Hei, guys! as you can see my last post, was on saturday. I remember for several days I could sleep for 4 or 5 hours. But since Sunday I´ve been completely depravated to sleep. I bring 4 days where maybe I just could sleep 30 minutes.. Voices become very very agressives to me.. everytime that I´m about to sleep they stress me enough that I cannot sleep. There are new and weird remixes of the voices that don´t let me take rest at all. I took bromazepan 6mg, for couple of months. now I´m taking queatepin, I don´t know also about changing was not good for me.. but now after take it I feel as i´m smothering (asfixia?) do you have some last minute solutions to reduce Very strong V2K performance?? and I realised my mouth is really dry when I ´m trying to sleep.I´m staying alive by binaural beats and doing reiki to myself, but I start feeling this is not enough.. Help me please.Thanks and God bless you.

IN COUNTRIES ALL OVER THE WORLD. PEOPLE ARE BEING GANG STALKED (STALKING BY ORGANIZED GANGS OF PEOPLE) AND COVERTLY TARGETED WITH ELECTRONIC AND SURVEILLANCE WEAPONS:-

What is it?
Gang Stalking is a well-organized form of covert harassment used against an individual. It is done by large groups of people who systematically & repeatedly harass individuals. The people who participate are usually under the impression that they need to keep an eye on a targeted person or drive them out of town for wrongdoings. It often encompasses the use of Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) such as Microwave harassment. This can be a for-hire organized harassment service. These groups operate throughout the world – especially North America & Europe, & exhibit cult-like characteristics. They usually have local numbers ranging in the hundreds. This has also been called Cause Stalking, Gang Stalking, Community-based Harassment, Organized Vigilante Stalking, Vengeance Stalking, Terrorist Stalking, Revenge Stalking, Covert Action, State-Sponsored Harassment, Microwave Harassment, Microwave Mind-Control.

Gang Vigilante Stalking is a form of terrorism/mind-control used against an individual, in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a person's life so they will have a nervous breakdown, become incarcerated/institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional or physical pain, become homeless, &/or commit suicide. It is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror, DEWs, & general harassment. It is a ganging up by members of the community who follow an organizer & participate in a systematic, & ritualistic persecution of an individual. Organized Stalking is a destructive criminal program built on deception that exists to serve the intentions of a few who are aware of its true agenda.

Gang Stalking (also called "group stalking" "organised stalking") is a total assault paradigm. It is carried out by criminal secret societies. The OS paradigm includes (but is not limited to):

many of the attacks are synchronized to happen precisely as the target does something, e.g. leave his/her residence, goes to the shops etc.

"street theater": staged skits designed to frighten and upset the target

the same harassment happens every day, day after day, year after year

a large group of stalkers, each of whom does a portion of the stalking-attacks

24 hour surveillance, every day. Among other things, the stalkers, working in shifts, sit in their vehicles parked around the target's residence.

"slander campaign": the foundation of OS. The stalkers go to everyone the target interacts with (family members, coworkers, neighbors, etc) and spread lies: that the target is a homosexual or a criminal of some type. This is an effective tactic because most people can't even imagine that a stranger would lie to them.

the stalkers present themselves as members of a "civic organization" which works with law enforcement and monitors terrorists or other criminals. The stalkers may use fake badges or fake "official files" to convince people that the target is a criminal.

"noise campaign": very frequent sounds (sirens, car alarms, beeping sounds, loud engine accelerations, loud booming sounds [from vehicles], etc) which follow the target everywhere.

the stalkers target homosexuals (or people thought to be), members of "left-wing" (e.g. peace, civil rights, environmental) organizations, whistleblowers, people who live "alternative lifestyles", and anyone else the stalkers see as not conforming with their version of "normality."

persistence: the stalkers follow the target as he/she moves to other cities or states.

the stalkers use lies, money, and intimidation to get nongroup members to attack the target.

the stalkers commit crimes and blame them on the target

targets are harassed while driving, and vehicles are sabotaged - pets are killed - physical assault

derogatory name calling - mail is stolen or damaged - harassing emails and phone calls

residences and vehicles are vandalized - law enforcement and firefighter participation

Some Important Points:

The primary targets of all these tactics are the group members, not the target. The group members are the ones who are programmed. Group leaders define reality for their members, so it doesn't matter if tactics do not work on a target.

Group members are sensitized to all the tactics they employ.

