Tens of thousands lose their jobs, flee their homes and live in fear

NEW YORK - By the tens of thousands, victims of stalking lose their jobs, flee their homes and fear for their safety, according to a new federal survey providing the most comprehensive data ever on a crime affecting an estimated 3.4 million Americans a year.
About 11 percent of the victims said they had been stalked for five or more years, and one in seven said the stalking compelled them to move out of their home, according to the report by the Justice Department's Bureau of Justice Statistics. It covered a 12-month period in 2005-06.
The study was described as a groundbreaking effort to analyze the scope and varying forms of stalking, which had not been featured in previous versions of the National Crime Victimization Survey.
Women twice as likely to be victimized
The number of victims was up sharply from a more limited 1995-96 study commissioned by the Justice Department that estimated 1.4 million Americans a year were targeted by stalkers. Both surveys concluded that women more than twice as likely to be victimized as men.
In the span between the two surveys, e-mail and text-messaging emerged as common tactics for stalkers.
"The prevalence of these electronic devices gives stalker another tool in his tool kit, makes it easier to stalk and increases victims' fear," said Cindy Dyer, director of the federal Office on Violence Against Women. "It doesn't increase the number of stalking offenders, but it sure makes their job easier."
The Bureau of Justice Statistics defined stalking as a course of conduct, directed at a specific person on at least two separate occasions, that would cause a reasonable person to feel fear. The most commonly reported types of stalking were unwanted phone calls (66 percent), unsolicited letters or e-mail (31 percent), or having rumors spread about the victim (36 percent).
More than one-third of the victims reported being followed or spied upon; some said they were tracked by electronic monitoring, listening devices or video cameras. About 21 percent said they had been attacked by their stalker — with the forms of assault ranging from a slap to rape.
Most victims know their stalker
Nearly 75 percent of victims knew their stalker in some capacity — most commonly a former spouse or ex-boyfriend/girlfriend, sometimes a relative or co-worker.
"The public tends to perceive of stalking as something that happens to celebrities who have a stranger follow them around," said report co-author Katrina Baum. "This study tells us that stalking is not a stranger phenomenon."
People who were divorced or separated were more vulnerable to stalking than other marital categories, and those aged 18-24 were more likely to be stalked than older people.
Victims reported suffering a range of emotions because of the stalking. Their most common fears included not knowing what would happen next (46 percent) and fearing the stalking would continue indefinitely (29 percent). Nine percent of the victims said their worst fear was death.
According to the report, about 130,000 victims said they had been fired or asked to leave their job because of problems arising from the stalking. About one in eight of all employed victims lost time from work, either for fear for their safety or to pursue activities such as seeking a restraining order or testifying in court.
Mary Lou Leary, a former federal prosecutor who is executive director of the National Center for Victims of Crime, remarked on the persistence of some of the stalking behavior depicted in the report.
"When you consider the impact that stalking has on a victim's life, five weeks is forever — five years is incredible," she said. "They often have to give up their current life, leave their jobs, their homes, establish a whole new identity."
Easing the way for protective orders
Leary credited law enforcement authorities with taking stalking seriously, but she said more needs to be done to strengthen anti-stalking laws and expand the resources to combat it.
One step recommended by Dyer was a modification of state laws so stalking victims could more easily obtain protective orders against their stalkers.
The federal government and all 50 states have enacted laws making stalking a crime, but the laws and definitions of stalking vary widely.
The survey's authors tracked a range of stalking behaviors, including waiting for the victim at a certain location, sending unwanted messages or leaving an unwanted present.
"While individually these acts may not be criminal, collectively and repetitively these behaviors may cause a victim to fear for his or her safety or the safety of a family member," the report said.
About 40 percent of the victims reported the stalking to the police, and about one-fifth filed charges.

The “Federal Tagging, Tracking, and Locating” program was devised to fight terror — by affixing tracking devices to “alleged terrorists.” The program was given the ok several years ago. But what happens when the government begins to assume that any and all private citizens are “potential terrorists”?
The Federal State has been developing the “Tagging, Tracking, and Locating,” (TTL) in the Middle East. But like other government “terror war” programs the TTL was moved into domestic implementation. It was quietly used as a tracking program to keep an eye on criminals — labeling criminals as “potential domestic terrorists.”
Now this same program is being targeted at our children in the name of safety, by making the case that the State is the primary care-giver and protector, as opposed to the parent. Yes, the government has begun tagging children through the government schools.
