Collection agencies are using sophisticated EMF technology on specialized mobile devices that may look and act like cell phones but emit and receive a much wider and powerful range of the Electromagnetic spectrum and may have special apps used to spy stalk and harass people for illegal collection practices. The devices and apps have capabilities to extract information behind and through all walls/doors using computational techniques performed on the input and output EMF spectra and a significant distance-range which allows covert remote operation.

Besides the mobile there are also fixed versions which are likely installed in the immediate neighborhood and can deliver stronger power and wider range of functionalities executed in real time.

The app/technology has features that emit EM radiation which can act as a physical force field on bodily organs/cavities and interfere with most biological functions or neural signals traveling through the human body to a great precision. (The low freq of its range can (HAS) even be used during flights.)

Without any legality or consent the agencies can in real time monitor remotely the inner voice, visual/auditory cortex (what you are seeing/hearing/imagining/dreaming etc) and can try to bias/re-orient attention. Such capabilities are at or beyond the state of the art in neurosciences ... may include remote EEG and possibly other methods. It is a SELF-LEARNING system which gets better with the data it collects.

The collection agencies are really one giant global network that collaborates massively (internationally> share information technology etc) and is composed of capable and technically sophisticated people informed with or beyond the state of the art science and technology ... they are extremely well organized motivated and most likely know more about their collection target's entire history (physical mental and online) than the person him/herself

This is a social problem which will need consumers and regulators to be informed of the potential abuses of technology in the 21st century and take the necessary steps towards reforming the legal standards of collection and other covert surveillance practices.

This technique requires a light source to be implanted in the brain, where it can reach the cells to be controlled.MIT engineers have now developed the first light-sensitive molecule that enables neurons to be silenced noninvasively, using a light source outside the skull. This makes it possible to do long-term studies without an implanted light source. The protein, known as Jaws, also allows a larger volume of tissue to be influenced at once.This noninvasive approach could pave the way to using optogenetics in human patients to treat epilepsy and other neurological disorders, the researchers say, although much more testing and development is needed. Led by Ed Boyden, an associate professor of biological engineering and brain and cognitive sciences at MIT, the researchers described the protein in the June 29 issue of Nature Neuroscience.Optogenetics, a technique developed over the past 15 years, has become a common laboratory tool for shutting off or stimulating specific types of neurons in the brain, allowing neuroscientists to learn much more about their functions.The neurons to be studied must be genetically engineered to produce light-sensitive proteins known as opsins, which are channels or pumps that influence electrical activity by controlling the flow of ions in or out of cells. Researchers then insert a light source, such as an optical fiber, into the brain to control the selected neurons.Such implants can be difficult to insert, however, and can be incompatible with many kinds of experiments, such as studies of development, during which the brain changes size, or of neurodegenerative disorders, during which the implant can interact with brain physiology. In addition, it is difficult to perform long-term studies of chronic diseases with these implants.Mining nature’s diversityTo find a better alternative, Boyden, graduate student Amy Chuong, and colleagues turned to the natural world. Many microbes and other organisms use opsins to detect light and react to their environment. Most of the natural opsins now used for optogenetics respond best to blue or green light.Boyden’s team had previously identified two light-sensitive chloride ion pumps that respond to red light, which can penetrate deeper into living tissue. However, these molecules, found in the bacteria Haloarcula marismortui and Haloarcula vallismortis, did not induce a strong enough photocurrent — an electric current in response to light — to be useful in controlling neuron activity.Chuong set out to improve the photocurrent by looking for relatives of these proteins and testing their electrical activity. She then engineered one of these relatives by making many different mutants. The result of this screen, Jaws, retained its red-light sensitivity but had a much stronger photocurrent — enough to shut down neural activity.“This exemplifies how the genomic diversity of the natural world can yield powerful reagents that can be of use in biology and neuroscience,” says Boyden, who is a member of MIT’s Media Lab and the McGovern Institute for Brain Research.Using this opsin, the researchers were able to shut down neuronal activity in the mouse brain with a light source outside the animal’s head. The suppression occurred as deep as 3 millimeters in the brain, and was just as effective as that of existing silencers that rely on other colors of light delivered via conventional invasive illumination.A key advantage to this opsin is that it could enable optogenetic studies of animals with larger brains, says Garret Stuber, an assistant professor of psychiatry and cell biology and physiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.“In animals with larger brains, people have had difficulty getting behavior effects with optogenetics, and one possible reason is that not enough of the tissue is being inhibited,” he says. “This could potentially alleviate that.”Restoring visionWorking with researchers at the Friedrich Miescher Institute for Biomedical Research in Switzerland, the MIT team also tested Jaws’s ability to restore the light sensitivity of retinal cells called cones. In people with a disease called retinitis pigmentosa, cones slowly atrophy, eventually causing blindness.Friedrich Miescher Institute scientists Botond Roska and Volker Busskamp have previously shown that some vision can be restored in mice by engineering those cone cells to express light-sensitive proteins. In the new paper, Roska and Busskamp tested the Jaws protein in the mouse retina and found that it more closely resembled the eye’s natural opsins and offered a greater range of light sensitivity, making it potentially more useful for treating retinitis pigmentosa.This type of noninvasive approach to optogenetics could also represent a step toward developing optogenetic treatments for diseases such as epilepsy, which could be controlled by shutting off misfiring neurons that cause seizures, Boyden says. “Since these molecules come from species other than humans, many studies must be done to evaluate their safety and efficacy in the context of treatment,” he says.Boyden’s lab is working with many other research groups to further test the Jaws opsin for other applications. The team is also seeking new light-sensitive proteins and is working on high-throughput screening approaches that could speed up the development of such proteins.The research at MIT was funded by Jerry and Marge Burnett, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, the Human Frontiers Science Program, the IET A. SCIENTISTS CAN NOW CONTROL MICE BRAINS WIRELESSLY

