiological remote sensing literature since the 1970’s for animals and humans, while all other categories of remote sensing research greatly expanded.148

DISCUSSION

Complete rejection of assertions of a remote mind reading capability is just as presumptuous, in the face of complaints, as has been the dismissal of internal voice capacity. Considerable capacity to detect and differentiate mental states is evident from literature reports particularly by EEG. The fact that EEG movement imagination signals are detected for robot guidance on a voluntary unprompted basis116 117 118 suggests a similar capacity is feasible for specific EEG word identification, which has only been reported for word prompted responses. Though references to remote EEG are less, they provide plausibly exploitable mechanisms, which may be covertly developed.

LEGAL AND INTERNATIONAL REFERENCES TO BEHAVIORAL INFLUENCE TECHNOLOGIES

References to behavioral influence weapon use by government bodies and international organizations are numerous. Negotiation submissions to the United Nations Committee on Disarmament affirm the reality of microwave weapon nervous system effects.149 European Parliament passage of resolutions calling for conventions regulating non-lethal weapons and the banning of “weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings” 150 includes neuro-influence capability.151 A resolution relates to HAARP, High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project, which has environmental consequences, and although utilizing high frequency, ionospheric extra low frequencies (ELF) emanation results. Since ELF is within brain wave frequencies the project has capacity to influence whole populations.152 153 President Carter’s National Security Advisor, Zbigniew Brzezinski, predicted development of such capacity.154 Nature News reports concern by a French government panel about the potential for thought reading and such a remote capacity.155 An American draft law prohibiting land, sea, or space-based weapons using electromagnetic, psychotronic (behavioral influence), and sound technologies “directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control” has not yet passed.156 Russian electromagnetic standards are nearly 1000 times lower than the West, so their weapon law forbidding electromagnetic weapons exceeding Health Department parameters is strict.157 The Russian draft law explicitly references behavioral influence non-lethal weapons, and development in several countries.158 Resolutions by the International Union of Radio Science recognize criminal use of electromagnetic technology, though largely relevant to use against infrastructure.159

MICROWAVE AND ULTRASOUND USE AGAINST HUMANS

The microwave irradiation of the American Embassy in Moscow received little publicity until the winter of 1976 instillation of protective screening, but irradiation was known since 1953.34 Original frequencies were 2.56-4.1 GHz with additional intermittent 0.6-9.5 GHz signals being permanent by 1975 in a wide band frequency hoppingh consistent pattern with one signal pulsating. The irradiation was directional from nearby buildings and modulated. Complaint to the Soviets had no avail, but the signals disappeared in January 1979 “reportedly as a result of a fire in one or more of the buildings.” 160 A 9-11 GHz signal recurred in 1988.161 Observed frequencies are basically within the microwave hearing spectrum, and pulsation is required. Psychiatric cases occurred during the exposure period, though no epidemiologic relationship was revealed with fully a quarter of the medical records unavailable, and comparison with other Soviet Bloc posts.159 The CIA had Dr. Milton Zaret review medical Soviet microwave literature to determine the purpose of the irradiation. He concluded the Russians “believed the beam would modify the behavior of the personnel.” 162 In 1976 the post was declared unhealthful and pay raised 20% 140

The most documented citizen microwave irradiation was of peace protesters at Greenham Common American Air Force Base in Berkshire England, who prompted investigation of unusual symptoms.163 Radiation measurements exhibited microwaves with symptom experience up to a hundred times the background level, and rose sharply on protests nearer the base.160 Symptoms became pronounced on cruise missile transport, a protest focus.160 Recorded were wide ranging complaints: skin burns; ‘severe’ headaches; drowsiness; temporary paralysis; incoordinated speech; two late (5 mos.) spontaneous abortions; an apparent circulatory failure; and unlike usual menstrual synchronization, irregular or postmenopausal menstruation. The symptom complex fits well with electromagnetic exposure syndrome 160 It has also been reported that some of the women ‘heard voices.’164 The base closed finally in 1991.

