What to do if you're being remotely neurally monitored by an operative gone bad..Here are a few helpful things that popped into my head that I figured I would share, should a similar experience occur with anyone else.1. One way to tell if this is happening to you is if you suddenly start hearing voices that weren't there the day before. They may sound like they're in the next room, the next apartment, or somewhere in the vicinity.2. Start to observe the patterns of the dialogue, the frequency of certain words and phrases, and any emotions, intentions, and "keywords and keyphrases" that you may say that trigger certain responses.3. KEEP A LEVEL HEAD! This is extremely important. Realize that you are involved with technology that no one is aware of and in the mainstream outside world, you may very well be mistaken for crazy. Also keep in mind that their techniques are designed to make you seem crazy.4. Manage your mind. Mindfully and consciously discern what's appropiate thought, dialogue and behavior for your well being in the outside world and what's not. Make a conscious effort to never let the two worlds intertwine.5. Observe the dialogue. Listen, without putting any stock into the validity of the words being said to what the team of operatives or whoever may be saying. The objective for this is mostly to try to gather as much information on the violators as possible. Gather as much data as you can think of. Make notes so you can remember.6. Publicize. The more that you tell the world about your attack, the less power and control they have over you. They will not be able to harm you as easily as if you kept this to yourself. Publicize and talk about it in a manner that is intelligent, clear, concise, and level headed. Be willing to consider psychological evaluation and open to all possibilities. Do not act irate. Process your thoughts in an orderly and stable manner and present the situation to people in the same manner. Keep internet records of what's going on and find out if the authorities (your local police dept.,FBI, CIA, NSA, etc) are open to what you are saying. Send them a level-headed email so they will have your situation on record.7. Give your important account information (banks, bills, etc) to someone you trust and have them change all passwords, security questions, etc for you, without you knowing the passwords, etc. Have them temporarily conduct business for you until the situation is over. Operatives gone bad can possibly be making money in the identity theft business and can easily extract all of your personal information through your own eyes.1. Notice thoughts and ideas that are out of character. DISREGARD ANY THOUGHT OR IDEA IN YOUR HEAD THAT ISN'T YOURS!!2. NEVER obey a command or request by voices in your head. Such things are intent on becoming your undoing and should be ignored.3. Eliminate fear. Getting hysterical, fearful, or expressing any kind of high spirited emotion is what they want you to do. Do not be intimidated by your unusual circumstance. Understand that this kind of harassment is not uncommon and start taking pragmatic, rational measures to conduct yourself accordingly. They get into your head with voices because they don't want to do anything physically. Don't let words destroy you.4. Educate yourself! Read and learn as much as possible about the processes and techniques being used upon you. There is plenty of reading material within the links on this site. The more you know and understand about what's been done to you, the less effective they will be.5. Keep a sense of humor. Although circumstances may seem dark and threatening, fear and stress will get you absolutely nowhere. Stay light-hearted. Even make jokes about your situation. This will keep your mind healthy and give you a better perspective on what you're dealing with and how to live your life.6. Replace the voices in your head with activity. Listening often to music, watching television, socializing, working and staying active will often drown out the noise in your head and render them less effective.7. BECOME VERY SOCIAL!!! It's very important that you realize that these people are intent on isolating you from others, so that they can do whatever they want to you. Make a strong concerted effort to create, build, and/or maintain good healthy relationships with friends, neighbors, partners, aquaintances, co-workers and others, so that they wont get the chance to do anything to you. Don't let them sucker you into fake romantic ideals and other tactics that they may use to keep you from actually being with real people.Copy this and spread the word. I hope I've been of some help.