Now a team of researchers has figured out a way to tinker with the neural networks of mice in real time, using a wireless controller that can both shine light on the brain and deliver drugs to it. The device even lets scientists control the movements of their test mice from afar.Neural circuits are thought to be key for various neurological disorders having to do with stress, depression, addiction, and pain—researchers can study them by adding various chemicals or light to neurons to mimic the disease. But observing or manipulating neural circuits to figure out how they work has been notoriously difficult. When researchers do tests on mice, the animals have to be awake and moving around, but the devices to monitor their brain activity are usually hooked up to wires, so they can’t move freely. When they’re implanted, the devices often displace a substantial amount of the mouse’s brain tissue, which could change the outcome of the experiments.In this recent study, published last week in Cell, researchers tested a device made of soft materials and just one-tenth the width of a human hair—much less invasive than the devices typically used in drug injection experiments. The devices were also hooked up to tiny batteries so that they didn’t need to be attached to wires and contained reservoirs of the drugs or viruses that they wanted to test so that they could be injected wirelessly.To test the devices, researchers implanted them in the brains of several mice, which were put in a cage about three feet from the remote control. The device allowed them to precisely map the mice’s neural circuits by injecting viruses that label cells with genetic dyes. By injecting a morphine-like drug to the ventral tegmental area (VTA) of the brain that controls motivation and addiction, the researchers made the mice walk in circles. Viruses injected into the mice’s brains using the device made certain neurons in the VTA very sensitive to light; when the researchers shined light on those neurons using the device, the mice stayed only on one side of their cage.In the study the researchers provide explicit instructions for how to manufacture the device, which contains four LEDs and has the capacity to inject four different chemicals or drugs into the mice’s brains. The researchers hope that other scientists will use their plans to discover more about how neural networks work to create or treat diseases.

Is Your Brain Really a Computer, or Is It a Quantum Orchestra?

