Well, Canadian journalist, Andrew Coyne & I crossed paths again about an hour ago (Wednesday, July 6th) while he was walking his dog. "Good morning" he said. "Morning - so, did you look me up? I asked. " No response. "Censoring yourself again" I proclaimed. Then I repeated "Pigs-at-the-trough" twice & continued walking.
He is a frightened gaslighter. It is sad. There is nothing else to say.
This morning on Saturday, July 2nd, I ran into Canadian journalist, Andrew Coyne, while he was walking his dog. This is not the first time we've crossed paths but it is the frst time we've been alone.
"Part of pigs at the trough is here" was my first remark since Coyne is a conservative who worries more about balanced budgets than human rights. (He is the son of the second Governor of the Bank of Canada.)
Our interlude resulted in my writing my full name on a piece of paper & giving it to him since he claimed he did not know who I was. I told him I do not beleive him (& I do not). I stressed that I hate bad drama but that's what he was about. "Why are you so angry?" he asked. "Because I hate spineless journalists like you & our "At Issue" panel. ("At Issue" airs Thursdays on CBC, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, a federal crown corporation funded by the government or more accurately, the taxpayer.)
As I handed Coyne the paper, I emphasized I was easy to find provided he had the spine to follow up & stated surveillance will now watch him as he goes about either pretending he's looking to find out who I am or not. Will he go through the motions? Will he bother? Did he discard the paper as soon as I left? Is Andrew Coyne just another gaslighter? Have journalists formed a support group? (More bad theatre.)
The very first time I saw Coyne in this area was at the drugstore & I'd argue he recognized me immediately. Since voice-to-skull is now ever present in my life, it has given me a recognition that carries into my pedestrian existence. People have noticed. Yesterday was Canada Day - the country's 155th birthday. I did not celebrate. Another reason to be discouraged if not angry. Targeted individuals are not to display their emotions. Instead, we are to internalize our feelings, remain ill, disillusioned & tortured.
On June 22, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed students virtually across Canada. Introduced by Chrystia Freeland, the Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Finance, who is of Ukrainian descent & speaks Ukrainian, Russian, Italian, French & English, the event was hosted by the Director of The Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, Peter Loewen (University of Toronto).
Towards the end of the address, I tuned in & voice-to-skull announced my presence.
(My father was born in Lvov which was under Polish control at the time.)
The "Collision Conference" is being held in Toronto from the 20th - 23rd, bringing in about 35,000 people & companies from the tech industry.
When asked a question (which was unclear so this is choppy - something about theory, political will, resources to be able to customize & address social issues in that way when we look at the individual rather than the collective overall) Toronto's mayor responded with this fact which he thought probably represented other cities at the conference. "250 people account for 15,000 visits to hospital emergencies & these people are the most marginalized, experiencing traumas, substance abuse, question is, do we have the courage to change the system & offer individualized solutions for those 250 people that is more effective for them & more cost effective for the overall system because the single most expensive way to access the system is through the emergency room & we know who those 250 people are & the best way to deal with these individuals is to offer supportive housing so they have a place to live with supports & they'll be cared for in a much less cookie-cutter way ...".
Since targeted individuals offer solutions, are exploited & tortured for what they represent, wouldn't it be more cost effective & humane to offer TIs support & less cookie-cutter approaches? How many dollars in savings does illegal surveillance provide to the system? How much are 250 TIs worth? How much of the pension portfolios acquired by law enforcement & academia has been illegal? The system's failed TIs & the system has failed these 250 people. How long has city council & the health department known about us or the 250 individuals? We are everywhaere.
Toronto is Canada's largest city & the 6th largest in North America - following Mexico City, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago & Washington-Baltimore.
We have a false peace. A false peace is a negative peace.
As algorithms collide, direct energy weapons crash into our private spheres & smash into our basic rights. What are we to compute? It's just business.
My dopamine deserves rewards. My neurotransmission is speeding.