Criminal directed energy weapon use has been reported in Germany.165 In a number of cases there is similarity of circumstances, complaints, and symptoms. In at least one case microwave fields have been measured with exclusion of the usual sources (cell phone towers, etc.)166 Plans for construction of a crude device from a microwave oven are sold.164

Measurement of non-ionizing radiation fields in the vicinity of an Australian victim is described.167 The intensity ranged from 7 mV in an adjacent room to 35 mV next to the head. The victim suffered from multiple personality disorder attributed to ritual abuse, and claimed an implant with radiological evidence.

Ultrasound behavioral influence technology use in Northern Ireland is cited 168 The device could focus on one person; and utilized ultrasound cancellation like those patented. It was employed in Vietnam by the Americans, and is known as the squawk box. Mentioned infrasound frequency (ultrasound carrier directed) is like Loos 1/25/00 patent, with psychological effects summarized as ‘spooky.’ More detail by a defense journalist is quoted: “When the two frequencies mix in the human ear they become intolerable. Some people exposed to the device are said to feel giddy or nauseous and in extreme cases they faint. Most people are intensely annoyed by the device and have a compelling wish to be somewhere else.” 169 British police inventories list the specific device, though a spokesman denied use.160

Sophisticated behavioral influence capability is confirmed by ex-intelligence officers. Julianne McKinney, Director of The National Security Alumni Electronic Surveillance Project is prominent. This is a largely classified employee victim study with internal voice transmission avowal.170

CONCLUSION

The logic in the prediction by Brzezinskii of the appearance of a more controlled and directed society dominated by a power elite willing to use the latest modern techniques for influencing behavior without hindrance by liberal democratic values is compelling.153 Potential behavioral influence targets are multiple. Since those supposedly expert regard a victim’s perceptions as psychotic, all complaints are disregarded, not to mention capability to bear witness. Targets may include anyone worth neutralization: domestic adversaries;171 security risks, which may only comprise classified disclosures; persons witnessing serious improprieties; and those prone to committing advantageous felonies. Legality is readily circumvented by executive orders, (particularly declaration of a crisis or emergency situation), which can be sealed, and this prerogative is only accountable to co-equal branches of government as is now the case with terrorism suspects. Internal voice technology is most applicable within the same language and culture. Space here limits more than mention of remote EEG influence capacity, hypnosis, and footnoting remote subliminal technique. Hypnotic or subliminal message presentation represent particularly insidious means of influencing thought, mood, behavior, and undermining civil liberties.

Most complainants allege public sector involvement or sub-contracted private companies.172 Remote behavioral influence research has long been funded by the US,39 with evidence of development19 22 36 45 46 and weapons,18 44 47 48 51 though denying on national security grounds project results37 and foreign literature analyses.173 Some thirty countries evidence active behavioral influence weapon research.174

Though there is some scant psychoanalytical acknowledgement,175 current medical awareness ensures effective neutralization of the afflicted. Not all those affected are stigmatized. However phenomena of ‘hearing voices’, or perception of remote manipulation, when recounted to health professionals results in various stigmatizing diagnoses, 176 177 totally without investigation. Determination of relevant fields around complainants is mandatory, or abatement by proven shielding of such phenomena. Professional opinions formed without excluding these technologies are negligent.

The medical community has long heard either identical or similar complaint178 to that above delineated as known internal voice technology from numerous victims. This fact indicts the scholarship and presumption of impossibility evident in the pertinent medical literature. In addition, microwave bioeffects have considerable congruence with reported symptoms of major psychosis other than ’voices.’ 179 All of society should be disturbed at the prospect of technologic induction of voice, since the unaware subject would perceive such voices as his own natural thought, without such an assault as to provoke complaint.

It is difficult to deny the level of substantiation for the possibility that a thought reading capacity exists, even with references that support a remote basis. The logic that in the thirty years since the Pinneo work started, this capability has had full development is too sound to dismiss victim corroboration. It would have to be admitted that funding for projects by the defense and security agencies is considerably greater than for open science, and that thought reading would be a priority area. Educated democracies should not be complacent at this prospect, given the potential for political control, and existence of a remote EEG method in the public domain.

