since you must come to terms that they will not leave you

they will stay for as long as you live,

instead of wanting them to leave, and frustrating your self with them

1) treat them as a little brother who follows you every where, tell me what do you do when your little brother wants to go everywhere you go and you do not say no, take it as in they are taking a free ride, like as if you are taking them on a field trip.

ignore them as you would to a little kid that's frustrating you

listen to music using earphones

i know it is very hard to understand or do but since they have already chosen to tag along with you, you might as well make the best of it instead of making it a living hell, there is no choice around it until they are taken off that tech, which will not happened in your life time, so come to terms with your self, that you have an intruder within your temple who will not leave even if you beg them to

2) never allow your self to get frustrated ..yes believe me it is very hard ..but it can be done ...accept good or bad things that happened into your life, again i say, you have no choose, if you get frustrated angry, they win because it gives them room to torment you

3)they will threaten you yes

but it is you who chooses to get frustrated or angry or desperate or shamed

they might even make you feel like you are getting an adrenaline rush

but it is you who makes it real by taking negative actions or emotions as a way to deal with it

remember it is you who is in control of your body, not them

they see your thoughts, therefore they are already there as soon as your plans are there, so there is no way out there,

there is a reason they had chosen to be heard in a louder frequency by you, remember that, you where probably where been coerced for so long without you even realizing it thinking it was your thoughts , but then there came a time when you decided to not follow certain thoughts

and that's where they got frustrated

before i started to hear them i had a always a feeling of been followed been watched, and never knew who, but always thought that, until they raised the intensity and was able to hear them now they try to hide, to coerce me in the same intensity as it was before, but they cant hide, now i know which thoughts are mine and which are their coercions

their coercions always come out as intrusions learn to recognize them and if it is lucrative to you follow them

if they are not ....ignore them

they will use your family friends coworkers, causing them to feel frustrated, tempering with their emotions, and your closed ones unaware of their presence will act on those emotions therefore attacking you without knowing, they at times use them as puppets against you

not everyone questions their coercion, some enjoy been puppets

How does everyone work?? They torture me at work terribly, the last two days I couldn't breathe. I have to take so much time off I probably won't have a job. I need help with how to deal at work and I'm constantly sick they've given me pluerisy ( fluid around my lungs and heart) but lungs are clear . I went to an urgent care and found that out. I've had terrible infections in my internal organs.. I bleed vaginally even after surgery to stop it.. How on earth am I supposed to function when they continue to hit me physically so hard? And that's not even all of the physical let alonethemental abuses with the dizziness and fogginess and mind BS. You can only tell your mind to ignore so much. How does everyone work through that... Them killing you as you work?????

Is this “ Medical Torture”? Is this “ Systematic Torture”? Did The Scarborough Hospital (TSH), a public hospital of Ontario, Canada conspire with Toronto Police, Canadian torturers to fabricate my medical report? This time I show you TSH psychiatrist’s handwritten note and his medical report. TSH stated in their two letters to me: “ I would like to inform you again that is standard and legal practice for mental health professionals to destroy such notes.” Let’s start with the followings:

1) My first report to Toronto Police, which they refused to disclose and forward when being asked. After I consulted with my family doctor several times and after I had my brain and body checked, I reported to Toronto Police.

2) TSH’s Mobile Crisis Program. “ is available for individuals who are experiencing a mental crisis.”

3) Handwritten note by TSH’s psychiatrist who conducted mental status exam again in his office. Toronto Police and TSH induced my family doctor to change his mind and prescribe medicine for me although my family doctor refused them. Maybe, you have seen the evidence about this. I went to his office for mental status exam. I used the word, “ induce” because Toronto Police hid and refused to disclose and forward my first report to them when being asked and because TSH “destroyed” the most important part of my medical record and refused to disclose the full medical record to me. In this note, they stated: “Work: student, college; Auto- tech”. Please remember this.

4) Mental status exam report by TSH’s psychiatrist. I just list 3 points to testify if they fabricated this report.

a) " This patient was seen at the General Campus by our Crisis worker."---totally lied regardless of the law and the facts. Is it necessary for me to explain why they fabricated like this? This is why one Government organization insisted this related record about " This patient was seen at the General Campus by our Crisis worker."

b) “Currently, he is not employed.” You can see from this psychiatrist’s handwritten note. “Work: student, college; Atuo- tech”---Obviously, they were paving the way for their later conclusion.

c) " I concur with your diagnosis that your patient is suffering from a paranoid delusional disorder…as chemical imbalance in his brain.”--- They lied and falsified again. My family doctor's advice and judgment were on the second page of Toronto Police report, which stated clearly, “...Subject but had been to his doctor and had been told to move out.” Regarding “chemical imbalance in his brain”, please refer to this: “Abnormal Brain Chemicals. Schizophrenia is associated with an unusual imbalance of neurotransmitters (chemical messengers between nerve cells) and other brain chemicals, such as dopamine overactivity, glutamate, reelin, and others. Whether any changes in these chemicals in the brain is a cause or a consequence of schizophrenia remains unclear.”

Moreover, was my brain tested or examined for chemical balance or imbalance? No, of course not.

During mental status exam, when I told this psychiatrist that Toronto Police didn’t tell the truth, he couldn’t control himself and shouted: “ You don’t trust the Police. That testifies you are having mental problems.” Ridiculous? Or, something else? However, when I showed him a letter from RCMP, he said: “ I don’t have time.” RCMP is police?

In addition, please compare the involved psychiatrist’s handwritten note with his medical report and my first report to Toronto Police, you will see how many differences they have, that is, how many fabrications they made.

