如果脑控受害者的朋友们找到了有参考价值的图书馆书籍、报告、杂志、报纸文章等，是否可以联系中国医科大学的学生、教授，医院里的院长们、航天、国防杂志社等等部门，把有参考价值的资料送给他们，请全社会帮助、抢救中国人的大脑和生命？
北京的天坛医院、安定医院、北医六院、东方医院等医院的神内、神外、内分泌科、脑科、精神科等还不错。
