A British owned corporation called Serco is working through all governments throughout the world including Ireland with the aim of enslaving the human race. I have been electronically harassed and psychologically tortured for more than sixteen years by the use of directed energy weapons and I now wish to know who in Ireland is directly involved in both my electronic harassment and psychological torture.
