Judging from my assessment of symptoms and information about nano/medical/transhumanist goals, experimentation is occurring on moving substances/effects of tiny machines or commands to normal body cells to do other things. These "substances" move via various radiofrequency signals, either in pulsed surges or continuous pulses like wifi. They possibly communicate with each other, but at the very least, they respond and move by RF signaling.

I do not like to point fingers at any particular agency/group. Yet, the profuse and seemingly professional individuals/strangers that appear to be participating in the in person harassment/interference would add fuel to the possibility that this is my particular case, and likely many others.

I'm well into my 11th year as a TL, being round-the-clock harassed by this crew who started in on me with constant v2k while i lived in the San Francisco Tendaloin neighborhood, where they are extremely powerful, well networked, feared & can bring a legion of puppetized, temporary zombies to bare for their mobbing street theater plays to try and instill fear and despair. Nearly a year ago i made a temporary move to Louisville, Kentucky (home of "The Greatest", Muhammad Ali, who recently passed on to greater glory), my hometown where i still have family & lifelong friendships. Among the major factors in my decision to take a sabbatical from my beloved home of the past 20 years was their unending threats into my head to the well being of my loved ones here. Economics dictated that in order to perform the degree of investigations required and to take such corrective actions as may have proved necessary and possible, i would have to actually move here, so i left the life that i had come to know and intend to return to if i live and nothing happens.
On my return trip (by air and bus) the mind maggots made an extreme production out of following me with continued non stop bully talk in my skull and a truly impressive array of highly produced theatrical intimidation attempts on every leg of the journey, including the flight. They have launched many negative aggressions since my return, and as ever i have adjusted to and come through them essentially unscathed.
For several years i've been aware of the use of electronic dream manipulation and implantation tools on my sleeping brain. In recent months they've minimized the clumsy talk (although i still hear them very distantly nearly all the time as the years have made my hearing extremely sensitive to their voices) and are heavily emphasizing this attack vector. They regularly attempt to create nightmares (to instill fear?), to introduce violence against me (to create insecurity?), to implant dreams of my committing criminal acts (to induce dark emotions?), as well as to implant dreams about unappealing sexual behaviors, sometimes involving my family members.
Fortunately, these dreams are sore foreign in pattern, symbology, structure and content to the dreams that i have experienced throughout my life that they nearly always awaken me and i find myself immediately reviewing the dream and realize that it's a false dream. So, for T.I.'s who are aware of your own dream life, this is a great way to know when you're being messed with and to reaffirm your control of what't going on inside of your mind. Remember that your dream structure, language, symbols and forms are unique to you! For this reason, no one can actually figure out the meaning of your dreams except you. Generalized meanings for the symbols in your dreams may or may not apply. So DON'T FEAR YOUR DREAMS. And if they don't make sense to you in terms of your life of experience with your dreams - especially if they are negative projections either to or about you and if they are linear in structure (more like little stories to influence or frighten you), REJECTHEM! and tell your persecutors to "get thee behind me!"