Stalking various targets is only part of the activity of these groups. Members are trained to perform a variety of activities without question. They do not know the objectives of their leaders.

Those targeted for harassment will have no problem concluding that someone is after them, but most never know who it is.

What other tactics are used?

Face-to-face tactics:

Following a target on foot wherever he goes

Standing around a target while he is paying for a purchase in a store.

Swarming the target – i.e. totally surrounding a target so he cannot move.

Physically intimidating a target by standing very close -

When a target sits anywhere in public, group members will attempt to sit behind him in order to create noise, by whatever means, including tapping their feet on the target's chair.

Walking by a target and doing strange things to attract his attention, such as:

Blinking their eyes - Reading the time from an imaginary watch on their wrist - Making faces

Noise Campaigns:

Generating noise around the clock.

Interfering with sleep patterns (i.e. through excessive noise). Trying to wake up the target at night as many times as they can.

Noise campaigns include:

People yelling and screaming outside the person’s residence.

Numerous different vehicles, squealing their tires, honking their horns and hanging around a certain area.

Apartment noise campaigns will include:

Tapping on the walls in the middle of the night - Taps running - Hammering

Noises coming from the upper and/or lower apartments, and possibly the apartments on both sides

Ideally, noises are timed to activities of the target, such as:

When a target goes outside - When a target flushes the toilet

When a target turns on a water faucet - When a target walks near a window.

Vehicle-related tactics:

Numerous different vehicles hanging around a certain area.

Traveling in convoys with highbeams on - Drivers in convoys waving at one another.

Attempting to intercept the target’s vehicle at intersections.

Trying to force the target’s vehicle off the road.

Vandalizing the target's vehicle, including:

Slashing tires - Scratching paint - Stealing license plates

Draining the oil or antifreeze over a period of time in the hopes of destroying the engine.

They do not usually cut brake lines or commit other acts of sabotage which would leave evidence.

11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. I'd like to share some information I have on this. I do believe that some people get microchips but most people are fooled into believing that they have been given one. I have direct experience of a skit (setup) and have heard of the same thing happening to someone else that involves a set-up in order to make the target think they have been implanted. My own experience of this involved a trip to the hospital where the health service were involved in setting me up to make it look as though I had been chipped. I've heard someone else declare "I'm just glad I dont have a chip in me", when they were finally told that they had been fooled into believing they had been implanted. The reason they fool people into believing they've been chipped is to, firstly hide the real method of the mind rape, and secondly, to try to get the target to remove a non-existant chip from their body, and hopefully making them harm themselves in the process.

I have listed below a summary of my mind rape experiences.

-followed wherever i go. Supermarket etc. Get street theatre, people acting out things I've said in the house.
-Monitoring of my internet.
-Sensitization to the time, compelled to do things or woken up at these times 00,03, 07,15, 23, 30, 33, 37,45, 53, 57 past the hr.
-Sensitization to colours, dates, numbers, people coughing, loud bangs etc
-Been set up for arrest. Been arrested 4 times in the last few years.
-The use of radio stations to play me songs on the radio to send me messages. The message being dependant on the lyrics before or after the word ‘baby’ in the lyrics.
-Blinking in response to certain thoughts/actions.
-Lucid Dreaming.
-Scratching in response to certain thoughts/actions.
-Analysing words/sentences in terms of their mnemonic or reverse mnemonics to an altered alphabet (including use of embedded commands. Altered alphabet = No vowels, B is B or D, C is C or K, D is D or B, F, G is G or J, H, J is J or G,K is K or C, L, M is M or W, N, P, No Q, R, S, T, No V, W is W or M, No X, No Y, No Z. The resulting mnemonic then somehow being used to deliver a message in the form of a new word or sentence, or a command (possibly covertly)
-flashing red or blue lights in front of my eyes to signify good or bad.
-thoughts and actions that seem to coincide with external noises. E.G. Engines.
-changes in facial expression in response to certain thoughts/actions.
-Wife seeming as though she can read my mind. (illusion)
-Zapping sensations in my body in response to certain thoughts/actions.
-Thoughts that coincide with chewing noises when eating.
- Workplace mobbing, breaking friendships
- Feedback about conversations nobody can know
- Honking horn, shoving chairs, bouncing ball, shoes with high heels
- Receive phone calls, emails (popup/sound), SMSs at specific moments
- dog barking on/off
- Central heating, deepfreeze on/off
- Ticking against central heating components
- Coughing, slamming door, leaking tap
- Neighbor toilet visit, flushing
- TV, radio program interference, manipulation, coughing
- Alarm sounds in shops, articles sold out