Our air space is being continually sprayed with metal particulates such as strontium, titanium, barium and others which make our air space highly conductible so that signals can be transmitted and received through it against our wills and without our consent.  We inhale and ingest some of this material which then makes our brains and bodies more accessible to those who wish to analyse or to damage our brains and bodies from unknown remote location.

It is now believed that the brain performance of all duly elected politicians,  government employed police and all government employed military personnel (as opposed to private armies which now exist and are presumed to be in secret use) throughout the world has been impaired because they appear unable to act in the face of millions of their fellow men and women being wirelessly and invisibly and silently tortured inside their own homes by microwave signals being transmitted to their brain and bodies from unknown locations by unknown groups.
We must call an abrupt halt to all spraying of the air spaces of sovereign countries. We must call an abrupt halt to forcing the police to work close to microwave transmitters and to carry TETRA communication devices on their person at all times during their working hours. TETRA communication devices are trojan horse devices which combined with nearby microwave transmitters assist in impairing the brain performance of the police, even at the most senior level in each country. We must have microwave transmitters disassembled and banned throughout the world and we must return to the use of wired/corded devices.
The enemy do not spray their own air space with metal particulates and other injurious materials. It is self evident to those who can still think clearly that the earth is fixed and flat. It has been proven that not all areas of the fixed and flat earth are being sprayed with chemtrails which is also known as geoengineering. Madagascar is one country that has been left unsprayed according to one mathematician who calculated the journeys and flight paths of both air craft and drones.

WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER SPEAK TO THE POLICE.
1. If you speak first they may assess your weaknesses from your speaking style, your accent, your vocabulary, your level of confidence, the facts which you present, and your ability to express yourself. They could then use whatever weaknesses you present against you. You must always invoke the right to remain silent if you are ever asked anything whatsoever by a police officer.

2. When you are in the presence of the police they may project negative emotions or stand over you in order to appear dominant. Therefore always remain standing while in the presence of the police.

3. In your normal life, refrain from drinking tea or coffee because they are strong stimulents. If you are addicted to tea or coffee and you are ever obliged to speak to the police they may wait until you need a caffeine boost before they interview you so as to interview you when you are weak and tired. If you are not a caffeine addict they can not use this tactic against you. Many senior police and intelligence agents now have the use of technology which can remotely decipher your emotions and blood glucose levels and other personal information from a distance and without your awareness.

4. If you try to inform the police that you are being subjected to attacks from directed energy weapons while inside the supposed safety of your own home, instead of validating your statement which they are legally obliged to do , they will force you to attend for psychiatric evaluation which will then render it unsafe for you to continue speaking and it will also render it unsafe for you to speak openly to the psychiatrist and it will also render it unsafe for you to ever return to the police station again in order to reissue your complaint. You are denied the protection of the law under this type of ongoing serious and torturous crime. It appears to me that the police are not being taught about the existence and abuse of directed energy weapons when they attend police training colleges throughout the world.  If they are not being instructed about the existence and widespread abuse of both directed energy weapons and neurological weapons throughout the Republic of Ireland and the rest of the world then why not.?

5. The police, through no fault of their own, have been placed under thought control which is outside their awareness. Technology is now commonplace which is being used to enhance some thought patterns inside the brains of certain individuals and to completely block other thought patterns. Because the police and other government employees are obliged to work close to microwave transmitters they are more strongly affected by microwave mind control than those of us who live in rural areas far away from such microwave transmitters. Therefore it is futile to attempt to reason with a police officer because of this remote thought manipulation which they are being subjected to.

THE POLICE FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES WERE ONCE HELPING THE CORPORATE SUPER RICH TO ENSLAVE THEIR FELLOW AMERICANS.