I am a real person in Wisconsin USA. I am a retired librarian, mom and musician. I am a Christian, who enjoys worshipping by playing music on piano and singing.
I am electro-sensitive. This means before the targeting, I had issues with some wireless, and needed to avoid it and shield. I had 2 smart meters on my house, and needed to opt out because they caused symptoms. My utilities and state agencies refused, so I sent my complaint to the federal DOJ. They sent it to the Dept. of Energy. I am awaiting results of my request for accommodation from the DOE, supposedly due soon.
I am a free-thinker, and questioned wireless safety exposure limits, and sent federal comments on the topic. I also created some music with political themes, questioning the push to automate everything. This project was interrupted during my targeting.
I have seen/experienced a lot since Feb. 2015, when things got really physically damaging/intense. Phases of testing included super wifi making early signaling heart which sent me to the emergency room several times. Also, dreams I would not have had of evil things like killing someone, and "communication" experiences of being questioned or attending strange meetings during sleep. During the day, I experienced brain tampering where a question came up and my mind jumped to answer or explain it - even though I did not want to answer it. I think this kind of tech is available to get information from criminals. How can they use this on non-combatants?
Starting early 2015, I received some kind of dosing of an inhaled substance or possibly some kind of disease signal, which moves inflammation/discomfort into the bowel. Often it comes with an odor, such as fake pine (1st time) or marijuana (most recent). They like to "get" you in public restrooms, parking lots or public events. It moves via inhale into blood to the bowel first, where it settles and causes symptoms. This substance seems to be moved using RF jolts and other signals, which I can feel. It is now in the chest area, and moving upward. Shielding helps some. I conclude this is some sort of warped experiment to see what happens when nano-crap gets signals to move around in the body.
One other thing about the RF is that there is some sort of probe signal that can penetrate lots of shielding and daily tests some bio information in my jaw prior to the jolts. Initially they tried to hide this when I drink cold/warm liquids, but that doesn't work in their timing. The probe can "touch" you on the leg or reach deep into your body causing severe pain or a tickle. It has gone into the chest and possibly heart area. It is a torture tool.
Like other people here, there are staged events places I go, like all the clerks suddenly staring at me, or strangers saying comments relating to my inner thoughts. I have lost 3 cameras to this. One broke while uploading pictures of license plates and people near the UPS store that I suspected, and another one disappeared. Another newer one quit working after I snapped one photo of suspected perps at a special event for one family member. The photo card with all my pictures disappeared, as well.
Many of the vehicles are expensive, shiny, and with license plates from various states. Recently, all traffic on faster roads has been cleared behind me, as the jolts to my chest area have been increasing. One night, I left a 2 a.m. because it is bad in my apartment, and checked in at a motel in the next town. They said they were full except for about 3 rooms. Fine, but during my entire stay I did not see ONE person in the hall. The water pipes also broke so I could not take a shower in the morning (this happened in the last recent motel I stayed at, too). Well, you get the picture: it is classic.
Of course, anyone describing this is deemed to be nuts because most people do not understand the technology nor how it is being used. And that is the information that needs to get out there, but people need to get it in a form they can relate to. They have to personalize it as to how it affects THEM.
This can seem overwhelming at times because the technological apparatus is powerful and pervasive. The heart of it is probably at very low profile hidden centers. Plus, how does anyone break through the daze people are in? (Wireless radiation itself adds to the dazed brain. One study at MIT showed that where a cell phone is close to the brain affects people's ability to EMPATHIZE with others. It dulls the ability to CARE about what happens to others.)
I just want to close by mentioning what helps me is visualization and prayer. Of course, I always approach and worship Christ first. Many types of visualizing can help empty or change the damaging effects. A couple of these are visualizing yourself turning off the MAIN switch that connects you to evil or unnatural systems. Feel the connection stop. See the lights of their equipment go off. Another way is to imagine angels with golden scissors snipping the connections to anything dark to your body/soul. See the loose ends on the bad side shrivel up. See you body points healing. I see the angels smiling mischievously. No reason they have to be droll!

Okay, guys. Seems to be some kind of really nasty experiment going on. A paralyzing substance/signal damage/result is moving upward. Recently, chest wall gets lots of RF surges. But also creeping into neck/head. The chakra energy points seem to be affected some. Visualizations and meditation can help some. But the RF continues to move this garbage in between. A person can't meditate all day long.
This seems like a nano-agent moves when these RF surges happen. It has been moving upward. It causes inflammation/pain/paralysis symptoms. Have tried to escape the RF jolts/surges, but they follow where ever I go. Solid metal helps some, but cannot encase yourself in solid metal.
What are they doing here?