I don’t want to explain anything else. So, back to my questions: “ Is this “ Medical Torture”? Is this “ Systematic Torture”?

TO YOU OUR SELECTED WITNESSES

This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.

Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.

These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.

We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.

Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.

We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-

A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.

B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.

As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. We will be showing their monstrous Doublespeak Doublethink Doubledo ignorance, stupidity and/or hypocrisy.

The following is a comment that I wrote and tried to post on the " https://firstlook.org/theintercept/" website, in response to some who fault Greenwald and his team for not dumping all the information at once. To establish a record, I have made a decision to post here in my blog all comments that are blocked by the torturers from posting on that website.

" Entering into agreements suggests instantiation of a contract, written or oral, which requires prior knowledge of the terms of the agreement, and the implications of its breach. Once parties enter into an agreement, it is dishonourable – and perhaps worse – for either party to up and violate the agreement on a whim. My understanding is that ES and GG's team, arrived at a binding understanding/agreement which required that release of the documents be conditioned upon what cannot be but exhaustive examination of the national security value of each single document in order to make a determination that the information WOULD NOT compromise the security of the nation. This is because there may be components of the information that it may not be in the national or public interest to release. And the team must obviously carefully make that determination.

This process cannot be easy, and most likely employs the expertise of persons with legal training as journalism credentials alone, although very helpful, may not be sufficient to accomplish this. Snowden is not a traitor. Nor is the staff of journalists on this website who are working in compliance with that agreement. If Snowden was a traitor, all he had to do is DO EXACTLY WHAT SOME CLAMOUR FOR: INDISCRIMINATELY DUMP OF THE DOCUMENTS.

This determination must be made because not all classified material meets the national security test. Some of the classified material falls under ' Sec. 1.7. Classification Prohibitions and Limitations.' of the 'Executive Order 13526- Classified National Security Information'. The very act of the classification of activities for purposes of evading accountability; hiding possible criminality; embarrassment etc, automatically exempts it from the shielding and protections that national secrecy provides otherwise.

Just one example: reading the emails of Angela Merkel and Dilma of Brazil, both non-terrorist allied leaders of democratic, non-terrorist nations, is a case in point. The fact that there is no national security value in those activities was implied in the President's apology to Merkel, accompanied by a pledge to not continue the activity. One would be hard pressed to use terrorism as a justification for such activities and the President would never have pledge to stop an activity which had a national security value, let alone apologize for it. Another example is the barbaric torture of innocents with advanced remote electromagnetic weapons systems under mind control programs which are classified. Like other fellow victims who are dead now, I may not have long to live from the brutal abuse. "

I would like to draw your attention to some extreme and horrendous criminality being conducted by United States Government-related Agencies and the complicity and/or acquiescence of many other Governments and Security Agencies.

There is massive ignorance and secrecy regarding this, and victims such as I are being subjected to uncontrolled and unacknowledged torture and mental and physical destruction. This has remained completely unreported and undiscussed publicly.

Please find a summary of my situation and plight below.

There are MANY, MANY others, all over the world, who are being subjected to similar torture and abuse.

Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psycho-physiological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.

MY CASE SUMMARY:-

I sent a series of human rights activist emails to public authorities and forums beginning in 2003 up to 2006. I came to the attention of an extremist US security organisation in 2004 for this exercising of my democratic right to free speech and since then I've had my human rights, liberty and privacy COMPLETELY VIOLATED and ALL aspects and degrees of my human freedom, individuality and mental and physical integrity and health savagely attacked, tortured, mauled and deformed.

THESE CRIMINALS HAVE THE ABILITY TO :-

a. place a human subject under ceaseless satellite surveillance - no matter where he/she is

b. ceaselessly monitor a human brain by satellite - including thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event and visual image reading - ‘Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM)

c. ceaselessly attack directly into a human brain by satellite with voices, noises, other disturbances, images and ‘virtual-reality scenarios’; and the ability to override, control, and alter consciousness - ‘Electronic Brain Link (EBL)’

d. directly abuse, torture, assault, and interfere with bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - by satellite

e. directly interfere with electronics, alter, insert etc. data, files, communications and legal evidence even during transmission - by satellite

f. make live TV and radio, and other screens and monitors, two-way - for surveillance, invasion of privacy, deception, traumatisation etc. - ‘2-Way TV/RADIO and the Orwellian Media (2WTV)’

g. control the flow of information and orchestrate the media worldwide

BY THESE MEANS I HAVE BEEN :-

1. Since 2004 I’ve been under ceaseless Orwellian surveillance - 24 hours a day 7 days a week - everywhere I go. Since 2004 my brain, body, physical space and privacy have been ceaselessly monitored - including thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event and visual image reading. I have been under this extremely traumatising Orwellian surveillance and interference - and then extremely brutally and hard-core - tortured and deformed since 2004 – and during all this time my psychological, mental, intellectual and physical states, actions, thinking, imaginations and words have been exploited and publicly exhibited via internet, TV and radio.