The police forces of the United States are both trained and programmed to enslave the American people on behalf of the corporate super rich millionnaires who now run the United States and other parts of the world from behind the scenes. On one occasion, a United States rancher was being forceably moved off his privately owned ranch by the American police because he was in debt to the corporate super rich millionaire bankers. Hundreds of fellow ranchers and other Americans came on horseback to the ranch and ran the police off his land.
The American people are now taking back their power from the super rich and further to that most of the American police have now taken the side of their fellow American men and women against said super rich. The super rich and their bankers initially attempted through means of mind control programming and police training programs to cause division in the United States by turning the police and the people against each other so that the super rich and their colleague bankers would remain unnoticed in the back ground. However, all of the American people are now uniting against their common enemy who are the super rich corporate owners and their banking colleagues whose ultimate wish is to wirelessly enslave the American people through forced microchipping and the microchips would possibly be hidden inside vaccines. Once the microchips would be inside the bodies of the American people they would then be connected wirelessly to a central computerized control system where each and every American would receive intense levels of pain if they ever dated to question the dictates of the super-rich and their bankers. If fifth generation wireless capabilities are activated then the bandwidth would be available for enslavement of all Americans. Please ask your legislators of disassemble and ban all wireless enabling capabilities throughout the United States combined with the rest of the world.

Major police forces throughout most of the world are now supporting an criminal network because members of said criminal network gather data in an illegal manner from random men and women and this illegally acquired data is sometimes being used by random members of nearly all police forces in the course of their work as evidence which is being used to frame innocent men and women. The aforementioned data is being illegally obtained from the aforementioned random men and women by illegally implanting them with implants which allow members of said criminal network to obtain data directly from their brains and central nervous systems. The criminal network use the capabilities which have been explained in Patent Number US 6965816 and in a number of other US patents in order to carry out their criminal activities. Why are most of the police forces of the world undertaking to use this illegally obtained data as part of their evidence gathering protocols because by doing so they have now been categorized as having criminal intent which in itself is deemed by any justice system to be a criminal offence.

All of the electrical activity which is colleected from your brain and body is then stored in large data bases where it can then be automatically translated into everything you said, did, thought and felt while you were online. Whenever you say a word it generates a unique electromagnetic pattern which can be automatically translated into exactly what you said. Similarly, whenever you feel a feeling, think a thought or move a muscle that unique feeling, thought or action generates a unique electromagnetic pattern which can be automatically translated into exactly what you felt, thought or what muscle you moved and at what speed you moved that muscle and in what direction you moved that muscle. This is known as neuro science and it is still classified under military technological know how.
If you happen to be doing something of a private nature in front of your computer screen and you wish it to remain private your data will not be collected from you if you wear pinhole glasses because all of the electrical activity which is collected from your brain and body is collected through your eye beams. Human eye beams are real and tangible and have been protographed by Kirlian cameras which are energy field cameras and they are widely available for purchase.

GETTING TRAPPED INSIDE A VIRTUAL REALITY HELL.
A simple, minimally invasive procedure inserts nanobots (blood cell-sized devices) into the bodies of often unaware and non-consenting human beings. These microscopic machines are self-guided towards the neurons in their brain responsible for visual, auditory and other senses.
Whenever some evil neuro scientist or neuro operative wishes to force the non-consenting human being to experience a virtual reality hell they can remotely have the nanobots move into place suppressing all of the inputs coming from the real senses and replacing them with signals corresponding to the virtual environment. In that way the non-consenting human being can be forced to experience a virtual reality hell. I have been forced to experience virtual realities against my will over many years of being a non-consenting victim of wireless remote controlled research.
This technology which is now inside our brains and bodies can be used to force our muscles to be moved against our wills by wireless external means. Some individuals have experienced whole body take over where they have been forced to walk or talk against their wills. I myself have experienced external wireless takeover of my facial and neck muscles as well as external takeover of my vocal cords where some unknown neuro operative was enabled to speak through my mouth against my will and without my permission.
Police and psychiatrists can no longer stay in a state of denial about this capability because we have at least two easy proofs that this is happening to us. We shine an inexpensive ultra violet light into our eyes and our pupils manifest as fluorescent green. We place small neodynium magnets against our faces and they stick to our faces because of the various technologies inside our faces. If non-linear junction detectors were made available to us we would be able to ascertain where the signals which cause us such extreme distress were coming from. There are at least five hundred thousand of us, non-consensual victims of wireless neurological experimentation throughout the world, and some claim the figure is alot higher. EIGHT REASONS AS TO HOW THE POLICE FORCES OF THE WORLD ARE NOW BEING ABUSED BY  DARK OCCULTISTS WHO CONTROL THE NEW WORLD ORDER IN SECRET.

