Finally I have my cumputer.
I spent 65 euros. Ubuntu and windows were damaged. (infected virus boht)
Tomorrow is the day December 5, 2011.
My grandmother died on December 5, 2005.
Maybe tomorrow I'll be dead.
If I no longer respond to emails and there will be no activity on the internet on my part, I died of suicide.
If more than 6 months, I do not respond to emails, you understand, that I can not respond because they are no longer alive.
The QUWAVE works, but not for the microchip.
I feel my chakra pulsing and also relief.
I practiced: Reiki, CI QUNG, SHIATSU and ritual Shaman. I was very interested also AGOPUNTUNTURA. I knew that quwave is excellent for harmonizing the chakras, it is an intelligent tool. Unfortunately I have too many chips in my head and it is ineffective.
I can not make the video I promised, because PERPS continue to keep volumes high, medium and drive me crazy with V2K, I can not concentrate.

Comes now plaintiffs to bring action against the defendant for the following reasons including but not limited to:
1)
We, the plaintiffs, have been and/or are currently tortured by the defendant.
2)
Our 8th amendment right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment has been violated by the defendant.
3)
Even if the court refuses to acknowledge that the following does not clearly show we are victims of torture or refuses to define torture as a crime within the United States we are still victims of ongoing felony assaults a violation of US Code Chapter 7 of numerous accounts.
4)
Some plaintiffs are outside US; however, the 1991 Torture Victim Protection Act (U.S. Code (Title 28, Part IV, Chapter 85, and Section 1350)) allows for torture victims to bring action in the United States District Court.
5)
For most of us, beginning on or about 2001 we, the plaintiffs, became the victims of Cointelpro-style tactics and/or other government operations and these activities have continued up to the present. This includes tactics like organized psychological and physical operations. Not all of us became victims in 2001. For example, we have a whole new generation of victims who are experiencing this now that started recently. Though our suffering is the same, they are at a different ‘stage’ of these operations.
Because of this fact, it is apparent that these crimes will continue
unchecked until something is done.
However the majority of us will state that these operations against us
became extremely obvious beginning in 2001 and have continued, in most cases, unabated to the present.
6)
We are victims of Cointelpro-style tactics and/or other government psychological and physical operations. We all experience the same crimes. We live in different states and have moved to many different states all with the same result.
The criminal activities cross state/national lines. Federal government agencies and employees participate; therefore, this falls under federal jurisdiction.
7)
Our right to petition the government for grievances has been violated as in that keeping records of the crimes against us that have occurred for a decade or more is obstructed. Our homes are frequently broken into and journals, logs, and other evidence is stolen.
8)
Because of the defendant(s) actions it is extremely difficult to function in society making it extremely difficult to gather and keep evidence, keep employment or business, or maintain a place to live. This violates our right to petition the government for grievances and basic rights to life and liberty.
9)
Because the defendant’s criminal actions affects the mind and body so badly it makes it very difficult to bring lawful action. Our situation is an emergency situation. Our life, health, and well-being are always in jeopardy. It is difficult to sleep, think, work, and generally function and live.
Therefore, all papers are filed under extreme duress. This is an emergency situation and we demand immediate relief. These activities are killing us.

Our right to the pursuit of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness has been violated as we are nearly perpetually stalked, harassed, intimidated, interrogated, humiliated, and threatened by the defendants employing an unknown communication device set at distorted volume over an extended period of time with the intent of causing physical pain and suffering, distraction, confusion, and exhaustion. The combined effect of these perpetual assaults amount to torture. Even while sleeping. That date of occurrence would be on or about 2001 to the present for most of us.

The defendants falsely accuse of breaking laws as the reasoning behind this abuse and, even if were true, would fall under our
protection against cruel and unusual punishment.

The defendants, employing this high tech communication device interrogate us about private and embarrassing things like our sexual behavior and past. They demand to know all kinds of private details.
This is done to sexually humiliate.
They also use it for blackmail.13)
Uniformed police officers, FBI and all other government agencies that we have been in contact with participate in the Cointelpro-style activity and other physical and psychological operations... We have moved many times to different parts of the country and since this follows across state lines it, obviously, is federal, but also employs local government personnel or their agents. The tactics such as but not limited to: saying things about personal lives in public that only someone spying on us would know, gas lighting, interfering with
attempts to talk with others/form relationships, interfering with normal activities such as working, sleeping, shopping, etc, street theatre, threats, intimidation, aggravated stalking, provoking, psychological anchoring, negative NLP (neural linguistics
programming), and conspiracy. Many of us also report seeing an usually high amount of military and/or law enforcement aircraft as well that ‘ buzz’ them or do other things to upset.