2. subjected to sleep deprivation, sensory overload, and "mind-*uck" torture.
Under intensive neurological ‘mind-control’ this included :-
A. a witnessing of the suicide of the ‘King of Thailand’ and a cutting off of my friends brother’s legs
B. a saving of many women’s ‘souls’ from death, and many countries from nuclear attack
C. a ‘ritual abuse wedding’ participated in by the ‘Queens of Norway and Sweden’
D. a fictitious relationship with ‘Princesses of Norway and Thailand’ and some other illusory women
E. a ‘road trip’ escaping ‘USA army killers and blackmailers’, ‘Asian mafia/dragon killers’ among others; and participating in fake psychoanalysis and personality analysis sessions; and doing Q & A-type interviews on diverse socio-political subjects. (2005-2006)

3. ceaselessly perpetrators’and other voices are forced directly into my brain and they very aggressively and relentlessly psychologically attack, denigrate, interrogate, undermine, mob and bait me. These voice attacks are forced directly into my butchered and mangled brain. This takes the form of a running attack with a personally codified system of comments and responses to my thoughts, activities, social and psychological state, and biorhythms - both straightforwardly and with many different disorienting, infuriating and distorting effects. This sensory and mental torture and attack directly into my brain has varied from extreme causing near-complete mental breakdown and desperation, to loud, intensive and continuous, to milder, and has included numerous mock-executions. It is all completely and totally unignorable and inescapable. The ‘circuits’ are always open – my brain, body and physical space are ceaselessly brutally violated, monitored and interfered with - and forced into reaction and response - 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It’s a brutal, technological, inescapable ‘Iago-bullshit-hell-machine’. I literally haven’t had a single minutes mental rest, relaxation or privacy since 2005 – not a single minute.

4. ceaselessly subjected to multiple nightly neurological experiments and interventions. Whilst ‘sleeping’ artificial ‘virtual-reality scenarios’ (like little ‘You-Tube’ videos or cartoons or slideshows) are forced into my brain and therein processed/experienced. Night after night after night – every single night since 2005 - 3,4,5,6,7 or more times per night. I have been on this sleep and brain control regime and I haven't had a natural, uncontrolled nights sleep since 2005. Often my brain processing/experiencing these “virtual-reality scenarios” is transmitted and exhibited by these Mengeles butchers pretending to do “science”. Their ability to do this required extensive and very brutal neutralisation and engineering of my normal, healthy brain – in order to effect a kind of ‘tabula-rasa’ to use as a ‘player’ – for them to be able to force in their ‘codes’ and ‘play’ their ‘virtual-reality scenarios’. This has resulted in mentally and psycho-physiologically exhausting, degrading and deforming me.

5. relentlessly subjected to deep, hardcore and other neurological attacks on my brain creating a lasting lobotomised effect – very often similar to being sledge-hammered, repeatedly stabbed, roasted, fan-forced microwaved, blow-torched, axed, bombed etc. in and across the brain. Almost every single night since 2005, mostly multiple times, and sometimes for hours and hours at a time – all night, all afternoon etc.. My whole creativity, ‘raw material’, senses, sensibility, feelings, thought, speech, intelligence, imagination, emotions and organic health, range, depth and potential have been completely degraded, butchered, mangled, wasted and/or destroyed (‘Fahrenheit 451-ed’and/or ‘Year 0-ed’). Repeatedly subjected to multiple other experiments and interventions on other areas of my brain.

6. repeatedly and relentlessly – every single day and night - subjected to electrical abuse and torture on the genitals, crotch, reproductive system, glands and lymph system. Electric currents are applied to my genitals, crotch and reproductive system at different intensities and positions, often continuously for extended periods of time. This ranges from mildly disturbing to extremely torturous. The cumulative affect is sickening and constant mental and physical tension and aggravation. This electrical abuse and torture on the genitals, crotch and reproductive system is applied at any time of the day or night. I am often woken up by the application of electric currents to my genitals, crotch and reproductive system - night after night after night. Often I am given erections in coordination with the brain butchery, and occasionally voided of semen (my sperm production has been stopped). I AM BEING USED, EXPERIMENTED UPON AND BUTCHERED LIKE A LAB RAT. My genitals have been liposuctioned, collagened, vasectomied, and my scrotum subjected to repeated reductions and enlargements. I have also been anally raped and interfered with numerous times.

7. My stomach, glands, abdomen, intestines, lymph system and other internal organs are also being continuously, repeatedly and intensively heated and electrocuted i.e. cooked/burnt-out. Often similar to being stabbed, roasted, microwaved, blow-torched etc.. Hour upon hour or all night and/or much of the day.My heart, chest, neck, lower back, back, diaphragm and all over my body. My torso, face and buttocks have been liposuctioned 2 or 3 times. My nipples are often electrocuted. Also in an extremely painful operation they put my spine out of alignment and did extensive nerve reconfiguration work in my spine and lower back throwing my whole body out of alignment – lower back, pelvis, hips, muscles, limbs, balance etc. – and, I think, they are trying to ‘engineer’ my brain to ‘fit’ this misalignment.
‘Stomach Electrocution And Heating (SEH)’ ‘Heart Scoring And Electrocution (HE)’ ‘Chest And Diaphram Electrocution (CHE)’ ‘Lower Back Electrocution (LBE)’ etc. (2005-2011)

Huge - 10,000s of hours - amounts of electricity have been pumped through my body and brain by these nazi butchers. (2005-present)

I believe all of this is an attempted ‘reengineering’ or ‘rendering’ of my brain and body, and it has very seriously degraded my senses, sensibility and mental, psychological and physical strength, range, quality and depth. My brain has been reduced in power, quality and function by at least 70%. All my 'raw materials', psycho-physiological powers, energy, amorphous, undeveloped and latent thoughts, memories, emotions, passions, and feelings degraded, burnt-out and/or destroyed. My chest has been sunken, my lungs collapsed, my heart and muscles atrophied, my circulation and metabolism slowed, my stomach expanded and deformed, my genitals mutilated and deformed, and my body-shape completely altered and deformed. As one would expect being a lab-rat in a concentration camp since 2004 it has caused these most profound mental and physical ill-effects and degradation, and profound organic impairments and deformities.

