The two cases below are all about how UN and ICC will get involved and conduct an inquiry if the State refuses to uphold a public inquiry into cases of torture, murder, and crimes against humanity. Please take time to read it.

Topic: You keep  torturing; I keep  disclosing and demanding

Dear Mr. Rob Nicholson:

Please see “ Why I insist on demanding a public inquiry?...” posted on YouTube and vimeo

Torturers, you can keep  torturing me. You can also change the way of torturing me. Recently, you hit my penthouse's roof (one 18-story condominium with strict surveillance system ) heavily just over my body at deep nights. However, there will be a day when you will be given enough time to think about the fate of being torturers, murderers and criminals against humanity.

Again, what I am doing and saying is not against any politicians and any governments, of course, including Canada.

Best regards,

Robin yan

你们迫不及待地在他的办公室里引诱这位医学专家如下:

“We really appreciate what he provided to us. And we think everything he reported is true. We work a lot than you think, even we are still working on it till now. Your neighbor is not the person who can commit this kind of crime. We didn’t find anything about it.”

这位医学专家问我:“你听懂了他所说的吗?”

If our "petition to the house of commons, Canada" was denied, here is the guide line on how to deal with it.

With the government refusing to start a public inquiry and the International Criminal Court having launched a “preliminary” investigation into the Afghan detainee issue, law experts say there is a very real chance Canadian officials could be charged with war crimes.
“International law is very clear,” said Mr. Dosanjh, a lawyer and former attorney general of British Columbia. “You need circumstantial evidence; you don’t need actual knowledge of any specific allegations, or actual knowledge of torture. There was substantial knowledge of torture in Afghan jails. Every kid on the ground knew that. All of the reports, national or international, knew that.”

Dear all:

After submitting our petition,"Petition to the house of Commons, Canada", we'd better draft one "press release" , hoping international organizations and medias pay attention to where we are now. Please refer to Maher Arar case. You can see how many international organizations and medias got involved in his case. Without their interfering, Mr. Arar must lose his case. Without their inte...rfering, our petition must be tossed.
What should this press release look like? It must have 1) our petition letter 2) hard and hard evidence. ( I post some on facebook) . What is the relationship between international organizations and us? "We do the best. They do the rest." If we can do the best, they definitely do the rest for us. I hold this belief.

What do you think?

BTW, our emails, facebook, what ever, are not safe now. So, please use several ways to contact each other. One editor emailed me he would transfer our petition letter to the film producer. Afterwards, no response.

In a word, they will not easily "let us go". Pls refer to the backgroud of Mr. Arar's case. You can find how hard it was for a victim of torture.

Thank you all.

Best,
Robin