(1)   Police throughout most of the world are now being trained using the same inculcation methods which are being used to inculcate individuals into religious cults.   

(2)   Many police stations are now being deliberately located close to microwave transmitters, which are being used to mind control the police.  We are bathed in a sea of electromagnetic waves. Unbeknownst to most of us, messages are being secretly carried on those carrier waves into the heads of most of society without their consent.   Our brains work electromagnetically and with frequency vibration. The predatory satanic New World Order cartel agents have been projecting frequencies containing information into the human brain within the frequency band of human brain activity, and the individual human being who unknowingly receives the information contained in the projected frequencies then believes that information is their own thoughts and opinions.
(3)   Police are being used to enforce civil law which is a weapon of dark occultists who wish to enslave us via civil law as well as via technological means.   We must return to the use of common law which is a justice system based on natural law and which empowers the human race against the  dark occultists who sit at the top of the worldwide hierarchical based chain of command.  COMMON LAW serves the human race and is an avenue of justice. CIVIL LAW is a weapon used against the human race by the self proclaimed elite.
(4)   When the police are finished their training they then are being asked to attend an elaborate function similar to a wedding where their parents also attend in order to celebrate the fact that they are now about to begin their new employment.   This situation is designed  to make it difficult and shameful  for those junior police officers to leave the police force after such a well advertised elaborate function attended by their parents and families  when they eventually  discover that they are regularly being asked to enforce immoral laws as part of their work requirements. 
(5)   Police work is now being so heavily compartmentalized that the police themselves are not being allowed to know what is occurring behind the scenes inside their own countries with regard to abuses of electromagnetic weapons.   The only individuals who are allowed to see the overall picture of what is secretly occurring in any country or state are the dark occultists who run each country from the top of the worldwide  false hierarchical based chain of command.
(6)   The dark occultists and their agents, many of  who are high level systems analysts, especially in Dublin City in the Republic of Ireland,  control the actual programming of the human linked computerized control system which is being used to link the brains and central nervous systems of unwilling, non-consenting and largely unaware human beings to said computerized control system.
(7)   Because police stations are being located close to the aforementioned microwave transmitters and because police themselves are being forced to carry communication devices close to their person on a continual basis during their working hours,  it has been reported by Dr Barrie Trower, ex MI5, who is himself a microwave specialist that the numbers of  police officers  who are developing cancer is above  national averages.
(8)   When the police undergo initial training, they are being denied access to important information about the current capabilities of electromagnetic weapons, the capabilities of which would reflect in their decision whether  to complete their police training course or not.