Every1 has a body field. It is our very own unique frequency. Like a fingerprint. Everybodys is different. That's how the perps follow us & know where we are at all times. Whether we leave the state or go on holiday etc. We need to change our frequency on a daily basis. This pisses around wiv the perps & their tech. Because our bodies giv off frequencies in MHz, they see their arse wiv me when I'm watchn tv & flickin channels 'MHz'. I truely believ they use their transport 2match any frequencies on the outside of our homes. If I'm walkn to town & a ambulance or fire truck passes me wiv their horns blasting! About 4/5 minutes later, a sports car wiv a big bore exahast wil ride past me overpowering the sound/frequency of the ambulance or fire truck. That's fact!!!. Think about it for 1minute... All transport like motor bikes, cars, fast cars & so on. They av a wide variation of different frequencies. Which is down to the size of their engines includn pitch & tone. The perps av2 match them & cancel out the frequencies or any new frequencies we come across in our daily lives b4 they can start hurtn us again. When u see a plane above you, like most ti's see. I doubt very much they spying on us. Think of it more about the sound of the plane, again cancelling out all the annoying frequencies/sounds down on the ground that surrounds us, which their transport on the ground can't match... Also when we go to a pub or crowded place. I hardly get hit because there's so many different frequencies in 1room. Its soo hard & impossible for the perps to match them all. I kno I'm not chipped because I've used an am radio & heard no feedback. So I kno the perps av my body's body field frequency. That's how they kno where I am at all times. Remember your body is a transceiver & a transmitter. When u like an opposit sex. U giv off a frequency. U transmitt to them a feeling. Forget training apps and games, in the future you may be able to boost your memory by simply zapping your brain with electricity.

Neuroscientists have begun trialling implants designed to deliver electric stimulation to parts of the brain associated with memories.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (Darpa) has funded the effort in the hope it could heal thousands of soldiers suffering from long-term memory loss.

But the 'neuroprosthetic' devices could also be of use for people whose memory is faltering due to ageing or strokes.

Research teams from the University of Southern California and University of Pennsylvania have been testing the technology on epilepsy patients.

These patients already have electrodes implanted in their brains, which means the experts didn't need to insert the prostheses in new patients through risky brain surgery.

The research centred on the hippocampus, a seahorse-shaped part of the brain associated with the formation of memories.

The hippocampus gathers sensory information that is then transformed into short-term memories, between 15 and 30 seconds.

These can then form more lasting memories, but only if they are accessed while the hippocampus is storing them.

People with significant memory deficits typically have a damaged hippocampus.

The USC team, led by brain implants expert Ted Berger, were interested in two particular areas of the hippocampus, called CA3 and CA1.

In particular, the team thought that an electrical signal travelling from CA3 to CA1 was key to memory formation.

Therefore, they tried to recreate a similar signal in order to restore the hippocampus' functionality.

Brain implants that mimic the signals sent in the brain were found to boost memory in monkeys, and a human trial is underway

To do this, the researchers monitored the brain of 12 epilepsy patients performing a memory exercise that included memorising pictures to see how CA3 and CA1 interacted.

Eventually, they developed a mathematical model to predict the pattern of the signal CA3 would fire to CA1. The predictions were correct 80 per cent of the time.

The USC team's idea is that brain implants could provide electrical stimulation resembling that key CA3 signal to improve memory in patients with hippocampus damage.

A study the team carried out on monkeys in 2013 yielded promising results, as targeted stimulation significantly improved the animals' memory performance.

WHAT IS THE HIPPOCAMPUS?

The hippocampus is an area at the back of the brain, housed in the medial temporal lobe. Its name,literally, means 'seahorse', as it has an elongated and slightly curled shape.

It is in charge of transforming sensory information into short-term memories, which it stores for about 15-30 seconds.

Only memories that are accessed during this storage phase are later transformed into lasting memories.

According to the USC study, the electrical interaction between two sections of the hippocampus called CA1 and CA3 play a decisive role in long-term memory creation.

Now Dr Berger and his colleagues are testing the system on an epileptic woman.

However, one of the researchers, Dong Song, told Nature that it was too early to judge whether it is working.

They plan to carry out more tests on people over the coming months.

University of Pennsylvania's system also used brain-embedded electrodes, but in a slightly different way.