MY CASE SUMMARY:-
I sent a series of human rights activist emails to public authorities and forums beginning in 2003 up to 2006. I came to the attention of an extremist US security organisation in 2004 for this exercising of my democratic right to free speech and since then I've had my human rights, liberty and privacy COMPLETELY VIOLATED and ALL aspects and degrees of my human freedom, individuality and mental and physical integrity and health savagely attacked, tortured, mauled and deformed.
THESE CRIMINALS HAVE THE ABILITY TO :-
a. place a human subject under ceaseless satellite surveillance - no matter where he/she is
b. ceaselessly monitor a human brain by satellite - including thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event and visual image reading - ‘Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM)
c. ceaselessly attack directly into a human brain by satellite with voices, noises, other disturbances, images and ‘virtual-reality scenarios’; and the ability to override, control, and alter consciousness - ‘Electronic Brain Link (EBL)’
d. directly abuse, torture, assault, and interfere with bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - by satellite
e. directly interfere with electronics, alter, insert etc. data, files, communications and legal evidence even during transmission - by satellite

BY THESE MEANS I HAVE BEEN :-
1. Since 2004 I’ve been under ceaseless Orwellian surveillance - 24 hours a day 7 days a week - everywhere I go. Since 2004 my brain, body, physical space and privacy have been ceaselessly monitored - including thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event and visual image reading. I have been under this extremely traumatising Orwellian surveillance and interference - and then extremely brutally and hard-core - tortured and deformed since 2004 – and during all this time my psychological, mental, intellectual and physical states, actions, thinking, imaginations and words have been exploited and publicly exhibited via internet, TV and radio.
2. subjected to sleep deprivation, sensory overload, and "mind-*uck" torture.
Under intensive neurological ‘mind-control’ this included :-
A. a witnessing of the suicide of the ‘King of Thailand’ and a cutting off of my friends brother’s legs
B. a saving of many women’s ‘souls’ from death, and many countries from nuclear attack
C. a ‘ritual abuse wedding’ participated in by the ‘Queens of Norway and Sweden’
D. a fictitious relationship with ‘Princesses of Norway and Thailand’ and some other illusory women
E. a ‘road trip’ escaping ‘USA army killers and blackmailers’, ‘Asian mafia/dragon killers’ among others; and participating in fake psychoanalysis and personality analysis sessions; and doing Q & A-type interviews on diverse socio-political subjects. (2005-2006)
3. ceaselessly perpetrators’and other voices are forced directly into my brain and they very aggressively and relentlessly psychologically attack, denigrate, interrogate, undermine, mob and bait me. These voice attacks are forced directly into my butchered and mangled brain. This takes the form of a running attack with a personally codified system of comments and responses to my thoughts, activities, social and psychological state, and biorhythms - both straightforwardly and with many different disorienting, infuriating and distorting effects. This sensory and mental torture and attack directly into my brain has varied from extreme causing near-complete mental breakdown and desperation, to loud, intensive and continuous, to milder, and has included numerous mock-executions. It is all completely and totally unignorable and inescapable. The ‘circuits’ are always open – my brain, body and physical space are ceaselessly brutally violated, monitored and interfered with - and forced into reaction and response - 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It’s a brutal, technological, inescapable ‘Iago-bullshit-hell-machine’. I literally haven’t had a single minutes mental rest, relaxation or privacy since 2005 – not a single minute.

4. ceaselessly subjected to multiple nightly neurological experiments and interventions. Whilst ‘sleeping’ artificial ‘virtual-reality scenarios’ (like little ‘You-Tube’ videos or cartoons or slideshows) are forced into my brain and therein processed/experienced. Night after night after night – every single night since 2005 - 3,4,5,6,7 or more times per night. I have been on this sleep and brain control regime and I haven't had a natural, uncontrolled nights sleep since 2005. Often my brain processing/experiencing these “virtual-reality scenarios” is transmitted and exhibited by these Mengeles butchers pretending to do “science”. Their ability to do this required extensive and very brutal neutralisation and engineering of my normal, healthy brain – in order to effect a kind of ‘tabula-rasa’ to use as a ‘player’ – for them to be able to force in their ‘codes’ and ‘play’ their ‘virtual-reality scenarios’. This has resulted in mentally and psycho-physiologically exhausting, degrading and deforming me.