8. subjected to various other mental, physical and social tortures, degradations and dirty tricks. This includes having my privacy invaded by, and being extensively publicly exhibited via, internet, TV and Radio.

Since 2004 whenever I turn on the TV or Radio - if it's live, I am linked to the broadcasting source. It happens any time I see or hear a live broadcast, no matter where I am. It completely ruins live TV and radio - as you are actually like being in a video-conference - so it's hard to remain impassive or unaffected – especially whilst being tortured. This invasion of my privacy and my torture and abuse have thus been witnessed by, and I have protested and appealed to, many newscasters in Australia and overseas, and by anyone who appears live on the news - politicians, celebrities, newscasters and many others. Initially tolerable and even amusing, this came to be extremely traumatising – especially when combined with the relentless hardcore torture, abuse and mutilated ‘brain-broadcasting’ – and no one even reporting it!

Also the thoughts and images from my deformed, mutilated brain and and lab-rat life have been ‘brain-broadcasted’ to the journalists etc. on TV and Radio – and often presented to them as if it was the workings of my normal brain/mind – also a lot of disinformation and misrepresentation has been ‘fed’ to them. This has often resulted in some of them – both advertently and inadvertently – actually actively participating in the torture and aggravation. Some, I believe, have actually been encouraged to elicit responses from my lab-rat brain and thereby to assist in and facilitate the butchering of my brain and senses to fit these nazi technologies and horrendous violations.

The media has also been flooded with dehumanising and ridiculous ‘Psychological-Operations’, parodies and caricatures of me, my family and life – as at the same time they are parasiting, torturing and organically destroying me, they are constructing a fiction about ‘me’ and ceaselessly, idiotically, making what they pretend to be valid psychological and social observations about ‘me’, my life and family.

My mother, sisters and other family members have been neurologically attacked/surgically mutilated, and both of my parents and other family members have been anally raped using these DIRECTED ENERGY AND NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS – causing them profound mental and physical ill-effects and degradation, and profound organic impairment and disruption. 10. Since 2005 colleagues, acquaintances, friends or simply anyone I come into contact with on a day-to-day basis have been neurologically attacked/surgically mutilated, and/or anally raped using these DIRECTED ENERGY AND NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS – causing them profound mental and physical ill-effects and degradation, and profound organic impairment and disruption. Literally over 200 people. (from 2005-2009)

11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. This consists of an intense and highly organized persecution of an individual with the purpose of harass her/him constantly and boycott all the activities, professional and of leisure that the person develops, in order to isolate to take control of the victims life, manipulate the victims mind and ultimately conduct him/her to a helpless situation. This conduct carried out by a group of apparently "normal" citizens is a barbaric form of torture. People are purposely engaged to aggravate me, and to impede and violate my physical and psychological spaces, privacy and freedom. This is extremely psychologically and physically oppressive and suffocating. This happens everywhere I go, anytime, no matter what I do. My whole neighbourhood has been infiltrated. Often these people are neurologically controlled like ‘neuro-puppets’ to maximise the aggravation through the linking of their actions and movements to mine. Other times they are misguided and/or misinformed ‘Jones-Town’ type idiots/victims. This is being done to me everywhere I go – including in Russia and Turkey.

They do all this to me and yet these perverted psychopaths allow – even encourage – me to send emails all over the world publicising their sadistic crimes – "we're ass-wiping democracy", and "you're sweeping the floor for us", they continually taunt.

The UK and Australian Government and Authorities, Humanitarian Organisations and everybody else have completely ignored, and failed to protect me.

I'm aware that there will probably be considerable resistance to anyone who attempts to help me – but I ask you to not shy away from such an act of bravery and principle.

World Health Organization’s conclusion on ELF:

It has been reported that under precise circumstances, ELF fields can influence the cardiovascular system, for example, slightly change the heart rate (by about 3-5 beats/minute)

Brian and behavior

Because nervous tissue is sensitive to electrical signal, the brain is a likely site of interaction with ELF filed. Experiments suggest effects can occur:

ICNIRP GUIDELINES FOR LIMITING EXPOSURE TO TIME‐VARYING ELECTRIC AND MAGNETIC FIELDS (1 HZ – 100 kHZ)

The responsiveness of electrically excitable nerve and muscle tissue to electric stimuli including those induced by exposure to low-frequency EMFs has been well established for many years (e.g., Reilly 2002; Saunders and Jefferys 2007). Myelinated nerve fibers of the human peripheral nervous system have been estimated to have a minimum threshold value of around 6 V peak m_1 (Reilly 1998, 2002), based on theoretical calculation using a nerve model. However, peripheral nerve stimulation induced during volunteer exposure to the switched gradient magnetic fields of magnetic resonance (MR) systems suggested that the threshold for perception may be as low as about 2 V m_1 (Nyenhuis etal. 2001), based on calculations using a homogeneous human phantom model. A more accurate calculation of the electric fields induced in the tissues of a heterogeneous human model based on data from the above MR study has been carried out by So et al. (2004). These authors estimated the minimum threshold for peripheral nerve stimulation of between about 4–6 V m_1, based on the assumption that stimulation took place in the skin or subcutaneous fat. With stronger stimuli, discomfort and then pain ensue; the lowest percentile for intolerable stimulation is approximately 20% above the median threshold for perception (ICNIRP 2004). Myelinated nerve fibers of the central nervous system (CNS) can be stimulated by electric fields induced during transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS); the pulsed fields induced in cortical tissue during TMS are quite high (_100 V m_1 peak), although theoretical calculation suggests that minimum stimulation threshold values may be as low as _10 V m_1 peak (Reilly 1998, 2002). For both sets of nerves, thresholds rise above around 1–3 kHz due to the progressively shorter time available for the accumulation of electric charge on the nerve membrane and below about 10 Hz due to the accommodation of a nerve to a slowly depolarizing stimulus.