Rather than targeting specific hippocampus areas, the researchers instead zap the whole brain section close to the hippocampus, named the medial temporal lobe.

Stimulating this zone can boost memory in patients who struggle with recalling; however, it can actually worsen memories in healthy people.

For this study, the team monitored the brain activity of 28 people with epilepsy while they performed memory tasks.

They then created an algorithm that analysed brain signals to predict when each of the participants were likely to forget a given bit of information.

The Pennsylvania team said that firing the electrodes during a period when the patient was likely to forget could boost memory by 140 per cent.

They are currently seeking approval to carry out experiments with more specific implants.

I must be in one of my pissed off moods, of course I've been pissed off more or less for the past 10 years since this began. My alternative is to give in and respond emotionally to each and every poke and jab thrown my way, like the opinions of malicious strangers should somehow be valid criticism or matter.

I STEADFASTLY REFUSE to respond in any way, verbal/mentally/emotionally/otherwise, to tactics being used against me. As for my life (past and present), it is none of anyone's business or concern. I will not open the door and respond, which in effect is giving some stranger my permission to critique my behavior and spiritual soul. You answer ONLY to you, not another breathing human being, no matter what their motives.

Shut the door on tactics directed at making you feel bad or guilty. It's bad enough to be stalked, mobbed, harassed, and intimidated every day by strangers. You don't need to start ripping yourself apart and destroy what trust and strength you have in yourself.

Change your chin of glass to one of steel, and let the crap run off w/o sticking. Because we are isolated and perps are practically the only people in our lives does not mean they are our friends and have good motives in mind when they convey their messages. (("stockholm syndrome"))

Problem: we try to relate what is happening to us, and it makes us look paranoid, schizophrenic, and in laymen terms, just plain nuts!!!!! We flail around, cry in frustration, and fall to the ground in despair. We can NEVER get anywhere trying to convince "civilians" of this new type of terrorism if we approach it from our own personal perspective, bcz the tactics are meant to make us sound delusional.

How about presenting it using a different tactic?

Construct and print up a flyer telling how to destroy a person using the tactics which are used on us. Flat out state that you can destroy a person totally and won't get caught or incarcerated by using the following tactics. What is happening to us sounds much more credible and logical and believable when presented from the perspective of the perps.

Pass these flyers around your neighborhood and community, send them anonymously to police and legislators, the local newspapers, radio and TV stations, post them in every category on craigslist, pin them up in the post office, tape them to the "OUTSIDE" of local mail boxes, slip them under the windshields of cars in parking lots, tuck them in books at the local library, spread the word on how to destroy a life w/o getting caught!!!!!

I guarantee this will get more "real" attention to our predicament because it seems plausible, then the seemingly delusional rantings we tell about when relating what is actually happening to us. If it becomes a threat (as it would be perceived if told from the perps "how to" flyer), then people will listen and be aware and afraid it could happen to them. Look at the audience that in a position to help us, and figure out what will get their attention. Otherwise, our plight is marginalized and ignored and being spoken from someone who is truly delusional.

It is time to tackle this predatory stalking issue using NEW guerrilla tactics of our own. We've been terrorized for decades w/o any real successes in stopping this covert crime. Time to change victim's tactics and hit the public hard with some reality!!! What will it hurt? Almost everything we've done so far has been neutralized by perps or been ineffective in stopping this covert criminal movement. Why not try a different approach?

Town Hall busybodies who spy on the public for ‘trivial’ offences face two years in jail under laws unveiled today.

Councils also face an outright ban on accessing the public’s internet browsing history amid fears they could misuse sweeping new State surveillance powers.

The safeguards are included in the new Investigatory Powers Bill in a bid to persuade MPs and the public the controversial legislation will not turn into a ‘snoopers’ charter’.

In the past, the so-called ‘town hall Stasi’ have mounted James Bond-style operations to check if bins are being put out on the wrong day or parents are cheating school catchment area rules.

But the legislation, to be unveiled in the House of Commons today, is still expected to trigger a massive political row and face a lengthy battle to become law. It will:

Compel internet firms to keep details of the public’s internet records for 12 months;
Force web giants to hand over the contents of encrypted apps and emails on production of a warrant;
Allow the security services to hack into personal computers and monitor the contents;
Set down in law the right of the Government’s listening post, GCHQ, to hoover up millions of pieces of people’s personal data – including mobile phone numbers and internet searches.

