Jan 2021: A Houston TI has measured V2K signals at 638 - 641 MHz, & 660 - 680 MHz. Another TI has measured the V2K at 473 - 478 MHz. We need other TI's to use a signal analyzer and determine the frequencies. Sweep thru 450 - 700 MHz, while the V2K signal is broadcasting. V2K information: We have reports from TI's that have been 12 feet under water - and the V2K continues. It does not come from any radar, because there are no radar signals that can penetrate 12 feet of water. Even xrays and gamma rays, cannot penetrate 12 feet of water. It is a scalar wave that carries the V2K signal, usually from a cell tower, using digital beamforming & MIMO.
The V2K signal has been measured repeatedly at 473 - 478 MHz, 638 - 641 MHz, and 660 - 680 MHz. If you receive V2K while on an aircraft at 30,000 feet - that comes from a satellite, not a cell tower, and certainly not from your neighbor's house. The V2K voice is usually generated by a computer program, similar to Adobe VoCo, which can mimic any voice.
For those with V2K, trying to explain to your family members - Take them to Best Buy, and let them listen to AfterShokz headphones. They are on display in the headphone section. Place them on your cheekbones or on top of your head, and hear the music. It does not go thru your eardrums. That is how V2K works - your skull and cartilage demodulate the sound, so you hear it. V2K uses a microwave carrier beam at 450 - 700 MHz, and your skull demodulates the sound. This is also the basic method for sending subliminal messages to the entire population.

V2K is a technology that was discovered in 1962 by Dr Allan H. Frey, and it is called the "Frey Effect." The technology can put voices in your head, that no one else can hear. There are numerous patents on this technology. The CIA uses it to harass and attack Targeted Individuals worldwide. Most of the time, the signal is sent using a microwave beam from a cell tower. The cell tower companies and the cell phone companies are complicit in these attacks. The Geneva Conventions refer to this as "Psychological Torture," and it is considered a War Crime.

Voice-to-Skull and subliminal messaging are directed from cell towers, using digital beamforming technology. You can record these messages, and with a little audio editing - you can hear the message. The CIA is experimenting on everyone, using simple, repeated statements. About 20% - 30% of the population are highly susceptible to these messages and they are called "Highly Suggestible." Such people can be manipulated to say and do almost anything. The CIA uses these people on a daily basis to harass & annoy Targeted Individuals. They are not perps. They are not Gangstalkers. They are "highly suggestible" people, that do not know that they are being manipulated. These people are literally in a deep trance, even while their eyes are open.
V2K is short for Voice-to-Skull, and it is different than subliminal messaging, because it is openly heard and the individual cannot shut it off. V2K and subliminal messaging both use the same equipment, but they operate on different frequencies. Bone conduction headphones prove that this technology is real, and anyone can purchase these at Best Buy stores - the sound is not received by your ears.
This U.S. Army manual admits that V2K is real, and they are experimenting with it.
Subliminal advertising, V2K, and messaging is not protected by the First Amendment. "In Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp. v. Public Service Commission of New York in 1979, the Supreme Court ruled that in order for marketing speech to be protected by the First Amendment, it must not be misleading. Subliminal advertising, by its very nature, does not fall under this protection. In the 1989 case, Vance v. Judas Priest, a Nevada judge ruled that subliminal messages aren't protected by the First Amendment and do constitute an invasion of privacy. "

Dr. Allan H. Frey, in his 1962 report, Human Auditory System Response to Modulated Electromagnetic Energy, which appeared in the Journal of Applied Psychology; Dr. Frey described how microwave hearing was demonstrated using a microwave transmitter that projected sound from several hundred feet.
The transmitter used pulse-modulated waves at extremely low average power levels. The transmission was immediate. The system was wireless and receiverless, and the sounds were even heard by the deaf. Then in the mid 1970s, Dr. Sharp helped to develop microwave hearing technology for DARPA by conducting research at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR). In 1973 Dr. Sharp proved that the correct modulation of microwave energy could result in the wireless and receiverless transmission of audible speech.