Our right to petition the government for grievances has been violated. As we try to obtain the services of assistance of counsel yet all attempts made to secure counsel are blocked by cointelpro-style tactic and/or other operations.
15)
All forms of communication are tampered/interfered with. Including mail, email, phone calls. This has greatly interfered with our right to petition the government for grievances. As well as, untold amounts of losses.

Our right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness has been violated by the defendants using an unknown communication device to employ a hypnotist and/or some other kind of weapon(s ) to influence us. We
are then made to see, believe, and forget all kinds of things over the
years. Some of the things we have been hypnotized/manipulated to experience include but are not limited to: feel paranoia; believe our thoughts were being read; to fall asleep/trance while at work, grocery shopping, or in public. We have also felt excruciating chest pains,
pain in other areas, painful dizzy spells, and a feeling of suffocation or throat closing. All of this was upon command from the defendants letting us know it was them that had the power to give us chest pains; dizzy spells, etc. while they laughed at our situation. For many of us, these assaults and others like them occur multiple times per hour.

Our freedom of religion has been violated as the defendants used the unknown communication device to hurt us whenever we tried to practice our religion. We have been threatened about our religion, politics, and a host of other beliefs and informed by the defendants that we had to do what they wanted or they would increase their
criminal activities. We, the plaintiffs come from a wide variety of religious and political areas and it would appear this could be another psychological operation, but we suffer from it all the same.

Our freedom of speech has been violated by parties unknown to us as we are punished for saying or doing certain things by the defendant’s increased criminal actives and their threats to do so. This includes threats of prosecution…most recently 6-3-2011 for preparing this suit.
Some of us have been threatened for attempting to pursue legal remedy. We have been informed through an unknown communication device at about 11:00 pm that if we don’t drop this suit that the defendants would have people testify against us for made-up crimes. This is vindictive prosecution and is illegal. Threats like this have been made to us countless times over the years.

We are threatened often, making us fearful and unable to pursue life liberty or happiness.
Some of the threats we have received include but are not limited to:
threats to kill us, poisoning us, arresting us and holding in jail forever,
stealing our possessions, gang-beating us up with baseball bats, shooting us, raping us, putting cameras in our home and putting compromising pictures of us on the internet, conspiring to defraud us by broadcasting this abuse and profiting from it, paying members opposite sex we encounter not to sleep with us, prosecute us civilly and/or criminally, paying people to harass us, running us out of the country, conspiring to continue to stalk, harass and threaten us and never stop.

Most of us have had numerous cars and other vehicles swerve, obviously pointed right at us, in attempt to intimidate us. Many of us have been beat up and hospitalized many times. Some have had entire gangs jump us and been hospitalized. Since this was quite rare or never happened prior to this start date on or about 2001, these events coincide with the start of all the other operations and are perpetrated by the defendant.

The defendants conduct a campaign of lies against us. Almost all of us are victims of slander, defamation of character, and libel; another aspect of Cointelpro-style tactics, and/or government psychological and physical operations, to isolate us to make sure no one knows
or helps us. This campaign of lies is very effective from the perception the public has to the integrity of the defendant.
Also, many people think they are being instructed by an authority figure.

The majority of us are victims of sexual abuse by the defendant a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2241.

We are victims of the crime of provoking and conspiracy to provoke. This is perpetrated by the defendant and started for the majority of plaintiffs on or around 2001 to the present.

Combined these operation cause sleep deprivation, anxiety, panic, physical illness, stress, high blood pressure, and other physical and mental issues such as nervous breakdown. Many of us have attempted suicide just to get the torture to stop. Some of us have died.
25)
Those of us with children, and pets, or elderly family have had to watch as the defendants inflicted the same tortures on them.
Damages
I. Actual damages:
a.) time off work is 10 years time/lost wages and income @ 100,000 per year per plaintiff is 1,000,000 USD
b.) Hospitalization 30,000 per plaintiff average over 10 year period
c.) Losses due to thefts and vandalization
d.) Court costs
II. Pain and suffering
a.) physical pain suffered from torture for a ten year period is 10 billion USD per plaintiff
b.) isolation due to libel/slander campaign for 10 years is 10 billion USD per plaintiff
III. Punitive damages is 20.1 billion dollars per plaintiff
Total damages are 40.2 billion dollars per plaintiff. We, also, petition
the court for an order to cease all the aforementioned.

