Our brains are now being interfaced with without our consent by means of the internet of bodies capabilities. Unique sequences of EEG patterns which are being generated by our brains are being transmitted to computerized control systems where they are translated at high speed into the emotions we are experiencing and the thoughts we are thinking. In some instances peoples thoughts are being replied to by means of bio-communication where we are being forced to hear simulations of voices which we perceive as coming from inisde our own heads. This capability has been enabled by means of non-consensual implantation, ingestion and inhalation of dust sized particles which go on to fuse and intertwine with the tissues of our brains and bodies. When this occurs, bi-directional streams of low frequency electromagnetic energy connect us to supercomputers and computer networks for the purposes of remote analysis of our thoughts, words and actions. Data is then continually stolen from our brains and bodies and transmitted to unknown remote locations while other information is being intentionally transmitted back into our brains and bodies for the purposes of both physical, mental and emotional remote control.
During this process, illegal brain to brain interfacing with non-consenting and/or non-consensual men, women and children is enabled. During this illegal brain to brain interfacing, an unknown criminal who during the brain to brain interfacing process is known as an encoder and who works from a remote locations is able to control the body movements of a victim who is known as the decoder. The encoder is facilitated to achieve this undertaking by means of other colleagues who help him or her to control the facial and body movements of the victim from a distance. The encoder can make the decoder hit themselves with their own fist or fall over or even commit a serious crime and this can all be made to occur without the decoder even knowing who the encoder is or where they are located. The encoder can make the decoder speak words and whole sentences against their own wills. This crime has been covered up for many decades by using various cover stories such as the one where the decoder is wrongly considered to be demonically possessed or even severely mentally ill. Because these illegal operations are classified under black budget military science they are being conducted under deep cover and are denied by senior unelected officials whenever senior politicians enquire about them. This then leads to those complainers being wrongly diagnosed as being mentally ill and incarcerated inside psychiatric hospitals where they continue to be electronically tortured as well as also being forced to ingest neuro toxic psychiatric drugs against their wills. Primarily because of the very large number of foreign witnesses and Serbs in Serbia and abroad! We, my family and me, have been illegally exposed for 34 years, persecuted by manipulated citizens (initially mostly because of me), falsified, ugly, subjected to mind and behavior control, exposed to Goebbels propaganda... The essence of our persecution was to disrupt and disavow those who do not follow their nationalist and populist policies, who do not agree with them and who can be an example of civic courage! Finally, this is the basic idea why I am writing to you on this Holocaust day. I will explain this to you in the words I have written in my letter to Mr. Piotr Setkiewicz from Auschwitz Museum “We were all convinced that the Holocaust and genocide would never happen again in history. THE POLICE, PSYCHIATRISTS AND ALL MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS HAVE BOTH A LEGAL AND MORAL RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP THEMSELVES INFORMED OF ADVANCES IN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY. Pela legislação, os estados seriam promulgados em tempos de guerra, portanto, a hermenêutica interpretativa do avanço viral no Brasil é considerada o “estado de guerra” que justificaria mudanças radicais no comportamento governamental e militarista no contexto atual. Mas, não existem certezas, provas. Gostaria que você prestasse atenção na "linguagem figurativa" das ações em torno do vírus corona, covid 19, existem outras interpretações que estão dando origem a ações que eu acredito, risco para a causa dos TIs e daqueles que sofrem com os direitos humanos violações. Preocupo-me com a origem do covid em ter ocorrido na China, pois os alvos individuais têm grande liderança na Ásia e na China. Descobri em pesquisas que soldados chineses estão invadindo edifícios e com os infectados, tirando pessoas que são contra as ações do governo, essa realidade é descrita em um vídeo, e eu tive que transcrever o vídeo do chinês para o português para entender o que estava acontecendo no vídeo, eu mesma compartilhei e publiquei uma transcrição em português no Brasil. Se eles estão se aproveitando de cobiça para se livrar de "pessoas inconvenientes" politicamente, acredite, eles podem aproveitar a pandemia para se livrar dos alvos individuais que incomodam ou se livram de um problema, porque somos a prova viva de humanos violações de direitos em todo o mundo. Serei mais claro com vocês, colegas, exemplificando. No Brasil existem vários estados. I've been taking silicea 30ch for a year now. In doing some research I found that it is extracted from the horsetail plant. I plan on harvesting some this summer and making it into a tea. For those of you who can't afford the medicine, you can try this. So far I am making progress. The implant is making its way out slowly. It's deep in there so it takes time. Last summer an antenna came to the surface of the skin. This thing looked like fiber optics. It resembles a very big hair root. For all I know it was, the perps seemed upset about that. I’m Gordana Filipovic from Belgrade. The reason I am writing to you is related to the fact that you are the creator of Facebook. Two days ago I watched the movie Social Networks and I don’t stop thinking about it!