The TTL program is still considered a part of the “Global War on Terror.” This is a huge problem with granting this kind of power to government; many members of the political class define “terrorism” far differently than you or I.
To many in Washington, terror is simply questioning the status quo. This is why various government agencies are using “terror-fighting” government powers to launch programs against tax evaders, peaceful anti-oil-drilling activists, anti-war activists, Catholic Worker groups, and more.
As far as many of today’s government agencies are concerned anyone could be a terrorist, because anyone could organize around ideas that run contrary to the current status quo.
And the current status quo amounts to State-supremacy.
School children are being chipped this school year, in different ways, all over the country. This is something that was unheard of just a few short years ago. A “Smart Badge Program” was launched in a New Mexico high school. Tracking devices are being clipped to children’s backpacks in Chicago. A former senior official of the Federal Bureau of Investigation says "rogue" military intelligence and law enforcement units of the federal government oversee a nationwide network of community-based "gang stalking" harassment, intimidation and domestic terrorism directed at thousands of U.S. citizens who have been extrajudicially targeted as "dissidents" or undesirables.
Ted Gunderson, 82, who has served as the special agent in charge of the FBI's Los Angeles, Memphis and Dallas field offices, has stated in a series of public speaking appearances that he is now targeted by these same elements, and fears for his life and for the safety of his family. He reports that the windows of his home have been shot out, and he believes he has been poisoned and physically sickened by those seeking to silence him.
Since his retirement from the FBI in the 1979, Gunderson has been a Southern California- based private investigator. He is most noted for his defense work on the murder case involving former Army physician Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald.
The ex-FBI official's comments represent the most compelling testimony to date indicating that "black operations" of the federal government are dedicated to waging a covert war of terror and persecution targeting American citizens.
"Based on my thirty years' experience and research, I have determined there are thousands of victims who have been targeted by an illegal U.S. government rogue criminal enterprise -- military intelligence, probably, tied into CIA and FBI and so forth -- that is active 24 hours a day throughout the United States," Gunderson stated in an October 2008 speech posted last fall on YouTube.

This correspondent has reported that Lockheed Martin, the world's largest defense contractor and the prime cyber-security and information technology supplier to the federal government, coordinates the communications and trains the "team leaders" of a nationwide Gestapo-like apparatus, which has tentacles into every security and law enforcement agency in the nation, including state and local police and 72 regional "fusion centers" administered by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. According to company literature, Lockheed Martin has operations in 46 of the 50 states.

These "targets" and their families have been physically harmed and financially destroyed as a result of taxpayer-funded "psychological operations," police-protected community "stalking" harassment and malicious vandalism, and other covert programs of personal destruction, including government-assisted financial sabotage. Many appear to have been targeted as a result of their politics; their activism or corporate whistle-blowing activities; their ethnic background; or as a result of score-settling vendettas by persons in positions of power -- in government and in the private sector.
The former FBI executive's remarks are only now attracting widespread exposure on this and other web sites. This correspondent believes that recent revelations of government-sponsored domestic terrorism against U.S. citizens have prompted some conscientious insiders to call attention to Gunderson's public statements.
Gunderson has said that government-sponsored gang stalking terrorism is financed "through illegal black operations," such as sales of illegal drug; gambling; prostitution; and even sexual exploitation of children. But this reporter believes it is more likely that programs of government-sponsored domestic terrorism are funded from military and security "black ops" budgets that have been illegally diverted to covert domestic programs administered and conducted primarily by defense contractors.
Late last year, The New York Times disclosed that an official of the U.S. Air Force had set up an unauthorized military intelligence spy ring in Pakistan and Afghanistan, run by Lockheed Martin and funded by defense appropriations.

"...I was eventually offered a place in the syndicate. The syndicate was presented to me as a kind of fraternity, a masonic-like mutual profit organization with strong police- like overtones. I was told that I was helping to build a better society. However, I have never been given any of the advancement opportunities I was promised. The "advancement system" of the syndicate is a slippery slope. They make you give up your security priveliges, so eventually all of your communications are watched (which is why I composed this email offline where they can't see me, and sent it via an internet cafe) and you have to attend meeting after meeting of mind-numbing pledges and chants.
The premise is that if you sign contracts giving up personal liberties for the group, and you are genuinely innocent, then you will be promoted. I have only been promoted once, to the rank of manager, and I don't feel as if it is a rewarding experience.