OPEN LETTER TO RON ANGELL AND WHOMEVER ELSE IT MAY CONCERN

This is my only way of responding to the the accusations Ron Angell is making about me and another person supposedly victimizing him, extorting from him, attempting to kill(?)/isolate or hurt him, etc., etc., etc. and whatever else he is saying…(after he "de-friended" me AGAIN so I wouldn't be able to see or respond to what he is writing about me all over his FB page)
I don’t like doing this at all, but I am being given no choice ... I don’t have the fear or the shame or whatever it is I’m supposed to have apparently to keep me CORNERED.
I put you in touch, Ron Angell, with “Jannie” because she helped me tremendously after someone put her in touch with me in 2008 when I was nearly dead…I KNOW that it MY CASE she saved my fucking life. In MY CASE, what was being done to me was electronic surveillance, torture with directed-energy weapons, poisoning, and gas-lighting combined with high-level sorcery…such as people trained in psychic assassination astral projecting into my house…as CRAZY as that may sound. As I spoke about with you many times, the gang-stalking phenomenon often does have a huge SPIRITUAL component to it and must be fought in spiritual terms. Dr. William Deagle understands this and explains it very well. He even knows a man in South Africa that does the same type of work that Jannie does that he's had on his show.
You seemed like you needed help REAL bad as soon as we started talking. You were the only individual “T.I.” I ever ‘referred’ to her; because it is difficult for people to trust to begin with and one has to be pretty open-minded to believe an Apache shaman could possibly be of help…But to me she was a God-Send and I wanted to share that with you. And as soon as I told you about my experience, YOU asked if she would help you.
Jannie helps A LOT of people who are targeted FOR FREE. Many people don’t even know she is helping them. Being “ambi-terrestrial” she operates behind the scenes most of the time. Obviously she CAN”T help everybody for free all of the time and that’s NOT HER FAULT. NO, She is NOT getting rich off of anybody; she can literally fit everything she owns into a couple of paper bags. But she’s not much help to anybody when she’s trying to live homeless, which she was for several months not long ago.
It’s because I liked you so much Ron, that my family even pitched-in to help pay for her to try to help you, even though they barely have a pot to pee in these days. I didn’t crow about it; I mentioned it only once because I wanted you to know that that is how much we believed in her ability to HELP you to get free. “HELP” being the operative word here…You may not be employed right now, but you are a lot financially better off than my family is; and STILL you have the nerve to publicly accuse me of ripping you off???....WTF??? You have GOT to be kidding me!
If you didn’t want to work with her you didn’t have to; nobody put a gun to your head. You are a forty-five year old adult man; you make your own choices. Nobody FORCED you to do A DAMN THING. But if the problem was that you thought that money was going to buy you CONTROL OVER anybody else, then that was YOUR mistake.
You told me repeatedly at the beginning that things were getting a lot better; that you didn’t know HOW she was doing it but that she was “breaking it,” that your neighbors had begun putting their homes up for sale, and that it would therefore be SAFE for me to go visit or stay with you. It wasn’t until she confronted you about your dishonesty in your relationship with me—and a lot of other (mostly) women-- that you decided she wasn’t helping, didn't know what she was doing, was ripping you off, etc., etc., etc., and that everything was as bad and torturous as ever….
Nobody ever told you Ron, that she could FIX IT ALL FOR YOU while you sit around and play sexual parlor-games with your WEBCAM “friends” a good part of the day every day of the week…. If that’s the way you decide to live, then that obviously doesn’t leave much room for a real life, like having a girlfriend or a job…. In order for something to change—something has to change.
I gave you the benefit of the doubt for as long as I could…(you're carrying on like this while telling me that you loved me, and admonishing me not to even speak to my ex-boyfriend???) I tried to believe I was mistaken, was imagining things, exaggerating, etc., etc. And Jannie DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE TO TELL ME what you're habits were. She waited for you to stop which you didn't....Then she waited for me to figure it out for myself and ask her, which I finally did.... Then I waited and waited and WAITED for you to GET HONEST about it. And that’s all I wanted was for you to be HONEST…but you couldn't or wouldn't do that either.
YOU KNOW YOU HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM. Call it a sexual addiction or need for attention/distraction--whatever --it is a sickness you get false ego-value from (at other peoples' expense) and only YOU can do anything about it. "Jannie" told you from the beginning she would not over-ride your free will....
Ironically, you reel people in with TRUTH. It’s when you make it personal -- there is NO more truth-- it’s just vicious psycho-sexual GAME PLAYING. You use your VICTIM STATUS and your 200-plus ‘followers’ as a weapon to manipulate, and bully other people. Anyone who figures it out and doesn’t want “play” anymore—on your terms—or God forbid, they get angry(!) about having been played, well, they become your NEW Enemy /Stalker/Torturer….
Most people won’t stand up to you about this because they are EMBARRASSED and they just go slink off silently…I’m NOT embarrassed. I’m angry that you don’t take any responsibility for anything ever. I’m pissed-off that you set me up—from the beginning—to be your new “bad guy.”
Just because you are a victim doesn’t mean you’re not a PREDATOR. That is the real reason you’re isolated and alone. In spite of all your proclamations of LOVE and all of your PRETTY WORDS, at the end of the day you really treat other people like shit.