Scientists and philosophers have historically likened the brain to contemporary information technology, from the ancient Greeks comparing memory to a 'seal ring in wax,' to the 19th century brain as a 'telegraph switching circuit,' to Freud's sub-conscious desires 'boiling over like a steam engine,' to a hologram, and finally, the computer.Because brain neurons and synapses appear to act like switches and 'bits' in computers, and because brain disorders like depression, Alzheimer's disease and traumatic brain injury ravage humanity with limited effective therapies, scientists, governments and funding agencies have bet big on the brain-as-computer analogy. For example billions of dollars and euros are being poured into 'brain mapping,' the notion that identifying, and then simulating brain neurons and their synaptic connections can reproduce brain function, e.g. the 'human brain project' in Europe, and the Allen Institute's efforts in Seattle to map the mouse cortex. But the bet, so far at least, isn't paying off.For example, beginning more modestly, a world-wide consortium has simulated the already-known 302 neuron 'brain' of a simple round worm called C elegans. The biological worm is fairly active, swimming nimbly and purposefully, but the simulated C elegans just lies there, with no functional behavior. Something is missing. Funding agencies are getting nervous. Bring in the 'P.R. guys.'In a New York Times piece, 'Face It, Your Brain is a Computer' (June 27, 2015), NYU psychologist/neuroscientist Gary Marcus desperately beats the dead horse. Following a series of failures by computers to simulate basic brain functions (much less approach 'The C-word', consciousness) Marcus is left to ask, in essence, if the brain isn't a computer, what else could it possibly be?Actually, the brain is looking more like an orchestra, a multi-scalar vibrational resonance system, than a computer. Brain information patterns repeat over spatiotemporal scales in fractal-like, nested hierarchies of neuronal networks, with resonances and interference beats. One example of a multi-scalar spatial mapping is the 2014 Nobel Prize-winning work (O'Keefe, Moser and Moser) on 'grid cells', hexagonal representations of spatial location arrayed in layers of entorhinal cortex, each layer encoding a different spatial scale. Moving from layer to layer in entorhinal cortex is precisely like zooming in and out in a Google map.Indeed, neuroscientist Karl Pribram's assessment of the brain as a 'holographic storage device' (which Marcus dismisses) seems now on-target. Holograms encode distributed information as multi-scalar interference of coherent vibrations, e.g. from lasers. Pribram lacked a proper coherent source, a laser in the brain, but evidence now points to structures inside brain neurons called microtubules as sources of laser-like coherence for the brain's vibrational hierarchy.Microtubules are cylindrical lattice polymers of the protein 'tubuln', major components of the structural cytoskeleton inside cells, and the brain's most prevalent protein. Their lattice structure and self-organization have suggested microtubule information processing, stemming from Charles Sherrington (1951) calling them 'the cell's nervous system'. In the 1980s, my colleagues and I proposed microtubules acted like computers, specifically as Boolean switching matrices, or molecular automata, processing information, encoding memory, oscillating coherently and regulating neuronal functions from within.For the past 20 years I've teamed with British physicist Sir Roger Penrose on a quantum theory of consciousness ('orchestrated objective reduction', 'Orch OR') linking microtubule quantum processes to fluctuations in the structure of the universe. Our idea was criticized harshly, as the brain seemed too 'warm, wet and noisy' for apparently delicate quantum coherence. But evidence now clearly shows (1) plant photosynthesis routinely uses quantum coherence in warm sunlight (if a potato can do it....?), and (2) microtubules have quantum resonances in gigahertz, megahertz and kilohertz frequency ranges (the work of Anirban Bandyopadhyay and colleagues at National Institute of Material Science in Tsukuba, Japan).These coherent 'fractal frequencies' in microtubules apparently couple to even faster, smaller-scale terahertz vibrations among intra-tubulin 'pi electron resonance clouds', and to slower ones, e.g. by interference 'beats' giving rise to larger scale EEG. My colleagues and I (Craddock et al, 2015) have identified a 'quantum underground' inside microtubules where anesthetic gases bind to selectively erase consciousness, dampening and dispersing terahertz dipole vibrations. A multi-scalar, vibrational hierarchy could play key roles in neuronal and brain functions, driven at the 'bottom', inside neurons, by microtubule quantum resonators.The most likely sites for consciousness are microtubule networks in dendrites and soma of cortical layer 5 giant pyramidal neurons whose apical dendrites give rise to EEG. Dendritic-somatic microtubules are unique, being interrupted and arrayed in mixed polarity networks, unsuited for structural support but optimal for information processing, resonance and interference.Finally, Marcus raises 2 points, which should be addressed.Citing conventional wisdom, he concedes 'the brain's nerve cells are too slow and variable to be a good match for the transistors and logic gates that we use in modern computers.'True! But microtubules inside those nerve cells act at terahertz through gigahertz, megahertz and kilohertz frequencies, and are a very good match, in fact far, far better.Finally, Marcus says 'We need to find a common underlying circuit...logic block that can be configured, and reconfigured...to do a wide range of tasks...highly orchestrated sets of fundamental building blocks,... 'field-programmable gate arrays', ...'computational primitives....the Rosetta stone that unlocks the brain.I agree completely. And microtubules inside neurons provide exactly, precisely, 100 percent what Marcus is looking for. Viewing neurons as computational primitives is an insult to neurons. Brain mappers should look deeper, smaller, faster, inside neurons. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I am writing you on the behalf of victims both in the United States and abroad. As you are aware, many revelations surrounding the National Security Agency’s extensive electronic dragnet have recently come to light through released records by the intelligence insider Mr. Edward Snowden. During the course of the LIBE Committee hearings even more first-hand testimony was heard from other former NSA insiders regarding the extent of NSA privacy invasion and lack of oversight regarding their methods of data collection. Their statements begin to come very close to an issue that those of us in the medical community in the United States and abroad have been keenly watching for several years now.

Over the last decade we have seen a sharp rise in the number of people coming forward with complaints of non-consensual experimentation with electromagnetic weapons designed to target both electronic hardware and the human central nervous system. While this was typically disregarded as mental illness in the past, the total global population voicing these identical complaints has exponentially grown to numbers that can no longer be attributed to delusional disorder, schizophrenia or any other described mental illness. You may be unaware that the safeguards against experimenting on the public without their consent in the United States are very lax and are included in legislation referred to as The Common Rule which is the Federal Policy regarding human subjects protection. It is written with several loopholes for the allowance of non-consensual experimentation, mostly by intelligence agencies. Hence, we have seen the necessity for the Bioethics Commission hearings in the United States after it was brought to light that Guatemalan prisoners were experimented on with contagions by the National Institutes of Health. During the course of the Bioethics Hearings, their directive was to determine if any other non-consensual experimentation was ongoing in the United States or abroad. At each of the four meetings there was included a public forum for the committee to address concerns by the public at large. Over one hundred individuals were in attendance at each of the four meetings voicing complaints of exposure and experimentation with electromagnetic weapons technologies. The effects of these technologies on the human body can only be described as torture.

Several years ago another National Security Agency insider, John St. Clair Akwei, described in detail the frequencies used by the NSA and other intelligence agencies to access and influence the human body and nervous system in his civil action against the NSA. His descriptions of technologies used to track, monitor and alter a subject’s perceptions, moods and motor control are similar to the complaints we are hearing today from victims alleging non-consensual experimentation and torture. Moreover, Vladimir Putin, in a speech in 2012, admitted that Russia is following suit in funding development of weapons that will attack the human central nervous system. His defense minister, Anatoly Serdyukov, described the weapons as directed energy weapons, wave energy weapons, genetic weapons and psychotronic weapons based upon new physics principles. Obviously, Russia intends to go down the same path of directed energy weapons research that the United States has long been on. The unfortunate truth regarding this type of technology is the ease with which it can be used remotely and non-consensually on the public without the recommended safeguards of an Institutional Review Board or any appreciable ethical oversight. In the United States this research is typically done clandestinely under the guise of national security concerns just as the NSA electronic data mining was done which is currently being covered in the LIBE Committee.