5. relentlessly subjected to deep, hardcore and other neurological attacks on my brain creating a lasting lobotomised effect – very often similar to being sledge-hammered, repeatedly stabbed, roasted, fan-forced microwaved, blow-torched, axed, bombed etc. in and across the brain. Almost every single night since 2005, mostly multiple times, and sometimes for hours and hours at a time – all night, all afternoon etc.. My whole creativity, ‘raw material’, senses, sensibility, feelings, thought, speech, intelligence, imagination, emotions and organic health, range, depth and potential have been completely degraded, butchered, mangled, wasted and/or destroyed (‘Fahrenheit 451-ed’and/or ‘Year 0-ed’). Repeatedly subjected to multiple other experiments and interventions on other areas of my brain.

6. repeatedly and relentlessly – every single day and night - subjected to electrical abuse and torture on the genitals, crotch, reproductive system, glands and lymph system. Electric currents are applied to my genitals, crotch and reproductive system at different intensities and positions, often continuously for extended periods of time. This ranges from mildly disturbing to extremely torturous. The cumulative affect is sickening and constant mental and physical tension and aggravation. This electrical abuse and torture on the genitals, crotch and reproductive system is applied at any time of the day or night. I am often woken up by the application of electric currents to my genitals, crotch and reproductive system - night after night after night. Often I am given erections in coordination with the brain butchery, and occasionally voided of semen (my sperm production has been stopped). I AM BEING USED, EXPERIMENTED UPON AND BUTCHERED LIKE A LAB RAT. My genitals have been liposuctioned, collagened, vasectomied, and my scrotum subjected to repeated reductions and enlargements. I have also been anally raped and interfered with numerous times.

7. My stomach, glands, abdomen, intestines, lymph system and other internal organs are also being continuously, repeatedly and intensively heated and electrocuted i.e. cooked/burnt-out. Often similar to being stabbed, roasted, microwaved, blow-torched etc.. Hour upon hour or all night and/or much of the day.My heart, chest, neck, lower back, back, diaphragm and all over my body. My torso, face and buttocks have been liposuctioned 2 or 3 times. My nipples are often electrocuted. Also in an extremely painful operation they put my spine out of alignment and did extensive nerve reconfiguration work in my spine and lower back throwing my whole body out of alignment – lower back, pelvis, hips, muscles, limbs, balance etc. – and, I think, they are trying to ‘engineer’ my brain to ‘fit’ this misalignment.

I believe all of this is an attempted ‘reengineering’ or ‘rendering’ of my brain and body, and it has very seriously degraded my senses, sensibility and mental, psychological and physical strength, range, quality and depth. My brain has been reduced in power, quality and function by at least 70%. All my 'raw materials', psycho-physiological powers, energy, amorphous, undeveloped and latent thoughts, memories, emotions, passions, and feelings degraded, burnt-out and/or destroyed. My chest has been sunken, my lungs collapsed, my heart and muscles atrophied, my circulation and metabolism slowed, my stomach expanded and deformed, my genitals mutilated and deformed, and my body-shape completely altered and deformed. As one would expect being a lab-rat in a concentration camp since 2004 it has caused these most profound mental and physical ill-effects and degradation, and profound organic impairments and deformities.