Worse, you are never allowed to leave because they think you will give away secrets. Leaving is only permissible with a special contract that permits the syndicate to destroy your credibility (usually they make sure that the most attention any secrets that you reveal get is from crackpot UFO magazines, or diagnose you with schizophrenia).
There are other problems. If you have children, you have to send them to education in syndicate owned schools. If you have a wife, you have to report on her, allow her to be spied upon, and be prepared to target her if they decide to turn her into a TI. The official "compensation" policy is that you will get to keep the children if she lodges a divorce. However, you won't get to keep most of her material goods. They only want her to lose in the divorce proceedings so she gets nothing, not so the husband gets anything, so the syndicate takes it back as a tithe.
I suppose I should introduce the syndicate in a little more detail.
I'm still not sure precisely what it is trying to do. To everyday citizens, it presents itself as a group trying to monitor terrorists (or any other kind of flavour- of-the-month undesirables like gays/communists/witches) and drive them out. To other people, its a rotary club/chamber of commerce type operation. To others still, the most twisted conspiratorial minds, it is an organization that pulls the strings behind everything. To the puritan, it is a cleansing force. To the deviant, it is a gang of other deviants where everything is permissible. It's the syndicate to everyone,
though. I don't know the extent of what it owns.
I do, however, know a great deal about the targeting process. When we get targets, we divide them into four categories: mercenary, practice, planning, and enemy. Mercenary targets are bought by outside parties. We advertise under a range of guises, from ads by "individuals" claiming to be able to kidnap people, to practical jokers. Some groups, like big corporations and some governments (the government of Xxxxxx pays us to keep some people busy, so do the Xxxxxxs when they have too many people protesting whaling) know fully well what sort of services we do, so we don't really hide them.
We get a lot of money from them, but we can still muster up a fair bit if worst comes to worst. I'm not sure so much about the NWO theory.
Maybe the Xxxxxxx count, but you'd be surprised at how much money we can get from crime. I don't mean that we go out robbing people, but we can outsource money from biker gangs/skinheads/drug dealers pretty easily.
Our syndicate gets a lot of support from people in rough areas like Xxxxxx and Xxxx's Xxxx. Because there are areas with a lot of people in genuine need, who would leap at the thought of fighting back at the criminals, we can always find allies to pressure the criminal portions of society.
Of course, they are only pressuring them into giving us money, but it's a pretty cozy arrangement.
The second type of target is the practice target. We use them to train mobs. The targets don't actually change, because we don't want TOO many people fighting back at us. But we do rotate trainees between practice targets. This stops the person seeing the same people every time there's a street show.
Then there are planning targets. These are selected by the syndicate for some reason or rather but aren't paid for by mercenaries. You can usually tell the difference between planning and practice targets because they send people with experience after them. They're still chosen by the same people though. The practice ones are of course chosen
for their timidity. I don't know how the planning ones are chosen.
Enemy targets are people that decide they've had enough and turn against us. Since they protest and try to foil our plans (which, considering that our jobs are already nervy, is a real pain in the arse), we try to really give them hell. The best way, of course, is through the psychs. My supervisor used to say that the Soviets had it right with Sluggishly Progressing Schizophrenia.
Some people up-top are proposing that we just kill them and have them declared Natural Causes or Accidental by the coroner. It isn't likely to happen, though.
Anyway, I should introduce the main branches of the syndicate. Each branch recruits its own (everybody is a member of one of the branches) instead of people just joining a common pool. This keeps the work separate and stops people from finding stuff out that they shouldn't.
My branch is the Scripting, Observation, and Execution Bureau (or "The Theatre" as it is popularly known). By execution, I mean the execution of orders, not the other kind. We do the work that the majority of people with any knowledge of gang stalking will be familiar with: pestering and scripting minor incidents.
The Theatre is actually divided into two sub-branches: Scripting Orchestration Officers (or "playwrights" as they call themselves) and Field Officers (or "thespians" as we call ourselves).
We have the most variety in our recruits. Popular sources are the police, the fire department, the zoo, and technicians of any kind. But we recruit from all places. Most members are neighborhood watch types (not official Neighborhood Watch, but "concerned people"). Ironically, we make sure that we do a lot of good, just to get some credibility.
Then there is the Bureau of Authority ("The Moneybags"). They don't actually control the syndicate, but they have all the right jobs and connections. So, a judge might have control over the judicial process, but he will answer to a superior in the syndicate. Psychiatrists belong here too.