FUNDRAISER WITH MICHAEL MOORE & PATTI SMITH April was quite a high-profile month for FFCHS. First, there was the press conference in Louisville, Kentucky, then on to New York City for the Democracy Now! fundraiser. Due to the generosity of one of our members, two TI's from our community, FFCHS paralegal, Lynn Weed and Attorney Keith LaBella, recently attended Democracy Now!'s fundraiser in New York City, at $250 per person. Some attendees apparently paid $1000 per ticket to attend this event. It was a small, elite gathering of 40 individuals who listened to Amy Goodman interview film producer Michael Moore, singer Patti Smith, and journalist Juan Gonzalez. The event went quite well and that FFCHS attended was a plus for our group, as some attendees were national journalists and other activists who would possibly take our claims seriously. One hitch to the event was that in the process of all this, Lynn Weed lost her glasses. So we're trying to fundraise to replace them at a cost of $200. Amy Goodman’s Interview With Michael Moore At Democracy NowBy Lynn Weed New York City April 27, 2010 On April 26, 2010 Keith LaBella, Esq. and Lynn Weed, paralegal attended Democracy Now’s interviews with actor/producer Michael Moore, singer/poet Patti Smith and journalist, Juan Gonzalez at Democracy Now’s new studio in New York City. Award winning humanist journalist Amy Goodman, of Democracy Now interviewed all three. About 40 event attendees listened in a semi circle around the TV stage. Viewers commented that the interviews were interesting and brought many facts to light. Michael Moore related information concerning events, following his Academy Award speech. Apparently because of his comments concerning the Bush Administration and the Iraqi War, his home was vandalized and he has received death threats. He travels with a security team and rarely gives out personal interviews to the general public, at this time. His interview with Amy Goodman was lively, informed and extremely witty. He is engaging, talented and willing to share his political views. Some of his earlier exploits with the nuns in the parochial school he attended, had the listeners laughing. Patti Smith sang several songs. In her last song, “Because the Night Belongs to Lovers”, she had the audience singing along with her. Guest were heard commenting that her singing was "amazing and very good." Her Baez-like tones were appreciated. Award winning journalist Juan Gonazalez spoke of the need for independent journalism to continue, as corporate journalism looms and internet journalism threatens to diminish the professionalism, characterized in the field for so long. He spoke of the need for an independent free press, in a capitalistic society, to keep democracy working. It was a good intereview and his points seemed well taken and were well received. During her interview with Amy Goodman, Patti Smith spoke eloquently and poignantly of a man, she is working with, in a human rights capacity. He had been detained and kept in a small cell in Guantanamo Bay. He had been shackled there for many months. The light had been kept on the entire time he was in the cell (months) and he described this as another form of torture. When he was finally freed, as an innocent, he had trouble walking because of damage to nerves and muscles from those months of being shackled. As she told each step of his plight, this poetic artistic clearly portrayed the pain inflicted on this innocent man and how it affected his life. The story was extremely moving story and I believe everyone listening was touched by the pathos of this true story. Later, thinking of her descriptions and the pathos now in this innocent man’s life, I became aware; his plight had truly touched me. I realized that the parallels between our plight and his were many and in some ways similar. We then moved to the wine and hors d’ oeuvres part of the evening. Keith and I circulated and gave our information to many people attending, who may be of help to us. This included some show producers, a journalist, two lawyers and one Midwestern camera and cable man, who may have been with Michael Moore’s party and showed interest in what Keith and I were presenting.