When the human brain thinks a thought it produces an electromagnetic frequency which can be measured by wireless means from a distance and automatically translated into what the human subject has just thought about.
When you undergo an EEG examination your brain wave tracings show up on a computer screen. These brain wave tracings show distinctive patterns all of which have been translated into individual words and feelings and they have been compiled into a computerized dictionary which can be translated at the speed of light into what you are thinking , feeling, doing and saying . By this method anyone’s thoughts can be read and anyone’s activities can be monitored from a remote location by unknown neuro operatives.
A frequency modulator can be used to take frequencies from the human brain and mix them with other incoming frequencies so that the incoming frequencies over ride the original brain frequencies and in this way you can effect the thoughts and emotions of a human being, thereby modifying their behaviour, even without their knowledge. A frequency modulator can be used to modify the behaviour of a law court judge and jury so as to manipulate them to find a defendent guilty or not guilty. It can be used to sports men and women to change the outcome of a football match. It can be used to change the outcome of an election. It can be used on senior politicians to change their decisions. It is being used on psychiatrists to make them wrongly believe that individuals who are being remote neural manipulated are mentally insane. It can be used to turn followers of any organised religion into fanatics which I believe is currently allowed to occur.
HOW OUR BODIES CAN NOW BE REMOTE CONTROLLED
Electrical signals are generated inside your head and body whenever you move a muscle. When you decide to move a finger an electrical signal is steered through our brain and central nervous system and travels right down to your finger via your neural system. The movement generates and electric current which generates off your brain and body and which can be read by external means by unknown neuro operatives who work from an unknown remote location. These neuro operatives can then read that electric signal and they can reconstruct the strenght of the current and in what direction it is flowing because we have implants and microdust which contains sensors inside our brains and bodies which now allows them to conduct these manipulations on us from an unknown external location. Neuro scientists and neuro operatives who are agents of the dark occultists can now read out elecromagnetic fields in great detail and have a computer analyse them rapidly so that they can now know what a human being is doing inside the privacy of their own home at all times, down to how many times that human subject blinked their eyes or breathed each day.
Further to that, a frequency modulator can be used to demodulate all electrical signals and then remodulate them and send them back to the human subject in ways that can then force the human subject to move a muscle entirely against their will, either knowingly or unknowingly. The electromagnetic field which surrounds your body when you are in inside such and electromagnetic field can be used against you to force an electric current inside your head and force it to travel down your neural system and into your limb and make that limb move against your will. This can be used to make you fall a break your ankle against your will while allowing you to believe that it occurred accidentally.
HOW YOU CAN BE MADE TO FEEL SOMEONE TOUCHING YOU WHILE YOU ARE LYING ALONE IN YOUR OWN BED AT NIGHT.
The hand proprioception and touch interfaces (HAPTIX) program is used to wirelessly stimulate the peripheral nervous system, forcing people to unwillingly feel vivid sensations of touch and proprioception while they are alone in the privacy of their own beds at night. The Richard C Walker patent which has also come to be known as the wireless internet of things patent number US6965816 describes the ability of neuro scientists to aggressively go in, take over, control, track and manage any system whether it be an airplane, a car, a motor cycle or a human being.

I AM A TARGETED INDIVIDUAL. WHY IS THERE A POLICY TO ENSLAVE ME?

I am a targeted individual of remote neural monitoring combined with remote neural manipulation where I am non-consensually, wirelessly linked to a computerized control system where I have been constantly monitored and manipulated over many years. When the neuro operatives who operate this computerized control system wish me to get up in the morning they send me pain through the wireless link which connects me to their computerized control system. When I scream out in pain some of the neuro staff ask if my neighbours can hear me scream. The co-ordinating staff then inform them that I live in the country side and I don’t have any near neighbours who could possibly hear me scream. If I then refuse to get up out of my bed the level of the pain which is sent to me from the computerized control system is then increased. If I then get out of bed because of the intensification of the pain I am effectively a slave. Why is there a policy to enslave me?
Whenever targeted individuals attend their local police station to file a complaint of remote wirelessly enabled torture the duty officer considers it his or her duty to send the filer of the complaint for further psychiatric evaluation and from then on it is considered no longer an area of concern to the police. The psychiatrist almost always confines the complainant inside a psychiatric hospital where they lose their legal rights. Even though there is thought to be a legal system in place known as an advocacy system which has been set up to protect the legal rights of psychiatric patients this advocacy system has no real power and is sometimes thought of as a system which was set up to falsely make the general public believe that psychiatric patients has legal representation. Through concealment of the lack of legal power of targeted individuals of remote electronic torture, many of them go on to commit suicide from their ongoing wirelessly enabled torture or they go on to experience further enslavement into this system which is now being set up throughout the United Kingdom as well as the Republic of Ireland to include one and all.
Violating the secrecy act carries a heavy fine or even in some instances a prison sentence for police officers who should wish to expose the installation of a human computerized control and enslavement system which is now being set up throughout Great Britain or throughout the Republic of Ireland.