In 1976 it was reported by the Los Angeles Herald-Examiner that the Soviets were also conducting extensive research into microwave hearing that was brought to the attention of the US Defense Intelligence Agency. Words which appeared to be originating within a person’s skull, they reported, could be induced by microwaves. The technology was to be used for antipersonnel purposes.
A 1980 NASA document {NASA Report Number: AD-A090426; June 1, 1980) described that one can "remotely create the perception of noise in the heads of personnel by exposing them to low power, pulsed microwaves... By proper choice of pulse characteristics, intelligible speech may be created." That was 1980.
The October 1998 US Patent 4877027—Hearing System, mentioned that sound could be induced in the head of an individual using microwaves in the range of about 100 MHz to 10 GHz. The waves consist of frequency modulated bursts lasting from about 500 nanoseconds to 100 microseconds that create a sense of hearing in the individual whose head is targeted. It is effective regardless of a person’s hearing ability.
Others patents pertaining to microwave hearing, such as the August 1989, US Patent 4858612—Hearing Device, and the July of 2003, US Patent 6587729—Apparatus for Audibly Communicating Speech Using the Radio Frequency Hearing Effect, are based on similar scientific principles.
In July of 2008, New Scientist announced that Sierra Nevada Corporation planned to build a microwave gun able to project beams of sounds directly into people’s heads. The weapon, which is based on the microwave audio effect, will be used by the military. Wired’s February 2008 story, Pentagon Report: Nonlethal Weapons Could Target Brain, Mimic Schizophrenia, described how microwave weapons which create voices in people’s heads are not only possible, but have already been demonstrated.
Most researchers from the mid 1960s into the early 1990s have concluded that bone conduction (thermal expansion) is the physical mechanism that allows for microwave hearing. The detection of microwave hearing is the same in humans as it is in other mammals. Bone conduction is just a secondary pathway for sound transmission in humans and most other mammals. Bone conduction works basically in the following way: Upon hitting the skull and interacting with the soft tissue in the head, a microwave signal in the range of about 2.4 MHz to 10 GHz is down-converted to an acoustic frequency of about 5 kHz.

If you are experiencing V2K (Voice-2-skull) signals with a specific voice, or a person that you know, it is likely that the voice was recorded using Adobe Voco or similar software. According to Dr Paul F. Batcho, PhD, a former government scientist, the brain's resonant frequency around 450 MHz is used to "train" your brain to hear signals sent on this frequency. It may be possible using a signal generator and sweep scan - to jam these frequencies over an entire city. For example, a signal generator sweep of 3600 MHz thru 4000 MHz can disable the microwaves over an entire city, by jamming the tracking of individual GPS locations. The satellites would lose track of everyone on the ground, effectively stopping all harm. It is also possible to jam the frequencies of chip implants, making them impossible to track. Jamming the frequencies between 2300 MHz to 2600 MHz, would block many of them.
Alternately, it may be possible to jam the 450MHz signal by using an inexpensive walkie talkie. Baofengtech.com makes an 8 watt transmitter BaoFeng BF-F8HP, the cost is $63. By sending a signal of white noise at 450 MHz, you should be able to jam the V2K signal, so that all you hear is the white noise. This is far better than listening to the voices all day. We need some volunteers to try this.
The government criminals are aware of this vulnerability in their system, and may try to remotely disable electronic equipment, that you are using.

He has designed and performed modern versions of the classic Libet experiments. The research of John-Dylan Haynes focuses on the neural mechanisms underlying human cognitive processes. His special interests are technical and ethical foundations of mental state decoding, as well as the neuroscience of consciousness, intentions and free will.
10:15 minute mark: "What we found was that to some degree predict a person's decision - a free decision – they can choose either alternative - before they actually feel that they are making up their mind - up to 7 seconds before they think they are making up your mind. So you think you are deciding now but your brain has at least started preparing this decision seven seconds before."
Recording V2K & subliminal messaging
It is possible to make rough recordings of the V2K and subliminal messages. This is technically possible because the diaphrams in many microphones are sensitive to a certain frequency range, and will essentially demodulate some of the signal from the carrier frequency. The V2K signal is directed at the side of your head, from cell towers. The point directly above the ear, seems to be the target point for many people. Try using different microphones, such as omnidirectional (sound from all directions) and unidirectional (sound from one direction).