Over the last decade I have consulted with thousands of people in the United States complaining of exposure and experimentation with electromagnetic weapons technologies which include, but are not limited to, complaints of mood alteration, heart palpitations, involuntary body movements, severe headaches, blurred vision, burns to the skin, non-consensual micro-chipping and neurocognitive perturbation. It is my belief, based upon former and current publically released government research documents as well as victims complaints of torture, that this technology is being used in a non-consensual manner on the global public.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you for meeting with our representative from the International Center Against Abuse of Covert Technologies and taking the time out of your busy schedule to hear these complaints and read my letter. On behalf of the whole of humanity, I sincerely hope that these technologies will eventually be addressed in the Subcommittee on Human Rights of the European Parliament, as the use of these currently can only be described as torture and dehumanizing.

Not everyone experiences the same form of torture, or from the same sources. So, this applies to those who are mainly harassed and tormented/tortured 24/7/365 by clueless minions who are experimenting and looking to you for feedback to see what tactics work and what does not.

I've been GS'd for 15 years. There is not a room in my home which is not bugged, and that includes GPS trackers on my vehicles. Some of the tactics and equipment used on me have been uncomfortable, detrimental and downright painful. WITHOUT exception, I've found that if I can suffer through the current tactic* w/o giving ANY feedback (verbal or visual), the perps eventually change tactics. Of every 20 tactics tried, usually only one is "almost" intolerable. It is a horrible cross to bear, especially silently. But, you have to ask yourself if it's worth more to curse and swear at them (feedback which will sadly only provide perps w/more entertainment and feedback), or suffer in silence and make them think that what they are doing is having no effect.

Perps/bullies need reinforcement. To get power, they MUST have positive reinforcement that what they are doing is working. You may not be able to stop them, but you certainly can outsmart them by refusing to respond in the way they need you to.

I sincerely hope my experiences and advice will help at least one tortured TI.

* if the tactic is detrimental, obviously take steps to protect yourself; incorporate your protection in your life, then continue as before w/o missing a beat

(NaturalNews) When it comes to the business of keeping an eye on the general public, the U.S. government believes it should go big or go home, so it has decided to go big.

As reported by News.com.au of Australia, a small, private company has developed a surveillance system of Orwellian proportions that just put Big Brother on steroids.

About 18 miles above any chosen city, a balloon aircraft hovers out of sight of the tens of thousands of people below, circling continuously while surveying the metropolis below.

Every second, the aircraft takes a photo of the entire city and all things occurring within a 40-square-mile radius. The images are then beamed to a control center, where technicians create what is essentially akin to a Google map of everything that is occurring at the moment.

News.com.au further reported:

When a crime occurs, teams of analysts simply scroll back in time to the scene of the incident and identify those involved. From that point, they can follow the target by clicking forward through the images to the present moment and pinpoint their location.

Ostensibly, surveillance is about preventing and prosecuting crimes - and while it's only been used in a handful of cities, Persistent Surveillance Systems (PSS) are designed to do just that.

The times it has been used on U.S. soil, the tool has allowed authorities to solve crimes in a matter of minutes.

Of course, the implications for privacy -- or more accurately, the lack of privacy -- are immense as the device can also be installed onboard planes.

News.com.au reported that the concept for the design was actually conceived over a couple of beers, according to PPS founder Ross McNutt, who drew up the initial plans on the back of a napkin.

"We developed the system quickly to get an initial capability [within] about 18 months. We have since spent the last eight years perfecting it, lowering the cost, and increasing the effectiveness," he told News.com.au. He added that the concept was tailored for U.S. forces fighting in Iraq, which did not appear to be going well in 2004.

"The IEDs [improvised explosive device] were killing many of our troops and our commander asked that we see what we could do to help," he said.

At the time, McNutt was teaching at the Air Force Institute of Technology. He and others shared a desire to assist U.S. forces who were then battling against insurgent tactics used by troops loyal to Saddam Hussein.

"We developed an idea that would allow us to track bombers back to the place they came from so we could then address the source of the bombs," he said.

A marketing video of the device shows that users can actually track vehicles and travelers back to where they came from.

Ultimately, the technology proved exceptional in capturing or neutralizing those planting IEDs; since its initial development, the U.S. Air Force has spent some $1 billion to improve and enhance it.

While there are certainly privacy concerns, McNutt says that the economics of the system alone are enough to justify its use over American cities. News.com.au reported:

According to the National Institute of Justice, Dayton Ohio has 27,000 reported crimes per year, 70 to 80 per day and nearly 10,000 serious crimes, such as rape, murder and assault, which amount to a cost of $US3400 per person each year.