The Moneybags are so-called because they raise a lot of the money.
It would be suspicious if big corporations funded groups like this, but they can invest money into front- groups. And the majority of the syndicate's work is done through completely legitimate fronts. We can tap phone lines and access people's records from behind government agencies. Usually, these are the guys that go after Enemy Targets.
Normally, harrassment is organized under several "action policies". If a target isn't an enemy, a standard policy is enforced.
Low level organizers (the aforementioned "playwrights") play around with the target for a while and rotate crews.
When a target is an "enemy", the policy doesn't immediately change, but orders filter down from high-level organizers (usually the Supreme Council) which direct 'Thespians' to provoke the target or a similar action, and Moneybags to crack down on them once they get in the way of the system.
This is called Mincing, because the thespians lure the "meat" (by making it complain or fight back) into the "mincer".
The Bureau also protects members of the syndicate. Normally, in a court case/psych examination or similar situation where a syndicate member is at the mercy of a moneybag, a special order arrives from above telling the moneybag to take it easy on the guy and let him off scott free. The order is always printed in blue, on fancy cherry-blossom paper, but in a very official border/font.
"Cherrying" is the name for this secret process. The Bureau of Authority has a very organized system of lawyers, judges, medical officers, etc.
Whenever you're committing a crime for the good of the syndicate, you must always report your location. Then they send Cousin Nancy (this is an affectionate term for the police in the employment of the syndicate that they send to arrest you instead of non- syndicate cops, so you can go straight through the appropriate channels without anything suspicious being seen) to tail you and "arrest" you the moment somebody calls 911.
They all follow a minimalist strategy though. For example, the mayor of Xxxxx isn't a member of the syndicate. But several of his advisors and aides are. This way we can get laws passed in a discreet manner, and if a high-profile figure is targeted, our hold on an organization doesn't loosen. We try to arrange elections of mayors that aren't too headstrong.
Though the governement is mainly used as a minor nuisance. We prefer the courts for most activities.
The Bureau of Technology (Field), BoT(F) is the group in charge of the electrical equipment. They work alongside us thespians and "gaffer" the targets by giving them the usual fatigue/headaches/medical problems.
They can also destroy equipment, screw up televisions, the works. I think they are particuarly sadistic.
Different crews use different Techs, but they're all unpleasant. The incapacitators come in a lot of different forms. There are ones that come as a lightbulb that slowly gives people eye-strain and makes them tired. You can fit some in computer/TV monitors and the glare irritates people.
I've heard they're even building fridge magnets with electronic devices in them. That isn't the extent of the BoT(F)'s machinery.
They manufacture pills that can cause deformities in the womb, as well as miscarriage and give them to women in their food. They can fake HIV/AIDS so the test shows up positive the first time, but subsequent tests show that it was a false positive. This faux-HIV can be put in the target's food. They usually give the target a few health scares, but they don't like to physically hurt anyone.
One Field Tech I knew had a penchant for giving people Syphillis. They could treat it easily enough with pennicillin (and the syndicate always made sure that it would be diagnosed on time), but it showed up on the targets'permanent records for medical treatment. They also conduct extensive testing without the target's knowledge.
One TI we were monitoring was found to have a malignant tumor in his head (not our doing). He wasn't experiencing any of the symptoms, so we gave him some through the incapacitators and had a few of his friends warn him about cancer. He had a test done, and just for fun, we had the doctor tell him how dangerous it could be and how he could die soon. We gave him a six month waiting period and told him that by then the tumor could progress so far that it could never be removed. That's a lie, of course. Our BoT(F) had it out in a jiffy by sending one of their brain surgeons to do the job, but it's the fear that counts.
The Bureau of Technology (Communications) monitors the target's phone calls, emails, and absolutely everything else. They tend to recruit from the national archives, census takers office, records office, credit card companies, medicare, insurance, etc. They are the logistics branch. As I said, most of the syndicate's work is done from within legitimate areas.
What the BoT(C) does (very often) is send a "receptionist applicant" over to a credit card company or government agency pretending she knows nothing about hacking computers or accessing records. We pull a few strings and she's in. She then steals information while nobody is looking. A few old-timers like to have 100% control over the "records farm" but most prefer the minimalist approach. This is the bureau that gives out information and orders to everybody else, and also acts as a communications post for the whole syndicate.
