High pitched fast subliminal electronic whisper

I just heard a high pitched fast subliminal electronic whisper in my ear after I showered and was getting ready to run errands - it seems to always happen when I want to run errands. What exactly do those subliminal commands contain??? I can't fight something that I can't decipher, it is inhumane to try to subliminally manipulate another person, especially against their knowledge and against their will.I am sick of this electronic harassment / torture trying to screw up my life. The people behind this equipment need to be tried, it is a Crime Against Humanity to subliminally affect another person's brain and actions. Why hasn't the FBI tried to stop this crime against humanity? It is extraordinarily inhumane to use this equipment on anyone for any reason. If those people are not judged and tried in this life, there is always a higher power waiting to judge them, and they will have to deal with that reality .... what they are doing is inhumane.There have been times when they turn off the equipment completely and peace and quiet is restored, so why aren't they turning it off now? How stupid and evil can they be??? The longer the equipment is used, the more they will be judged, and I hope it's a severe judgment.

As more and more evidence and facts are being forwarded and disclosed to some international human rights organizations and UN, they begin to express their serious concerns about my case. And, they all advised and encouraged me to stand up for my basic human rights and file a complaint against Toronto Police and Canadian torturers with UN. I, with other torture victims tried everything in the State Party, such as, demanding a public inquiry, filing complaint with the Court. However, our processes were dismissed without exception and without viewing any evidence I/we provided. In the meantime, their acts of torture by Toronto Police, Canadian torturers have become more atrocious and more dangerous.

The state Party once guaranteed to UN Committee Against Torture that the government has no information about victims who were or are being tortured directly or indirectly by the government officials. Is that true? I received many letters regarding Toronto Police and Canadian torturers from Mr. Attorney General of Canada and Mr. Prime Minister of Canada, which you have read. In addition, all Canadian media says they have torture list in their office.

This is our situation. This is why I stated in my previous letter to UN, “our lives are at imminent risk.” As for what kind of serious consequences they are due to their acts of torture, I don’t have to mention them in here. Based on the above reasons and taking everything into account, I write this request to you.

To sum up, I have to cite Mr. Kofi Annan’s statement again, “ Let us be clear: torture can never be an instrument to fight terror, for torture is an instrument of terror.”

1) My first report to Toronto Police, which they hid and refused to disclose and forward when being asked. Will you believe any statements and any explanations from Toronto Police and Canadian torturers?

2) Statement of the Department of Justice, Canada

3) Toronto Police report shared by the Government which did not mention anything about my first report to them. ( 3 pages)

4) Toronto Police’s memo

5) RCMP’s letter

6) 2 letters from Mr. Prime Minister of Canada

8) Telephone intake index between Toronto Police and The Scarborough. They fabricated this intake. They refused to disclose it to me.

9) The Scarborough Hospital’s handwritten note which testified they induced my family doctor. But, my family doctor refused them.

10) The Scarborough Hospital nurse’s diagnostic report ( 2 pages). This nurse conducted mental status examination in my home without my informed consent. From her report, the fact that Toronto Police induced The Scarborough Hospital to intervene can be found.

11) 2 letters from The Scarborough Hospital, stating destroying my medical record according to the law and their standard process. Meanwhile, they refused my request for the access to the voice recording to mental status examination and the voice recording of the telephone between Toronto Police and The Scarborough Hospital ( One medical expert told me they must have them.)

12) Letter from The Scarborough Hospital’s CEO did not respond to my concerns about “destroying my medial record according to the law and the standard process” and denied my request for the access to my full medical record. On the contrary, he induced the special supervisor of Ontario.

13) The Scarborough Hospital involved psychiatrist’s handwritten notes of mental status examination. The Scarborough Hospital stated they destroyed them. How could I get this? How did I go for second mental status examination by The Scarborough Hospital’s psychiatrist? How did Toronto Police induce my family doctor in his office? What did he say? I have explained and testified them to UN Committee Against Torture and UN Human Rights Council.

14) Here is the memo to testify Toronto Police induced my family doctor.

15) The Scarborough Hospital’s mobile crisis program. “ is available for individuals who are experiencing a mental crisis.”

16) The Scarborough Hospital involved psychiatrist’s medical report. How did they fabricate this medical report? I have explained it too. ( 2 pages)

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

I have no idea about this device but this must be something related to V2K harassment.

1) treat them as a little brother who follows you every where, tell me what do you do when your little brother wants to go everywhere you go and you do not say no, take it as in they are taking a free ride, like as if you are taking them on a field trip.

ignore them as you would to a little kid that's frustrating you

listen to music using earphones

i know it is very hard to understand or do but since they have already chosen to tag along with you, you might as well make the best of it instead of making it a living hell, there is no choice around it until they are taken off that tech, which will not happened in your life time, so come to terms with your self, that you have an intruder within your temple who will not leave even if you beg them to

2) never allow your self to get frustrated ..yes believe me it is very hard ..but it can be done ...accept good or bad things that happened into your life, again i say, you have no choose, if you get frustrated angry, they win because it gives them room to torment you