"PSS believes we will contribute to reducing the crime in Dayton by 20 per cent to 30 per cent," McNutt said, adding that would amount to a yearly savings of between $96 million and $144 million.

Apparently, that is the price of the Fourth Amendment.

"We have developed a whole host of privacy policies and procedures that protect people privacies. In addition we have designed the system to be limited to one pixel per person, which only allows us to barely see a person and track them to a car," McNutt insisted. "We only support reported crime investigation and ongoing criminal investigations."

Millions of Americans simply won't believe that, given the NSA's recent abuses and the Obama administration's desire to spy on all Americans, all the time.

An implant that alerts doctors to symptom changes before they are even noticed by the patient is to be given to heart failure sufferers, with the hope that they will have fewer episodes of illness and better quality of life.

Trials have shown that the device, shaped like a tiny clockwork butterfly and about the size of a 5p piece, could reduce hospital admissions by as much as 40 per cent.

The implant allows doctors to remotely detect fluctuations in blood pressure in the pulmonary artery, which supplies the heart with oxygenated blood from the lungs, and adjust medication accordingly.

Until now, consultants have relied on blood pressure readings taken by external monitors, such as the old-fashioned inflatable arm cuff.

This device is fitted with a sensor that transmits a signal to a small receiver kept on a patient’s bedside table at home, for instance. The data is then passed on to an external website, translated into a blood pressure reading and monitored by clinicians.

The aim is to offer it to the tens of thousands of patients with the most severe forms of the condition.

The new CardioMEMS HF System has been proven in clinical trials to be extremely accurate, not only significantly reducing the need for hospital admissions but also improving quality of life, as patients are able to stay symptom-free.

The Royal Brompton Hospital, part of the Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Foundation Trust, London, is the first to trial the £13,000-a-time procedure. So far, seven patients have had the device fitted.

Consultant cardiologist Professor Martin Cowie told how he was at a conference in Brazil but was able to see that one of his patients was dehydrated, thanks to the system, and contacted them to tell them to drink more water.

He said: ‘An admission to hospital often results in a stay of a week or more. If we can reduce the number of times a patients ends up on a ward by three, the device has paid for itself. Until now, monitoring has taken place during regular clinical appointments or at the patient’s request after he or she has started feeling unwell.’

Heart failure, also known as congestive heart failure, is a common condition that develops after the heart becomes damaged or weakened. It leaves the heart unable to pump blood out effectively.

In addition, the muscle may not relax properly to accommodate the flow of blood back from the lungs to the heart.

About 750,000 individuals are living with heart failure in the UK, with more than 27,000 new cases diagnosed each year. Numbers of patients are rising as more patients survive heart attacks and other acute heart conditions.

The congestion in the lungs and lack of oxygen causes symptoms including shortness of breath and fatigue. The abnormalities in heart function can cause fluid to build in the lungs and in other parts of the body such as the ankles, and lower back, causing swelling and weight gain.

Incidence is 60 per cent higher in men than in women. There is no cure, so treatment involves and slowing disease progression.

Medication controls blood pressure and the pumping action of the heart, and in some cases a pacemaker can be fitted.

Lifestyle changes such as cutting down on salt to help keep blood pressure low are also advised. However, problems can be frequent and until now they have been difficult to anticipate. Prof Cowie said: ‘Some patients can end up in A&E a dozen times a year, which is distressing, and a burden for the NHS.’

The CardioMEMS device is implanted during a procedure similar to that used to fit stents.

First, an incision is made in an artery in the groin and then a catheter carrying the implant is threaded through the vascular system until it reaches the pulmonary artery.

The device is held in place by two flexible metal loops on either side of the device – the butterfly’s ‘wings’.

The operation is carried out using only a local anaesthetic and mild sedation, and takes about 20 minutes. Patients can go home the same day, if there are no complications. The device does not require batteries or leads and is designed to last for the lifetime of the patient.

One of the first patients at the Royal Brompton Hospital to benefit is Reg Youngman, 76, from Chorleywood, Hertfordshire.

After living with heart problems since childhood, Mr Youngman was diagnosed with heart failure as an adult. In 1998 he had surgery and two years later received a pacemaker at Harefield Hospital.

In the past 12 months, Mr Youngman’s worsening condition has resulted in him being admitted to hospital, or attending outpatient appointments, some 40 times.

He said: ‘When I was told about this new device I thought, if it might help, I’m all for it. It’s amazing to think that if anything is going wrong with my heart, my doctors will know before I do. I’m hoping it will mean they’re able to spot problems really early, before I’m rushed into hospital as an emergency.’

Former National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter, infamous geopolitical “strategist” (read: al-Qaeda architect), and current Barack Obama advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski called it nearly half a century ago.

In his book Between Two Ages: America’s Role in the Technetronic Era originally published in 1970, he laid out what our future ruled by technocratic elites in a scientific dictatorship would look like.

And he was spot on.

Another threat, less overt but no less basic, confronts liberal democracy. More directly linked to the impact of technology, it involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled and directed society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite whose claim to political power would rest on allegedly superior scientific know-how.

Unhindered by the restraints of traditional liberal values, this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior and keeping society under close surveillance and control. Under such circumstances, the scientific and technological momentum of the country would not be reversed but would actually feed on the situation it exploits.