The Supreme Council delivers orders through them. Outside orders are also taken in through the BoT(C), which advertises as a mercenary group through certain channels.
The Bureau of Alliances, or "trading partners" handles our allies. As far as I know, the syndicate is Xxxxxxan only. The only other gang stalking group in this country is a West Xxxxxxxxan organization called the confederacy. Very often they try to move into the xxxxx xxxxx so we have to hold them back, diplomatically or otherwise. However, we have contracts with Xxxxxxan groups whereby we handle their targets when they move into Xxxxxx. The same with the Xxxxan groups and the confederacy.
The other groups pay for their targets to be "handled" while they travel here. We make millions of dollars this way.
Finally, the Supreme Council controls the entire operation. I have no idea who they are, except that they have a fancy name instead of being a Bureau. They do not recruit their own men. They promote from the other departments.
Most of them seem to be wealthy individuals with inheritances that manage to maintain their fortunes from investments. Not one is a CEO, Judge, or Politician. They are all just old money family types that live in the Xxxxxx
Xxxxx and seem unusually lucky with their money (no doubt through insider trading).
Despite this, they have a lot of spiffy technology. They have a kind of reverse incapacitator that improves their health and increases their performance. Most of them look incredibly young for their age. We don't see them much, though. Often, an audience with one of them is a kind of reward for good service.
There are also ranks in our syndicate. The lowest members are pawns.
They're not technically members, because there's no permanent service contract and they don't know they're working for us. They take orders from us but they're not expected to attend meetings. We call our pawns "concerned citizens", the Authority bureau has "office boys" or "secretaries", the BoT(F) has "lab rats" (who very often are paid volunteers for experiments, or people who don't know what they're testing), the BoT(C) has "spelunkers", the BoA has "travel agents".
Unfortunately, we're not obligated to give protection to any of these people. So, we can give a vet an order to put down a dog, without telling him that it isn't consented to by the owner, and he will do the job and get sued without us giving him legal protection. A lot of our street theater is done by people that don't even know they're part of a syndicate.
They think they're a grass roots movement and don't know that there are o ther people harrassing the target.
The BoT(C) recruits people that think they're joining l33t hacker groups on the internet, or people that think that they're just following orders from the archives. The BoT(F) does 80% of its research at legitimate agencies like
Xxxxxx's XXXXX and its drug companies. The task of pawns is to think that what they're doing is either normal and routine, or criminal in an individual isolated manner.
Recruits, however, are aware of a conspiracy. However, they still remain at a misinformed level. We simultaneously maintain teams of "religious" actors and "punk" actors. A person might join us thinking he's going to clean up the
community. Another person might join us thinking he's going to cause trouble and anarchy. And they can go about their merry ways.
We even deliver information to them in different ways. To the religious ones, it's wrapped up in prophecy and revelation. To the punks, it's given a communist candy coating. However, they're all aware that the group is large.
They're also aware of a mutual benefit aspect to the operation. Only greedy un-idealistic people get beyond the recruit rank.
All the Bureaus wrap themselves up in different colours. The Moneybags pretend to be a secret club for the elite (and many of them are indeed quite powerful and wealthy, second only to the Supreme Council). The BoT(F) claims
to be a "humane" research agency, or a means by which scientists can resist corporate greed, though it still attracts deviants. The BoT(C) is conspiratorially minded, and pretends to be a group searching for the 'secrets of the illuminati' or the illuminati themselves. The BoA claims to be a contract agency, traveller's club, or accounting firm.
Recruits perform tasks that they know are illegal, or immoral, but they still generally believe that they're doing it for a reason.
Managers like me come above the recruits and do some actual organization, whether leading a crew to a street theater match or planning an attack.
Generally, managers know everything about the syndicate except what its goal is. Most are greedy enough to accept that it isn't a morally motivated group. We also engage in communication with other Bureaus to co-ordinate our
activites.
Different terms are used for different MOs.
The Theater has "Playwrights" and "Leading Roles". The moneybags have "Success Stories". The BoT(F) has "Research Directors". The BoT(C) has "Information Awareness Officers". The BoA has "Arrangers".
Finally, a rare few are promoted to the Supreme Council.
GLOSSARY OF TERMS (both coloquial and official):
Contract: A TI or Target. This is the official term. Used as "Enemy Contract" or "Planning Contract". Enemy contract is often referred to as "hostile contract".