3)they will threaten you yes

but it is you who chooses to get frustrated or angry or desperate or shamed

they might even make you feel like you are getting an adrenaline rush

but it is you who makes it real by taking negative actions or emotions as a way to deal with it

remember it is you who is in control of your body, not them

do not expect anything they always intrude and ruin your expectation causing you to feel desperate and again they win , just take control of your life one day at a time, look at them as peeping toms, it be a long time until they leave, and most people which state have lost them or have been freed, they are wrong, they simply lowered the frequency low enough to keep watching them,

if you are the type of person that meditates, then you will always hear them no matter what frequency they use

it is a crime, but one we can not take to the public without been thought as crazy

remember they coerce people out there, but most people think its their thoughts, my family attacked me like crazy, had the cops force me to see a doctor, my family vanished me from my home, in the most cruel way my friend, these guys coerce people, therefore any one you go to tell, they already there coercing them into not believing you

they see your thoughts, therefore they are already there as soon as your plans are there, so there is no way out there,

there is a reason they had chosen to be heard in a louder frequency by you, remember that, you where probably where been coerced for so long without you even realizing it thinking it was your thoughts , but then there came a time when you decided to not follow certain thoughts

and that's where they got frustrated

before i started to hear them i had a always a feeling of been followed been watched, and never knew who, but always thought that, until they raised the intensity and was able to hear them now they try to hide, to coerce me in the same intensity as it was before, but they cant hide, now i know which thoughts are mine and which are their coercions

their coercions always come out as intrusions learn to recognize them and if it is lucrative to you follow them

if they are not ....ignore them

they will use your family friends coworkers, causing them to feel frustrated, tempering with their emotions, and your closed ones unaware of their presence will act on those emotions therefore attacking you without knowing, they at times use them as puppets against you

not everyone questions their coercion, some enjoy been puppets

WE DO QUESTION THEIR COERCIONS AND THAT IS WHY THEY RAISED THE INTENSITY OF THE FREQUENCY SO WE COULD HEAR THEM

we always stand up to protect our will and right to choose what when and how to do things, others love to follow like puppets

How does everyone work?? They torture me at work terribly, the last two days I couldn't breathe. I have to take so much time off I probably won't have a job. I need help with how to deal at work and I'm constantly sick they've given me pluerisy ( fluid around my lungs and heart) but lungs are clear . I went to an urgent care and found that out. I've had terrible infections in my internal organs.. I bleed vaginally even after surgery to stop it.. How on earth am I supposed to function when they continue to hit me physically so hard? And that's not even all of the physical let alonethemental abuses with the dizziness and fogginess and mind BS. You can only tell your mind to ignore so much. How does everyone work through that... Them killing you as you work?????

Is this “ Medical Torture”? Is this “ Systematic Torture”? Did The Scarborough Hospital (TSH), a public hospital of Ontario, Canada conspire with Toronto Police, Canadian torturers to fabricate my medical report? This time I show you TSH psychiatrist’s handwritten note and his medical report. TSH stated in their two letters to me: “ I would like to inform you again that is standard and legal practice for mental health professionals to destroy such notes.” Let’s start with the followings:

1) My first report to Toronto Police, which they refused to disclose and forward when being asked. After I consulted with my family doctor several times and after I had my brain and body checked, I reported to Toronto Police.

2) TSH’s Mobile Crisis Program. “ is available for individuals who are experiencing a mental crisis.”

3) Handwritten note by TSH’s psychiatrist who conducted mental status exam again in his office. Toronto Police and TSH induced my family doctor to change his mind and prescribe medicine for me although my family doctor refused them. Maybe, you have seen the evidence about this. I went to his office for mental status exam. I used the word, “ induce” because Toronto Police hid and refused to disclose and forward my first report to them when being asked and because TSH “destroyed” the most important part of my medical record and refused to disclose the full medical record to me. In this note, they stated: “Work: student, college; Auto- tech”. Please remember this.

4) Mental status exam report by TSH’s psychiatrist. I just list 3 points to testify if they fabricated this report.

a) " This patient was seen at the General Campus by our Crisis worker."---totally lied regardless of the law and the facts. Is it necessary for me to explain why they fabricated like this? This is why one Government organization insisted this related record about " This patient was seen at the General Campus by our Crisis worker."

b) “Currently, he is not employed.” You can see from this psychiatrist’s handwritten note. “Work: student, college; Atuo- tech”---Obviously, they were paving the way for their later conclusion.

c) " I concur with your diagnosis that your patient is suffering from a paranoid delusional disorder…as chemical imbalance in his brain.”--- They lied and falsified again. My family doctor's advice and judgment were on the second page of Toronto Police report, which stated clearly, “...Subject but had been to his doctor and had been told to move out.” Regarding “chemical imbalance in his brain”, please refer to this: “Abnormal Brain Chemicals. Schizophrenia is associated with an unusual imbalance of neurotransmitters (chemical messengers between nerve cells) and other brain chemicals, such as dopamine overactivity, glutamate, reelin, and others. Whether any changes in these chemicals in the brain is a cause or a consequence of schizophrenia remains unclear.”

Moreover, was my brain tested or examined for chemical balance or imbalance? No, of course not.

During mental status exam, when I told this psychiatrist that Toronto Police didn’t tell the truth, he couldn’t control himself and shouted: “ You don’t trust the Police. That testifies you are having mental problems.” Ridiculous? Or, something else? However, when I showed him a letter from RCMP, he said: “ I don’t have time.” RCMP is police?

In addition, please compare the involved psychiatrist’s handwritten note with his medical report and my first report to Toronto Police, you will see how many differences they have, that is, how many fabrications they made.

I don’t want to explain anything else. So, back to my questions: “ Is this “ Medical Torture”? Is this “ Systematic Torture”?