Modern techniques for “influencing public behavior”?

You don’t say…

Just think about where we are now.

As Truthstream previously reported, former managing director of the board of directors of Wall Street investment firm Dillon, Read & Co, as well as former Assistant Secretary of Housing and Federal Housing Commissioner in the Dept. of H.U.D. during the Bush 41 administration, Catherine Austin Fitts relayed a chilling conversation she overheard circa 1984 while working on Wall Street, where executives discussed how brainwave entrainment technology was about to be deployed through the television waves.

Fitts said she was so frightened by hearing a conversation she was never authorized to hear, that she threw out her TV for good. She further warns that the television is not the only media device that uses these techniques – and by now, surely more advanced techniques – to persuade consumers, quell opposition and encourage the status quo. Other media devices are also “compromised,” Fitts says, so users should be aware of its affects on cell phones, radios, the Internet.

What do those advanced techniques look like today? This doesn’t even consider, say, extremely low frequency wave weapons whose study began under the CIA’s project MKUltra and have no doubt transcended into something nightmarish in modern times. This is before we get to issue of targeted individuals or whether or not we are literally living in the movie They Live.

On the other hand, the National Security Administration and other government agencies use every form of new technology the public finds out about (fake cell phone towers, stingray devices, etc.) to database and spy on the American people wholesale. And that’s just what we find out about, not including the trillions that have undoubtedly been spent on black budget projects. Our 4th Amendment is nearly non-existent, which is why last year Bilderberg 2014 rhetorically asked “Does privacy exist?” It’s a foregone conclusion.

When a new technology does come out that could really benefit mankind and possibly shift the entire structure of society to a freer one, affording more liberty to the people stumbling around in it… The kinds of hypothetical energy ideas Tesla was working towards perhaps or the types of frequency cures Wilhelm Reich was jailed and possibly killed over or Royal Raymond Rife was chased out of the country for… Those technologies are squashed under the smothering safety blanket of “National Security”.

Ever heard of the Invention Secrecy Act? Our government has classified thousands of patents this way and threatened the inventors that if they even so much as talk about their inventions, they could be tossed in federal prison for decades. On top of that is the Sensitive Application Warning System (SAWS), which delays a patent’s approval process under the same guise for however long the government feels like it, basically. CE reported, “One great example (out of many) of delayed patent applications comes from Dr. Gerald F. Ross. He filed a patent application for a new invention he had devised to defeat the jamming of electromagnetic transmissions at specified frequencies. It was not until June 17, 2014 (almost 37 years later) that this patent was granted.”

While many inventions can relate to military applications, there are a lot of things that could be used for so much more than that. Federation of American Scientists Project Director on Government Secrecy Steven Aftergood notes that a FOIA request to retrieve the list of technology that patents are currently screened and silenced under has been denied. However, “the 1971 list indicates that patents for solar photovoltaic generators were subject to review and possible restriction if the photovoltaics were more than 20% efficient. Energy conversion systems were likewise subject to review and possible restriction if they offered conversion efficiencies ‘in excess of 70-80%'”.

So making energy more efficient is classified as “detrimental” to national security, huh?

See how that works?

Simply put, the system hoards all the “good science” for itself, and then usually silences it to keep things status quo or uses it for military applications. Technology starts out neutral, but whatever they get, rest assured they’ll always apply it to the potential of weapons of war first before even considering the possibility of advancing humanity.

It’s the second decade of the 21st century and we’re just now getting to a place where solar panels are a well-known and used technology. Go ahead and consider why that is.

Brzezinski continues:

Persisting social crisis, the emergence of a charismatic personality, and the exploitation of mass media to obtain public confidence would be the steppingstones in the piecemeal transformation of the United States into a highly controlled society. In different ways, both the doctrinarian and the conservative might find the temptations inherent in the new techniques of social control too difficult to resist. The inclination of the doctrinaire left to legitimize means by ends could lead them to justify more social control on the ground that it serves progress. The conservatives, preoccupied with public order and fascinated by modern gadgetry, would be tempted to use the new techniques as a response to unrest, since they would fail to recognize that social control is not the only way to deal with rapid social change. [emphasis added]

Stop me when any of this sounds a little too familiar…

(NaturalNews) The cult of "science" has a fetish for trying to amalgamate humanity with machine. And its latest endeavor in this pursuit has taken the form of an emerging brain implant technology that would render humans part flesh, part computer.

Researchers from the University of California, Berkeley (UCB), have come up with a concept they've dubbed "neural dust" that they say can be implanted into people's brains for data collection purposes. And the technology is reportedly so small that humans wouldn't even know it was inside their heads.

Using a special wire apparatus, the neural dust can be "dipped" into a person's cerebral cortex, report scientists, where it would remain embedded indefinitely. And since it's powered by special piezoelectric materials, this dust wouldn't require a recharge, which means once it's there, it's there for good.

According to reports, this neural dust contains a complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) that allows it to monitor and track a person's brain activity. After gathering this data, the dust then transmits it to a special transmitter installed on a person's scalp.