Since 2004 whenever I turn on the TV or Radio - if it's live, I am linked to the broadcasting source. It happens any time I see or hear a live broadcast, no matter where I am. It completely ruins live TV and radio - as you are actually like being in a video-conference - so it's hard to remain impassive or unaffected – especially whilst being tortured. This invasion of my privacy and my torture and abuse have thus been witnessed by, and I have protested and appealed to, many newscasters in Australia and overseas, and by anyone who appears live on the news - politicians, celebrities, newscasters and many others. Initially tolerable and even amusing, this came to be extremely traumatising – especially when combined with the relentless hardcore torture, abuse and mutilated ‘brain-broadcasting’ – and no one even reporting it!
Also the thoughts and images from my deformed, mutilated brain and and lab-rat life have been ‘brain-broadcasted’ to the journalists etc. on TV and Radio – and often presented to them as if it was the workings of my normal brain/mind – also a lot of disinformation and misrepresentation has been ‘fed’ to them. This has often resulted in some of them – both advertently and inadvertently – actually actively participating in the torture and aggravation. Some, I believe, have actually been encouraged to elicit responses from my lab-rat brain and thereby to assist in and facilitate the butchering of my brain and senses to fit these nazi technologies and horrendous violations.
The media has also been flooded with dehumanising and ridiculous ‘Psychological-Operations’, parodies and caricatures of me, my family and life – as at the same time they are parasiting, torturing and organically destroying me, they are constructing a fiction about ‘me’ and ceaselessly, idiotically, making what they pretend to be valid psychological and social observations about ‘me’, my life and family.

11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. This consists of an intense and highly organized persecution of an individual with the purpose of harass her/him constantly and boycott all the activities, professional and of leisure that the person develops, in order to isolate to take control of the victims life, manipulate the victims mind and ultimately conduct him/her to a helpless situation. This conduct carried out by a group of apparently "normal" citizens is a barbaric form of torture. People are purposely engaged to aggravate me, and to impede and violate my physical and psychological spaces, privacy and freedom. This is extremely psychologically and physically oppressive and suffocating. This happens everywhere I go, anytime, no matter what I do. My whole neighbourhood has been infiltrated. Often these people are neurologically controlled like ‘neuro-puppets’ to maximise the aggravation through the linking of their actions and movements to mine. Other times they are misguided and/or misinformed ‘Jones-Town’ type idiots/victims. This is being done to me everywhere I go – including in Russia and Turkey.

Subject: Complaints by Victims of Gang Stalking and Electronic Assault Not Taken Seriously
Dear Attorney General Lynch:
The United States of America touts itself as the world’s champion of human rights; yet, it completely ignores a group of Americans who find themselves disenfranchised of the most basic human rights. I am talking about victims of systematic gang stalking and remote-driven physical and neurological attacks, assaulted by unseen and unknown attackers using COINTELPRO tactics and obviously highly classified devices/methods. Those victims refer to themselves as targets.
Some of the officers under your authority must necessarily know about this form of domestic terrorism although it receives no attention from the government on any level, from any law enforcement official, or from the media. Nevertheless, our complaints go uninvestigated. Congresspersons, executive branch individuals, including the FBI, and local and state authorities do not even answer our letters of complaints. In addition, local, state, and national law enforcement often stigmatize us as psychotic or paranoid schizophrenic. Indeed, we readily acknowledge that normal people who are continually harassed day and night do sometimes appear psychotic; however, the psychosis in their cases is induced rather than somatic.
Targets recognize that the symptoms of some of the recent shooters and mass murderers who have received international attention are often those of targeted individuals. Most targets, however, present no threat to anyone or to themselves. Notwithstanding, many of them find themselves isolated from family and friends, jobless, and oftentimes homeless. They suffer alone.
I urge you to appoint one of your highly trained and educated staff workers to research the topic of targeting. Many of us targets could be very helpful in orienting that person on the subject. A mass of material in the form of patent applications, documented precedents, credible published material, and targets’ personal stories await a serious study by the office of the attorney general.
I hope that you will view this letter in the same sense of urgency in which it is written—as a concerned citizen who wishes to lend authenticity and sincerity to the U.S.’s commitment to human rights. The apparent proliferation of targeting presents a challenge to the very existence of our form of democracy. Thank you for your consideration.