Prior signs of infiltration are reflected in the music of the early 1970's like "For What It's Worth" and "Ohio", idealistic people in school and on the streets realized that DC was operating in direct contrast to what they were taught in school (2 Kennedys assassinated, Watergate and the CIA plumbers, MK-Ultra, Cointel Pro, NSA surveillance, Vietnam) so they tried to notify DC that they were out of step with the constitution and with American ideals, and instead they ended up with "4 dead in Ohio" and serious government undercover infiltration on campuses all over the country.

Little did anyone realize that the protesting students were right and the government was wrong. Instead of citizens trying to fix a broken government, the government quashed the attempts at reform and we ended up with a government that ballooned out of control and fell victim to military and illuminati special interests.

The government ended up losing their ability to properly manage their budget because of all of these special interests that claimed they were acting in the "best interests of national security" ..... here we are $17 trillion dollars later, with extraordinary govermental controls, limitations on freedoms, and infiltration of society beyond anyone's wildest expectations, ballooning targeted watchlists upon which government agencies illegally practice their skills on and DARPA illegally experiments upon, and a NSA/DOD that surveills your every moment with cameras and sophisticated wiretapping technology.

Instead of using unsuspecting citizens to hone

their skills, these government agencies can use the CIA Farm, or Quantico, or the NSA complex with over 30,000 people there. That way it will be one agent role playing with other trained agents, rather than practicing on innocent civilians in targeted communities. Hollywood builds sets for their movies, why can't these agencies build sets and desert/jungle/city environments to train in?

Vaginas grown in a lab from the recipients' own cells have been successfully transferred to the body for the first time.

The surgery was carried out on four women who were born without vaginal canals because of a rare condition. The women, who were teenagers at the time of the operation, now have fully functioning sexual organs.

"After the operation they were able to function normally. They had normal levels of desire, arousal, satisfaction and orgasm," says Anthony Atala at Wake Forest School of Medicine in North Carolina, who led the research. He published the results only after four to eight years had elapsed following surgery, enough time for him to be sure there were no long-term complications.

The four women had undeveloped vaginas because they all have a severe form of a condition called Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser Syndrome (MKRH), which affects about 1 in 5000 women. They also had some abnormal development of the uterus, although they did have a vulva – the external part of the sex organ which includes the labia and the clitoris. They were not able to have penetrative sex or menstruate. One of the women was diagnosed after her menstrual blood had collected in her abdomen.

As well as having physical implications, a diagnosis of MKRH is also a huge psychological burden for women.

Maturity challenge

Building on techniques the group developed in the 1990s and perfected on rabbits, Atala and his colleagues removed a small part of the vulva from each woman and grew the cells in the lab. After about four weeks they had enough cells to begin to lay them on to a degradable scaffold one layer at a time "like the layers of a cake", he says.

The challenge was how to get the cells to grow to the right level of maturity in the lab, says Atala. You need to make sure that the cells are mature enough so that when you implant them into the body, they can recruit other cells in the body to form tissue that includes nerves and blood vessels.

Working with surgeons at the Federico Gomez Children's Hospital of Mexicoin Mexico City, Atala's team used MRI scans to calculate the appropriate shape and size of the scaffolds for each patient. After cells had established themselves on these scaffolds, surgeons created a cavity in the abdomen and inserted the engineered vagina. It was then stitched in place, connected at the top to the uterus.

The women used a stent for six weeks to make sure the structure maintained the right shape.

The scaffold was made of a collagen matrix and degraded spontaneously over the months following surgery. In that time, the implanted cells matured into the normal tissue of the vaginal wall, including the right layers of muscle and epithelial cells (see video). The vagina was fully developed after six months, and the women were able to menstruate and have sex.

Better than a skin graft

Atala hopes that in the future, the technique could be used to treat not only women who have congenital vaginal defects but also those who have suffered damage through trauma – for instance, because of a car accident or cancer.

Currently it is possible to surgically create vaginas using grafts from either intestinal or skin tissue, but these can lead to severe complications. Skin cell grafts do not provide lubrication which causes pain during sex, and can thicken to the point where the vagina closes. Intestinal cells secrete mucus constantly, which is unhygienic and causes an unpleasant odour. Using the women's own cells from the vulva gets around these issues.

Knowing that the engineered tissue originates from the recipient's own body can be reassuring for them, says Sylvie Miot at the University of Basel, Switzerland, whose team has also successfully engineered new nostrils for patients who had to have skin cancers removed from their nose. Their findings are being published in the same issue of the Lancet.

Both studies involved small numbers of patients, but they provide the first strong evidence that nerve and blood vessels can reconnect to large patches of bioengineered tissues directly inside the body.

Normal life

The findings also show that lab-engineered organs can grow to maturity healthily inside the body, says Martin Birchall at University College London. The women were aged between 13 and 18 years old when the surgery took place so their bodies were still developing. Birchall, who pioneered the first transplant of a human windpipe using the recipient's stem cells, calls the results "very meaningful".

The latest Comment that I wrote was in response to the following article by GG.

In 2010, I stumbled upon an article on the internet that solicited bids on a software that would - for lack of a better characterization - "manufacture consent". The software requirements would be met such that the implementation would simulate from one server multiple "fake" users who would appear to be located anywhere in the world. These "users" would agree or disagree, in accordance with how the "manufacturer of the consent" wished for the outcome.