Here's how The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) describes the technology:

"Thousands of biologically neutral microsensors, on the order of one-tenth of a millimeter (approximately the thickness of a human hair), would convert electrical signals into ultrasound that could be read outside the brain."

So what's the purpose of such invasive technology? The team that came up with the idea claims neural dust could be used to treat chronic diseases and "severe disabilities" with greater ease. This is often the excuse linked to human-machine alchemy projects -- it's to help people!

On the flip side, microscopic cranial implants offer a way for nefarious entities to literally enter the minds of humans, perhaps undetected, and track their thoughts and behaviors. This is a much more likely scenario -- a type of "Mark of the Beast" for one's brain that could even allow governments to control people's minds.

Before relegating all this to the conspiracy theory dustbin, consider the fact that the American military has openly admitted to funding brain-computer projects capable of controlling people's thoughts and emotions. And none other than Jose Carmena, a professor from UCB, who also worked on the neural dust project, helped lead the project.

To the tune of $70 million, the U.S. military funded research into implantable electrodes that could be installed into people's brains to both read and control their emotions. And once again, the reasoning was to help "mentally ill people" recover from their demons and addictions.

"Imagine if I have an addiction to alcohol and I have a craving," stated Carmena to MIT Technology Review. "We could detect that feeling and then stimulate inside the brain to stop it from happening."

Obama's "BRAIN Initiative" pushes government mind-control agenda

Both projects fall in line with the Obama regime's "BRAIN Initiative," a so-called "brain-mapping" program being actively funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The program is being branded as a "support" system for injured veterans and war fighters, but others recognize it as an attempt at totalitarian mind-control.

"Our generation has outlived science fiction," wrote New York Times (NYT) columnist William Safire back in 2002, warning even back then about the dangers of this emerging technology.

"Just as we have anti-depressants today to elevate mood, tomorrow we can expect a kind of Botox for the brain to smooth out wrinkled temperaments, to turn shy people into extroverts, or to bestow a sense of humor on a born grouch. But what price will human nature pay for these nonhuman artifices? What does the flattening of people's physical and mental differences, accompanied by a forced fitting of mental misfits, do to the diversity of personality that makes interpersonal dynamics so fascinating?"

“If you’re thinking Minority Report, that’s not happening,” software producer insists

The New York City Police Department is preparing to implement a controversial software program designed to predict when and where crime will occur.

The software, known as “HunchLab,” analyzes everything from local crime statistics to weather patterns in order to provide officers with a detailed map of likely crime hotspots.

According to the NYPD, the software will be used in three precincts for more than two years under a pilot program before police decide whether to roll out the technology department-wide.

“Predictive policing will allow the NYPD to make better data-driven decisions about deployments,” the NYPD said. “The Department has been experimenting with custom-built algorithms that have been shown to be better predictors of crime incidents than traditional hotspot analysis.”

Part of a multi-million dollar technology initiative, the pilot program has already caused concern among civil liberties groups. According to HunchLab’s producer, Azavea CEO Robert Cheetham, fear over the program is unfounded.

“We’re not predicting where crime is going to happen any more than a weather forecaster literally predicts where rain is going to fall,” Cheetham told the Capital. “If you’re thinking Minority Report, that’s not happening.”

Andrew Guthrie Ferguson, a law professor at the University of the District of Columbia, worries that such technology could eventually be used to target specific individuals.

“To stop you and frisk you and search you, a police officer needs reasonable suspicion, so my question is how will this affect reasonable suspicion?” Ferguson said. “How do you cross-examine a computer?”

Although several departments have discontinued the use of predictive-policing software due to questionable success rates, many others are acquiring the technology as police rely more and more on data-collection.

Just last April the Miami Police Department obtained HunchLab as well with help from a $600,000 Bureau of Justice Assistance grant.

Similar software programs such as “PredPol” have also been in use by multiple departments across the country.

“We all thought it was somewhat hocus pocus and Minority Report,” Lt. LeAnne Browning of the Los Angeles Police Department said. “We could see if PredPol was predicting fairly well. It’s kind of scary, because they were.”