Today’s law will also include protections against MPs having their communications spied on as part of a concerted drive to avoid a Parliamentary revolt.

Under the draft Bill, technology firms will be required to keep records for 12 months, detailing when emails were sent or when people connected to social media sites, such as Twitter, Facebook and WhatsApp.

With a warrant, MI5, MI6, GCHQ and the police will able to find out details of the website a person has visited, but not which pages they have viewed on that site. A further warrant would be required to view the content of any communications.

Last night, Whitehall sources said councils would be prohibited from having any access to internet records. In limited circumstances, such as when they are investigating benefit fraud or dumping illegal waste, officials will still have access to mobile phone and other communications data.

But any Town Hall official who is caught misusing the data – or training it on people suspected of only ‘trivial’ offences – will be guilty of a criminal offence.

The maximum jail sentence will be two years. It will apply to all public authorities who ‘knowingly or recklessly obtain communications without lawful authority’.

A government source said: ‘Sometimes communications data is the only way to identify offenders, particularly where offences are committed online.

‘But it is important that people understand that communications data is only ever used in a necessary, proportionate and accountable way.’

In 2012, it emerged that Town Halls had been authorised to use spying powers 9,607 times over the previous three years – the equivalent of nine missions every day. The research by Big Brother Watch discovered 26 local authorities have used the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA) to spy on residents to see whose pets were responsible for dog fouling. Another seven authorities used their powers to investigate suspected breaches of the smoking ban. Suffolk County Council conducted a ‘test purchase of dating agency services’.

Since then, the law has been changed to state that a local authority which wishes to obtain communications data requires the approval of a JP or magistrate. Today’s law will also include protections against MPs having their communications spied on.

MPs voiced their fury last month when a tribunal ruled the so-called Wilson Doctrine, an historical convention which barred the use of surveillance against politicians, had no basis in law.

Members demanded to know how many warrants had been issued by ministers authorising snooping on their phone calls, emails and internet use. They will now be given specific safeguards, above and beyond those which the public have.

Officials claim the Bill will set ‘new standards for openness and transparency’, including ‘world-leading oversight arrangements’.

But Whitehall insiders are braced for a ferocious fight with civil liberties groups, campaigning MPs and the House of Lords. The battle – which will last for six months or more – is certain to focus on whether ministers or judges should give approval for intrusive spying operations, such as bugging a phone or reading the content of a suspect’s emails.

Labour and Liberal Democrat MPs, backed by some Tory backbenchers, insist ministers should hand over responsibility to the judiciary. But Theresa May, who signed 2,345 requests last year, is reluctant to give up the power to judges who are not directly accountable to Parliament or the public.

There are also concerns about the police and security services being able to get warrants signed in the middle of the night for ‘life or death’ operations. Mrs May is understood to favour a new regime where ministers would sign the warrant, but it would be scrutinised by a senior judge afterwards

NON-CONSENSUAL EXPERIMENTATION WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPONS

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I am writing you on the behalf of victims both in the United States and abroad. As you are aware, many revelations surrounding the National Security Agency’s extensive electronic dragnet have recently come to light through released records by the intelligence insider Mr. Edward Snowden. During the course of the LIBE Committee hearings even more first-hand testimony was heard from other former NSA insiders regarding the extent of NSA privacy invasion and lack of oversight regarding their methods of data collection. Their statements begin to come very close to an issue that those of us in the medical community in the United States and abroad have been keenly watching for several years now.

Over the last decade we have seen a sharp rise in the number of people coming forward with complaints of non-consensual experimentation with electromagnetic weapons designed to target both electronic hardware and the human central nervous system. While this was typically disregarded as mental illness in the past, the total global population voicing these identical complaints has exponentially grown to numbers that can no longer be attributed to delusional disorder, schizophrenia or any other described mental illness. You may be unaware that the safeguards against experimenting on the public without their consent in the United States are very lax and are included in legislation referred to as The Common Rule which is the Federal Policy regarding human subjects protection. It is written with several loopholes for the allowance of non-consensual experimentation, mostly by intelligence agencies. Hence, we have seen the necessity for the Bioethics Commission hearings in the United States after it was brought to light that Guatemalan prisoners were experimented on with contagions by the National Institutes of Health. During the course of the Bioethics Hearings, their directive was to determine if any other non-consensual experimentation was ongoing in the United States or abroad. At each of the four meetings there was included a public forum for the committee to address concerns by the public at large. Over one hundred individuals were in attendance at each of the four meetings voicing complaints of exposure and experimentation with electromagnetic weapons technologies. The effects of these technologies on the human body can only be described as torture.