This Comment failed to post on this 04.10.2014. No amount of Post Comment clicks seemed to send the text to the Comments section of that website.

The Scarborough Hospital conspired with Toronto Police, Canadian torturers to commit medical torture. You maybe have known this from my previous po...sts, letters and my supporting evidence. They destroyed part of my medical record “according to the law and their standards” , denied my request for the access to my full medical record ( In fact, they reused to disclose the most important parts, the original ones.), fabricated my medical report and my medical record regardless of the law and the facts, induced my family doctor although my family doctor refused them. When some organization ordered The Scarborough Hospital to disclose my full medical record to them, they lied and refused, stating they don’t have any medical record about me in their hospital.

Hugo Chavez Mouthpiece Says U.S. Hit Haiti With 'Earthquake Weapon'

The United States apparently possesses an "earthquake weapon" that set off the catastrophic quake in Haiti and killed 200,000 innocents. Don't believe it's true? Just ask Hugo Chavez.

Citing an alleged report from Russia's Northern Fleet, the Venezuelan strongman's state mouthpiece ViVe TV shot out apress release saying the 7.0 magnitude Haiti quake was caused by a U.S. test of an experimental shockwave system that can also create "weather anomalies to cause floods, droughts and hurricanes."

The station's Web site added that the U.S. government's HAARP program, an atmospheric research facility in Alaska (and frequent subject of conspiracy theories), was also to blame for a Jan. 9 quake in Eureka, Calif., and may have been behind the 7.8-magnitude quake in China that killed nearly 90,000 people in 2008.

What's more, the site says, the cataclysmic ruin in Haiti was only a test run for much bigger game: the coming showdown with Iran.

The ultimate goal of the test attack in Haiti, the report reads, is the United States' "planned destruction of Iran through a series of earthquakes designed to topple the current Islamic regime."

The story has since been taken down from the Venezuelan Web site, but a Google cache of the charges remains intact.

The publication of the story came just days after Chavez himself accused the U.S. of using the earthquake as an excuse to "invade and militarily occupy Haiti," a nation so poor that its entire economy is based on foreign aid — particularly from the U.S.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I am writing you on the behalf of victims both in the United States and abroad. As you are aware, many revelations surrounding the National Security Agency’s extensive electronic dragnet have recently come to light through released records by the intelligence insider Mr. Edward Snowden. During the course of the LIBE Committee hearings even more first-hand testimony was heard from other former NSA insiders regarding the extent of NSA privacy invasion and lack of oversight regarding their methods of data collection. Their statements begin to come very close to an issue that those of us in the medical community in the United States and abroad have been keenly watching for several years now.

Over the last decade we have seen a sharp rise in the number of people coming forward with complaints of non-consensual experimentation with electromagnetic weapons designed to target both electronic hardware and the human central nervous system. While this was typically disregarded as mental illness in the past, the total global population voicing these identical complaints has exponentially grown to numbers that can no longer be attributed to delusional disorder, schizophrenia or any other described mental illness. You may be unaware that the safeguards against experimenting on the public without their consent in the United States are very lax and are included in legislation referred to as The Common Rule which is the Federal Policy regarding human subjects protection. It is written with several loopholes for the allowance of non-consensual experimentation, mostly by intelligence agencies. Hence, we have seen the necessity for the Bioethics Commission hearings in the United States after it was brought to light that Guatemalan prisoners were experimented on with contagions by the National Institutes of Health. During the course of the Bioethics Hearings, their directive was to determine if any other non-consensual experimentation was ongoing in the United States or abroad. At each of the four meetings there was included a public forum for the committee to address concerns by the public at large. Over one hundred individuals were in attendance at each of the four meetings voicing complaints of exposure and experimentation with electromagnetic weapons technologies. The effects of these technologies on the human body can only be described as torture.

Several years ago another National Security Agency insider, John St. Clair Akwei, described in detail the frequencies used by the NSA and other intelligence agencies to access and influence the human body and nervous system in his civil action against the NSA. His descriptions of technologies used to track, monitor and alter a subject’s perceptions, moods and motor control are similar to the complaints we are hearing today from victims alleging non-consensual experimentation and torture. Moreover, Vladimir Putin, in a speech in 2012, admitted that Russia is following suit in funding development of weapons that will attack the human central nervous system. His defense minister, Anatoly Serdyukov, described the weapons as directed energy weapons, wave energy weapons, genetic weapons and psychotronic weapons based upon new physics principles. Obviously, Russia intends to go down the same path of directed energy weapons research that the United States has long been on. The unfortunate truth regarding this type of technology is the ease with which it can be used remotely and non-consensually on the public without the recommended safeguards of an Institutional Review Board or any appreciable ethical oversight. In the United States this research is typically done clandestinely under the guise of national security concerns just as the NSA electronic data mining was done which is currently being covered in the LIBE Committee.

Over the last decade I have consulted with thousands of people in the United States complaining of exposure and experimentation with electromagnetic weapons technologies which include, but are not limited to, complaints of mood alteration, heart palpitations, involuntary body movements, severe headaches, blurred vision, burns to the skin, non-consensual micro-chipping and neurocognitive perturbation. It is my belief, based upon former and current publically released government research documents as well as victims complaints of torture, that this technology is being used in a non-consensual manner on the global public.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you for meeting with our representative from the International Center Against Abuse of Covert Technologies and taking the time out of your busy schedule to hear these complaints and read my letter. On behalf of the whole of humanity, I sincerely hope that these technologies will eventually be addressed in the Subcommittee on Human Rights of the European Parliament, as the use of these currently can only be described as torture and dehumanizing.