CHERRYING: Getting out of a legal tangle through the syndicate's intervention.
NIPPLE-KISSER: a 'deviant' recruit, recruited because of a desire for sadism.
HOLY POLY: a 'religious' puritan recruit.
THE EFFECT: the fact that greedy and sadistic recruits are selected for managing jobs more readily than anybody with integrity.
FBG (fertile breeding ground): a crew of nipple-kissers, based on the idea that they are a fertile breeding ground for future managers.
MINCING: Luring a target into the legal system.
DEFACING: making faces at a contract, or otherwise intimidating them.
XXXXXX XXXXX SYNDROME: having a target so socially unpredictable and badly-off that you can't really think of many ways to make their life much worse.
RAINBOW SHOCK: the fact that you have to act nice to the rest of the public immediately after you've stopped defacing a contract.
BREAK-A-LEG JOB: a particuarly hostile attack against a contract, or a plan which involves appoaching the target and talking to them.
SAKURAKAI: a crew that is particuarly overt in its stalking and gets caught too often. In other words, it has to be cherried all the time.
CREW: A unit of recruits and pawns under a single MO. In other words, a group of gang stalkers.
ZAPPERATING: using electronic devices to affect the health of a target.
XXXXXXX XXXXX: rhyming slang. for big mistake, roughly means "we shouldn't have used this method".
UNCHAINED, UNCOVERED: authorities that are not pawns or recruits.
COVERED: A member of the public that is under the control of the syndicate (as a pawn).
PUBLIC FACE: A recruit or manager's official life outside of the syndicate.
PRIVATE LIFE: a syndicate member's activities with the syndicate.
INCAPACITATOR: a device that affects the sleeping patterns/stress/fatigue/headaches of a contract.
VOODOO: the means of acting hostile to a target (pointing, staring, etc).
LOMOSEXUAL: a syndicate member with a knack for photography. ("There's a lomo in every crew!")
NYUNKIA: (Not Your Usual Nipple-Kissing Incapacitator Asshole), the "yu" is pronounced as the "oo" in 'moon'. refers to a particuarly sadistic or deviant BoT(F) member.
BONER: another word for an enemy target.
YELLOW MEAT: criminals, as opposed to "concerned citizens". refers to criminals recruited into the syndicate.
XXXXXXXX (verb): to Xxxxxx somebody is to run them over or chase them with a car.
GIGOLO-BOP: to make sexual advances to an unattractive target, term mainly used by "nipple kisser" deviants.
CANCELLING: causing a miscarriage.
CRASH TEST DUMMY: a practice target.
HANG-JOB: the experience of having a target that one has enjoyed tormenting suddenly commit suicide. Term used mainly by nipple kissers/nyunkias.
COUSIN NANCY: a police unit sent to tail a crew and arrest them before an unchained police unit can do it.
XXXXXX NECKTIE: a death threat made with no intention of it being carried out.
GENERAL LEEING: randomly chasing after a target and threatning to rape them before immediately running away.
XXXX'S LAW: a police department that is thoroughly under the syndicate's control.
THE GOOD OLD GANG AT THE OFFICE: the Syndicate.
SHALLOW THROAT: see NYUNKIA

There is growing concern over many credible reports of US citizens being tortured and abused in their homes and communities by various groups. Known as 'Gang Stalking' and 'Electronic Torture or Harassment', electronic devices are used to watch (through-wall technology), harass, and torture people in our country. The problem was dismissed as unbelievable until so many victims, many too credible to be dismissed, have joined help groups trying to bring an end to this by making the public aware of the weapons and devices used and the ways they are used on US citizens. No one should have to live in fear, without privacy, and endure harassment that often causes health problems leading to early deaths, and psychological damage.
Please have someone from your news organization or an affiliate cover this press conference. I've cut and pasted the press release below. No one in our country should have to live this way. Please help us end the abuse by covering our story.

Cynthia Vurbeff is moving. Her home, she says, has become a house of horrors.
“I feel that I've lost my mind, lost my life,” Vurbeff said.
Incident reports from law enforcement tell the tale: Numerous break-ins at the address. She suffered vandalism to her car, motorcycle and computer.
Vurbeff believes she was being targeted.
“Everything... They just went through everything,” she said.
But sheriff’s detectives had little to go on, because the vandals -- though often destructive -- stole nothing. Even from her portable safe, drilled into and torn apart, the contents -- the jewelry -- remained untouched.