Several years ago another National Security Agency insider, John St. Clair Akwei, described in detail the frequencies used by the NSA and other intelligence agencies to access and influence the human body and nervous system in his civil action against the NSA. His descriptions of technologies used to track, monitor and alter a subject’s perceptions, moods and motor control are similar to the complaints we are hearing today from victims alleging non-consensual experimentation and torture. Moreover, Vladimir Putin, in a speech in 2012, admitted that Russia is following suit in funding development of weapons that will attack the human central nervous system. His defense minister, Anatoly Serdyukov, described the weapons as directed energy weapons, wave energy weapons, genetic weapons and psychotronic weapons based upon new physics principles. Obviously, Russia intends to go down the same path of directed energy weapons research that the United States has long been on. The unfortunate truth regarding this type of technology is the ease with which it can be used remotely and non-consensually on the public without the recommended safeguards of an Institutional Review Board or any appreciable ethical oversight. In the United States this research is typically done clandestinely under the guise of national security concerns just as the NSA electronic data mining was done which is currently being covered in the LIBE Committee.

Over the last decade I have consulted with thousands of people in the United States complaining of exposure and experimentation with electromagnetic weapons technologies which include, but are not limited to, complaints of mood alteration, heart palpitations, involuntary body movements, severe headaches, blurred vision, burns to the skin, non-consensual micro-chipping and neurocognitive perturbation. It is my belief, based upon former and current publically released government research documents as well as victims complaints of torture, that this technology is being used in a non-consensual manner on the global public.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you for meeting with our representative from the International Center Against Abuse of Covert Technologies and taking the time out of your busy schedule to hear these complaints and read my letter. On behalf of the whole of humanity, I sincerely hope that these technologies will eventually be addressed in the Subcommittee on Human Rights of the European Parliament, as the use of these currently can only be described as torture and dehumanizing.

Satellite technology, presumably developed and controlled by the U.S. government, is being used to track, monitor, torture and kill people all over the world. The satellite operators establish an invisible microwave connection with peoples’ brains, providing constant tracking and silent surveillance. They can hear what we hear, see what we see and even read our thoughts - total surveillance of anyone, anywhere in the world. This technology is infinitely more frightening and Orwellian than NSA data collection.

Unfortunately, illegal surveillance is not the most serious issue. This technology can also be used as a remote, untraceable torture instrument and lethal weapon. By interacting with the brain, the operators can transmit inexplicable sounds, voices, images, smells and tastes, and cause numerous pains and sensations throughout the body. These include the sensation of electrical currents and vibrations; ear ringing; pressure on the ear drums; eye stinging and irritation; headaches; pains in the stomach, chest, heart, brain, genitals, teeth, jaws and gums; upset stomach and gastrointestinal issues; heart palpitations; shortness of breath; stinging, burning, tingling and pin prick sensations all over the body; uncontrollable itches; scratchy throat; coughing and sneezing; severe chills; dehydration; frequent urination; nasal drain; and genital stimulation/de-stimulation. The technology can interfere with your sleep and memory and cause sudden, extreme swings in energy levels and emotional states – depression, anxiety and anger.

Victims are broken down through sleep deprivation and intense physical and psychological torture in an attempt to push them to suicide or violence. Exhausted, disoriented and just trying to survive the torture, they are extremely vulnerable to anything, including false narratives, that might offer an explanation for their unimaginable pain and suffering. While it may not be “mind control” as some literature suggests, the torture can dramatically alter a victim’s thought processes and physical and emotional stability.

Aaron Alexis was targeted by satellite technology prior to the tragic Navy Yard shooting in September 2013. Many believe Miriam Carey was also targeted prior to driving 270 miles from Stamford, Connecticut to Washington D.C., and being shot and killed fleeing a White House checkpoint in October 2013. She believed she was being stalked and monitored in Stamford and had reported hearing President Obama’s voice. Many other inexplicable tragedies are likely caused by this technology.

A massive organized stalking apparatus is also being used against American citizens. They have the ability to follow, monitor, harass and threaten people across the country. Their numbers and enormous reach suggest government involvement and funding, possibly part of the vast Homeland Security apparatus. The architects created a government control system with ties to organized crime - utilizing tactics similar to the Stasi and the Nazis.