There are a few things we take for granted in social interactions with people. We presume that we see the world in roughly the same way, that we all know certain basic facts, that words mean the same things to you as they do to me. And we assume that we have pretty similar ideas of right and wrong.

But for a small — but not that small — subset of the population, things are very different. These people lack remorse and empathy and feel emotion only shallowly. In extreme cases, they might not care whether you live or die. These people are called psychopaths. Some of them are violent criminals, murderers. But by no means all.

Professor Robert Hare is a criminal psychologist, and the creator of the PCL-R, a psychological assessment used to determine whether someone is a psychopath. For decades, he has studied people with psychopathy, and worked with them, in prisons and elsewhere. “It stuns me, as much as it did when I started 40 years ago, that it is possible to have people who are so emotionally disconnected that they can function as if other people are objects to be manipulated and destroyed without any concern,” he says.

Psychopathy is probably the most pleasant-feeling of all the mental disorders

Our understanding of the brain is still in its infancy, and it’s not so many decades since psychological disorders were seen as character failings. Slowly we are learning to think of mental illnesses as illnesses, like kidney disease or liver failure, and personality disorders, such as autism, in a similar way. Psychopathy challenges this view. “A high-scoring psychopath views the world in a very different way,” says Hare. “It’s like colour-blind people trying to understand the colour red, but in this case ’red’ is other people’s emotions.”

At heart, Hare’s test is simple: a list of 20 criteria, each given a score of 0 (if it doesn’t apply to the person), 1 (if it partially applies) or 2 (if it fully applies). The list includes: glibness and superficial charm, grandiose sense of self-worth, cunning/manipulative, pathological lying, emotional shallowness, callousness and lack of empathy, a tendency to boredom, impulsivity, criminal versatility, behavioural problems in early life, juvenile delinquency, and promiscuous sexual behaviour. A pure, prototypical psychopath – the Fred Wests and Jeffrey Dahmers of this world – would score 40. A score of 30 or more qualifies for a diagnosis of psychopathy. Hare says: “A friend of mine, a psychiatrist, once said: ’Bob, when I meet someone who scores 35 or 36, I know these people really are different.’ The ones we consider to be alien are the ones at the upper end.”

But is psychopathy a disorder — or a different way of being? Anyone reading the list above will spot a few criteria familiar from people they know. On average, someone with no criminal convictions scores 5. “It’s dimensional,” says Hare. “There are people who are part-way up the scale, high enough to warrant an assessment for psychopathy, but not high enough up to cause problems. Often they’re our friends, they’re fun to be around. They might take advantage of us now and then, but usually it’s subtle and they’re able to talk their way around it.” Like autism, a condition which we think of as a spectrum, “psycho-pathy”, the diagnosis, bleeds into normalcy.

We think of psychopaths as killers, criminals, outside society. People such as Joanna Dennehy, a 31-year-old British woman who killed three men in 2013 and who the year before had been diagnosed with a psychopathic personality disorder, or Ted Bundy, the American serial killer who is believed to have murdered at least 30 people and who said of himself: “I’m the most cold-blooded son of a bitch you’ll ever meet. I just liked to kill.” But many psychopathic traits aren’t necessarily disadvantages — and might, in certain circumstances, be an advantage. For their co-authored book, Snakes in suits: How Psychopaths go to work, Hare and another researcher, Paul Babiak, looked at 203 corporate professionals and found about four per cent scored sufficiently highly on the PCL-R to be evaluated for psychopathy. Hare says that this wasn’t a proper random sample (claims that “10% of financial executives” are psychopaths are certainly false) but it’s easy to see how a lack of moral scruples and indifference to other people’s suffering could be beneficial if you want to get ahead in business.

“There are two kinds of empathy,” says James Fallon, a neuroscientist at the University of California and author of The Psychopath Inside: A Neuroscientist’s Personal Journey into the Dark Side of the Brain. “Cognitive empathy is the ability to know what other people are feeling, and emotional empathy is the kind where you feel what they’re feeling.” Autistic people can be very empathetic — they feel other people’s pain — but are less able to recognise the cues we read easily, the smiles and frowns that tell us what someone is thinking. Psychopaths are often the opposite: they know what you’re feeling, but don’t feel it themselves. “This all gives certain psychopaths a great advantage, because they can understand what you’re thinking, it’s just that they don’t care, so they can use you against yourself.” (Chillingly, psychopaths are particularly adept at detecting vulnerability. A 2008 study that asked participants to remember virtual characters found that those who scored highly for psychopathy had a near perfect recognition for sad, unsuccessful females, but impaired memory for other characters.)

Fallon himself is a case in point. In 2005, he was looking at brain scans of psychopathic murderers, while on another study, of Alzheimer’s, he was using scans of his own family’s brains as controls. In the latter pile, he found something strange. “You can’t tell just from a brain scan whether someone’s a psychopath,” he says, “but you can make a good guess at the personality traits they’ll have.” He describes a great loop that starts in the front of the brain including the parahippocampal gyrus and the amygdala and other regions tied to emotion and impulse control and empathy. Under certain circumstances they would light up dramatically on a normal person’s MRI scan, but would be darker on a psychopath’s.

“I saw one that was extremely abnormal, and I thought this is someone who’s way off. It looked like the murderers I’d been looking at,” he says. He broke the anonymisation code in case it had been put into the wrong pile. When he did, he discovered it was his own brain. “I kind of blew it off,” he says. “But later, some psychiatrist friends of mine went through my behaviours, and they said, actually, you’re probably a borderline psychopath.”