Where is the outrage that should be rightfully felt during this time?  Why is it not apparent?   You must allow for the fact that you are under electronic mind control which gives us another legitimate reason to disassemble and ban microwave transmitters which have been admitted by the dark side that they are being used as part of the human enslavement program a number of years ago in the British parliament.

ARE GOVERNMENT STAFF NOW UNDER ELECTRONIC MIND CONTROL?

Church and state now appear to be promoting the interests of the new world order control and enslavement system at every opportunity. Why are they doing this? Are they under electronic mind control? If so, is the electronic mind control coming from their smart engineered technology? Have their minds been sabotaged when they were attending college or when they were attending government controlled police training centres or government controlled teacher training centres or government controlled medical schools?
There may be another explanation. Government staff were all given smart phones approximately a dozen years ago. They were obliged to keep these smart phones in their possession at all times during working hours. These smart phones had the in built capability to remotely monitor all of the conversations of these government staff. Black budget Intelligence agents who worked from a remote location were given the capability to visually monitor these government staff by switching on the built in camera of their smart phones by wireless means and from a remote location whenever they wished. Whenever the black budget intelligence agents got incremenating information about any government staff member, they would then black main these government staff to work on behalf of the New World Order cabal to aid and abet in the enslavement of the human race.
Further to this, it is a well known fact that most people can not protect their brains from electronic mind control signals if they are placed in a location where those signals are penetrating. Yet, their has never been a public discussion of how to protect ourselves from electronic mind control. Why not?
A certain sub section of the population have been selected for human bio-robotization. This is imminently possible and vast amounts of information is available on the subject. When a human being has become bio-robotized they could then be made to carry out acts against their will and moral judgement because their muscles could be tied down if they refused to obey every command of their slave master. If a human being was fully enslaved in this way they would then be promoted to a position of power within church and state in order to help further the agenda of the new world order cabal. We aught to investigate human bio-robotization as a matter of urgency. All of these reasons for government sanctions against humans who act against the wishes of the so called new world order cabal must be now investigated. The British police force are being paid significant bonuses if they agree to use a still secret network to force their voices inside the heads of young offenders and even some non offenders with the use of still secret but common place internal technology. This irregular situation came about through an internal agreement with the British government, including Tony Blair who may himself be under duress from the implantation of internal biochips inside his own body, in accompaniment with many other senior and junior politicians throughout Britain and Northern Ireland. Young offenders are being both illegally and immorally implanted with WBANs which are wirelessly enabled body area networks, which include the capability of the British police and a number of other networks to read the thoughts of said young offenders and others and to reply to those thoughts in real time. This illegal implantation of WBANs is meant for eventual electronic enslavement of everybody thoughout the world except for the would-be enslavers who are currently unknown but who undoubtedly belong to secret societies.  Some innocent human beings are now being forced to hear more than one thousand unwanted voices coming from inside their own heads in any given week, so that said British police can earn bonus payments along with their salaries. This system aught to be disabled, disassembled and banned immediately

Many  human beings have secretly been wirelessly tethered to a computer network by both their brains and spinal cords in the last ten years.  This has come about through spraying the environment with copious amounts of nano technology which we later inhale and ingest and which then lodges inside us.  This nano technology links us by a continuous two way stream of low frequency electromagnetic waves to computer technology which is being both monitored and manipulated by a selection of  personnel  within some government departments, at a high level,  namely the secret police, and  the military..   These criminal military and intelligence  personnel are now able to remotely monitor and measure all of the electromagnetic activity in both the brains and bodies of all human beings and all other living things on a continuous basis throughout each day.     These high level personnel  fuse their data  with personnel  in similar positions throughout the world.  The offices where worldwide data is fused  are sometimes known as fusion centres.