The misconception and fears about genetic determination are so misguided that we are delaying technology that can actually help improve existence for everyone. In medical diagnostic areas, we accept without any reservations tests and assays that try to determine whether we have a disease and the state of that disease. However,
many people view with great concern genetic testing that is more direct and provides
earlier detection. There are most certainly very important ethical issues relevant to the genetic determination. But even these are in some sense clouded by misconceptions, due to past behavior by groups who misunderstood the real
meaning of genetic determination and/or intended to misuse it. It is time to correct
this and gain the full benefits of our technology for everyone.

The COB will significantly enhance our ability to put individual patterns of
health and disease in context with that of the entire population. It will also enable us
to better understand the mechanisms of disease, how disease extends throughout the
population, and how it may be better treated. The availability of the COB will resect
time and randomness from the process of scientific hypothesis testing, since data
will be available in a preformed state to answer a limitless number of questions.
Finally, the COB will enable the prediction of healthcare costs more accurately. All
of these beneficial reesults will be accelerated through the application of
nanotechnology principles and techniques to the creation and refinement of imaging,
computational, and sensing technologies.

Social Engineering
Combined nano-, bio-, info-, and cogno-technologies make it possible to collect,
maintain, and analyze larger quantities of data. This will make it possible to socially
engineer teams and groups to meet the demands of new tasks, missions, etc. The
issue is not that we will be able to pick the right combination of people to do a task;
rather, it is that we will be able to pick the right combination of humans, webbots,
robots, and other intelligent agents, the right coordination scheme and authority
scheme, the right task assignment, and so on, to do the task while meeting particular
goals such as communication silence or helping personnel stay active and engaged.
Social engineering is, of course, broader than just teams and organizations. One can
imagine these new technologies enabling better online dating services, 24/7 town
halls, and digital classrooms tailored to each student’s educational and social
developmental level.

The prevalence of fundamentalist cultural and religious movements, for example,
suggests that there may be an equivalent of the “auto-immune” response at the
cultural level. Religion appears to be what Talcott Parsons (1964) called an
“evolutionary universal,” essential to the functioning of societies and prominent in
every long-lasting culture. Within the realm of religion, diversification also appears
to be universal, and it may be vain to hope that all people can eventually come to

work will be required in cultural memetics.

Self-Monitoring of Physiological Well-Being and Dysfunction Using Nano
Implant Devices
As the scales of nanofabrication and nanotransducers approach those of the
critical biomolecular feature sizes, they give the technologist the toolset to probe and
control biological functions at the most fundamental “life machinery” level. By the
same token, this technology could profoundly affect the ways we manage our health.
One outcome of combining nanotechnology with biotechnology will be
molecular prosthetics — nano components that can repair or replace defective
cellular components such as ion channels or protein signaling receptors. Another
result will be intracellular imaging, perhaps enabled by synthetic nano-materials that
can act as contrast agents to highlight early disease markers in routine screening.

Inside the body and permanent: New genes. If the notion of “computers inside”
or cyborgs raise certain ethical dilemmas, then tinkering with our own genetic code
is certain to raise eyebrows as well. After all, this is shocking and frightening stuff to contemplate, especially in light of our inability to fully foresee the consequences
of our actions. Nevertheless, for several reasons, including, for the sake of
completeness in describing the Outside-Inside Framework, this is an area worth
mentioning. While selective breeding of crops, animals, and people (as in ancient
Sparta) is many hundreds of generations old, only recently have gene therapies
become possible as the inner working of the billion-year-old molecular tools of
bacteria for slicing and splicing DNA have been harnessed by the medical and
research communities.

Socio-tech — the accumulation, manipulation, and integration of data from the
life, social, and behavioral sciences, using tools and approaches provided by science
and technology — will raise our ability to predict behaviors. It will allow us to
interdict undesirable behaviors before they cause significant harm to others and to