The spin in American media has taken absurdity against reality to another level. In this instance, I'm referring to the June 1st segment on MSNBC by Chris Hayes, on his show"All In", under the byline "In Bizarre Video. MTG Assaults 'Reality, Science & the English Language All at Once.' MTG is Marjorie Taylor Greene, a member of Congress from Georgia. Hayes breaks down in laughter in his commentary where in a recent Facebook broadcast, Greene says that Bill Gates wants people to eat artificial meat that was grown in a 'peach tree dish' & the government is going to probe your bowels for remote surveillance. "It should go without saying - none of what she says is true" Hayes maintains "but it is very funny that a sitting member of Congress doesn't know what a petri dish is." What Greene states is "you have to accept the fact that the government wants to totally provide surveillance on every pary of your life, they want to know when you're eating, they want to know if you're eating a cheeseburger which is very bad because Bill Gates wants you to eat his fake meat which he grows in a peach tree dish so you'll probably get a lttle zap inside your body saying no, no, don't eat a real cheeseburger, you need to eat the fake, the fake cheeseburger, the fake meat from Bill Gates. They also probably want to know when you're going to the bathroom & if your bowel movements are on time or consistent, I mean what else do these people want to know?"
For liberals, Greene is easy to mock. She has supported far-right white supremacy, antisemitic conspiracy theories & QAnon. She believes that the Sandy Hook & Parkland school shootings were staged, the 2018 California wildfires were caused by Jewish space lasers & the 2020 American election was stolen from Donald Trump. The US House of Representatives has removed her from all committee roles, nonetheless, she will seek re-election later this year.
Although targeted individuals can readily confirm what government surveillance monitors & how personal it is, critics like Chris Hayes would rather have a quick laugh than acknowledge the crimes committed against TIs. Does Chris Hayes, an award winning journalist, know of our existence or electromagnetic radiation? Excluding the Havana Syndrome, what do American journalists know about direct energy weapons? As President. what (if anything) did Donald Trump learn about TIs & DEW?
Another possible link to this story is the Biden adminstration's proposal to have the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention monitor the nation's sewage in order to prevent the next pandemic. In Canada, wastewater is monitored for microbes, communicable diseases like tuberculosis & chemicals such as opioids.
For the time being, it'll inevitably be more of the same crap.
The above title is a book written by Jean Guerrero & published in 2018, addressing Guerrero's relationship with her father, a targeted individual. Her father was born in Mexico, her mother in Puerto Rico. Currently, Guerrero is a columnist for The Los Angeles Times & WIRED Magazine has published an article by her on direct energy weapons & her father's experience (2018). There's also a PBS NewsHour segment on YouTube of an interview with her. In Toronto, the library carries a copy of her memoir which won a PEN Literary Award.

An update on the international headlines the "freedom convoy" is making in Canada's capital. I'm in Toronto, roughly 280 miles or 450 km away from Ottawa, so certain things are hard to gauge. When the protest extended here, pick-up trucks & tractors arrived & left peacefully for the area requires immediate access to its hospitals & clinics.
From the media coverage, the incompetence of the police is obvious. Since surveillance would have indicated the convoy's funding & strength as it was organizing, how could the police have been so unprepared? This weekend marks a month into the protest. Unfortunately, force will now be applied & the embarrassment will grow.
To a targeted individual, this once again proves selective abuses of power & the disenfranchisement of innocent people. For untargeted individuals, be they perpetrators or observers without access to surveillance tools, this underlines the complicity to exploit cruel treatment while benefitting from it. Targeted individuals have been part of Canada's mosaic for decades & documentation verifies it.
The police are unionized. Ottawa's police budget is over $340 million, Toronto's over $1 billion & both cities are now searching for a chief-of-police. Before the last selections were made, Toronto's black community was split as to who could best represent the city - one candidate favoured surveillance & the arbitrary stopping of individuals & the other did not.

There's a calculated effort to undermine the existence of a social contract - be it on a global, national or local level & further extend the poverty gap. (How's the stock market today?)