'He told me ... I would be stalked'
Vurbeff says her troubles didn’t start until she met two men.
One would become her ex-boyfriend; the other was his partner in a San Antonio pain clinic, Dr. John Hall.
Vurbeff said: “The very first time I met him, we went to his house on the Fourth of July, and he told me that because I was already there in his house, that I would be the next victim, that I would be stalked.”
Vurbeff found the doctor’s prophecy to be correct. She suffered months of oddness:
Lights left on. Doors open. Furniture moved. Her clothes dryer disassembled. Her friends said they noticed the strange happenings. They tell the I-Team they even witnessed a gas oven left turned on.
“As soon as you walked in the house, you smelled gas," one friend said. "The whole house smelled of gas. Immediately turned it off, opened up the doors, but that thing doesn't turn on by itself. And it had been running a good length of time."
Another friend said she and Vurbeff were stalked at a mall.
Vurbeff said all these happenings culminated in an assault. The 39-year old believes someone drugged the food in her home and returned later to rape her.
“I know something happened to me, because... a woman knows,” Vurbeff stated.
She filed a report and was briefly hospitalized with signs of sexual assault.
Book about 'gang stalking'
Dr. Hall says what Vurbeff describes is known as “gang stalking.” Indeed, he writes about it in his book, “A New Breed: Satellite Terrorism in America.”
Vurbeff is not alone. Others in San Antonio have contacted the I-Team and described similar types of occurrences.
Linda Johnson says someone poisoned her water supply with heavy metals in northwest San Antonio. Then, there’s the story of the bracelet that went missing, and then reappeared.
Police, she says, have stopped listening to her. And like Vurbeff, she, too, believes she’s been sexually assaulted, although she never filed a police report.
Johnson said: “I've been to doctors many times, and I've been to the rape crisis center, yes."
Many of these so-called victims of what Hall describes as “gang stalking” meet up on the Internet, finding comfort and information from others who say they, too, suffer from electronic stalking, mind control and even rape.
Loosely defined, gang stalking is where organized groups target and harass unwilling victims to the point of paranoia, leaving the victims to deal with skeptical family members and skeptical law enforcement.
“This isn't stalking that's done by former spouse, or former boyfriend or someone you know is disgruntled at you, but stalking that's done by a total stranger in an organized fashion," Dr. Hall said.
And some Internet links take you to the book mentioned earlier, written by Dr. John Hall.
"The book is fact. It's not a book of fiction. What I've wrote about here is an isolated story in San Antonio,” Dr. Hall said.
Dr. Hall says it is a story about himself, and the harassment and rapes his ex-girlfriends allegedly suffered, beginning in 1996. Dr. Hall believes the people behind it are well-organized-operatives, using government satellite technology to terrorize him and other victims.
"All voicing the same complaints: organized stalking, weird, electronic disturbances going on in their homes. Most of the women complain of drugging and sexual assault. It's a big national problem," he said.
Vurbeff bought the book. And what she read she says caused her stomach to turn: Because within the chapters in the story, she found similarities to her own situation.
Vurbeff said: “I pulled out the book and I started reading it, and I'm like, 'Oh my God, that's exactly what's happening to me.'”
I-Team investigates
The account in Hall’s book is chilling, and the I-Team uncovered some truth to his story.
San Antonio police reports indicate there WAS a rape reported in 2007 in the same quad of condos where one of Dr. Hall’s girlfriends supposedly lived. San Antonio police say the condo rape remains under investigation.
And Bexar County detectives say Vurbeff’s assault case remains open as well.
Although there are some interesting connections to Dr. Hall and the book, law enforcement won’t and cannot say whether Dr. Hall is even a person of interest.
The I-Team thought the similarities were striking, and asked him if he was in fact bothering these women.
Dr. Hall responded: “That's actually one of the reasons why I got out of my ex-fiancé’s life: to make sure that they weren't victimizing her to get at me."
Dr. Hall said he’s been targeted by the same groups and even by fellow doctors. He said the Texas Medical Board retaliated against him for uncovering the gang stalking.
The I-Team confirmed one local hospital suspended Dr. Hall’s clinical privileges for 2 months in 2006.
In 2007, the Texas Medical Board ordered two mental evaluations for Dr. Hall. The first came back normal, but a second evaluation found a “probable delusional disorder” and ordered psychiatric treatment.