Hold the microphone on the side of your head, directly above your ear - and point the microphone at the cell towers in your area. In a typical city, you will have cell towers all around you. If someone is receiving the V2K signal, it is possible to place your head between theirs and the specific cell tower that is transmitting - you should be able to hear the same voices. The microwave beam is directed at the center of the head. You must first determine which cell tower is sending the V2K.

A video synchronization detector enables a video display generator to generate a video message signal corresponding to a received alphanumeric text message in synchronism with a received television signal. A video mixer selects either the received video signal or the video message signal for output. The messages produced by the video message generator are user selectable via a keyboard input. A message memory stores a plurality of alphanumeric text messages specified by user commands for use as subliminal messages. This message memory preferably includes a read only memory storing predetermined sets of alphanumeric text messages directed to differing topics. The sets of predetermined alphanumeric text messages preferably include several positive affirmations directed to the left brain and an equal number of positive affirmations directed to the right brain that are alternately presented subliminally. US PATENT 4,877,027--HEARING SYSTEM --Sound is induced in the head of a person by radiating the head with microwaves in the range of 100 megahertz to 10,000 megahertz that are modulated with a particular waveform. The waveform consists of frequency modulated bursts. Each burst is made up of ten to twenty uniformly spaced pulses grouped tightly together. The burst width is between 500 nanoseconds and 100 microseconds. The pulse width is in the range of 10 nanoseconds to 1 microsecond. The bursts are frequency modulated by the audio input to create the sensation of hearing in the person whose head is irradiated.
US PATENT 6,011,991--COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD INCLUDING BRAIN WAVE ANALYSIS AND/OR USE OF BRAIN ACTIVITY--A system and method for enabling human beings to communicate by way of their monitored brain activity. The brain activity of an individual is monitored and transmitted to a remote location (e.g. by satellite). At the remote location, the monitored brain activity is compared with pre-recorded normalized brain activity curves, waveforms, or patterns to determine if a match or substantial match is found. If such a match is found, then the computer at the remote location determines that the individual was attempting to communicate the word, phrase, or thought corresponding to the matched stored normalized signal.
US PATENT 4,858,612 - HEARING DEVICE --A method and apparatus for simulation of hearing in mammals by introduction of a plurality of microwaves into the region of the auditory cortex is shown and described. A microphone is used to transform sound signals into electrical signals which are in turn analyzed and processed to provide controls for generating a plurality of microwave signals at different frequencies. The multifrequency microwaves are then applied to the brain in the region of the auditory cortex. By this method sounds are perceived by the mammal which are representative of the original sound received by the microphone.
US PATENT 3,951,134 - APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR REMOTELY MONITORING AND ALTERING BRAIN WAVES--Apparatus for and method of sensing brain waves at a position remote from a subject whereby electromagnetic signals of different frequencies are simultaneously transmitted to the brain of the subject in which the signals interfere with one another to yield a waveform which is modulated by the subject's brain waves. The interference waveform which is representative of the brain wave activity is re-transmitted by the brain to a receiver where it is demodulated and amplified. The demodulated waveform is then displayed for visual viewing and routed to a computer for further processing and analysis. The demodulated waveform also can be used to produce a compensating signal which is transmitted back to the brain to effect a desired change in electrical activity therein.