Speaking to him is a strange experience; he barely draws breath in an hour, in which I ask perhaps three questions. He explains how he has frequently put his family in danger, exposing his brother to the deadly Marburg virus and taking his son trout-fishing in the African countryside knowing there were lions around. And in his youth, “if I was confronted by authority — if I stole a car, made pipe bombs, started fires — when we got caught by the police I showed no emotion, no anxiety.” Yet he is highly successful, driven to win. He tells me things most people would be uncomfortable saying: that his wife says she’s married to a “fun-loving, happy-go-lucky nice guy” on the one hand, and a “very dark character who she does not like” on the other. He’s pleasant, and funny, if self-absorbed, but I can’t help but think about the criteria in Hare’s PCL-R: superficial charm, lack of emotional depth, grandiose sense of self-worth. “I look like hell now, Tom,” he says — he’s 66 — “but growing up I was good-looking, six foot, 180lb, athletic, smart, funny, popular.” (Hare warns against non-professionals trying to diagnose people using his test, by the way.)

Impulsive, manipulative and lacking remorse, criminal psychopaths typically face longer and harsher sentences in the justice system.

But a growing body of research shows that their aberrant behaviour may be linked to faulty wiring in the brain, challenging the assumption that psychopaths are intrinsically evil and raising questions about how they should be dealt with when they break the law.

Should criminal psychopaths — who make up 15% to 25% of the prison population, according to estimates — be held accountable to the same degree as offenders who don’t have the same brain abnormalities? Are they victims of their biology?

The debate is roiling across the fields of criminology, law, philosophy and neuroscience.

“Psychopaths do think they’re more rational than other people, that this isn’t a deficit,” says Hare. “I met one offender who was certainly a psychopath who said ’My problem is that according to psychiatrists I think more with my head than my heart. What am I supposed to do about that? Am I supposed to get all teary-eyed?’ ” Another, asked if he had any regrets about stabbing a robbery victim, replied: “Get real! He spends a few months in hospital and I rot here. If I wanted to kill him I would have slit his throat. That’s the kind of guy I am; I gave him a break.”

And yet, as Hare points out, when you’re talking about people who aren’t criminals, who might be successful in life, it’s difficult to categorise it as a disorder. “It’d be pretty hard for me to go into high-level political or economic or academic context and pick out all the most successful people and say, ’Look, I think you’ve got some brain deficit.’ One of my inmates said that his problem was that he’s a cat in a world of mice. If you compare the brainwave activity of a cat and a mouse, you’d find they were quite different.”

It would, says Hare, probably have been an evolutionarily successful strategy for many of our ancestors, and can be successful today; adept at manipulating people, a psychopath can enter a community, “like a church or a cultural organisation, saying, ’I believe the same things you do’, but of course what we have is really a cat pretending to be a mouse, and suddenly all the money’s gone.” At this point he floats the name Bernie Madoff.

This brings up the issue of treatment. “Psychopathy is probably the most pleasant-feeling of all the mental disorders,” says the journalist Jon Ronson, whose book, The Psychopath Test, explored the concept of psychopathy and the mental health industry in general. “All of the things that keep you good, morally good, are painful things: guilt, remorse, empathy.” Fallon agrees: “Psychopaths can work very quickly, and can have an apparent IQ higher than it really is, because they’re not inhibited by moral concerns.”

So psychopaths often welcome their condition, and “treating” them becomes complicated. “How many psychopaths go to a psychiatrist for mental distress, unless they’re in prison? It doesn’t happen,” says Hare. The ones in prison, of course, are often required to go to “talk therapy, empathy training, or talk to the family of the victims” — but since psychopaths don’t have any empathy, it doesn’t work. “What you want to do is say, ’Look, it’s in your own self-interest to change your behaviour, otherwise you’ll stay in prison for quite a while.’ “

It seems Hare’s message has got through to the U.K. Department of Justice: in its guidelines for working with personality-disordered inmates, it advises that while “highly psychopathic individuals” are likely to be “highly treatment resistant,” the “interventions most likely to be effective are those which focus on ’self-interest’ — what the offender wants out of life — and work with them to develop the skills to get those things in a pro-social rather than anti-social way.”

If someone’s brain lacks the moral niceties the rest of us take for granted, they obviously can’t do anything about that, any more than a colour-blind person can start seeing colour. So where does this leave the concept of moral responsibility? “The legal system traditionally asserts that all people standing in front of the judge’s bench are equal. That’s demonstrably false,” says the neuroscientist David Eagleman, author ofIncognito: The Secret Lives of the Brain. He suggests that instead of thinking in terms of blameworthiness, the law should deal with the likelihood that someone will reoffend, and issue sentences accordingly, with rehabilitation for those likely to benefit and long sentences for those likely to be long-term dangers. The PCL-R is already used as part of algorithms which categorise people in terms of their recidivism risk. “Life insurance companies do exactly this sort of thing, in actuarial tables, where they ask: ’What age do we think he’s going to die?’ No one’s pretending they know exactly when we’re going to die. But they can make rough guesses which make for an enormously more efficient system.”

Speaking to all these experts, I notice they all talk about psychopaths as “them,” almost as a different species, although they make conscious efforts not to. There’s something uniquely troubling about a person who lacks emotion and empathy; it’s the stuff of changeling stories, the Midwich Cuckoos, Hannibal Lecter. “You know kids who use a magnifying glass to burn ants, thinking, this is interesting,” says Hare. “Translate that to an adult psychopath who treats a person that way. It is chilling.” At one stage Ronson suggests I speak to another well-known self-described psychopath, a woman, but I can’t bring myself to. I find the idea unsettling, as if he’d suggested I commune with the dead.
