Color of law --  Civil Applications

Per me così facendo,senza avere le concessioni di chi ha realizzato questa immagine,sarebbe come fare la stessa cosa in queste due immagini.

I have talked to Ottawa office today. They have received a formal answer from the Canadian Government, and I will get an e-mail with this answer on Monday. A secretary of Mr. McKay said that the meaning of the answer is that the Government does know and understand, what the Petition is about. The American, Russian and other Parliaments approve laws, introduce bills against use of Psychotronic or Psychophysical weapons, and only the Canadian Government is so ignorant that does know anything about it. What can we do in this situation? How can we force these criminals from the police, RCMP, Government to stop these crimes, pay for damages and bring the criminals to justice?