It’s the Internet site “Domestic Surveillance Directorate. Defending Our Nation. Securing The Citizen,” which identifies itself as a “parody” on the NSA (National Security Agency). The parody site does an excellent job, so I encourage readers to study it thoroughly, as it contains too much information to talk about here. However, what I do want to point out is something that may not be apparent to readers and technology consumers, and that is the overpowering aspect of total surveillance those “smart” tech gadgets and appliances provide for serious controllers like governments, but also for mischievous snoops like hackers—either domestic or foreign. Having said that, I’d like to point out something that ‘jumped’ out at me while considering the graphic below, and that is, the role of radiofrequency non-ionizing radiation (RFs) and electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs) in surveillance—something I hope no one doubts is not going on at every level. Spying Toolbox Source: The ANT Catalog One “extraordinary and special surveillance device” is not pictured and should be: It is the AMI Smart Meter (SM), the analog replacement meter for utilities—electric, gas and water. However, there’s circumstantial evidence that SMs should be portrayed in this chart, which is the fact that cell phone networks and mobile phones are listed as surveillance [spying] devices. Both those technologies use RFs and EMFs to relay information. So do AMI Smart Meters collect and relay information from within homes/buildings, plus SMs can transmit instructions from “headquarters” to “smart appliances” inside homes, i.e., to any ‘smart’ appliance homeowners own that have built-in ‘smart’ tracking technology. SMs do their work by using cell phone RF and EMF technology, similar towers and, perhaps, “special catch-all” towers called “stingrays,” towers that are much more than you think they are when you drive past them. I’d suggest readers check out the threads on the ACLU’s website about stingrays. You may not be aware of what’s going on! Now, here’s something that utilities deny will happen to the information collected from within homes and buildings: It’s the resale of personal information collected from within residences to and for specific interests. That should be outlawed by every state legislative body that enacts SM installation law(s), as there are several legal problems involved, which no one wants to recognize and admit. The primary issue is the blatant disregard and dismantling of both the U.S. Constitution and every state’s Constitution for the rights U.S. citizens have regarding search and seizure, but are being disregarded in deference to establishing a surveillance state and New World Order. Smart Meters are part of the UN’s Agenda 21, and are being installed around the world. The second most important issue, besides the health problems RFs and EMFs create for just about everyone, as reported by reputable science and not the decades-old radar studies everyone promoting RF-EMF technologies trot out as safe, is that SMs promote and enable identify theft, which federal and state governments should be concerned about. Utilities really should have their legal britches twisted because they could – and should – be held liable for enabling such personal, in-home security breaches. Any hacker can tell what’s going on inside a residence; if anyone is home and using appliances; and possibly—just possibly—visually see what’s going on too! There should be no doubt that SM information will be relayed to the NSA. That ought to be a frightening foregone conclusion. However, that aspect needs to be addressed legally, and soon, by the U.S. Congress and the courts. Needless to say, I think I can predict what the U.S. Supreme Court will hand up. I can see the news headlines: SCOTUS Rules Surveillance Constitutional. I certainly hope that I’m wrong. These tend to work by converting the brain's electrical activity into signals that a computer can interpret.Miguel Nicolelis at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina, and his colleagues wanted to extend the idea by incorporating multiple brains at once. The team connected the brains of three monkeys to a computer that controlled an animated screen image representing a robotic arm, placing electrodes into brain areas involved in movement.By synchronising their thoughts, the monkeys were able to move the arm to reach a target – at which point the team rewarded them with with juice.BrainetThen the team made things trickier: each monkey could only control the arm in one dimension, for example. But the monkeys still managed to make the arm reach the target by working together. "They synchronise their brains and they achieve the task by creating a superbrain – a structure that is the combination of three brains," says Nicolelis. He calls the structure a "brainet".These monkeys were connected only to a computer, not one another, but in a second set of experiments, the team connected the brains of four rats to a computer and to each other. Each rat had two sets of electrodes implanted in regions of the brain involved in movement control – one to stimulate the brain and another to record its activity.The team sent electrical pulses to all four rats and rewarded them when they synchronised their brain activity. After 10 training sessions, the rats were able to do this 61 per cent of the time. This synchronous brain activity can be put to work as a computer to perform tasks like information storage and pattern recognition, says Nicolelis. "We send a message to the brains, the brains incorporate that message, and we can retrieve the message later," he says.This is the way parallel processing works in computing, says Rahwan. "In order to synchronise, the brains are responding to each other," he says. "So you end up with an input, some kind of computation, and an output – what a computer does." I would rather link my brain to Wikipedia."The ability to share abstract thoughts could enable us to solve more complex problems. "Sometimes it's really hard to collaborate if you are a mathematician and you're thinking about very complex and abstract objects," says Stocco. "If you could collaboratively solve common problems [using a brainet], it would be a way to leverage the skills of different individuals for a common goal."Collective surgeryThis might be a way to perform future surgery, says Stocco. At present, when a team of surgeons is at work, only one will tend to have control of the scalpel at any moment. Imagine if each member of the team could focus on a particular aspect of the operation and coordinate their brain power to collectively control the procedure. "We are really far away from that scenario, but Nicolelis's work opens up all those possibilities for the first time, which is exciting," he says.But there is a chance that such scenarios won't improve on current performance, Stocco says. Jason Ritt of Boston University agrees. "In principle we could communicate information much faster [with a brainet] than with vision and language, but there's a really high bar," he says. "Our ability to communicate with technology is still nowhere near our ability to communicate with speech."The ability to share our thoughtsMovie Camera and brain power could also leave us vulnerable to new invasions of privacy, warns Rahwan. "Once you create a complex entity [like a brainet], you have to ensure that individual autonomy is protected," he says. It might be possible, for example, for one brain to manipulate others in a network.There's also a chance that private thoughts might slip through along with ones to be shared, such as your intentions after drinking with someone you invited to the pub, says Nicholas Hatsopoulos at the University of Chicago in Illinois. "It might be a little scary," he says. "There are lots of thoughts that we have that we wouldn't want to share with others."In the meantime, Nicolelis, who also develops exoskeletons that help people with spinal cord injuries regain movement, hopes to develop the technology trialled in monkeys for paraplegic people.