All high lever criminal personnel who have access to mass remote human and animal  manipulation technology can now   kill anybody they wish on a whim, provided that person uses a digital media screen on a regular basis and provided these high level criminals have obtained a record of the targeted individuals unique brain signature.  They can also force sounds, visions, voices, pain signals, as well as  neuro manipulation inside the heads and bodies of any targeted individual.   Whole groups of individuals can also be manipulated on a whim by these criminal neuro weapon operatives, simply by changing the vibrational frequency which is used in technology near each targeted individual.  This technology includes smart street lighting which has the capability of transmitting various vibrational frequencies to a whole town to render half of the towns people sleepy while the other half could be rendered aggressive or agitated, depending on the vibrational frequency being transmitted from all of the televisions, smart phones, advanced computers and street lighting in that part of the town.

Remote Manipulation weapons have been developed to mind control the minds of the general population into a state of happy apathy and into a state of  total and absolute trust in any information that comes through a government department.   Meanwhile, unbeknownst to the majority of civilians,  a selection of individuals have been selected for in-home psychological torture experimentation.  The majority of civilians refuse to believe their stories, and choose instead to believe that these targeted individuals  are mentally ill because their government tells them that this must be the case.

I myself am a targeted individual of Remote Neural Monitoring and Manipulation. On one occasion in the distant past a technologically induced voice of a woman coming from inside my cranium nagged and insulted me to a point where I reached a level of deep despair. When I asked why she was provoking me she informed me that she was being paid per insult so that a team of neuroscientists in the next room to where she worked could gauge and measure the reaction inside my brain every time she provoked me to react strongly to her insults. She further informed... me that she gets paid directly by cash so that she has no way of knowing who is paying her salary. Further to that conversation a voice who I believed to be a neuroscientist spoke to me from inside my head. He informed me that the neuroscientists and other technical experts were asked to accurately gauge the strength of my emotional feedback each time I was emotionally provoked by said technician. He informed me that the stronger each reading of my emotional reaction was the more unstable I was deemed to be. In such a case I would then be targeted and harassed even more until such a time as I learn to stabilise my emotions which means that I must eventually make my emotions totally quiet. This protocol is being enacted on all targeted individuals throughout the world in order to gain knowledge as to how to create a docile society in the far distant future. If we refuse to dismantled all mobile phone masts as previously discussed in the future artificial intelligence will be made to harass and taunt all children until such a time as they learn to dampen down their emotions and become mindless drones for the rest of their lives. In my case they were having no success whatsoever. We learn very valuable lessons from our ability to feel emotions.

In recent years, many young healthy celebrities have died suddenly in mysterious circumstances.  They normally die on a Saturday night so that their deaths can be announced on the Sunday morning newspapers.  Whenver this happens, neuro weapons research teams would be on duty to monitor the brains of the population in order to measure the emotional reaction of the population of each country concerned with the death.  It is in the interest of the would-be enslavers of the human race if we failed to exhibit any emotional reaction to shocking news.  In that way we would be much easier to control.

We aught to urgently ask our political representatives to outlaw all microwave transmitters, 5G millimetre wave transmitters, telephone towers and all related paraphernalia that is currently enabling this wireless mind control combined with wireless in-home physical torture before we are all permanently enslaved.  Please do so urgently.

Millions of good living human beings throughout the western world are currently being subjected to a system called Remote Neural Monitoring, which involves being non-consensually and unwillingly wirelessly linked to a super-computer by a continuous two way stream of low frequency electromagnetic waves from nano implants inside their brains and bodies. When psychiatrists are then informed by the subjects themselves that they are being Remote Neural Monitored they are detained inside a psychiatric facility for an indefinite period of time, where they are legally obliged to take highly toxic substances which slowly and incrementally damage their brains and bodies. This is the reason why Remote Neural Monitoring is so widespread that it could collapse the whole fabric of society at this point in time and yet nobody knows about it except the millions of torture victims that it leaves in its wake.