And in 2008, Hall’s license was suspended for testing positive for cocaine. In the book, he explains the operatives drugged him with cocaine periodically.
Dr. Hall’s medical license has since been reinstated.
"If you look nationwide, almost everyone who complains of this eventually gets sent to a psychiatrist. And the psychiatrists don't look into the technology. They don't do any research into whether or not any of this is possible," Dr. Hall said.
With his book published, the Dr. Hall is taking his message nationally.
He’s appeared on cable TV shows and late-night radio and even has his own radio program in the works.
Dr. Hall said: "There have been several people in my midst obviously that have been victimized. But if you look at it on a larger scale, it is a national problem."
Dr. Hall’s belief is that we all face some sort of terrorism in our lives that is mostly unseen and deadly. He contends criminals are tapping into our government’s surveillance systems to gain access to our lives and minds.
As for the alleged rapes mentioned in the story, no one has been charged. Both San Antonio police and Bexar County Sheriff’s deputies say they continue to investigate.

A woman who died inside her burning car with her disabled daughter would sit in the dark listening to the gang that tormented them, an inquest heard.

Fiona Pilkington, 38, of Barwell, Leicestershire, set fire to her car as she and 18-year-old Francesca Hardwick sat inside in October 2007.
The single mother detailed her ordeal in a diary, found after her death.
One entry read:"Drew the curtains and sat in the dark until 2.30am, stressed out."
'No concerns'
Despite police requests, Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council had no record of the problems, the hearing was told.
Council officer Tim Butterworth, who was responsible for dealing with anti-social behaviour, said he had "no concerns" with the situation.
The inquest, at Loughborough Town Hall, heard Ms Pilkington and her daughter, known as Frankie, suffered more than 10 years of abuse from the gang at their home in Bardon Road.
In 2007, Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council gave her a spreadsheet on which she could detail the abuse.
In the entry for 10 May 2007, she said her son Anthony - now 19 - was pacing up and down the stairs of their home because he was stressed out by the noise from the youths outside.
Another entry, dated two days later, she detailed: "I drew the curtains and sat in the dark until 2.30am, stressed out."
The diary was never handed to the council by Ms Pilkington and only came to light after her home was searched following the deaths of her and her daughter.
Campaign of bullying
A day after the night-time ordeal, she wrote: "I am cheesed off and fed up. Why can't they just walk past without doing anything? Why don't they walk on the other side of the street?"
Ms Pilkington's last entry on 2 June 2 2007, said: "They went to number 57, lit a fag and then tried to set fire to fences between the houses."
Reading the entries, Mr Butterworth was visibly perspiring.
He said the council was still trying to deal with a family causing trouble on the street.
The inquest heard that despite requests from Leicestershire Police to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council, the local authority was not aware the family were subjected to a campaign of bullying.
Mr Butterworth said: "I was unaware that the family had any difficulties at all. I was dealing with an incident of stone-throwing in isolation."
To this, coroner Olivia Davison put it to him: "Does it not concern you as to why this is occurring to the family?"
Mr Butterworth replied: "No, I had no concerns with the family's situation."
Earlier Ms Davison, assistant deputy coroner for Leicestershire and Rutland, asked whether Mr Butterworth remembered a meeting with a police officer.
She said: "The police officer wanted an anti-social behaviour order and as the best course of action to issue an anti-social behaviour warning.
"He appears to want action from the council and he appears to want you to take action. Do you remember this?"
Mr Butterworth replied: "I don't think we have that statement anywhere."
The inquest also heard the council failed to keep records going back further than two years.
The inquest continues.

line show about a woman divorcing her husband and how he stalked her. He had rigged and hidden a cell phone inside her car. It was wired to the electrical system of the car for charging. and when this phone was called it was set not to ring. Her husband could hear her talk and the phone had a GPS(global positioning system) so he could track her. The police had to rip the car apart to find it. I don't think they knew the half of it. He broke into her house and took a set of keys to the new locks she had bought because she knew he was breaking into her house. They found her internet pass words and passwords to her accounts and other information at his apartment.
They don't know the half of it. Like the people would slip in and out of my tenants apartment when I fell asleep. I only found out one night as I woke just after falling asleep one night and saw with my own eyes all the people and equipment coming and going. How do they know if I'm asleep or not? The perps name is ROB PEAK may he and the
others rot in hell. HE cried like a little girl as he plead guilty in court to stalking, But I believe he got away with far more crimes.