US PATENT FOR BARCODE TATTOO--Method for verifying human identity during electronic sale transactions. A method is presented for facilitating sales transactions by electronic media. A bar code or a design is tattooed on an individual. Before the sales transaction can be consummated, the tattoo is scanned with a scanner. Characteristics about the scanned tattoo are compared to characteristics about other tattoos stored on a computer database in order to verify the identity of the buyer. Once verified, the seller may be authorized to debit the buyer's electronic bank account in order to consummate the transaction. The seller's electronic bank account may be similarly updated.
US PATENT 5,539,705 - ULTRASONIC SPEECH TRANSLATOR AND COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM--A wireless communication system undetectable by radio frequency methods for converting audio signals, including human voice, to electronic signals in the ultrasonic frequency range, transmitting the ultrasonic signal by way of acoustical pressure waves across a carrier medium, including gases, liquids, or solids, and reconverting the ultrasonic acoustical pressure waves back to the original audio signal. The ultrasonic speech translator and communication system (20) includes an ultrasonic transmitting device (100) and an ultrasonic receiving device (200). The ultrasonic transmitting device (100) accepts as input (115) an audio signal such as human voice input from a microphone (114) or tape deck.
US PATENT 5,629,678 - PERSONAL TRACKING AND RECOVERY SYSTEM--Apparatus for tracking and recovering humans utilizes an implantable transceiver incorporating a power supply and actuation system allowing the unit to remain implanted and functional for years without maintenance. The implanted transmitter may be remotely actuated, or actuated by the implantee. Power for the remote-activated receiver is generated electromechanically through the movement of body muscle. The device is small enough to be implanted in a child, facilitating use as a safeguard against kidnapping, and has a transmission range which also makes it suitable for wilderness sporting activities. A novel biological monitoring feature allows the device to be used to facilitate prompt medical dispatch in the event of heart attack or similar medical emergency. A novel sensation-feedback feature allows the implantee to control and actuate the device with certainty.

US PATENT 5,868,100 - FENCELESS ANIMAL CONTROL SYSTEM USING GPS LOCATION INFORMATION--A fenceless animal confinement system comprising portable units attached to the animal and including means for receiving GPS signals and for providing stimulation to the animal. The GPS signals are processed to provide location information which is compared to the desired boundary parameters. If the animal has moved outside the desired area, the stimulation means is activated. The signal processing circuitry may be included either within the portable unit or within a separate fixed station.

The global positioning and tracking system comprises at least one tracking device for connection to the one of the person and item of property including a processing device for determining a location of the tracking device and generating a position signal and a transmitter for transmitting said position signal.
US PATENT 5,935,054 - MAGNETIC EXCITATION OF SENSORY RESONANCES--The invention pertains to influencing the nervous system of a subject by a weak externally applied magnetic field with a frequency near 1/2 Hz. In a range of amplitudes, such fields can excite the 1/2 sensory resonance, which is the physiological effect involved in "rocking the baby".

US PATENT 6,017,302 - SUBLIMINAL ACOUSTIC MANIPULATION OF NERVOUS SYSTEMS --In human subjects, sensory resonances can be excited by subliminal atmospheric acoustic pulses that are tuned to the resonance frequency. The 1/2 Hz sensory resonance affects the autonomic nervous system and may cause relaxation, drowsiness, or sexual excitement, depending on the precise acoustic frequency near 1/2 Hz used. The effects of the 2.5 Hz resonance include slowing of certain cortical processes, sleepiness, and disorientation. For these effects to occur, the acoustic intensity must lie in a certain deeply subliminal range. Suitable apparatus consists of a portable battery-powered source of weak subaudio acoustic radiation. US PATENT 6,052,336 - APPARATUS AND METHOD OF BROADCASTING AUDIBLE SOUND USING ULTRASONIC SOUND AS A CARRIER--An ultrasonic sound source broadcasts an ultrasonic signal which is amplitude and/or frequency modulated with an information input signal originating from an information input source. If the signals are amplitude modulated, a square root function of the information input signal is produced prior to modulation. The modulated signal, which may be amplified, is then broadcast via a projector unit, whereupon an individual or group of individuals located in the broadcast region detect the audible sound.

I am a victim of voice to skull which is described in this post and I have been a victim of it on a continual ongoing basis since the spring of 2003. I perceive it as psychological torture.