This is the second in the series of the monitoring reports for NSPD and it includes the progress made during 2005-2007 by focusing on the status of progress in 2007.Participants in the Conference Deputy Prime Minister, Genc Pollo, Minister of Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Anastas Duro, USAID Mission Director, Roberta Mahoney, Executive Director of the Albanian Disability Rights Foundation, Blerta Cani, and other representatives from governmental and nongovernmental institutions who spoke in the Conference presented facts and findings that came out in the monitoring process.The data for the monitoring report were mainly collected through six-region surveys with participants from Tirane, Shkoder, Durres, Vlore, Elbasan and Korce. The survey was conducted with participation of 113 government officials at the central, regional and local level, who provided official information on the status of progress on the measure assigned to their office, as well as representatives of four national disability nongovernmental organizations. 954 participant’s people with disabilities and family members from the same six regions were also asked to evaluate the situation in the country in regards to the five areas of the National Action Plan – Accessibility, Services(Health care and Social Services); Education, Employment and Vocational Training, Capacity Building and Legislation through a quantitative-qualitative survey.The Report acknowledges the increased awareness of the Albanian Government, its engagement in taking more responsibilities for improvement of disability legal and policy framework in Albania.Still, findings from the monitoring process revealed unrealized tasks in all the five areas of the action plan of the National Strategy on People with Disability. An analysis of all the findings revealed that there has been no progress at all in 41% of the total measures, only two measures have been completed on schedule, this means that the implementation has been delayed for 98% of the measures the National Action Plan.As a consequence, half of people with disabilities and their families participating in the survey (51.8%) consider their financial situation to be poor; the communities where people with disabilities live continue to be inaccessible to them, 4,534 children with special needs between ages of 6-18 do not receive any form of education; People with disabilities and their family members gave opportunities for employment and vocational training a failing grade. The participants strongly believe that they are not considered as equal partners in the relevant decision making process at the local, regional and central level. They believe that majority of 102,945 officially recognized people with disabilities, are not treated as equal citizens, and they are discriminated against in many fields of life.The NSPD was written to address the most basic needs of people with disabilities in Albania. Human Rights Watch is a major international organization that monitors the status of human rights around the world.Sophie Richardson, a representative of Human Rights Watch, praised China for creating laws that protect people with disabilities and for ratifying the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). But the Human Rights Watch website reports her as saying, “So far these protections have meant little to persons with disabilities and their advocates in China who struggle to promote their rights and, in particular, to fairly compete for employment.”Also according to the Human Rights Watch website, their organization has called upon the Chinese government to ratify the Optional Protocol that accompanies the CRPD. The Optional Protocol can help strengthen the CRPD by giving citizens the option of pursuing justice at the international level if they are unable to address human rights abuses domestically. But if the funder has limited prior experience with supporting projects run by DPOs, or otherwise targeted at the disability community, then your worry becomes, How do you convince them that your project is exactly the kind of project they’re seeking to support? Massive pain, humanitarians and not being alone

The pain to the head is thunderous, to the very top of my head and my hand burns over the site. I'm terribly ill-fitted for this world in this condition, though I've decided to spend not so much time alone. A male friend of mine suggested this to me, as a way of helping my mental condition, to be around others, to not isolate. I'm still sending emails ever so often to human rights orgs., and this is my only form of activism. It is my strong belief that we need these people to represent us as a disadvantaged group who suffer and remain kept in the shadows. I'm not looking for government to help at all. I'm frightened many times during the awful pain, very paranoid over every sound around me. I'm uncertain how long this will go on, but I wonder about death coming.

The WHO has refused to release the Minutes of a key meeting of an advisory vaccine group – packed with executives from Baxter, Novartis and Sanofi – that recommended compulsory vaccinations in the USA, Europe and other countries against the artificial H1N1 “swine flu” virus this autumn.

In an email this morning, a WHO spokesperson claimed there are no Minutes of the meeting that took place on July 7th in which guidelines on the need for worldwide vaccinations that WH0 adopted this Monday were formulated and in which Baxter and other pharma executives participated.

Under the International Health Regulations, WHO guidelines have a binding character on all of WHO’s 194 signatory countries in the event of a pandemic emergency of the kind anticipated this autumn when the second more lethal wave of the H1N1 virus — which is bioengineeredto resemble the Spanish flu virus — emerges.

In short: WHO has the authority to force everyone in those 194 countries to take a vaccine this fall at gunpoint, impose quarantines and restrict travel.

There is verifiable, clear and unambiguous proof that WHO supplied the live bird flu virus to Baxter’s subsidiary in Austria, which was used by Baxter to manufacture 72 kilos of vaccine material in Febuary.

Baxter subsequently sent this material out to 16 labs in four countries under a false label designating the contaminated product as vaccine material, so nearly triggering a global pandemic.

Because Baxter must adhere to strict biosafety level 3 regulations when handling a dangerus virus such as the bird flu virus, the production and distribution of so much pandemic material cannot have been an accident but must have been done by Baxter with criminal intent.