I will list you the direct reasons that inspired me or this act:
- Facebook is very popular in Serbia, I don’t know anyone who doesn’t have it and doesn’t use it, except me! As a “Review of International Affairs” journalist in the 1990s, I was among the first to use the Internet for research. I still do that now as a pensioner, but I have never used Facebook under my name (very briefly under another name) because the deep Serbian state and the police, among other forms of my persecution, falsified porn movies with me to disavow me! In Serbia, Facebook is used not only to maintain mutual contacts but also to expose, mostly superficial and insignificant content. Facebook is also very valuable for Serbs for placing ideas, ingenious settings, comments from talented and witty people, as well as research.
- Watching the movie about you, I compared the life of the carefree and relaxed American youth of the 1990s to which you belong with young Belgraders, students and even children, many citizens and myself, who resisted the nationalist and war – mongering policies of the in this time notorious regime in the world.
- There is one sentence in the film that relates to the use of Facebook in Bosnia in 2004. I thought that my older son, who was in our apartment with me across the street from the US Embassy during the NATO bombing, could have used Facebook if you had discovered it earlier and not just chatted on the Internet with his (and your) peers from all over the former Yugoslavia. They showed solidarity with him. I was especially impressed by the support of innocent young people from Sarajevo (over whom Serbs applied urbicide) who supported my son and informed him about the planes that were flying over those territories.
- When the film mentioned the significant April 2004 for you, I was thinking of my days in Nicosia where I was with my younger son who attended the International American School. My older son was then on regular military service, already married. It was during those glorious days of yours that I wrote to the UN complaining about the severe persecutions that I did not know at the time called gang stalking and that I was the target individual. Very clear “voices in my head” threatened to kill my children if I sought asylum at the US Embassy. That is exactly what I stated in the UN letter. I must admit that I did not intend to do so at all at the time. So, I have been a target individual since 1986.
- I just couldn’t believe the possibility that my older son was a victim of gang stalking even when there seemed to be some signs. He is no longer among us. He committed “orchestrated” suicide as an opponent of the current dictatorial regime a year ago. Now, I am sure he was a guinea pig as a seven-year-old boy and all the way to the end of his life. Now I am afraid that our whole family was targeted because we were already illegally exposed to the public. We were persecuted by the deep communist state. His death was announced to me! “Voices in my head” from the very top of the government threatened to shoot him in the head if he did not stop exposing himself and me in the legs if I appeared at the demonstrations. That was in April 2017. When I warned him that they were killing, his answer was old- fashioned in today’s world: “Let them kill! Life should be given for freedom.” I have been driven to suicide by high military technology on several occasions, and I know how difficult it was to oppose that. I am now absolutely sure that the dictatorial regime was especially annoyed by the content of his Facebook page. In Serbia Fecebook, other social networks and telephone messages are politically controlled by police and the army, and as I inform you, they are killing because of them! I am writing to urge you and the USA government to investigate the cover abuse and torture with remote voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control frequency technologies.
I am a Chinese citizen, born and raised in China, who was first attacked by such technologies in December 2001, when I was studying for a Master`s Degree in Australia. At the time I was unfamiliar with remote electromagnetic weapons which can control thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system. Eventually, I came to learn of these technologies that are being secretly used or covered up by governments worldwide to control and harass the populace.
Noticeable effects started with some noises (whispering voices) which I heard from the floor below me or from the neighbors’ houses. The other people who lived in the same house could not hear them. Soon I started to experience a wide variety of symptoms.
Majority of the symptoms were: pain all over the body, stomach pain, toothaches, headaches, involuntary hand tremors, inability to stand firmly on legs, alternation of cold and hot sensations, excessive perspiration, high fevers, constipation, faece and piss incontinence, sexual harassment, sleep deprivation, dream manipulation, artificial emotions (induced fear, anger, shame, joy, hate, sadness), and manipulation of memory (forgetting/remembering/screen memories). Torturers also can make me say things (forced speech). All those symptoms would disappear without any medical treatment, or sometimes, a pain would persist, even if I had strong medication.
I was like a little trapped marionette being controlled by invisible strings. Some unknown people held the strings and controlled my actions: speaking, walking, eating, sleeping, and even my thoughts and emotions.
Since 2002, I travelled to many places to try to escape from the torture and harassment. I had been to Hong Kong, Thailand, China, New Zealand. When I was in Hong Kong in April 2002, my brain was controlled by voice-to-skull and remote electromagnetic mind control technologies, and I was taken into the US Embassy in Hong Kong. (Details of the story can be read from my book: Twelve Years in the Grave.)
I am living in China now and still suffering the harassment and torture with these technologies.
The proliferation of mind control technologies and their accompanying abuse and torture has become one of the twenty-first century’s greatest violations of human rights. Thousands of innocent victims across the globe have become activists for their freedom. We are demanding an international investigation into these crimes which constitute immense violations of the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
I have published my book “Twelve Years in the Grave - Mind Control with Electromagnetic Spectrums, the Invisible Modern Concentration Camp” to let the public know details of my story. I presented my paper “Mind Control with Electromagnetic Frequency” at the E-Leader conference held by China Fudan University and CASA (Chinese American Scholars Association) in Shanghai, January 5-7, 2015.
Provided the fact that my brain was remotely controlled by voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control technologies, and I was taken into the US Embassy in Hong Kong, I urge the US government to take immediate actions to investigate my case.