The Austrian police are now investigating after I filed criminal charges in April.

It is increasingly clear that WHO and Baxter are just elements in a much bigger criminal organisation that is moving forward in a synchronised and coordinated way to fulfil the “elite” agenda of global population reduction in the coming months and years whileputting in place a global government of which WHO will be an arm.

WHO, a UN agency, appears to play a key role in coordinating the activities of labs, vaccine companies and governments to achieve the goal of population reduction and political and economic take over of North America and Europe:

- First, WHO gives funds, support and cover to labs such as the CDC to bioprospect for pathogens, bioengineer them to make them more deadly, and also patent them.

- Second, WHO gives those same deadly bioengineered pathogens to companies such as Baxter in Austria, so that Baxter could use those viruses to deliberately, systematically contaminate vaccine material. If the contamination of the 72 kilos had not beendetection on time by a lab technician in the Czech Republic, millionsof people would have caught the “bird flu” from the injections.

- Third, in the event of a pandemic, WHO orders a compulsory vaccines for all 194 countries, following “recommendations” by an advisory vaccine group on which executives of Baxter also sit.

- Fourth, WHO awards Baxter, Novartis, Sanofi and other companies lucrative contracts to supply those vaccines.

Furthermore, WHO acquires new global authority on an unseen scale in the event of a pandemic.

Under special pandemic plans enacted around the world including the USA, in 2005, national governments are to be dissolved in the event of a pandemic emergency and replaced by special crisis committees, which take charge of the health and security infrastructureof a country, and which are answerable to the WHO and EU in Europe andto the WHO and UN in North America.

If the Model Emergency Health Powers Act is implemented on the instructions of WHI, it will be a criminal offence for Americans to refuse the vaccine. Police are allowed to use deadly force against “criminal” suspects.

Through their control of these special pandemic crisis committees with the power to enact legislation to be set up most countries, the WHO, UN and EU become the de facto government of a large part of the world.

Mass murder and death will also bring economic collapse and disruption, starvation and wars – and these events will lead to a further population reduction.

To sum up: WHO helps create, distribute and then release the deadly pandemic virus, and this pandemic virus allows WHO to assume control of governments in North America and Europe and also order forced vaccination on populations by the very same companies that havedistributed and released the deadly viruses in the first place and allunder under the pretext of protecting populations from a pandemic theyhave created.

The corporate mainstream media owned by the same “elite” group which funds WHO is systematically concealing from the general public the nature of the real danger of these H1N1 jabs by withholding from them key information concerning the interrelated activities of this group of organisations for their mutual profit.

As a result, most people still believe that the H1N1 virus is a natural swine flu when even WHO has officially dropped the term “swine” in tactic acknowledgement of its artificial origin.

Most people still believe the vaccine companies can deliver a cure when the vaccine companies are preparing a lethal series of shots containg live attenuated virus, toxic metals and other poisons.

The two-dose H1N1 shots are designed to disable the immune system and then load that system with a live virus in a process that mirrors the one described in two of WHO’s 1972 memoranda where the technical means for turning vaccines into killers is outlined.

The Strecker Memorandum also reveals that WHO has been actively searching for ways to weaken the immune system.

The best protection against the H1N1 virus that has now been released and that will inevtiably become more lethal as it mutates in autumn is colloidal silver and also vitamins to strengthen the immune system, face masks and other such measures.

This is just some info that might help people.These are some things that I have noticed that actually make me feel better, I thought I would share with you.!. Be nice to everyone around you, go out of your way to do nice things for people. help people.2. Think nice.3. Think positive.4. Think responsible.5. Respect for all.6. Patience.7. Try to relax the best way you know how.8. Try to do things that make you happy.Ok, these are some of the things I found that make me feel worse.1. Violence.2. Aggression.3. Lies.4. Breaking the law in any shape or form.5. Negativity, IE.. Negative thinking, pessimism.6. Any type of drugs or alcohol, cigarettes.Now if you'll notice these things that make me feel better are all positive and the things that make me feel worse are all negative... So I hope this helps anyone, it seems to help me.

#602 Sen. Adams: possible evidence from attacksDuring the all Night MEDUSA-like attack I suffered that had the same attack mode sound as LRAD I was showing sign that could be considered evidence. Only this attack was microwave as only I could hear the sound similar to blasting crickets.It was non-lethal I didn't die and it most very agitating. It seemed to attack my nervous system. I was doubling over with abdominal pain and could here the partially digested food gurgle through me. I t wasn't long until after a few trips to the bathroom that my body had been emptied. I could see the possibility that if a crowd was attacked that the targeted individuals would need to leave if for nothing else to defecate. I was still bent over and shaking, and my urine was brown. I am not sure if this was because of dehydration or minor bleeding in my urine. I only went to the hospital because I thought I finally had evidence of an attack. I have documented records form the hospitals and East bay mental health that I claimed I had been attacked by a radiation attack.Other evidence from this type of attack would also be that Athletes foot stopped for two weeks and I believe all bacteria in my body was killed because my stool was orange for that time. One TI pointed out that people given the date rape drug also have orange stool for a period. this is possible because I was given two pills to calm me and later thought I woke being involuntarily committed. It turned out that it was one day and four hours. I can prove this with conflicting records. They went through great pains to alter dates to get away with this but it was new years day so I kept looking until I found the evidence of the cover up.On the way to the hospital a call came into the ambulance and it was diverted to and obscure hospital keeping me in my congressional district. They asked me if it was OK and I agreed. at that time I had no idea doctors and hospitals could be complicit in my attack.Other attacks might be harder to prove and I have heard of testing that can prove this.Other attacks have been what I consider a microwave possibly a silent MEDUSA attack to the head and maybe the body. this attack is almost unbearable and two people I believe attacked with this raced off until they crashed not knowing why they did it. One had visited his father at my home and walked out the door and did this. He had consumed some alcohol and promised me he wouldn't drive. Yet he did this. the other possible attack was the son of a woman who had spoken with me at a town council meeting on police abuse and corruption.In the hospital while under going psychological threats via V2K I was also attacked with what has been described by the Army ind Donald Friedman's FOIA request on non-lethal weapons as a infra-sound or ultra sound attack that made me laugh uncontrollable. The purpose was to make me appear delusional I believe but of course seems harmless. they did this as a Cat-scan was being performed and I had difficulty keeping still.One other attack that may show evidence is the heat attack that raises body temperature about 5 degrees causing intense sweating and disorientation.It can only be used for a short duration obviously and was also described in the FOIA request of Donald Friedman.I have an extreme aversion to heat and where shorts and a sleeveless shirt almost tear round in the northeast. I have heard other TI complain of this also. This function of V2K is to send shock waves from the outside of the head to arrive at the cholia in the center of our brain. This is also the location of the part of the brain that regulates our body temperature. It is hard to say with all of the different attacks. the MEDUSA-like attack was by far the highest level of energy directed at me and for a long time.Walking around in the cool and cold weather also does help me look sane and may have been a desired effect. If others are dealing with this effect and have a fan on them all the time please speak up it may be a common long term effect of certain types of attacks and might be considered evidence.My plea to gather evidence then on 1-1-2001 was covered up. Records claim my urine was normal in color when it was clearly brown and I pointed this out as the evidence to my attacks and wanted this analyzed.Peter Rosenholm

Walter Cronkite & others, view of the 'new world order',Full article at 'Citizens That Know'Knowing, as I do, now, that it is foolish to buy into the personas or appearances of anything presented by the media, I find myself questioning whether to trust 'ol' Walt', the fatherly gent who used to reliably deliver the news to us right in our living rooms. Doesn't he sound like the depressive men that came of age in the 1950's, coming out of WW II and getting the jobs, the homes and starting families? Many of us born into this era, were handed off to MKUltra programs. Maybe it was a suave, serious, familiar sounding depressive and everyman like ol' walt who sealed the deal, convincing unsuspecting citizens, and now war veterans, that they were acting to support the common good against the Russians, 'facists' or other mean, nasty dictatosr from getting technological edge over the good ol' US of A? Did Walt report on Operation Paperclip?This man has just gotten top headlines simply for dying at a ripe old age, instead of committing suicide like a lot of citizens whose lives are destroyed by neighborhood vigilantes. Well, maybe we better pause and look at this and see what this media identity really was delivering to the American public.
